"Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF) merupakan faktor pertumbuhan hematopoetik yang berfungsi merangsang proliferasi dan diferensiasi neutrofil. Protein G-CSF rekombinan yang dikembangkan dan diproduksi menggunakan sel inang Escherichia coli dan Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) masih memiliki kelemahan, sehingga pada penelitian ini dikembangkan suatu produk biosimilar G-CSF rekombinan menggunakan sel inang Pichia pastoris. Fokus penelitian ini adalah memproduksi dan mempurifikasi protein G-CSF rekombinan. Produksi protein rekombinan dilakukan dengan menginduksi kultur menggunakan metanol konsentrasi 0,5% tiap 12 jam dan dilakukan sampling terhadap kultur pada jam ke-0, 12, 24, 36 dan 48. Hasil analisis western blot menunjukkan adanya peningkatan produksi protein rekombinan tiap 12 jam. Protein G-CSF rekombinan dipresipitasi menggunakan amonium sulfat konsentrasi 80%, kemudian didialisis. Konsentrasi protein total diukur dengan spektrofotometer menggunakan metoda Bicinchoninic Acid (BCA). Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan konsentrasi protein total tertinggi adalah sampel protein yang dipresipitasi dengan 80% amonium sulfat. Selanjutnya, purifikasi dilakukan menggunakan teknik kromatografi afinitas dengan resin Ni-NTA. Hasil analisis SDS PAGE menunjukkan protein GCSF rekombinan berukuran 18,5 kDa dan dengan analisis slot blot terdeteksi berwarna ungu.

Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF) is a hematopoietic growth factor that acts to stimulate neutrophilic proliferation and differentiation. Recombinant protein G-CSF developed and produced using cellular host Escherichia coli and Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) still has a weakness, so that in this study we developed a bio similar product of recombinant G-CSF using cellular host Pichia pastoris. The aim of this research was to produce and purify recombinant protein G-CSF. Production of recombinant protein was done by inducing culture with methanol 0.5% every 12 hours and sampling was carried out at 0, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours. The results of western blot analysis showed an increase the production of recombinant protein every 12 hours. Recombinant protein G-CSF was precipitated using ammonium sulfate 80% of concentration, and then dialyzed. Concentration of total protein was measured by a spectrophotometer using the Bicinchoninic Acid (BCA) method. The measurement results showed the highest concentrations of total protein was present in samples that precipitated with 80% ammonium sulfate. Furthermore, purification performed using affinity chromatography techniques with Ni-NTA resin. The results of SDS PAGE analysis showed the recombinant protein G-CSF sized 18.5 kDa and with a slot blot analysis detected a purple color."

"ABSTRAKOptimalisasi portofolio bertujuan agar investor mendapatkan return tertinggi dan mendapatkan risiko terendah. Pada penelitian ini digunakan algoritma Iterative K-Means -+ sebagai metode clustering dan Ant Colony Optimization (ACO). Pengelompokan digunakan untuk diversifikasi portofolio berdasarkan rasio keuangan masing-masing saham. K-Means berulang -+ ini memperbaiki solusi dari K-Means dengan menghapus 1 cluster (minus), membagi 1 cluster (plus) dan re-clustering di setiap iterasi. Setelah pengelompokan, beberapa saham dipilih dan bobotnya ditentukan dengan metode metaheuristik, yaitu:Algoritma Ant Colony Optimization (ACO). After grouping, several stocks are selected and their weights are determined by the metaheuristic method, namely:Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) Algorithm. The numerical results of this method are evaluated with actual data."

Skripsi ini membahas tentang implementasi algoritma pencarian rute Swarm Intelligece pada sistem kontrol visual berbasis MATLAB sebagai kontrol Mobile Microrobot yang menggunakan modul mikro kontroler ESP8266. Robot bergerak dengan menerima perintah dari sistem kontrol menggunakan koneksi nirkabel WiFi. Algoritma pencarian rute yang digunakan merupakan sifat dari kecerdasan kerumunan semut (ant colony), yang meliputi: penemuan rute (route discovery), pemeliharaan rute (route maintenance). Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sistem kontrol visual telah di-implementasikan algoritma pencarian rute swarm intelligence dari sifat yang dimiliki ant colony.

Complexity demanding to the researchers to make artificial intelligence. The focus of this study is about implementing swarm intelligence for routing algorithm on the visual servoing control system MATLAB based, to control mobile microrobot with ESP8266 micro controller module. The robot moves by receiving task from a control system using a WiFi wireless connection. Routing Algorithm used is the nature intelligence from ant colony, which include: route discovery, route maintenance, The end result of this research is visual control system has been implemented with swarm intelligence routing algorithm from the nature of ant colony."

"Skripsi ini membahas pemikiran Hamid Algadri, salah satu anggota Pengurus Besar Partai Arab Indonesia tentang Indo-Arab dan tanah air. Selain itu, ia juga menjabat sebagai staf redaktur majalah Insaf, salah satu media resmi Partai Arab Indonesia. Skripsi ini mengambil periodisasi tahun 1937-1942. Tahun 1937 adalah awal mula ia bergabung dalam Partai Arab Indonesia, sedangkan 1942 merupakan tahun dibubarkannya partai tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemikirannya dalam dua bidang itu merupakan reaksi dari kondisi masyarakat peranakan Arab (Indo-Arab) di Indonesia yang menurutnya harus menginsafi diri sebagai putra Indonesia dan keluar dari kehidupan yang mengisolasi diri dari masyarakat umum Indonesia, dan memperlihatkan bahwa Algadri adalah salah satu tokoh progresif keturunan Arab yang memiliki konsistensi dalam memperjuangkan apa yang ada dalam idealismenya.

This study is Hamid Algadri’s thought, a member of Executive Board of the Party of Arab Indonesia, about Indo-Arab and Homeland. In addition, he also served as the editor of the Insaf Magazine. The period of this study is between 1937-1942. In 1937 was the time he joint in the Party of Arab Indonesia, and in 1942 these party was dismissed.

The result of this study shows that his thought in those two domains was as a reaction to the conditions of Peranakan Arab community (Indo-Arab) in Indonnesia that he had himself regeretting as the son of Indonesia and out of the live that isolate themselves from common Indonesian community, and to show that Algadri is one of progressive character of Arab decent has consistency in fighting for what is in his idealism."
