The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at Apotek Kimia Farma HM Yusuf for the January 2022 period, PT SamMarie Tramedifa for the February 2022 period, and PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals for the March – May 2022 period. Through the activities in the pharmacy retail, distributor, and pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice."

"Praktik kefarmasian harus dapat diimplementasikan oleh seorang apoteker. Untuk dapat menjadi seorang apoteker yang kompeten, calon apoteker harus memiliki wawasan dan pemahaman yang baik terkait pekerjaan kefarmasian yang nantinya akan dilaksanakan. Wawasan dan pemahaman tersebut didapatkan dengan adanya pembelajaran secara teoritis dan praktis. Demi terwujudnya seorang apoteker yang profesional dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian, salah satu hal yang penting untuk dilakukan adalah berpartisipasi secara langsung dalam melakukan pelayanan dan pekerjaan kefarmasian pada institusi kefarmasian, seperti apotek, puskesmas, dan industri farmasi. Dengan adanya kegiatan PKPA ini, mahasiswa mampu menambah wawasan, keterampilan, dan ilmu pengetahuan dalam melakukan praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian secara langsung di apotek.

Pharmaceutical practices must be implemented by a pharmacist. In order to become a competent pharmacist, prospective pharmacists must have good insight and understanding of the pharmacy practice to be carried out. These insight and understandings are obtained through theoretical and practical learning. For the sake of realizing a professional pharmacist in doing pharmacy practice, one of the important things to do is directly in carrying out work and pharmaceutical practice in the pharmaceutical institutions, such as the pharmacies, public health center, and pharmaceutical industry. The pharmacies, public health center, and pharmaceutical industry can be a place for prospective pharmacists to be able to hone their pharmacy skills so that they can be applied in the current world of work. For that, students do Internship at Apotek Kimia Farma, Pancoran public health center, and PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals. With this internship, students are able to build insights, skills, and knowledge in pharmaceutical practice directly in pharmaceucitcal intitutions."

Dikarenakan kompleksnya bidang tersebut, seorang apoteker dituntut untuk berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktek kefarmasian. Salah satu bentuk partisipasi tersebut adalah dilakukan dengan diadakannya Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dijalani oleh calon apoteker sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia profesional. Due to the complexity of the field, a pharmacist is required to participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. One form of participation is carried out by holding the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) which is carried out by prospective pharmacists as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and to improve competence before entering the professional world. Kebayoran Baru Public Health Center, Roxy Pondok Labu Pharmacy, and PT CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals are one of the agencies that collaborate with the Pharmacist Professional Study Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia so that prospective pharmacists can run PKPA in the period January – May 2022. Through the activities in public health center, pharmacy, pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmacy practice."

As an effort to improve the knowledge and skills of prospective pharmacists regarding the roles, functions, and responsibilities of pharmacists as well as to get an overview of pharmaceutical work, prospective pharmacists need to carry out the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice before entering the working world. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice was carried out at the Roxy Jatikramat Pharmacy in the period January 2022, PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals in the period March – May 2022, and Pasar Minggu Public Medical Center in the period May 2022. After the implementation of the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice in pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, and public medical center, prospective pharmacists are expected to have sufficient insight, knowledge, skills, and experience so that they are ready to enter the working world as competent and professional pharmacists."

"Seorang apoteker memiliki peranan penting dalam penyelenggaraan praktik kefarmasian. Penyelenggaraan tersebut meliputi pengadaan, produksi, distribusi, dan pelayanan sediaan farmasi. Oleh karena itu, apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi dalam melaksanakan praktik kefarmasian. Standar kompetensi apoteker terdiri dari sepuluh (10) elemen yang perlu dikuasai sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalankan praktik profesi. Sebagai calon apoteker penting untuk mengetahui dan memiliki kemampuan terkait peran, fungsi, serta tanggung jawab apoteker yang bisa didapatkan melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). As a future pharmacist, it is important to know and have abilities related to the roles, functions, and responsibilities of pharmacists that can be obtained through the internship program. Through the implementation of the internship program, it is expected that a future pharmacist will have the insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to do pharmaceutical practice so that they are ready to enter the real world of work as a profesional in the pharmacy practice."

Apoteker memiliki peran yang penting di beberapa instansi, seperti di Industri Farmasi dan Apotek. Seorang apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalai praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari 10 standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 49 Pondok Bambu dan PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals selama periode bulan Februari – Agustus 2020. Selama PKPA diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A pharmacist must meet competency standards as a requirement to enter the world of work and pursue professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of 10 competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a provision and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the internship was carried out at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 49 Pondok Bambu and PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals during the period of February - August 2020. During internship, it is hoped that prospective pharmacist will gain insight, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in professional work practices.

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi secara umum kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere; serta mengetahui peran dan fungsi apoteker dalam aspek profesional dan aspek manajerial di apotek secara umum, dan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere secara khusus. Pada laporan ini dilakukan pengkajian terhadap resep penyait dermatitis di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere periode Februari 2020. Laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui obat-obat yang diresepkan untuk pasien dengan penyakit dermatitis serta mengetahui penggunaan obat yang rasional pada resep pengobatan dermatitis di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere.Industri Farmasi merupakan instansi yang berperan penting dalam menyediakan obat yang bermutu tinggi sesuai dengan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Berdasarkan peraturan CPOB, industri farmasi diwajibkan untuk membuat pengkajian mutu produk tiap tahunnya. Pengkajian mutu produk adalah pengkajian terhadap produk secara berkala terhadap semua obat terdaftar, termasuk produk ekspor, dengan tujuan untuk membuktikan konsistensi proses, kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi bahan awal, bahan pengemas dan produk jadi, untuk melihat tren dan mengidentifikasi perbaikan yang diperlukan untuk produk dan proses. Pengkajian mutu produk secara berkala biasanya dilakukan tiap tahun dan didokumentasikan,. Tujuan dari pembuatan laaporan ini adalah agar calon apoteker dapat memahami prinsip pengkajian mutu produk di PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals, dimulai dari pengolahan data menjadi suatu tren statistic hingga dokumentasi ke dalam laporan.

Professional Work Practices of Pharmacists at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 456 Cinere aims to evaluate in general pharmaceutical service activities at Kimia Farma No. 456 Cinere; as well as knowing the roles and functions of pharmacists in professional and managerial aspects at the pharmacy in general, and in the Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 456 Cinere in particular. Pharmacists have three roles in a pharmacy, namely as a professional, salesperson, and manager. In this report, an assessment of the prescription for dermatitis is conducted at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 456 Cinere for the period of February 2020. This report aims to determine which drugs are prescribed for patients with dermatitis and to determine the rational use of drugs in dermatitis treatment prescriptions at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 456 Cinere. Pharmaceutical Industry is an important institution in providing the high quality of medicinal product incorporating Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). According to GMP, pharmaceutical industry needs to submit their product quality review annually. Product quality review is a regular periodic or rolling quality reviews of all licensed medicinal products, including export only products, should be conducted with the objective of verifying the consistency of the existing process, the appropriateness of current specifications for both starting materials and finished products to highlight any trends and to identify product and process improvements. Such reviews should normally be conducted and documented annually. The purpose of this special assignment for pharmacist to be is to understand the principal of product quality review in PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals, including data processing to be statistical trend to documentation as a report."

"Skip testing merupakan prosedur yang penting dilakukan untuk pengujian pada suatu bets. Tes ini mengabaikan sebagian parameter uji dengan asumsi bahwa bets yang tidak diuji dengan parameter tersebut masih memenuhi semua kriteria penerimaan yang ditetapkan. Skip testing bertujuan untuk menghemat biaya (cost-effectiveness) saat melakukan pengujian untuk suatu bets. Selain itu, penerapan skip testing juga dapat menghemat waktu dan tenaga, sehingga pengujian yang dilakukan dapat lebih cepat dan efisien. PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals, departemen Quality Control (QC) akan melakukan pengujian terhadap incoming material baik itu bahan baku, bahan tambahan atau pun bahan kemas sesuai permintaan dari petugas/penanggung jawab Warehouse. Pengujian untuk satu bets bahan/material yang datang dapat memakan waktu sekitar 3-7 hari bila dilakukan pengujian untuk semua parameter yang tercantum didalam Metode Analisa. Biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pengujian satu bets bahan/material juga cukup tinggi, sehingga skip testing merupakan solusi untuk mengefisiensi biaya dan waktu pengujian. Skip testing plans dilakukan dengan merencanakan analisa-analisa yang perlu dihilangkan dari incoming API materials tahun 2018 samapi dengan tahun 2021. Pemilihan analisa yang perlu dihilangkan adalah analisis yang bukan merupakan jenis analisis kritikal seperti pemerian (description), identifikasi, penetapan kadar, impurity, ukuran partikel, susut pengeringan dan/atau kadar air, uji microbiologi. Hasil menunjukkan incoming API materials (bahan aktif obat) bisa dilakukan dengan skip testing plan yaitu menghilangkan pengujian non-critical pada masing masing bahan aktif obat. Tren data dari seluruh pengujian non-critical baik dari pengujian in-house (yang dilakukan di PT CKD-Otto Pharmaceutical) atau pun dari CoA Manufacturer tidak menunjukkan adanya penyimpangan, semua data terlihat sudah sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan pengujian Uji T-Independent test pada data hasil pengujian in-house dan CoA manufacturer untuk uji non-critical menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan yang signifikan, sehingga saat skip testing dilakukan hasil dari CoA manufacturer dapat digunakan sebagai referensi.

Skip testing is an important procedure for testing a batch. This test ignores some of the test parameters with the assumption that batches that are not tested with these parameters still meet all of the acceptance criteria set. Skip testing aims to save costs (cost-effectiveness) when testing for a batch. In addition, the implementation of skip testing can also save time and effort, so that the tests carried out can be faster and more efficient. PT. CKD-OTTO Pharmaceuticals, Quality Control (QC) department will conduct tests on incoming materials, be they raw materials, additional materials or packaging materials according to the request from the warehouse officer/person in charge. Testing for one batch of incoming materials may take about 3-7 days if testing is carried out for all parameters listed in the Analytical Method. The cost required for testing one batch of materials is also quite high, so skip testing is a solution to streamline testing costs and time. Skip testing plans are carried out by planning the analyzes that need to be removed from incoming API materials in 2018 to 2021. The selection of analyzes that need to be removed is an analysis that is not a critical type of analysis such as description, identification, grade determination, impurity, size particles, drying shrinkage and/or moisture content, microbiological tests. The results show that incoming API materials (active drug ingredients) can be done with a skip testing plan, namely eliminating non-critical testing for each active drug ingredient. The trend of data from all non-critical tests both from in-house testing (which was carried out at PT CKD-Otto Pharmaceutical) or from CoA Manufacturer did not show any deviations, all data seemed to be in accordance with the specifications and the T-Independent test test on the data the results of in-house and CoA manufacturer testing for non-critical tests showed no significant differences, so when skip testing was carried out the results from the CoA manufacturer could be used as a reference."
