"Apoteker sebagai tenaga kesehatan memiliki peranan penting dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. Peran apoteker sangat dibutuhkan salah satunya di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dalam memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian yang memenuhi syarat kompetensi dan etik kefarmasian. Untuk menjadi seorang apoteker yang kompeten, maka salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker merupakan salah satu tahapan penting yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa apoteker untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensinya, serta mempersiapkan diri sebagai tenaga kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk melaksanakan praktik kerja profesi. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di tiga fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, yaitu Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama pada periode 10-21 Januari 2022, Apotek Roxy Beringin pada periode 2-26 Februari 2022, dan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia (RS UI) pada periode 7 Maret-27 April 2022. Melalui proses Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di puskesmas, apotek, dan rumah sakit tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan.

Pharmacists as health workers have an important role in carrying out pharmaceutical practice according to applicable regulations. The role of pharmacists is needed, one of which is in health care facilities in providing pharmacy practice that meet the requirements of pharmaceutical competence and ethics. To become a competent pharmacists, one of the efforts that can be done is to participate directly in carrying out pharmaceutical practices. Pharmacist internship is one of the important stages carried out by pharmacist students to improve skills and competencies, and also to prepare themselves as health workers. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to carry out professional work practices. The internship was carried out in three health care facilities, that is Kebayoran Lama Sub-district Public Health Center period January 10-21st 2022, Roxy Beringin Pharmacies period February 2-26th 2022, and Universitas Indonesia Hospital period March 7th-April 27th 2022. Through the process of pharmacist internship in public health center, pharmacies, and hospital, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain insight, knowledges, skills, and experiences that are suitable for doing pharmaceutical practice in health care facilities."

"Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 51 Tahun 2009, seorang apoteker memiliki tanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Pekerjaan kefarmasian tersebut meliputi pengadaan, produksi, distribusi, ataupun pelayanan sediaan farmasi. Sebelum dinyatakan resmi menjadi seorang apoteker, penting bagi mahasiswa profesi apoteker untuk dapat berpartisipasi dan berkontribusi secara langsung dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa profesi apoteker sebagai calon apoteker memiliki kewajiban untuk melaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA), yang diharapkan menjadi kesempatan bagi mahasiswa profesi apoteker untuk berkontribusi melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Selain itu, dengan adanya kewajiban PKPA ini maka diharapkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki pengalaman untuk memahami realisasi peran apoteker di dunia kerja secara langsung sehingga diketahui kompetensi yang penting dimiliki sebelum memasuki dunia kerja secara nyata kedepannya. Penulis berkesempatan untuk melaksanakan PKPA di industri farmasi yang memproduksi sediaan farmasi dan apotek yang memberikan pelayanan sediaan farmasi, PKPA yang penulis jalani dilaksanakan di PT XYZ periode Januari hingga Maret 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Sawangan periode April 2021. Adanya kesempatan PKPA di industri farmasi dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan memiliki pengalaman, ilmu, wawasan,, dan keterampilan untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Apoteker memerlukan sikap profesional serta kompeten dalam bekerja yang harus diterapkan dalam proses pembuatan obat hingga proses obat didistribusikan ke pada pasien. Salah satu cara untuk melatih sikap profesional seorang apoteker dalam bekerja dengan melakukan praktik kerja keprofesian di industri farmasi dan apotek. By undergoing the professional practice of the pharmacist profession, it is expected to increase the competence of prospective pharmacists in carrying out pharmaceutical practice. "

"Visite apoteker merupakan salah satu standar pelayanan farmasi klinik di rumah sakit yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan PMK tahun 2016, bertujuan untuk berkomunikasi dan memantau kondisi klinis pasien rawat inap secara langsung, memantau terapi obat, menyajikan informasi obat, dan memberikan rekomendasi terapi obat kepada dokter. Selain itu, apoteker juga melakukan pelayanan informasi obat yang diberikan secara langsung atau melalui video edukasi dan leaflet. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan visite kepada pasien ibu menyusui pasca operasi sesar dan membuat video edukasi penggunaan alat nebulizer, handihaler, dan mencuci hidung dengan NaCl 0,9%. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat penggunaan analgesik yang tidak tepat, sehingga bisa membahayakan pasien dan bayinya. Olehkarena itu, apoteker memberikan rekomendasi dan berdiskusi dengan dokter terkait analgesik yang aman untuk pasien. Selanjutnya, salah satu cara untuk menjamin mutu kehidupan pasien oleh apoteker di apotek adalah melakukan kajian pada resep polifarmasi. Resep polifarmasi merupakan resep yang dituliskan dengan 3 jenis obat atau lebih. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dilakukan secara retrospektif yaitu data yang berasal dari resep polifarmasi di Apotek Roxy Pitara. Hasil penelitian 28 resep polifarmasi, kajian administrasi dari aspek umur 55,57%, berat badan 14,29 %, jenis kelamin 92,86%, paraf dokter 78,57 %, dari kajian kesesuaian farmasetik nama obat, bentuk sediaan, kekuatan sediaan, jumlah obat, dan stabilitas obat pada resep lengkap 100%, dan kajian klinis terdapat 1 resep duplikasi (4,76%) dan 3 resep berinteraksi (14,28%) pada resep dengan 3 obat dari total 21 resep. Resep yang berisi 4 obat, terdapat 2 resep yang berinteraksi (40%) dari total 5 resep.

Visiting pharmacist is one of the clinical pharmacy service standards in hospitals which is carried out in accordance with the 2016 Permenkes RI, which aims to communicate and monitor the clinical condition of inpatients directly, monitor drug therapy, present drug information, and provide drug therapy recommendations to doctors. In addition, pharmacists also provide drug information services which are provided directly or through educational videos and leaflets. The method used in this study was to visit patients with breastfeeding patients after cesarean section and make educational videos on the use of a nebulizer, handihaler, and washing the nose with 0.9% NaCl. The results of this study indicate that the use of analgesics is not appropriate, so that it can harm the patient and her baby. Therefore, pharmacists provide recommendations and discuss with doctors regarding analgesics that are safe for patients. Furthermore, one way to ensure the quality of life of patients by pharmacists is to conduct a study on polypharmacy prescriptions. Polypharmacy prescriptions are prescriptions written with 3 or more types of drugs. The research method was carried out by collecting data retrospectively, namely data from polypharmacy prescriptions at Roxy Pitara Pharmacy. The results of the study were 28 polypharmacy prescriptions, in the administrative study from the aspect of age 55.57%, body weight 14.29%, gender 92.86%, doctor's initials 78.57%, from the study of pharmaceutical suitability of drug name, dosage form, dosage strength, number of drugs, and drug stability in 100% complete prescriptions, and in clinical studies there was 1 duplicate prescription (4.76%) and 3 interacting prescriptions (14.28%) in prescriptions with 3 drugs out of a total of 21 prescriptions. Prescriptions containing 4 drugs, there are 2 interacting prescriptions (40%) of the total 5 prescriptions."
