"Menurut Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 51 Tahun 2009, pekerjaan kefarmasian adalah pembuatan termasuk pengendalian mutu Sediaan Farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan dan pendistribusian atau penyaluran obat, pengelolaan obat, pelayanan obat atas resep dokter, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat, bahan obat dan obat tradisional. Pekerjaan kefarmasian tersebut dilakukan oleh seorang apoteker. Gelar apoteker didapat dari pendidikan profesi yang ditempuh setelah sarjana farmasi. Seorang apoteker dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan akademik dan kemampuan profesi dalam mengaplikasikan Pekerjaan Kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker harus dibekali ilmu-ilmu secara teori maupun praktik. Keilmuan secara praktik didapatkan melalui program praktik kerja profesi apoteker PKPA. Program PKPA dilaksanakan Apotek Roxy Pitara, Puskesmas Kecamatan Jagakarsa dan PT. Ethica Industri Farmasi dari bulan Januari hingga bulan April 2022. Melalui program PKPA ini, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat menambah keilmuan dan wawasan terkait pekerjaan kefarmasian sehingga nantinya menjadi bekal bagi calon apoteker sendiri ketika memasuki dunia kerja.

Seorang apoteker dibekali keilmuan terkait farmasi industri dan farmasi klinis secara keseluruhan dan harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari 10 (sepuluh) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker pada saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. "Apoteker merupakan profesi yang didapatkan seorang sarjana farmasi setelah lulus dari program pendidikan profesi apoteker dan lulus Ujian Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia (UKAI). Seorang apoteker selanjutnya dapat berkarir di industri (obat, obat tradisional, kosmetik), pedagang besar farmasi (PBF), apotek, rumah sakit, puskemas, maupun klinik. Sebagai perbekalan calon apoteker untuk terjun ke dunia kerja kedepannya, dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sebagai bagian dari kurikulum program studi profesi apoteker. PKPA dilaksanakan di PT Mahakam Beta Farma pada periode Januari – Februari 2022 ditempatkan di divisi Pemastian Mutu dan Apotek Roxy Pitara periode Mei 2022. Saat melaksanakan PKPA di PT Mahakam Beta Farma, calon apoteker berfokus pada bagian dokumentasi, terutama pembuatan Product Quality Review (PQR). Kemudian, saat melaksanakan PKPA di Apotek Roxy Pitara, calon apoteker belajar bagaimana melakukan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) serta melakukan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Calon apoteker diharapkan dapat belajar dan mendapatkan pengalaman, pengetahuan, serta keterampilan yang dapat mendukung calon apoteker tersebut kedepannya lewat PKPA di industri dan apotek.

A pharmacist is a profession that is obtained by a pharmacy graduate after graduating from the pharmacist professional education program and passing the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Examination (UKAI). A pharmacist can then have a career in industry (drugs, traditional medicines, cosmetics), pharmaceutical wholesalers (PBF), pharmacies, hospitals, health centers, and clinics. As provosion for prospective pharmacists to enter the world of work in the future, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) is carried out as part of the pharmacist profession study program curriculum. PKPA was implemented at PT Mahakam Beta Farma in the period January – February 2022 placed in the Quality Assurance division and Roxy Pitara Pharmacy for the period May 2022. Prospective pharmacists focus on the documentation section, especially the manufacture of Product Quality Review (PQR) at PT Mahakam Beta Farma. Then, prospective pharmacists learn how to manage pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and Medical Consumables (BMHP) and perform clinical pharmacy services at Roxy Pitara Pharmacy. Prospective pharmacists are expected to learn and gain experience, knowledge, and skills that can support future pharmacists on their next journey through PKPA in industry and pharmacy."

Kebayoran Baru Public Health Center, Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy, and PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals are one of the agencies that collaborate with the Pharmacist Professional Study Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia so that prospective pharmacists can run PKPA in the period January – May 2022. Through the activities in public health center, pharmacy, pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmacy practice."

"Apoteker merupakan jabatan yang mempunyai ruang lingkup tugas, tanggung jawab, dan wewenang untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasiaan pada unit pelayanan kesehatan yang diduduki oleh Pegawai Negeri Sipil dengan hak dan kewajiban yang diberikan secara penuh oleh pejabat yang berwenang. Pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian ini membutuhkan pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi untuk keperluan praktik kerja di kemudian hari. Pelaksanaan perbekalan pekerjaan kefarmasian dilakukan oleh penulis dalam tiga bidang yaitu industri, apotek, dan pusat kesehatan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan penulis pada PT. Harsen Laboratories di tanggal 03 Januari 2022 – 25 Februari 2022 untuk bidang industry farmasi, kemudian penulis melaksanakan proses praktik kerja di PT. Kreanova Pharmaret (Apotek Roxy) cabang Pitara di tanggal 02 Maret 2022 – 31 Maret 2022, serta penulis melaksanakan praktik kerja terakhir di Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat Kecamatan Pasar Minggu pada tanggal 23 Mei 2022 – 9 Juni 2022. Proses pembelajaran dan praktik kerja ini untuk selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal untuk kedepannya.

The implementation of pharmaceutical work supplies is carried out by the author in three fields, namely industry, pharmacies, and community health centers. The implementation of the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) was carried out by the author at PT. Harsen Laboratories on 03 January 2022 – 25 February 2022 for the pharmaceutical industry, then the author carried out the work practice process at PT. Kreanova Pharmaret (Apotek Roxy) Pitara branch on 02 March 2022 – 31 March 2022, and the author carried out his last work practice at the Pasar Minggu District Community Health Center on 23 May 2022 – 9 June 2022. This learning process and work practice is expected to continue can be used for the future."

"Apoteker adalah sarjana farmasi yang telah lulus sebagai apoteker dan telah mengucapkan sumpah jabatan apoteker (Kemenkes, 2014). Dalam menjalankan perannya, profesi apoteker harus telah memahami tugas dan tanggungjawab baik secara teori maupun praktik. Pengetahuan secara teori telah diperoleh melalui pendidikan formal. Adapun kegiatan praktik yang dilakukan diperoleh melalui program Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) selama masa pendidikan apoteker untuk meningkatkan keahlian dan menambah pengetahuan mengenai praktik profesi di lapangan. Kegiatan praktik kerja yang dilakukan antara lain di industri famasi (PT. Ethica Industri Farmasi) selama 2 bulan, pemerintahan (BPOM Republik Indonesia) selama 3 minggu, Apotek Roxy Jatibaru selama 1 bulan, dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Cipayung selama 2 minggu. Terdapat tugas khusus yang diberikan selama menyelesaikan kegiatan praktik pada masing-masing tempat PKPA. Seluruh kegiatan praktik dan tugas khusus yang diberikan memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan baru untuk meningkatkan kualitas keprofesian yang dimiliki guna mendukung tercapainya pelayanan kefarmasian yang baik di masyarakat.

There are special tasks given during the completion of practical activities at each PKPA location. All practical activities and specific tasks given provide new knowledge and skills to improve the quality of their profession in order to support the achievement of good pharmaceutical services in the community.
