"Implementasi keilmuan farmasi terutama pada bidang profesional harusdilaksanakan dimana pada hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan sebuahpraktik kerja lapangan. Seorang calon apoteker harus mengalami langsungpenerapan profesi apoteker di ranah profesional. Dalam hal ini, calon apotekerharus berpartisipasi langsung dalam penerapan pelayanan dan pekerjaankefarmasian. Praktik kerja lapangan bagi profesi apoteker dapat dilakukan diberbagai bidang, diantaranya adalah di rumah sakit, di apotek, di industri farmasi,di pemerintahan dan hukum, serta distribusi. Pada praktik kerja profesi kali inidilaksanakan di bidang industri dan apotek, yang berlokasi di PT. HarsenLaboratories periode Januari 2022 – Februari 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Sawanganperiode Maret 2022. Melalui pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker ini, calonapoteker diharapkan untuk mampu memahami kompetensi yang diperlukan,memperoleh wawasan serta mampu mengimplementasikan praktik kerja di bidangkefarmasian.

"Profesi apoteker memiliki tanggung jawab menyeluruh dalam praktik kefarmasian. Sebelum terjun langsung, calon apoteker memerlukan persiapan sebelum menghadapi dunia kerja profesional. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker merupakan salah satu upaya agar dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai dunia kerja profesional untuk calon apoteker. Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker penting sebagai bekal pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker bagi calon apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy periode bulan Februari 2022, PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories periode bulan Maret – April 2022, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Jagakarsa periode bulan Mei – Juni 2022. Harapannya agar calon apoteker mendapatkan wawasan dan pengalaman untuk terjun dalam praktik kefarmasian.

The implementation of the Professional Practice of Pharmacist is important as a provision of knowledge and skills regarding the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists for prospective pharmacists. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at the Roxy Pharmacy for the period of February 2022, PT. Hexpharm Jaya Laboratories for the period March – April 2022, and the Jagakarsa District Health Center for the period May – June 2022. It is hoped that prospective pharmacists will gain insight and experience to engage in pharmaceutical practice."

"Apoteker memiliki peran kunci dalam beragai aspek obat, mulai dari penemuan, produksi, hingga penyerahan obat ke tangan konsumen. Calon apoteker dituntut memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman sebelum terlibat langsung dalam praktik kefarmasian. Salah satu bentuk peningkatan keterampilan professional apoteker adalah Praktik Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dirancang untuk membantu calon apoteker memahami dan mengembangkan kompetensinya. PT. Kalbio Global Medika, Puskesmas Kecamatan Jagakarsa dan Apotek Kimia Farma Dramaga merupakan salah satu instansi yang bekerja sama dengan Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia agar calon apoteker dapat menjalankan PKPA pada periode periode Februari – Mei 2022. Melalui PKPA di apotek, Puskesmas, dan industri tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian.

The Professional Pharmacist Practice Act (PKPA), which is intended to help prospective pharmacists recognize and enhance their competencies, is one method of enhancing pharmacists' professional skills. PT. Kalbio Global Medika, Jagakarsa District Health Center, and Kimia Farma Dramaga Pharmacy are among the institutions that work collaboratively with the Pharmacist Professional Study Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia prospective pharmacists can take the PKPA examination between February and May 2022. Prospective pharmacists must acquire the necessary insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to practice pharmacy through PKPA in pharmacies, health centers, and these industries."

"Industri farmasi memiliki peranan yang penting dalam ketersediaan obat untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Mutu suatu obat tidak dapat ditentukan berdasarkan pemeriksaan produk akhir saja, melainkan selama keseluruhan proses pembuatan produk obat. Apoteker merupakan salah satu tenaga inti di suatu industri farmasi. Calon apoteker perlu mendapatkan bekal pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang memadai untuk memenuhi standar kompetensi yang diperlukan. Salah satu cara untuk mencapainya adalah dengan kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di industri farmasi yaitu PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. Kegiatan PKPA ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker dapat mengetahui dan memahami peran serta tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi serta memahami proses pengembangan produk obat dan regulasi obat di industri farmasi sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah Indonesia. Praktek kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan mulai dari tanggal 3 Januari ndash; 28 Februari 2017. Berdasarkan PKPA yang telah dilakukan, Apoteker di PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories dapat berperan di beberapa departemen yang setiap departemennya bekerja sama sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsinya masing-masing. PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories melakukan pengembangan produk sesuai dengan ketentuan yang tercantum dalam CPOB dan mendaftarkannya ke BPOM, sehingga diperoleh produk obat yang terjamin mutu, khasiat, dan keamanannya.

Pharmacists are one of the core personnel in a pharmaceutical industry. Prospective pharmacists need to obtain sufficient knowledge and experience to meet the required competency standards. One way to achieve this is with the activities of internship in the pharmaceutical industry, PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. This activity is aimed to prospective pharmacist to know and understand the role and responsibility of pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry and understand the process of developing drug products and drug regulation in the pharmaceutical industry in accordance with Indonesian government regulations. This internship is carried out from January 3rd to February 28th, 2017. Based on internship that has been done, the Apothecary at PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories can play a role in several departments where each department works in accordance with their respective tasks and functions. PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories undertakes product development in accordance with the provisions contained in the CPOB and register it to BPOM, so as to obtain a product of quality assured, efficacy, and safety."

Wawasan dan pemahaman tersebut didapatkan dengan adanya pembelajaran secara teoritis dan praktis. Dengan adanya kegiatan PKPA ini, mahasiswa mampu menambah wawasan, keterampilan, dan ilmu pengetahuan dalam melakukan praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian secara langsung di apotek.

Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja di Apotek, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, serta industri farmasi diharapkan dapat memberikan pengembangan wawasan, ilmu pengetahuan, serta kompetensi bagi calon apoteker dalam melaksanakan praktik kefarmasian di masa mendatang.

The implementation of the Professional Practice of Pharmacists in pharmacy, The National Agency of Drug and Food Control, and the pharmaceutical industry is expected to be able to provide the development of insight, knowledge, and competence for prospective pharmacists in implementing pharmaceutical practice in the future."

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) adalah program kerja yang bertujuan untuk membekali mahasiswa calon apoteker mengenai peran, fungsi, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di sarana pekerjaan kefarmasian, yaitu rumah sakit, industri farmasi, apotek, puskesmas, dan Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF). Mahasiswa calon apoteker diharapkan memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian secara profesional. Kegiatan PKPA dilakukan di industri farmasi dan apotek, yaitu PT Clinisindo Laboratories dan Apotek Kimia Farma Utama Raya secara berturut-turut. PKPA di PT Clinisindo Laboratories dilaksanakan pada periode Januari - Februari 2022, sementara PKPA di Apotek Kimia Farma Utama Raya dilaksanakan pada periode Maret 2022. Pada PKPA di PT Clinisindo Laboratories, penulis melaksanakan pengkajian terhadap beberapa software yang dapat digunakan dalam sistem manajemen informasi laboratorium, yaitu LabSolution CS, NuGenesis SDMS, dan Agilent SLIMS. Pada PKPA di Apotek Kimia Farma Utama Raya, penulis melaksanakan analisis Pareto ABC dan kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik di apotek. Dengan demikian, mahasiswa calon apoteker memeperoleh ilmu yang bermanfaat untuk pengabdiannya kelak sebagai seorang apoteker yang profesional.

Professional pharmacist work practice is a work program that aims to equip prospective pharmacist students about the roles, functions, and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmaceutical work facilities, namely hospitals, pharmaceutical industries, pharmacies, health centers, and pharmaceutical wholesalers. Pharmacist students are expected to have the insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to do pharmacy work professionally. Professional pharmacist work practice activities are carried out in the pharmacy store and pharmacy industry, namely PT Clinisindo Laboratories and Apotek Kimia Farma Utama Raya, respectively. Professional pharmacist work practice at PT Clinisindo Laboratories was carried out in the period January - February 2022, while professional pharmacist work practice at Apotek Kimia Farma Utama Raya was carried out in the period March 2022. In PT Clinisindo Laboratories, the authors carried out an assessment of several software that can be used in laboratory information management systems, namely LabSolution CS, NuGenesis SDMS, and Agilent SLIMS. In Apotek Kimia Farma Utama Raya, the authors carried out Pareto ABC analysis and clinical pharmacy service activities at pharmacy store. Thus, pharmacist students gain useful knowledge for their future service as a professional pharmacist."

"Pendidikan profesi apoteker menjadi faktor yang sangat penting dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan apoteker yang professional. Professional pharmacist education is a very important factor in an effort to meet the needs of professional pharmacists. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. Proses pengembangan produk obat dan regulasi obat di industri farmasi harus sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah Indonesia. Tugas khusus diberikan berjudul penyusunan dokumen registrasi nonklinik dan klinik larutan injeksi magnesium sulfat sesuai kriteria dan tatalaksana registrasi obat oleh Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan BPOM . Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus adalah untuk mengetahui tujuan dilakukan penyusunan dokumen klinik dan nonklinik serta memahami prosedur penyusunan dokumen klinik dan nonklinik injeksi magnesium sulfat sesuai dengan Kriteria dan Tatalaksana Registrasi Obat oleh BPOM.

ABSTRACTPharmacists profession internship at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories was held on July to September 2016. Implementation of this internship aimed to understand the role and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the development of medicinal products, especially in Department of Business Development, PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. The process of development of medicinal products in the pharmaceutical industry must be in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian government. Special task given to support the internship activities was entitled Preparation of Non Clinical and Clinical Registration Documents of Magnesium Sulfate Injection according to the drug registration criteria and procedure by drug and food supervisory agency BPOM . The purpose of the special task are to understand the purpose of composing clinic and nonclinical documents, as well as understand the procedure of clinical and nonclinical documents arrangement of magnesium sulfate injection in accordance with BPOM drug registration criteria and procedure."
