"Tingginya jumlah kendaraan bermotor di Indonesia memiliki dampak kepada kualitas udara. Aplikasi Mahoni merupakan upaya solusi dari permasalahan tersebut dengan membawa konsep kota cerdas. Penulis melakukan pengembangan arsitektur microservice yang melayani fitur pada aplikasi Mahoni yaitu servis kualitas udara, perjalanan, dan penukaran poin menjadi kupon sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Aplikasi Mahoni dikembangkan dengan menggunakan arsitektur event-driven agar dapat mencatat beragam data yang berasal dari sensor udara dan aktivitas pengguna secara real-time. Kafka digunakan sebagai message broker untuk mendapatkan throughput yang tinggi dan mempermudah integrasi dengan komponen big data yang memerlukan data stream untuk melakukan stream processing dan real-time analytics melalui change data capture dengan bantuan Debezium dan Kafka Connect. Data stream diolah menjadi keluaran yang dibutuhkan seperti visualisasi data menggunakan dashboard. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, arsitektur Kappa diimplementasikan untuk membangun arsitektur big data yang sederhana, scalable, dan reliable. Arsitektur big data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa komponen yaitu Flink, Cassandra, InfluxDB, dan Grafana. Keterhubungan implementasi keseluruhan arsitektur pada penelitian ini diuji dengan melakukan end-to-end testing. Hasil dari pengujian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan komponen sistem aplikasi Mahoni terhubung dengan baik dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Komponen arsitektur event-driven juga dibuktikan dapat mengatasi data stream dengan throughput tinggi dan bersifat loosely-coupled sehingga integrasi komponen baru pada sistem lebih mudah. Komponen arsitektur big data juga dibuktikan dapat mengatasi pertumbuhan data dengan melakukan scaling pada Flink sehingga menghasilkan sistem yang reliable.

The high number of motorized vehicles in Indonesia has an impact on air quality. Mahoni application is an attempt to solve the problem by bringing the concept of smart city. The author develops a microservice architecture that serves features in the Mahoni application, namely air quality services, travel, and redemption of points into coupons according to user needs. Mahoni application is developed using event-driven architecture in order to record various data from air sensors and user activities in real-time. Kafka is used as a message broker to get high throughput and facilitate integration with big data components that require data streams to perform stream processing and real-time analytics through change data capture with the help of Debezium and Kafka Connect. Stream data is processed into the required output such as data visualization using dashboards. To achieve this, Kappa architecture is implemented to build a simple, scalable, and reliable big data architecture. The big data architecture in this research consists of several components, namely Flink, Cassandra, InfluxDB, and Grafana. The connectedness of the implementation of the entire architecture in this study was tested by conducting end-to-end testing. The results of the test show that all components of the Mahoni application system are well connected in meeting user needs. The event-driven architecture component is also proven to be able to cope with high-throughput data streams and is loosely-coupled so that the integration of new components in the system is easier. The big data architecture component is also proven to be able to cope with data growth by scaling Flink to produce a reliable system."

"ABSTRAK
Sebuah rancangan prosedur operasional standar POS untuk requirement engineering pada pengembangan perangkat lunak di Subdirektorat Integrasi Pengolahan Data Subdit IPD , Badan Pusat Statistik BPS , telah dihasilkan. BPS merupakan lembaga pemerintah non kementrian yang bertugas untuk menyelenggarakan kegiatan sensus dan survei. POS requirement engineering disusun menggunakan soft system methodology SSM yang telah dimodifikasi dan scrum sebagai metode pengembangannya. Kebutuhan POS dirancang berdasarkan studi literatur, SBOK trade; Guide sebagai referensi best practice, serta penelitian sebelumnya untuk menentukan tahapan proses requirement engineering pada scrum. Wawancara dengan analisis tematik juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan organisasi BPS akan POS requirement engineering. Rancangan POS requirement engineering yang dihasilkan terdiri dari tiga buah POS, yaitu POS Tahap Inisiasi, POS Tahap Pengembangan, dan POS Tahap Perencanaan Iterasi. Konsep POS requirement engineering divalidasi kepada narasumber di Subdit IPD BPS yang telah mengikuti pelatihan pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan menggunakan metode scrum. Selain itu, hasil rancangan POS juga divalidasi kepada Kepala Subdit IPD BPS dan menunjukkan bahwa rancangan POS dapat diimplementasikan namun memerlukan dukungan pimpinan dalam pelaksanaannya. Hasil rancangan POS requirement engineering ditujukan untuk standarisasi proses requirement engineering pada pengembangan perangat lunak di Subdit IPD BPS. Dengan dihasilkannya rancangan POS requirement engineering ini, diharapkan perangat lunak yang dihasilkan oleh Subdit IPD BPS menjadi berkualitas.

ABSTRACT
A design of Standard Operating Procedure SOP for requirement engineering in software development in Data Processing Integration Subdirectorate Statistics Indonesia was resulted. Statistics Indonesia is non ministerial government institution that is responsible for conducting statistical surveys. SOP for requirement engineering was designed using modified soft systems methodology SSM . Scrum method is used as an approach. The needs of SOP is derived from literature, SBOK trade Guide as best practice, and previous research to determine the process in scrum. Interview with thematic analysis was also conducted to determine the needs of requirement engineering SOP from the organizations. The design of requirement engineering SOP consists of three steps Initiation, Development, and Iteration Planning. Concepts of requirement engineering SOP have been validated to the interviewees in Data Processing Integration Subdirectorate, who have had training software development using scrum. Futhermore, The design of SOP has been validated to the Chief of Data Processing Integration Subdirectorate. The result from validation process show that the design of SOP for requirement engineering can be implemented in Data Processing Integration Subdirectorate, but still need the support from high level management. The result is aimed to standardize the process of requirement engineering in Data Processing Integration Subdirectorate. With this SOP design, software produced by Data Processing Integration Subdirectorate is expected to achieve the quality."

"Proses implementasi layanan Virtual Account tidak mampu bersaing dengan bank pesaing saat ini, sementara layanan ini sangat berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan bank. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi penerapan layanan Virtual Account yang sudah berjalan selama ini, serta mengidentifikasikan faktor-faktor yang menghambat proses implementasi layanan Virtual Account di Permata Bank.
Analisis terhadap hasil evaluasi dengan membandingkan kondisi sekarang dengan standar yang berlaku menggunakan teoti benchmarking, serta merekomendasikan saran-saran perbaikan untuk meningkatkan Service Level Agreement (SLA). Hasil yang ingin dicapai adalah peningkatan SLA layanan Virtual Account sehingga dapat bersaing di pasar melalui perbaikan proses. Saran-saran perbaikan yang diusulkan melalui proses streamlining dan added value analysis.

Virtual Account implementation process was not able to compete with competitors bank today, while the service is potential to increase the revenue of banks. This study aims to evaluate the application of Virtual Account service that has been running for this, as well as to identify the obstacles from the process of virtual account implementation.
The result will be analyzed by comparing current conditions with the standards using benchmarking theory, and recommend suggestions for improvements to increase the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Results to be achieved is an increase in SLA Virtual Account services that can compete in the market. Suggestions for improvement are proposed through streamlining processes and added value analysis.

"Selama beberapa tahun terakhir, kompleksitas perangkat lunak yang berkembang berlipat ganda dan diperparah oleh perluasan dalam cakupan, ukuran dan cakupan teknologi menyebabkan peningkatan kompleksitas dalam siklus hidup pengujian. Hal ini memicu organisasi yang bergerak pada bidang teknologi informasi menyadari pentingnya pertumbuhan pengujian perangkat lunak dalam ekosistem pengembangan perangkat lunak secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, organisasi memperkuat proses pengujian dalam upaya meningkatan kualitas perangkat lunak yang disajikan kepada pelanggan. Test Maturity Model integration TMMi merupakan salah satu kerangka kerja test process improvement berbasis model yang ditujukan untuk peningkatan berkelanjutan terhadap keefektifan dan efisiensi proses pengujian dalam keseluruhan proses pada perangkat lunak. Penggunaan TMMi dengan assessment dijalankan berdasarkan panduan yang ditetapkan pada TMMi Assessment Method Application Requirements TAMAR. Fakta dan kajian pada proses pengujian perangkat lunak saat ini yang dianalisis memperlihatkan kekuatan dan kelemahan pada setiap area dan menghasilkan tingkat kematangan.Hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan melalui assessment dengan TMMi menunjukkan bahwa proses pengujian pada PT. AS berada pada tingkat kematangan TMMi Level 2. Selanjutnya dalam mendapatkan proses area yang diajukan sebagai fokus penyusunan rekomendasi, penulis melakukan pengurutan prioritas dengan prioritazion matrix terhadap kategori manfaat dan tiga proses area yang memiliki nilai terendah dari proses area lain. Proses pengurutan prioritas menghasilkan PA 3.3 Test Lifecycle and Integration dengan nilai prioritas paling tinggi. Penyusunan rekomendasi pada PT. AS dilakukan menggunakan deming cycle.

Over the past few years, the complexity of software which multiplied and aggravated by expansion in the scope, size and coverage of technology cause to increased complexity in the test life cycle. This provoke the organizations which engaged in the field of information technology realize the importance of software testing growth in the overall software development lifecycle. Therefore, organizations are reinforce the testing process in effort to improve the quality of software delivered to customers. Test Maturity Model integration TMMi is one of the model-based test process improvement frameworks aimed at continuous improvements to the effectiveness and efficiency of the testing process in the overall software process. The use of TMMi with assessment is carried out according to the guidelines set forth in the TMMi Assessment Method Application Requirements TAMAR . Facts and studies on the current software testing process analyzed show strengths and weaknesses in each area and result in a level of maturity.The evaluation results through assessment with TMMi prove that testing process in PT. AS is at TMMi maturity level 2. Furthermore to acquire the process area as the focus of the recommendations, the author performs priority ranking with prioritazion matrix against defined categories and three process areas which have the lowest value among others. The priority ranking process obtain PA 3.3 Test Lifecycle and Integration with the highest priority value. Finally, the author construct the recommendations to PT. AS with deming cycle."

"Developments in optimization theory, including emphasis on large problems and on interior-point methods for linear programming, have begun to appear in production software. Here is a reference tool that includes discussions of these areas and names software packages that incorporate the results of theoretical research. After an introduction to the major problem areas in optimization and an outline of the algorithms used to solve them, a data sheet is presented for each of the 75 software packages and libraries in the authors' survey. These include information on the capabilities of the packages, how to obtain them, and addresses for further information.
Standard optimization paradigms are addressed -- linear, quadratic, and nonlinear programming; network optimization; unconstrained and bound-constrained optimization; least-squares problems; nonlinear equations; and integer programming. The most practical algorithms for the major fields of numerical optimization are outlined, and the software packages in which they are implemented are described.
This format will aid current and potential users of optimization software in classifying the optimization problem to be solved, determining appropriate algorithms, and obtaining the software that implements those algorithms. Readers need only a basic knowledge of vector calculus and linear algebra to understand this book."

"Perkembangan teknologi khususnya software pada bidang farmasi industri dapat meningkatkan efisiensi perhitungan dan olah data hasil pengujian. PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals melakukan pergantian software perhitungan pada hasil pengujian di bagian Quality Control (QC), khususnya laboratorium, dari Microsoft Excel ke Custom Field (Empower dan Control Panel OpenLAB). Pergantian software dilakukan dengan harapan dapat meminimalisir adanya human error karena transfer data secara manual. Adanya pergantian software perlu dilakukan verifikasi software untuk melihat konsistensi dan kebenaran hasil akhir yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan verifikasi Custom Field (Empower dan Control Panel OpenLAB) sebagai software perhitungan yang baru untuk memastikan akurasi hasil perhitungan. Data yang akan diverifikasi diperoleh dari batch record produk B, D dan P secara retrospektif kemudian dilakukan verifikasi secara prospektif. Hasil verifikasi perhitungan menggunakan Custom Field (Empower dan Control Panel OpenLAB) untuk produk B, D dan P yang diperoleh menunjukkan kesesuaian hasil terhadap hasil perhitungan dari Excel. Verifikasi yang telah berhasil dilakukan yaitu untuk perhitunan pengujian kadar, impurity, kandungan etanol dan sisa pelarut produk B, D, dan P di PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals.

The development of technology, especially software in the pharmaceutical industry, can improve the efficiency of calculation and data processing from test results. PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals has replaced the calculation software for test results in the Quality Control (QC) department, particularly in the laboratory, from Microsoft Excel to Custom Field (Empower and Control Panel OpenLAB). This software change aims to minimize human errors that may occur during manual data transfer. Verification of the software change is necessary to ensure consistency and accuracy of the final results obtained. This study verifies Custom Field (Empower and Control Panel OpenLAB) as the new calculation software to ensure the accuracy of calculation results. Data for verification were obtained retrospectively from batch records of products B, D, and P, followed by prospective verification. The verification results using Custom Field (Empower and Control Panel OpenLAB) for products B, D, and P showed conformity with the calculation results obtained from Excel. Successful verification was conducted for the calculation of assay, impurity, ethanol content, and residual solvents of products B, D, and P at PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals.
