"Peningkatan jumlah pengguna e-commerce di Indonesia mendorong para penyedia layanan ecommerce terus menerus berupaya menghadirkan berbagai inovasi untuk membantu para penjual menciptakan pengalaman berbelanja yang lebih baik bagi para konsumen, salah satunya adalah dengan menghadirkan fitur live streaming. Penelitian ini secara spesifik meneliti penggunaan fitur live streaming oleh Shopee melalui fitur Shopee Live, dengan kriteria responden konsumen wanita berdomisili di Indonesia dan berusia dalam rentang 18 - 45 tahun ke atas, pengguna aktif Shopee dan pernah menonton dan membeli produk fesyen (busana) melalui Shopee Live. Responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 210 orang. Data yang sudah berhasil dikumpulkan diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari nilai utilitarian, hedonis dan simbolik yang dirasakan oleh konsumen ketika berbelanja melalui Shopee Live terhadap kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk dan penjual serta keterlibatan konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini diantaranya nilai utilitarian dan simbolik secara positif mempengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk dan penjual, sementara nilai hedonis tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kepercayaan konsumen baik terhadap produk maupun penjual, dan kepercayaan konsumen pada produk secara positif mempengaruhi kepercayaan konsumen pada penjual. Selanjutnya, nilai hedonis dan simbolik secara positif mempengaruhi keterlibatan konsumen, sementara itu nilai utilitarian dan kepercayaan konsumen baik pada produk dan penjual tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keterlibatan konsumen.

The increasing number of e-commerce users in Indonesia encourages e-commerce service providers to continuously strive to bring various innovations to help sellers create a better shopping experience for consumers, one of which is by presenting a live streaming feature. This study specifically examines the use of the live streaming feature by Shopee through the Shopee Live feature, with the criteria of female consumer respondents living in Indonesia and aged 18 - 45 years and over, active Shopee users and have watched and bought fashion products (clothing) through Shopee. Live. Respondents who participated in this study were 210 people. The data that has been collected is processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. This study aims to determine the effect of utilitarian, hedonic and symbolic values felt by consumers when shopping through Shopee Live on consumer confidence in products and sellers and consumer involvement. The results of this study include utilitarian and symbolic values positively affect consumer confidence in products and sellers, while hedonic values do not have a positive effect on consumer confidence in both products and sellers, and consumer confidence in products positively affects consumer confidence in sellers. Furthermore, hedonic and symbolic values positively affect consumer engagement, while utilitarian values and consumer confidence in both products and sellers do not have a positive effect on consumer engagement."

"Penelitian ini melihat bagaimana mahasiswa pekerja menghadapi konflik peran atas konsekuensi dari peran gandanya di tengah pandemi Covid-19. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam dan observasi di media sosial, studi ini akan memaparkan perjalanan mahasiswa pekerja di Indonesia diikuti dengan beragam dinamika yang harus mereka hadapi. Mahasiswa pekerja sebagai agen aktif tidak hanya diam melihat pergerakan struktur yang ada, tetapi memiliki cara-cara khusus untuk mulai bertindak, mengambil bagian, memutuskan hal sesuai dengan kehendaknya, dari apa yang disebut sebagai agensi dan didasari oleh intensi dalam diri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa pekerja memiliki bentuk-bentuk negosiasi dan manajemen solusi ketika menghadapi konflik peran yang terjadi, yang berkaitan erat dengan kontribusi teknologi melalui kebijakan yang muncul pada masa pandemi Covid-19, seperti Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) dan Work From Home (WFH)

The study sees how working college students face the inter-role conflicts over the consequences of their multiple roles in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. By using in-depth interviews and observation on social media, this study will describe the journey of working college students in Indonesia, followed by the various dynamics they have to face. Working college students as active agents are not only silent in seeing the movement of the existing structure but also have particular ways to start acting, take part, and decide things according to their will, from what is called the agency and based on their intentionality. The result shows that working college students have forms of negotiation and solution management when facing inter-role conflicts that occur, which are closely related to the contribution of technology through policies that emerged during the Covid-19 pandemic, such as Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) and Work From Home (WFH)"

"Kepuasan pernikahan berperan penting dalam kehidupan. Sebelum menjadi pasangan suami istri, individu memiliki faktor personal yang dibawa dan mempengaruhi dinamika pernikahan dan bagimana pandangan individu terkait pernikahannya. Penelitian ini akan melihat apakah human values sebagai faktor personal dapat secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan pernikahan, lebih lanjut juga melihat apakah jenis strategi resolusi memoderasi pengaruh human values terhadap kepuasan pernikahan. Sebanyak 329 partisipan yang merupakan generasi Y dan sudah menikah selama 1 tahun terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Setiap partisipan diminta untuk mengisi Portrait Values Questioner (PVQ), Conflict Resolution Inventory (CRI) dan Quality Marriage Index (QMI).Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa human values merupakan prediktor yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pernikahan, dimana nilai self-enhancement dan openness to change memiliki hubungan negatif terhadap kepuasan pernikahan (B= -3.253, p.01; B=-1.802, p.01) sementara nilai selftranscendence (B=5.789, p.01) memiliki hubungan positif terhadap kepuasan pernikahan. Selain itu juga ditemukan jenis strategi resolusi positive problem solving memoderasi hubungan self-transcendence dan kepuasan pernikahan (B=-0.448, p05). Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat untuk praktisi psikolog dan calon pasangan suami istri agar dapat mempertimbangkan peran human values dan melatih teknik positive problem solving. Penelitian lanjutan dapat dilakukan dengan melibatkan pasangan atau pada populasi bercerai untuk melihat peran nilai dan strategi resolusi konfliknya.

Marriage satisfaction plays an important role in life. Before becoming a husband and wife, individuals have personal factors that are brought and influence the dynamics of marriage and how the individual views related to marriage. This study purpose to found out whether human values as a personal factor can significantly influence marital satisfaction, and also look at whether the type of conflict resolution strategy moderates the influence of human values on marital satisfaction. A total of 329 participants who were generation Y and had been married for at least a year were involved in this study. Each participant was asked to fill in the Portrait Values Questioner (PVQ), Conflict Resolution Inventory (CRI) and Quality Marriage Index (QMI).

The results of this study found that human values are a significant predictor of marital satisfaction, where self-enhancement and openness to change values have a negative relationship with marital satisfaction (B = -3,253, p .01; B = -1.802, p .01 ) while the value of self-transcendence (B = 5.789, p .01) have positive relationship with marital satisfaction. It also found positive problem solving strategies moderate the relationship between self-transcendence and marital satisfaction (B = -0.448, p .05). The results of this study are useful for practitioners and potential couples to consider the role of human values and practice positive problem solving techniques. Further research can be done by involving partners or divorced populations to see the role of values and conflict resolution strategies."

Dalam zaman modern ini kita, dengan demikian, dapat juga hidup bahkan dengan lebih bermoral lagi sekalipun tanpa agama-agama. Dengan menggunakan berbagai sains modern, pikiran, berbagai pengalaman dalam kehidupan kita, dan intuisi, kita juga dapat merancang bangun pandangan-pandangan moral sekular mengenai segala sesuatu untuk memandu kita dalam kehidupan kita yang kompleks."
