"Perjalanan bisnis merupakan segmen pariwisata yang diproyeksikan akan terus meningkat dan memiliki kontribusi terhadap industri pariwisata yang cukup signifikan. Implementasi sistem informasi yang mendukung proses customer relationship management (CRM) dan transformasi digital proses penjualan dapat dilakukan untuk memastikan keberlangsungan segmen ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang proses bisnis penjualan segmen business-to-business (B2B) pada salah satu online travel agent (OTA) yang menginkorporasikan sistem informasi CRM dan merancang sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk pengumpulan dan pengelolaan data klien selama proses penjualan. System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) digunakan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan sistem pada proses penjualan segmen B2B dan merancang sistem informasi. Hasil dari perancangan didapatkan sistem informasi yang terdiri dari tiga sistem, yaitu sistem manajemen klien, sistem manajemen perjanjian, dan sistem manajemen pembayaran. Sistem informasi yang dirancang mengubah proses bisnis penjualan pada tahap Akuisisi dan On-boarding. Perubahan proses bisnis penjualan dan fitur sistem informasi yang dirancang mampu meningkatkan dan mempermudah penyimpanan dan pengelolaan data serta mengotomatisasi proses persetujuan dokumen.

Business travel is a tourism segment that is projected to continue to increase and has a significant contribution to the tourism industry. The implementation of an information system that supports the customer relationship management (CRM) process and the digital transformation of the sales process can ensure the sustainability of business travel segment. This study aims to redesign the business-to-business (B2B) sales business process of an online travel agent (OTA) to incorporates a CRM information system and designs an integrated information system for the collection and management of client data during the sales process. The System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is used to analyze system needs in the B2B sales process and design the information systems. The results of the design obtained an information system consisting of three systems, namely client management system, contract management system, and payment management system. The designed information system changes the sales business process at the Acquisition and On-boarding stages. The features of the designed information system and the changes in sales business processes are able to improve and facilitate data storage and management and automate the document approval process."

"UMKM di bidang makanan dan minuman menjadi prioritas pemberdayaan bagi pemerintah. Dalam peta jalan Making Indonesia 4.0 oleh Kementerian Perindustrian, UMKM harus mengadopsi teknologi di sepanjang rantai nilai bisnis agar hasil produksi dan pangsa pasar meningkat. Pemerintah juga menargetkan 30 juta UMKM untuk melakukan transformasi digital di akhir 2023. Penerapan sistem informasi sebagai transformasi digital membantu UMKM untuk mengotomatisasi aktivitas operasional, mengintegrasikan data, dan mendapatkan data yang lebih akurat. Penelitian ini, menggunakan metode System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan Object Oriented. Sistem yang dihasilkan berupa sistem pemesanan, sistem manajemen produk, sistem manajemen karyawan, sistem input promosi, sistem input invoice, dan sistem transaksi. Dalam penelitian ini, alat bantu perancangan yang digunakan adalah entity relationship diagram, use case diagram, use case scenario, class diagram, activity diagram, dan sequence diagram. Sistem informasi yang dirancang memiliki arsitektur database berupa three-tier architecture. Adapun tahapan tranformasi digital yang dicapai adalah integrasi data dan otomatisasi proses.

The government has made MSMEs in the food and beverage sector as a priority for empowerment. In the Making Indonesia 4.0 roadmap by the Ministry of Industry, MSMEs must adopt technology along the business value chain so that production results and market share increase. The government is also targeting 30 million MSMEs to carry out digital transformation by the end of 2023. The application of information systems as digital transformation helps MSMEs to automate operational activities, integrate data, and obtain more accurate data. This study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with an Object-Oriented approach. The resulting systems are order systems, product management systems, employee management systems, promotion input systems, invoice input systems, and transaction systems. In this study the design tools used are entity relationship diagrams, use case diagrams, use case scenarios, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The designed information system has a database architecture in the form of a three-tier architecture. The stages of digital transformation that have been achieved are data integration and process automation."

Sistem Informasi (SI) diakui sebagai komponen kunci bagi keberhasilan organisasi, dengan manajemen strategis SI/TI yang sangat penting guna menjamin efektivitas dan efisiensi pemanfaatannya. Penelitian ini terfokus pada perencanaan strategis SI/TI dalam konteks PT XYZ, mengatasi beberapa tantangan seperti kurangnya analisis pada strategi SI/TI dan kurangnya fokus pada perencanaan strategi arsitektur enterprise sistem informasi. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara, penelitian ini menganalisis situasi SI/TI saat ini dan mengusulkan rekomendasi strategis yang sejalan dengan visi dan misi perusahaan. Analisis tematik, Business Model Canvas, Value Chain, PESTEL, SWOT, Critical Success Factors, dan McFarlan Strategic Grid diterapkan untuk memahami berbagai perspektif strategis. Keselarasan antara bisnis dan sistem informasi diidentifikasi sebagai kunci untuk mencapai tujuan bisnis secara efektif dan efisien. Hasil penelitian menyajikan rencana strategis SI/TI implementatif untuk PT XYZ, yang terdiri atas rekomendasi strategi SI, strategi TI, dan strategi manajemen SI/TI.

In an era of continuously evolving industries, the growth of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) market urges organizations to integrate systems to effectively visualize data and support smarter decision-making. Information Systems (IS) are acknowledged as a key component for organizational success, with strategic IS/IT management being crucial to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency. This research focuses on the strategic planning of IS/IT within the context of PT XYZ, addressing challenges such as the lack of analysis on IS/IT strategies and insufficient focus on the strategic planning of enterprise information system architecture. Through a qualitative approach and primary data collection via interviews, the study analyzes the current situation of IS/IT and proposes strategic recommendations aligned with the company's vision and mission. Thematic analysis, Business Model Canvas, Value Chain, PESTEL, SWOT, Critical Success Factors, and McFarlan Strategic Grid are applied to understand various strategic perspectives. The alignment between business and information systems is identified as key to achieving business goals effectively and efficiently. The research results present an implementable strategic plan for IS/IT at PT XYZ, comprising recommendations for IS strategy, IT strategy, and IS/IT management strategy."

"Menurut tingkat permintaan ekspor terhadap industri manufaktur sepatu dunia diperkirakan akan memengaruhi stabilitas perusahaan-perusahaan pada industri ini di Indonesia. Untuk dapat terus bersaing, diperlukan adanya inovasi dan strategi yang mumpuni di masa sekarang ini, dengan tujuan mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan buyer. Inovasi dan strategi dapat dicapai dengan penerapan digital transformasi pada proses produksi dan logistik internal perusahaan, dimana salah satu penerapannya adalah dengan implementasi sistem informasi yang mendukung proses produksi dan logistik internal. Penelitian ini meneliti proses produksi dan logistik internal perusahaan manufaktur sepatu dan merancang proses bisnis yang menginkorporasikan sistem informasi terintegrasi dalam prosesnya selama operasional perusahaan berlangsung. Didapatkan hasil rancangan sistem informasi melalui metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang terdiri atas tiga sistem. Hasil perancangan berupa use case scenario and diagram, DFD, ERD, activity diagram, dan rancangan interface dari sistem informasi. Sistem informasi yang dirancang dapat mencapai 4 tahap pengembangan teknologi pada tranformasi digital proses penjualan, yaitu digitalisasi, integrasi data, otomatisasi proses, dan integrasi sistem.

The global decline in export demand for the shoe manufacturing industry is expected to affect the stability of companies in this industry in Indonesia. To be able to continue to compete, innovation and qualified strategies are needed today, with the aim of maintaining and increasing consumer confidence. These innovations and strategies can be achieved by implementing digital transformation in the company's internal production and logistics processes, where one of the applications is the implementation of information systems that support the production and internal logistics processes. This research examines the production and internal logistics processes of shoe manufacturing companies and designs business processes that incorporate integrated information systems in the process during company operations. The results of designing information systems through the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method consisting of three systems were obtained. The design results are in the form of use case Scenarios, DFD, ERD, Activity Diagrams, and information system interface designs. The designed information system can achieve 3 stages of technology development in the digital transformation of the sales process, namely digitization, data integration, process automation, and integration system."

Sistem informasi pengadaan barang dan jasa diharapkan akan mempermudah dalam proses pengadaan barang dan jasa. Analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi pengadaan barang dan jasa Institusi Pendidikan X menggunakan metode FAST Framework for the Application of System Thinking . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis permasalahan dan kebutuhan yang diinginkan oleh stakeholder menghasilkan rancangan sistem yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan proses bisnis dan stakeholder.

ABSTRACT
Focus of this study is the procurement of goods and services at an Educational Institution X. A timely procurement process to support operational and academic activity is very crucial. The procurement information system is expected to ease the process of procurement. The Analysis and design of procurement information system at Educational Institution X is employed using FAST Framework for the Application of System Thinking method. This study shows that the analysis of the problem and identification of users rsquo requirement of the expected system are necessary to produce system design that meets the requirement of business process and stakeholders."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan strategi bisnis dan strategi SI/TI yang selaras dalam mencapai tujuan dan sasaran strategis Ditjen SDID dan Kemenristekdikti, yang diwujudkan dengan melakukan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis bisnis eksternal dan internal menggunakan metode value chain, 5-competitive forces, dan SWOT. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan menelaah penelitian-penelitian terdahulu dalam hal peran, strategi dan perubahan/disrupsi pendidikan tinggi dalam mendukung daya saing bangsa, kemudian memvalidasi opsi-opsi yang dihasilkan kepada pejabat eselon I dan II di Ditjen SDID. Selanjutnya, analisis SI/TI eksternal dan internal dilakukan dengan melakukan analisis portofolio aplikasi eksisting, polesei Pangkalan Data Dikti serta praktek-praktek TI terbaik dalam pendidikan tinggi. Strategi digital Ditjen SDID dilakukan dengan kerangka kerja strategi sistem informasi bisnis dan tool business dependency network, dengan memperhatikan sumber daya SI/TI saat ini untuk membentuk portofolio aplikasi di masa yang akan datang serta peta jalan untuk mewujudkannya. Diharapkan dari penelitian ini, dapat diusulkan menjadi bagian dari rencana strategis Ditjen SDID tahun 2020-2025 dan bagi para eksekutif dapat mendorong pemikiran-pemikiran kreatif untuk menghasilkan strategi yang unggul.

ABSTRACT
The Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (MoRTHE) has a vision to realize qualified higher education, and science & technology capability and innovation to support national competitiveness. The national competitiveness means the contribution of science, technology, and higher education in economy that is indicated by technology products superiority which are produced by industries that are supported by research and development institutions, and high-skilled workforce. The Directorate General of Science, Technology, and Higher Education Resources is an organization unit within The Ministry of Science, Technology, and Higher Education. The organization unit has established a strategic goal of increasing the relevancy, quality, and quantity of science, technology, and higher education resources.
However, the directorate general strategies on business and information system (IS) / information technology (IT) had not been spotting the relevancy aspect, especially on its economic impact. There was overproduction of graduates over its demand in some fields. There was also shortage of graduates in certain fields. Thus, the condition implied inefficiency of higher education system in promoting economy.
This action research is aimed to align business and IS/IT strategies with the organization`s strategic goals and objectives. The research was done by committing an information system strategic planning. At the preliminary stage, some planning methodologies were evaluated and Peppard & Ward methodology has been selected. According to the methodology, internal and external business environment analyses were conducted using value chain method, Porter`s 5-competitive forces and SWOT analysis. Further literature reviews were needed to construct a model on how higher education can promote competitiveness, global trends, changes, and disruptions, to shape Indonesia`s higher education future. Then, internal and external IS/IT environment analyses were done by application portfolio analysis, Indonesia higher education database (PDDIKTI) policy review, and IT best practices in higher education review. Business information system strategy framework and business dependency network tool were used to formulate business information system strategy.
The result of the research is a future application portfolio, roadmap, and IS management strategy that has better control to the ultimate goal of national competitiveness, human capital oriented, and better utilization of higher education resources in all segments. Hopefully, the result would be incorporated as a part into the next 5-year period strategic plan of the organization and will unleash creative ideas of the executives using the IS/IT solution."

"Chatbot sebagai asisten virtual yang digunakan oleh suatu instansi dapat memberikan manfaat bagi penggunanya. Dengan adanya chatbot, pengguna dapat berbicara langsung kepada chatbot melalui pesan singkat, yang kemudian sistem secara spontan mengidentifikasi intent pesan tersebut dan merespons dengan tindakan yang relevan. Sayangnya, cakupan pengetahuan chatbot terbatas dalam menangani pesan oleh pengguna yang semakin bervariasi. Dampak utama dari adanya variasi tersebut adalah adanya perubahan pada komposisi label intent. Untuk itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada dua hal. Pertama, pemodelan topik untuk menemukan intent dari pesan pengguna yang belum teridentifikasi intent-nya. Kedua, pemodelan topik digunakan untuk mengorganisasi intent yang sudah ada dengan menganalisis hasil keluaran model topik. Setelah dianalisis, terdapat dua kemungkinan fenomena perubahan komposisi intent yaitu: penggabungan dan pemecahan intent, dikarenakan terdapat noise saat proses anotasi dataset orisinal. Pemodelan topik yang digunakan terdiri dari Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) sebagai model baseline dan dengan model state-of-the-art Top2Vec dan BERTopic. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap dataset salah satu e-commerce di Indonesia dan empat dataset publik. Untuk mengevaluasi model topik digunakan metrik evaluasi coherence, topic diversity dan topic quality. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model topik BERTopic dan Top2Vec menghasilkan nilai topic quality 0.036 yang lebih baik dibandingkan model topik LDA yaitu -0.014. Terdapat pula pemecahan intent dan penggabungan intent yang ditemukan dengan analisis threshold proporsi.

Chatbot, as a virtual assistant used by an institution, can provide benefits for its users. With a chatbot, users can speak directly to the chatbot via a short message, which then the system spontaneously identifies the intent of the message and responds with the relevant action. Unfortunately, the scope of chatbot knowledge is limited in handling messages by an increasingly varied user. The main impact of this variation is a change in the composition of the intent label. For this reason, this research focuses on two things. First, topic modeling to find intents from user messages whose intents have not been identified. Second, topic modeling is used to organize existing intents by analyzing the output of the topic model. After being analyzed, there are two possible phenomena of changing intent composition: merging and splitting intents because there is noise during the annotation process of the original dataset. The topic modeling used consists of Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) as the baseline model and the state-of-the-art Top2Vec and BERTopic models. The research was conducted on one dataset of e-commerce in Indonesia and four public datasets. The evaluation metrics of coherence, topic diversity, and topic quality were used to evaluate the topic model. The results showed that the BERTopic and Top2Vec topic models produced a topic quality value of 0.036, better than the LDA topic model, which was -0.014. There are also intent splitting and intent merging found by proportion threshold analysis."

"The purpose of this research is to analyze the problems that exist in a company engaged in the sales of paper cutting machine that is on sale systems that are running on the company, identifying the needs of enterprise information and designing information systems that are able to meet the company’s information needs. The used methodology is the method of analysis and design methods. The analysis method is library research, observation, survey of the old system, the identification of information needs and interviews. While the design method used is Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).The achieved results are in the form of sales information system for paper cutting machine distributor in the form of application design to improve the sales system, which is still done manually. The conclusion is a computerized information system sales can solve problems that occur on the old systems and procedures in the company.

"Sektor kesehatan di Indonesia telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan melalui pertumbuhan PDB yang kuat, inisiatif pemerintah untuk meningkatkan akses ke layanan kesehatan, dan fokus yang semakin besar pada peningkatan infrastruktur dan kualitas perawatan kesehatan. Dalam menghadapi pertumbuhan ini, tindakan proaktif dan intervensi layanan kesehatan diperlukan untuk mengatasi beban penyakit kronis dan akut yang terus meningkat, dan transformasi digital melalui perancangan sistem informasi dapat menawarkan rumah sakit alat untuk melakukannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi terintegrasi yang dapat mendukung kepatuhan pengobatan pasien pada tahap pasca perawatannya dan merancang proses bisnis yang menginkorporasikan sistem informasi yang dirancang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), dan alat rancang entity relationship diagram, use case scenario, use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, dan sequence diagram. Sistem informasi yang dirancang mengubah arsitektur database dari arsitektur two tier client-server menjadi arsitektur three tier client-server. Sistem yang di rancang mencapai 3 tahap pengembangan teknologi dalam transformasi digital, yaitu digitalisasi, integrasi data, dan otomatisasi proses. Sistem yang dirancang memfasilitasi kepatuhan pengobatan pasien, memungkinkan deteksi dini masalah kesehatan, memfasilitasi pengambilan keputusan berbasis data, meningkatkan komunikasi dan kolaborasi dalam pemberian layanan kesehatan.

The healthcare sector in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, supported by robust GDP growth, government initiatives to improve access to healthcare services, and a growing focus on enhancing healthcare infrastructure and quality of care. In facing this growth, necessitating proactive measures and healthcare interventions to address the growing burden of both chronic and acute diseases are predominant to do, and digital transformation through the development of information systems can offer hospitals the tools to do so. This study aims to design an integrated information system that can support patient medication adherence in their post-treatment stage and design the business process that incorporates the designed information systems. This study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, and design tools in entity relationship diagrams, use case scenarios, use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. The designed information system transforms the database architecture from two tier client-server architecture to three tier client-server architecture and achieve 3 stages of technology development in digital transformation, namely digitization, data integration, and process automation. The designed system facilitates patient medication adherence, enables early detection of health problems, facilitates data-driven decision making, and improves communication and collaboration in healthcare delivery."
