"ABSTRACTThe allocation of Village Fund as stipulated in the Minister of Finance Regulation number 49/PMK.07/2016, i.e. basic allocation (alokasi dasar) 90% and formula allocation (alokasi formula) 10%, could be considered as unequal because of poor attention to the indicators of poverty and development of each village. Basic allocation relates to the same amount of allocation per village, while formula allocation refers to an allocation based on the number of populations in poverty, size of area, and infrastructure price index. This article aims to investigate the ideal allocation proportion of village funds. Methods used in this study were a correlation and the analytical hierarchy process. The results show a stronger correlation between village fund and poverty and development indicators if more money is allocated in the formula allocation. However, an inequality of allocation ratio and larger fund are needed to achieve the program's targets. Based on the weighted value of the expert group perception, the proposed formula for the ratio of basic allocation (alokasi dasar) and formula allocation (alokasi formula) is 10:90. With this formula, it is expected that poverty and development can be more quickly resolved. So, the purpose of the Village Fund as mandated by Law Number 6/2014 could be achieved."

CHAPTER 1: SITUATION ANALYSIS

Choosing your own career is undoubtedly not easy since it is one of the most deciding moments in your whole life. High school is the transitional period where adolecents determine their next path, whether to pursue higher education or to jump right ahead into the professional work. The lack of information related to education and profession in Indonesia should not be ignored. THE EDUCATION TIMES will provide both issues extensively, to make teenagers more aware with the educational and professional circumstance that they are going to encounter soon.

CHAPTER 2: BENEFITS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE PROTOTYPE

One of the benefits for the readers is so that they can gain more useful information on various jobs that are on the market nowadays. The objective is to raise awareness among youth most especially upon education issues and its relation to career pathway. Both issues are still rarely discussed, moreover no magazine or other kinds of mass media yet that specializes the niche on a regular basis.

Due to its digital form, it is going to be interesting; Multimedia will be utilized to its maximum function, so the content is going to be interactive. The targeted audience is high school students, male and female aged 15-18 with SES A and B. Later it can purchased through applications such as SCOOP and Wayang Force.

"ABSTRAKTujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Keadilan Organisasi dan Pengembangan Karir dalam Reformasi Administrasi Perpajakan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Pegawai KPP Pratama Jakarta Kemayoran.Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah 87 pegawai yang aktif bekerja di KPP Pratama Jakarta Kemayoran dan melalui formula slovin respondennya 47 pegawai.Analisis Regresi Linier digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut : (1) Keadilan distributif, keadilan prosedural, keadilan interaksional dan pengembangan karir secara sendiri-sendiri berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Perilaku Ekstra Peran ) .(2) Keadilan distributif, keadilan prosedural, keadilan interaksional dan pengembangan karir secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Perilaku Ekstra Peran ).(3) Keadilan distributif, keadilan prosedural, keadilan interaksional secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Perilaku Ekstra Peran ).(4) Pengaruh paling kuat terhadap OCB (Perilaku Ekstra Peran) adalah semua variabel bebas secara bersama-sama terhadap OCB 9Perilaku Ekstra peran).(5) Diantara variabel bebas yang paling kuat pengaruhnya adalah variabel Keadilan Prosedural dan yang paling lemah pengaruhnya adalah Pengembangan karir.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Organizational Justice and Career Development in the Reform of Tax Administration to Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee at KPP Primary Jakarta Kemayoran.The population of this study were 87 employees who actively work in the KPP Primary Jakarta Kemayoran and through Slovin formula respondents 47 employees.Linear regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis. The results showed the following: (1) Distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice and career development independently affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Extra Role Behavior). (2) Distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice and career development are jointly influence on Organizational Citizenship behavior (Extra role behavior). (3) Distributive justice, procedural justice, interactional justice jointly affect Organizational Citizenship behavior (Extra role behavior). (4) The most powerful influence on OCB (behavior extra role) are all independent variables together to OCB (extra role behavior). (5) Among the independent variable is the variable most strongly influence Procedural Justice and the weakest effect is career development."
