"Aceh, a special region of Indonesia is known as the "rice granary" of the Western gate to Indonesia. The region is predominantly an agricultural and exports oriented economy with the majority of the population living in rural areas where rice cultivation predominates. The annual rate of increase of rice production is above the annual rate of population growth. The increased rice production and variations in production both spatial and temporal have created a number of marketing problems. Rice marketing systems need to be developed and expanded to: (a) link markets and rice producers through equalization and distribution, (b) encourage efficient rice trade activity and recruit entrepreneurial talents, (c) serve a connective function, (d) provide outlets for increased rice production,3 and (e) limit rice price variation. Effective rice marketing systems are, therefore, necessary for economic development of agricultural societies Their development make possible regional economic integration and full utilization of whatever assets and productive capacities a region already possesses. The agricultural development plan of Indonesia is directed toward increasing production and production efficiency. For one thing, an increase in agricultural productivity depends on the improved efficiency and effectiveness of current marketing systems in different regions. In spite of broad similarities in the traditional marketing system, there are differences between regions due to a multiplicity of social, geographical, environmental, economic and political factors. The present development plan of Indonesia emphasizes the socio-economic as well as physical aspects and sectoral approaches at the macro level. Micro studies on regional level aim at finding similarities and differences strongly needed to support and improve the existing plan. This regional analysis of agricultural development emphasizing rice marketing in Aceh is meant to be a stimulus to improve the existing marketing systems. Improvement of marketing systems may have significant effects on production, distribution, consumer prices and adoption of improved production methods."

"Tulisan ini membahas mengenai praktek Marketing Public Relations yang dilakukan oleh Honeymaid untuk memasarkan produknya. Lebih lanjut tulisan ini ingin melihat apakah kampanye yang dilakukan Honeymaid mengangkat nilai-nilai yang dimiliki perusahaan dan sesuai dengan keadaan di Ameika saat ini. Kampanye ini dianalisis dari segi strategi dan fungsi marketing public relations. Kampanye ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pesan dan tema yang digunakan dalam kampanye sangat berpengaruh dengan tanggapan dan awareness publik mengenai kampanye yang dibuat. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan brand mentions publik terhadap produk yang dipasarkan.
Strategi marketing public relations yang efektif juga dilihat dari penjualan yang meningkat semenjak kampanye ini berlangsung. Hal lain yang berpengaruh adalah sebuah kampanye yang memiliki relevansi dengan keadaan sosial yang terjadi di masyarakat, pada hal ini Amerika, mempengaruhi citra perusahaan maupun produk yang dipasarkan dalam kampanye. Melalui kampanye ini dapat dilihat bahwa kampanye harus disusun dengan kreatif agar pesan tersampaikan dengan baik.

This paper discusses about marketing public relations practice done by Honeymaid to promote their product. Furthermore, this paper wants to see if this campaign uses the values that Honeymaid hold and appropriate with America rsquo s current social situation. This campaign analyzed the strategy and the function of marketing public relation. This campaign also showed that message and theme that are being used in the campaign affects the public respond and awareness of the marketed product.
The effective marketing public relations strategy can be seen through escalation in sales since this campaign first introduced. The other thing that affected is a campaign that has a relevancy with the current social situation, in this case America, affected the company rsquo s image and the product rsquo s image. Through this campaign, we can learn that a successful campaign has to be creative so the message that the company wants to deliver can be perceived well by the public."

"ABSTRAK
Puisi lsquo;Inda Babil Madinah merupakan salah satu puisi modern Arab yang dapat dinikmati oleh penikmat karya sastra. Puisi ini sekilas menceritakan kesedihan yang dialami oleh tokoh-tokoh di dalam puisi. Puisi ini ditulis oleh Ibrahim Muhammad Ibrahim, seorang penyair Uni Emiret Arab. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana struktur dan isi puisi ldquo; rsquo;Inda Babil Madinah rdquo;. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang pengambilan datanya bersumber pada kepustakaan seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan artikel-artikel yang berhubungan dengan judul makalah ini. Selain metode tersebut, penulis juga menggunakan metode strukturalisme semiotik yang menekankan pada teks dan unsur intrinsiknya. Teori yang digunakan dalam menganalisis puisi ini adalah teori struktur puisi dan teori ilmu balaghah. Hasil dari analisis puisi ini adalah secara struktural puisi ini terdiri dari 42 larik dan 9 bait yang setiap baitnya mempunyai jumlah larik yang berbeda-beda. Dari aspek retorika, puisi ldquo; rsquo;Inda Babil Madinah rdquo; ini menggunakan ilmu balaghah. Sedangkan tema puisi ini adalah al-Risaa rsquo;. Tema al-Risaa rsquo; adalah salah satu tema puisi yang berisi tentang kesedihan, kebimbangan, atau kerinduan seseorang terhadap orang yang dicintainya. Dan puisi ini juga termasuk ke dalam puisi dialog. Puisi dialog adalah puisi yang tidak ditujukan untuk diri sendiri akan tetapi ditujukan untuk tokoh-tokoh yang lain di dalam puisi.Kata Kunci : Balaghah; Enjabemen; Puisi; Retorika.
ABSTRACT
Poetry 39 Inda Babil Madinah is one of the modern Arabic poetry that can be enjoyed by the audience of literary works. This poem at a glance tells of the sadness experienced by the characters in the poetry. This poem was written by Ibrahim Muhammad Ibrahim, an Arab Emirate poet. This paper aims to analyze how the structure and contents of the poem 39 Inda Babil Medina . The method used is a qualitative method of data retrieval derived from libraries such as books, scientific journals, and articles related to the title of this paper. In addition to the method, the author also uses semiotic method of structuralism that emphasizes the text and intrinsic elements. The theory used in analyzing this poem is the theory of poetry structure and balaghah theory of science. The result of this poetry analysis is structurally this poem consists of 42 arrays and 9 stanzas which each verse has a number of different arrays. From the aspect of rhetoric, the poem 39 Inda Babil Madinah uses balaghah. While the theme of this poem is al Risaa 39 . The theme of al Risaa 39 is one of the themes of poetry that contains about a person 39 s sadness, indecision, or longing for the person he loves. And this poem is also included in the poetry of dialogue. Poetry of dialogue is a poem that is not intended for oneself but is intended for other figures in poetry. "
