"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dapat berpengaruh positif dan negatif pada capaian IPK mahasiswa program sarjana Universitas Indonesia serta dampak program Bidikmisi pada capaian IPK mahasiswa penerima Bidikmisi. Sampel data yang digunakan diperoleh dari proses survey pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia tahun masuk 2013-2015. Dengan menggunakan metode estimasi Robust Standard Errors, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor latar belakang individu gender, adanya fase menunda minimal satu tahun sebelum diterima di Universitas Indonesia, motivasi memilih program studi , faktor latar belakang keluarga jumlah anggota keluarga, riwayat perpisahan orang tua di umur lebih dari 15 tahun , latar belakang pendidikan status sebagai peringkat tiga terbaik di kelas saat SMA , kegiatan kampus tingkat partisipasi di organisasi dan event kampus , dan dukungan finansial signifikan berpengaruh pada capaian IPK, serta dengan uji-t beda rata-rata menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa Bidikmisi memiliki IPK lebih rendah dibanding mahasiswa Non-Bidikmisi, tetapi tidak signifikan.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to know the positive and negative factors that affected GPA of the undergraduate students in Universitas Indonesia, and also the impact of financial aid named Bidikmisi which is given to the unfortunate students to the GPA of the beneficiaries the aid. Methodology that used in this study is a survey which uses undergraduate students of Universitas Indonesia batch 2013 2015 as the sample. Using estimation method with Robust Standard Errors, the result of this study shows that individual backgrounds gender, deferred study at least one year before accept in Universitas Indonesia, motivation to choose the major , family backgrounds the number of the family rsquo s members, the history of family rsquo s life like divorce or not for age after 15 years old , educational background the top 3 potential student in the Senior High School , campus activity participation in organization or events , and financial support are significant factors that affected GPA. Using different mean of t test demonstrates that students with financial aid Bidikmisi have lower GPA than student without financial aid Bidikmisi ,however the difference is not significant."
