Problem Description | The issue that becomes a focus of this communication strategy is regarding early marriage that occurs in the Kampung KB RW 01 Jatijajar. After conducting interviews with 4 women in RW 01 who were married under the age of 21, two reasons were found of why they decided to get married at an early age. The first reason is that some women felt like they already have a stable job, therefore capable of leading a stable life and willing to get married when they feel like they have met the right partner. The second and other reason is when some women got an unwanted pregnancy. | |

Pemerintah memiliki berbagai macam program yang bisa digunakan untuk menyejahterakan masyarakatnya. Namun, program tersebut menjadi tidak efektif apabila tidak ada masyarakat yang tahu. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukanlah komunikasi pembangunan agar informasi terkait pembangunan ini bisa tersampaikan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menjelaskan bagaimana proses implementasi dari Kelompok Informasi Masyarakat (KIM) Mekarjaya dalam menyampaikan pesan pembangunan dari pemerintah ke masyarakat dan sebaliknya, berikut dengan dampak yang diberikan dari proses tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, supaya bisa menjelaskan mengenai pandangan subjektif dari masyarakat itu sendiri terhadap kegiatan-kegiatan dilakukan oleh KIM. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan beberapa tahap yang dilakukan oleh KIM dalam meliput kegiatan pembangunan masyarakat. Hasil liputan ini pun memberikan dampak masyarakat menjadi termobilisasi, menjadi lebih kohesif, juga meningkatkan rasa aman di masyarakat Government has many kinds of program that can be used to increase the welfare of its citizen. However, those programs can be rendered ineffective if there is nobody that know its existence. Thus, it is imperative to do communication for development so that the information regarding to development can be informed to the people. This research would like to explain how KIM implements their program to inform from the government to its people and vice versa, regarding development messages. This research is conducted by using qualitative method, to further understanding about the subjective opinion of the people about the activities that had been conducted by KIM. The findings of this research are that it found that there are several steps that KIM did during its activities to inform the people through coverage. This research finds that the impact for the people are they can be mobilized, becoming more cohesive, and increasing the security of the people. "

"Perencanaan pengadaan sebagai bagian dari proses bisnis Sudin Bina Marga adalah proses yang vital karena merupakan tahap awal dalam pelaksanaan penggunaan anggaran yang telah diberikan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Namun kenyataannya alur komunikasi yang ada dalam proses perencanaan pengadaan belum terbangun secara optimal sehingga waktu dan mutu perencanaan pengadaan masih kurang baik. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan empat belas faktor risiko dominan dalam alur komunikasi yang mempengarui kinerja perencanaan pengadaan.Selanjutnya berdasarkan risiko-risiko dominan tersebut disusunlah suatu strategi pengembangan alur komunikasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja perencanaan pengadaan dalam bentuk rekomendasi prosedur.
Procurement planning as part of a business process Sub-Department of Highways is a vital process for an early stage in the implementation of the use of the budget that has been given by Jakarta Provincial Government. But in reality the communication channel is in the process of procurement planning has not been built so that the optimal time and quality of procurement planning is still not good. In the present study found fourteen dominant risk factors in the communication flow that affects the performance of procurement planning. Furthermore, based on the predominant risks drafted a communication flow development strategy to improve the performance of procurement planning in the form recommended procedures."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi strategi humas pemerintah dan menganalisis peran humas dalam meningkatkan reputasi organisasi di Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori peran kehumasan, teori perencanaan strategis kehumasan dan teori reputasi organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatoris dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa humas Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat telah melaksanakan perencanaan strategis kehumasan. Namun demikian implementasi belum dilakukan secara optimal, yaitu belum melakukan riset awal yang menganalisis tentang situasi, organisasi dan publiknya yang merupakan dasar dari perencanaan. Selain itu, humas Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat belum menjalankan perannya sebagai communication manager yang bertindak sebagai konseptor program kehumasan.
ABSTRACT This thesis evaluates the implementation of strategic planning in government public relations and analyzed the role of public relations to enhance its organization rsquo s reputation at the Ministry of Public Works and Housing. Theories that were applied are strategic planning of public relations theory, role of public relations, and reputation of organization. This research is descriptive qualitative. The data were collected by means of in depth interview, participative observation and document review. The results show that the Ministry of Public Works and Housing rsquo s public relations has performed strategic planning for their public communication. However, it has not done formative research to analyze its situation, organization, and public, which is the base for the overall planning. In addition, it has not run the role as communication manager that masterminds its public relations program."
