"Praktik kerja profesi apoteker merupakan suatu praktik profesi dimana seorang calon apoteker berkesempatan untuk berpartisipasi langsung untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian dalam berbagai sarana kefarmasian seperti industri farmasi dan apotek. Melalui praktik kerja profesi apoteker, apoteker dapat menambah wawasan, pengetahuan serta keterampilan dari berbagai sarana kefarmasian sebelum kemudian memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional pada periode januari – Februari 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Poltangan pada periode Maret 2022.  Melalui berbagai pengalaman yang didapat dari praktik kerja profesi ini, calon apoteker  diharapkan mendapatkan bekal yang cukup baik dari pengetahuan, pengalaman dan keterampilan mengenai  peran apoteker diberbagai sarana kefarmasian.

Pharmacist professional practice is a professional practice where a prospective pharmacist has the opportunity to participate and learn about professional pharmaceutical practice in various pharmaceutical facilities such as pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies. Through the pharmacist professional practice, prospective pharmacists can increase their knowledge about pharmacist role and skill from various pharmaceutical facilities. Pharmacist professional practice held at PT Finusolprima Farma International period january – February 2022 and Apotek Roxy Poltangan period March 2022.  Over the distinct experiences gained from pharmacist professional practice, prospective pharmacists are expected to get more in depth knowledge, experiences and skills regarding pharmacists role in various pharmaceutical facilities."

"Profesi apoteker mempunyai peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Maka dari itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani prktik profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Takeda Indonesia periode Januari – Maret 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Poltangan periode Mei 2022. Through the activities in the pharmaceutical industry, distributor, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice. "Implementasi keilmuan farmasi terutama pada bidang profesional harusdilaksanakan dimana pada hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan sebuahpraktik kerja lapangan. Melalui pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker ini, calonapoteker diharapkan untuk mampu memahami kompetensi yang diperlukan,memperoleh wawasan serta mampu mengimplementasikan praktik kerja di bidangkefarmasian.

In order to increase the professionalism of pharmacists, both prospective pharmacists and pharmacists who have built a career, structured training is needed that can be used for knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes as a qualified pharmacist. The structured training referred to in this document can be in the form of pharmacist work (PKPA) for prospective pharmacists. This time, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice was held at PT Kalbio Global Medika for the January–February 2022 period and at Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy for the May 2022 period. Through the PKPA process in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy services, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain insight, knowledge, skills, and appropriate experience to perform pharmaceutical work."

"Profesi apoteker memiliki tanggung jawab menyeluruh dalam praktik kefarmasian. Sebelum terjun langsung, calon apoteker memerlukan persiapan sebelum menghadapi dunia kerja profesional. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker merupakan salah satu upaya agar dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai dunia kerja profesional untuk calon apoteker. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional dan Apotek Roxy Galaxy selama periode bulan Juli - Oktober 2021. Industri Farmasi harus selalu dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dan dapat bersaing. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan melakukan proses improvement, dimana seorang Apoteker harus dapat melakukan perencanaan dan pengendalian aktivitas proses produksi. Dalam melakukan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan pengukuran atas setiap aktivitas produksi yang ada untuk melihat seberapa lama waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh tenaga kerja serta untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak tingkat aktivitas yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk menghasilkan produk. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran tersebut adalah metode time and motion study. Selain di Industri Farmasi, Apoteker juga berperan dalam Sarana Pelayanan Kefarmasian, salah satunya adalah Apotek. Apotek memiliki standar yang digunakan sebagai pedoman bagi tenaga kefarmasian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian, menjamin kepastian hukum bagi tenaga kefarmasian, dan melindungi pasien dan masyarakat dari penggunaan obat yang tidak rasional dalam rangka patient safety. Maka dari itu, seorang Apoteker wajib memiliki pemahaman terkait pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Dari hasil PKPA tersebut, calon Apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk dapat melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

In this role, a pharmacist must fulfill the competency standards required to enter working life and undergo the professional practice. As a provision and experience for pharmacist candidates to understand the role of pharmacists and improve their competence, the internship at PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional and Apotek Roxy Galaxy was held during the period July - October 2021. The pharmaceutical industry must always be able to improve its performance to produce quality products and can compete. One way is to carry out the improvement process, where a pharmacist must be able to plan and control the production process activity. In doing this, it is necessary to measure each of the existing production activities to see how long the workforce needs the time and to find out how many levels of activity are carried out by the company to produce products. One of the methods used to take these measurements is the time and motion study method. In addition to the Pharmaceutical Industry, pharmacists also play a role in Pharmaceutical Service Facilities, one of which is a pharmacy. Pharmacy has a standard used as a guideline for pharmaceutical personnel aimed at improving the quality of pharmaceutical services, ensuring legal certainty for pharmaceutical personnel, and protecting patients and communities from using irrational drugs in the framework of Patient Safety. Therefore, a pharmacist must understand the implementation of pharmaceutical services in the pharmacy by applicable laws and regulations. This internship allows pharmacist candidates to broaden their insight, understanding, and experience doing pharmaceutical work at a professional work practice."

"Apoteker merupakan salah satu profesi yang berperan penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Apoteker memiliki tugas utama melakukan praktik kefarmasian yang didasari oleh standar pelayanan kefarmasian, meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi. Sebelum calon Apoteker dilantik, calon Apoteker diwajibkan untuk mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA), yaitu program pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peran dan tanggung jawab Apoteker; memberi bekal wawasan, ilmu pengetahuan, dan keterampilan; serta mempersiapkan calon Apoteker terhadap dunia profesional. PKPA dilakukan di tiga tempat, yaitu di PT Kalbe Farma Tbk pada periode Januari – Februari 2022, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari pada periode April 2022, dan di Apotek Roxy Jagakarsa pada periode Mei 2022. Calon Apoteker yang telah mengikuti kegiatan PKPA diharapkan telah menguasai pemahaman terkait peran dan tanggung jawabnya; memahami wawasan, ilmu pengetahuan, serta keterampilan yang telah didapat; serta siap untuk menjadi Apoteker.

It was carried out in three places, at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk on January – February 2022, at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari on April 2022, and at Roxy Jagakarsa Pharmacy on May 2022. Aspiring pharmacists who have participated in PKPA are expected to possessed the related understanding roles and responsibilities; understand the insights, knowledge, and skills that have been obtained; and ready to become a pharmacist."

"Telah dilakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Mahakam Beta Farma, Jakarta Timur yang berlangsung pada tanggal 3 Januari – 25 Februari 2022 dan di Apotek Roxy Biak, Jakarta Pusat yang berlangsung pada tanggal 9 – 31 Mei 2022. Kegiatan ini merupakan sarana penulis untuk mempelajari dan memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang aporeker. Hal ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal penulis untuk melaksanakan peran apoteker di ranah professional serta dapat bermanfaat bagi diri sendiri, rekan sejawat, serta masyarakat. Kegiatan PKPA di PT Mahakam Beta Farma dan Apotek Roxy Biak meliputi tinjauan tugas managerial di bagian produksi sediaan solid industri farmasi, tugas farmasi klinis di apotek, serta tugas khusus baik di industri farmasi maupun apotek.

This activity is the author's means to learn and understand the duties and responsibilities of an apothecary. This is expected to be the author's provision to carry out the role of pharmacists in the professional realm and can be useful for themselves, colleagues, and society. PKPA activities at PT Mahakam Beta Farma and Roxy Biak Pharmacy include reviewing managerial duties in the solid dosage production section of the pharmaceutical industry, clinical pharmacy duties in pharmacies, as well as special tasks in both the pharmaceutical and pharmacy industries."
