"Tuberkulosis (TB) adalah penyakit infeksi menular yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis yang menyerang paru-paru pada sebagian besar kasus. Urgensi dari penanganan penyakit ini adalah untuk mengurangi penyebaran dan resistensi obat akibat tidak tuntasnya pengobatan. Rumah sakit merupakan sarana yang memberikan beragam jenis pelayanan dan praktik pelayanan kesehatan, satu diantaranya adalah Apoteker. Apoteker memiliki tugas penting dalam menjunjung keberhasilan terapi pasien TB seperti melakukan konseling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun media edukasi informatif untuk membantu Apoteker dalam proses konseling pasien TB untuk mendukung pencapaian target pengobatan. Informasi yang disediakan diambil dan dikaji dari buku, regulasi, dan artikel relevan terkait terapi TB dan disusun sedemikian rupa ke dalam media edukasi leaflet. Hasil dari penyusunan leaflet adalah media edukasi dengan 8 halaman yang mencakup definisi, gejala, kelompok risiko, fase pengobatan, detail obat (nama, dosis, dan waktu), cara penyimpanan obat, jenis-jenis terapi TB, efek samping, pentingnya pengobatan TB, cara penularan TB, kesembuhan dan ketertularan TB, pengawas menelan obat, etika batuk, dan pola hidup. Leaflet ini dapat diefektifkan sebagai alat konseling dan penyuluhan terkait TB.

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, commonly infecting lungs. Reducing the spread and drug resistance caused by incomplete therapy are the main urgencies. Hospital is a health facility that provides various service, treament, and health care practice, one of which is pharmacist. Pharmacist has the responsibility to support patient’s TB therapy to completion with counseling. This study aims to compile and arrange an educational media to help pharmacist in TB patient counseling to help achive therapy goal. Informations are taken and assessed from books, regulations, and sources related to TB therapy and were compiled into a leaflet. Reuslt of arrangement was leaflet with eight pages that covers about definition, symptoms, risk group, therapy phase, medications (name, dosage, and schedule), storage instruction, types of TB therapy, side effects, importance of TB treatment, mode of transmission, recovery and infectious rate, medication supervisor, cough etiquette, and modified lifestyle. This leaflet can be used as a tool to assist in TB counseling."

In this case when segmentation by thresholding it have to do classifying the pixels into " dark" and "light" classes, in an attempt to distinguish dark object from their light background.Similarly in edge detection pixels is classified into "edge" and "not edge" by thresholding the response of some difference operator that has high values when the rate of change of gray level is high.This thesis shows segmentation techniques base on gray level values, and some experiments process correspond to segmentation techniques."
