"Apoteker merupakan profesi yang memiliki peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker merupakan kegiatan pelatihan bagi calon apoteker yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai peran apoteker di dunia kerja serta meningkatkan kompetensi yang dimiliki calon apoteker. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di sarana pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan salah satu aspek penting untuk menghasilkan seorang apoteker profesional. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Soho Industri Pharmasi pada periode Januari hingga Februari 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Biak pada periode April 2022. Melalui kegiatan praktik kerja di industri farmasi dan apotek, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan, pemahaman, pengalaman dan keterampilan yang dimilikinya.

The implementation of pharmacists professional practice in pharmaceutical service facilities is one of the important aspects to produce a professional pharmacist. "Industri Farmasi adalah badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat atau bahan obat. Pembuatan obat adalah seluruh tahapan kegiatan dalam menghasilkan obat, yang meliputi pengadaan bahan awal dan bahan pengemas, produksi, pengemasan, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu sampai diperoleh obat untuk didistribusikan. Cycle Time merupakan salah satu penentu target produksi. Untuk itu sangat penting suatu industri farmasi memastikan bahwa Cycle Time produk sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditentukan. Komponen Cycle Time meliputi waktu operasional dan waktu tunggu. Apotek adalah sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktik kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Analisis pengkajian resep meliputi aspek administrasi, farmasetik, dan klinis. Praktik kerja ini dilakukan mulai dari juli hingga November 2021 dengan hasil pengamatan lapangan dalam bentuk laporan praktik kerja dengan kesimpulan hasil analisa dan solusi yang diberikan.

CPOB adalah cara pembuatan obat yang bertujuan untuk memastikan agar mutu obat yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaan. CPOB bertujuan untuk menjamin obat dibuat secara konsisten, memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya. CPOB mencakup seluruh aspek produksi dan pengendalian mutu. Pembuatan secara sembarangan tidak dibenarkan bagi produk yang digunakan untuk menyelamatkan jiwa, atau memeliharakan kesehatan. Apotek yang merupakan salah satu fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, adalah suatu sarana memelihara dan meningkatkan kesehatan, mencegah dan menyembuhkan penyakit serta memulihkan kesehatan perorangan, keluarga, kelompok dan masyarakat yang diselenggarakan secara sendiri atau bersama-sama dalam suatu organisasi. Pharmaceutical wholesaler is a company in the form of a legal entity that has a license for the procurement, storage, distribution of pharmaceutical preparations in large quantities in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. Pharmacy Wholesalers is one of the most important units in the distribution of pharmaceutical preparations to health service facilities such as pharmacies, hospital pharmacy installations, health centers, clinics and drug stores so that they can reach the people. The pharmacist as the person in charge of the pharmaceutical wholesaler must be able to carry out the management of pharmaceutical preparations at the pharmaceutical wholesaler starting from procurement, storage to distribution of pharmaceutical preparations to health care facilities."

Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode Juli – Agustus 2021; mengkaji resep obat-obat pada pasien kardiovaskular di Apotek Roxy Cabang Biak periode September 2021, serta pembuatan pembatas antar batch berbeda dalam satu produk di PT Anugerah Phamrindo Lestari cabang Bogor. Pengambilan data diperoleh dari database vendor yang dimiliki oleh Quality Compliance dan Quality Assurance; pembuatan pembatas dilakukan dengan observasi langsung ke Gudang PT Pharmindo Lestari cabang Bogor; serta resep diperoleh dari pengunjung yang melakukan penebusan resep di Apotek Roxy Biak. Hasil penelitian diperoleh yakni kegiatan kefarmasian di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi khususnya pada Quality Compliance bahwa terdapat gap pada database vendor di Quality Compliance dan AVL; distributor PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari memiliki pembatas untuk menghindari terjadinya kesalahan pengambilan produk dengan nomor batch yang berbeda; Apotek Roxy Biak melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang telah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, melalui pelaksanaan penyiapan dan pelayanan resep yang diawali dengan skrining resep secara administratif, farmasetik dan klinis, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan dispensing obat.

In the pharmaceutical supply chain, medicines made from pharmaceutical manufacturers or the pharmaceutical industry will be distributed by distributors to consumers through pharmaceutical services at health facilities, including pharmacy or drugstore. This study has several objectives, there is to identify the inconsistency of the vendor database on Quality Compliance with the Approved Vendor List (AVL) at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi during the period July – August 2021; studied the prescription of drugs for cardiovascular patients at the Roxy Pharmacy, Biak Branch for the period of September 2021, as well as the manufacture of barriers between different batches in one product at PT Anugerah Phamrindo Lestari, Bogor branch. Data retrieval is obtained from vendor databases owned by Quality Compliance and Quality Assurance; making the barrier is done by direct observation to the warehouse of PT Pharmindo Lestari Bogor branch; and recipes obtained from visitors who redeem prescriptions at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy. The results obtained are pharmaceutical activities at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi especially on Quality Compliance that there is a gap in the vendor database in Quality Compliance and AVL; the distributor of PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari has a barrier to avoid the occurrence of errors in taking products with different batch numbers; Roxy Biak Pharmacy carries out pharmaceutical work in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, through the preparation and service of prescriptions, beginning with administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical prescription screening, followed by drug dispensing."

"OEE atau yang dikenal dengan Overall Equiment Effectiveness adalah suatu pengukuran yang menandakan efektifitas dari suatu alat. Dalam proses produksi OEE merupakan salah satu Key Performance Index yang sangat diperhatikan. Pada akhirnya hal ini akan menentukan apakah suatu proses produksi sudah berjalan dengan efektif. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang sudah dilakukan sebelumnya terhadap mesin kemas blister di PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi, ditemukan bahwa stop mesin paling banyak terjadi dan mengambil durasi yang paling panjang disebabkan oleh permasalahan coding emboss. Permasalahan ini juga dapat menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi adanya stop mesin dan menyebabkan speed loss. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan verifikasi kecepatan yang optimal pada proses produksi sediaan solid dengan mesin kemas blister serta tindakan improvement terhadap permasalahan utama yang menyebabkan speed loss pada mesin. Berdasarkan pengamatan kecepatan optimal pada Mesin Kemas Blister adalah 24 cycle/menit dengan output 96 blister/menit, didasari pada waktu stop mesin yang paling sedikit. Penyebab utama stop mesin adalah permasalahan pada coding emboss. Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah pembuatan rumah coding dan rekondisi / normalisasi Heater Coding.

OEE, also known as Overall Equipment Effectiveness, is a measurement that indicates the effectiveness of a tool or equipment. In the production process, OEE is one of the Key Performance Indicators that is closely monitored. Ultimately, it determines whether a production process is running effectively. Based on previous observations of the blister packaging machine at PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi, it was found that the most frequent and longest machine stops were caused by emboss coding issues. This problem can also contribute to machine stops and result in speed loss. Therefore, it is necessary to verify the optimal speed for the solid dosage form production process using the blister packaging machine and take measures to improve the main issue causing speed loss in the machine. Based on observations, the optimal speed for the Blister Packaging Machine is 24 cycles per minute with an output of 96 blisters per minute, considering the least amount of machine stops. The main cause of machine stops is the issue with emboss coding. The recommended actions are the establishment of a coding house and the refurbishment or normalization of the coding heater."

Dengan adanya kegiatan PKPA ini, calon apoteker diharapkan memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawabnya dalam menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi dan Apotek.
