"Apoteker merupakan profesi yang menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian sesuai dengan standar kompetensi dan praktek kefarmasian. Apoteker dalam menjalankan perannya dalam bidang kefarmasian baik di industri maupun pelayanan kefarmasian di fasilitas kesehatan dituntut untuk memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai. Oleh karena itu dilakukan praktik kerja prodesi untuk calon apoteker dengan tujuan untuk memberikan gambaran, pelatihan dan pengalaman di lingkungan pekerjaan yang akan menjadi tempat apoteker melakukan pekerjaannya. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilakukan pada bulan September – Desember 2021 di fasilitas kefarmasian yaitu Apotek Kimia Farma 193 Utan Kayu dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas, serta di Industri farmasi yaitu PT. Finusolprima Farma Internasional. Harapan dari dilakukannya kegiatan praktik kerja profesi apoteker yaitu menjadi sarana bagi calon apoteker dalam meningkatkan dan mengembangkan keterampilan serta kompetensi yang dibutuhkan untuk persiapan dalam memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi apoteker.

"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan salah satu kurikulum pembelajaran pada masa studi Apoteker, di setiap instansi dilaksanakannya PKPA mahasiswa apoteker diberikan tanggung jawab berupa tugas khusus yang kemudian akan dilaporkan ke universitas yang akan dijadikan sebuah syarat kelulusan. Pada Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker yang dilaksanakan penulis di Apotek Roxy merupakan gambaran penerapan kewajiban seorang Apoteker di Apotek, penulis diberikan tugas akhir berupa Pengkajian Obat-Obat Anti Tuberkulosis di Apotek Roxy Biak Periode September 2021, pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan pengumpulan resep di Apotek Roxy Biak pada tanggal 1-25 September yang merupakan resep asli dan berisikan Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) kemudian dikaji secara administratif, farmsetik, dan klinis. Kemudian pada pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Finusolprima Farma penulis diberikan gambaran serta penerapan mengenai kewajiban seorang Apoteker di Industri Farmasi, penulis diberikan tugas khusus berupa Kajian Manajemen Risiko Mutu pada Proses Environment Monitoring menggunakan Metode FMEA. Pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan mengkaji penyimpangan yang terjadi di area produksi Line 1 dan 4. Proses yang dikaji merupakan Kegiatan pemantauan lingkungan merupakan suatu kegiatan pemeriksaan parameter-parameter persyaratan kelas kebersihan di setiap ruangan tempat proses produksi dilakukan. Setiap parameter diperiksa untuk mengetahui kondisi ruangan saat proses produksi dilaksanakan (in operation) dan tidak dilaksanakan (at rest) dengan syarat yang telah ditetapkan oleh Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Pada pelaksaan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker selanjutnya di Puskesmas Kecamatan ciracas penulis menyelesaikan tugas khusus yang berjudul Penyuluhan Suplemen yang Direkomendasikan Oleh Bpom Untuk Menghadapi Pandemi Covid-19 Di Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas Periode Desember 2021. Pelaksanaannya dilaksanakan dengan penyiapan kuesioner dan desain infografis berisi informasi penyuluhan, pada awal proses penyuluhan responden di arahkan untuk mengisi kuesioner yang sama dengan kuesioner yang akan diisi setelah penyuluhan. Kemudian penulis merekapitulasi naik atau turunnya pemahaman responden berdasarkan kuesioner yang telah diberikan.

In the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice carried out by the author at the Roxy Pharmacy, it is an illustration of the application of the obligations of a pharmacist at the Pharmacy, the author is given a final task in the form of the Study of Anti Tuberculosis Drugs at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy for the September 2021 Period, the implementation is carried out by collecting prescriptions at the Roxy Biak Pharmacy on September 1-25 which is the original prescription and contains Anti Tuberculosis Drugs (OAT) and then reviewed administratively, pharmaceutically, and clinically. Then on the implementation of the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice at PT. Finusolprima Farma the author is given an overview and application of the obligations of a pharmacist in the Pharmaceutical Industry, the author is given a special task in the form of a Quality Risk Management Study on the Environment Monitoring Process using the FMEA Method. The implementation is carried out by reviewing deviations that occur in the production area of ​​Lines 1 and 4. The process being studied is an environmental monitoring activity which is an activity of checking the parameters for cleanliness class requirements in each room where the production process is carried out. Each parameter is checked to determine the condition of the room when the production process is carried out (in operation) and not carried out (at rest) with the conditions set by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). In the subsequent implementation of the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice at the Ciracas Sub-district Health Center the author completed a special task entitled Supplement Counseling Recommended by Bpom to Deal with the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Ciracas District Health Center for the December 2021 Period. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional dan Apotek Roxy Galaxy selama periode bulan Juli - Oktober 2021. Industri Farmasi harus selalu dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya untuk menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dan dapat bersaing. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan melakukan proses improvement, dimana seorang Apoteker harus dapat melakukan perencanaan dan pengendalian aktivitas proses produksi. Dalam melakukan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan pengukuran atas setiap aktivitas produksi yang ada untuk melihat seberapa lama waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh tenaga kerja serta untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak tingkat aktivitas yang dilakukan perusahaan untuk menghasilkan produk. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran tersebut adalah metode time and motion study. Selain di Industri Farmasi, Apoteker juga berperan dalam Sarana Pelayanan Kefarmasian, salah satunya adalah Apotek. Apotek memiliki standar yang digunakan sebagai pedoman bagi tenaga kefarmasian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kefarmasian, menjamin kepastian hukum bagi tenaga kefarmasian, dan melindungi pasien dan masyarakat dari penggunaan obat yang tidak rasional dalam rangka patient safety. Maka dari itu, seorang Apoteker wajib memiliki pemahaman terkait pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Dari hasil PKPA tersebut, calon Apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk dapat melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

As a provision and experience for pharmacist candidates to understand the role of pharmacists and improve their competence, the internship at PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional and Apotek Roxy Galaxy was held during the period July - October 2021. The pharmaceutical industry must always be able to improve its performance to produce quality products and can compete. One way is to carry out the improvement process, where a pharmacist must be able to plan and control the production process activity. In doing this, it is necessary to measure each of the existing production activities to see how long the workforce needs the time and to find out how many levels of activity are carried out by the company to produce products. One of the methods used to take these measurements is the time and motion study method. In addition to the Pharmaceutical Industry, pharmacists also play a role in Pharmaceutical Service Facilities, one of which is a pharmacy. Pharmacy has a standard used as a guideline for pharmaceutical personnel aimed at improving the quality of pharmaceutical services, ensuring legal certainty for pharmaceutical personnel, and protecting patients and communities from using irrational drugs in the framework of Patient Safety. Therefore, a pharmacist must understand the implementation of pharmaceutical services in the pharmacy by applicable laws and regulations. This internship allows pharmacist candidates to broaden their insight, understanding, and experience doing pharmaceutical work at a professional work practice."

"Kesehatan merupakan modal utama yang dibutuhkan oleh manusia. Manusia akan terus berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan akan jasmani dan rohaninya. Kesehatan yang baik ialah kesehatan yang dirasakan oleh seluruh warga disetiap negaranya tentunya Tenaga Kesehatan memiliki peranan yang penting, dalam hal ini baik Dokter, Apoteker, Perawat maupun Tenaga Kesehatan lainnya. Apoteker merupakan profesional di bidang kesehatan yang berperan dalam memberika informasi tentang obat-obatan yang akan dikonsumsi, memastikan bahwa segala proses produksi di industri sesuai dengan CPOB dan menjadi penanggung jawab pada pelaksanaan distribusi obat. Melalui Praktik Kerja, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memahami apa yang menjadi tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Terbagi atas bidang peminatan yaitu industri dan pelayanan. Praktik dilaksankan dari bulan Maret hingga Oktober 2022. Praktik kerja dilakukan di PT Ethica Industri Farmasi, Apotek Kimia Farma 352 Margonda, RSUP Fatmawati, Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Tangerang, dan Puskesmas Ciracas sebagai gambaran peran apoteker dibidang industri, distribusi maupun pelayanan. Selain belajar secara langsung dari mengamati, calon apoteker juga diberikan kesempatan untuk menganalisis masalah yang ada di masing-masing tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, laporan praktik kerja ini akan membahas mengenai masalah beserta solusi yang diajukan di tiap tempat praktik kerja.

Pharmacists are professionals in the health sector whose role is to provide information about medicines to be consumed, ensure that all production processes in the industry comply with GMP and are responsible for implementing drug distribution. Through Work Practice, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can understand what their duties and responsibilities are. Divided into 2 areas of specialization, namely industry and service. The practicals are held from March to October 2022. The practicums are carried out at PT Ethica Industry Pharmacy, Kimia Farma 352 Margonda Pharmacy, Fatmawati Hospital, Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Tangerang, and the Ciracas Health Center as an illustration of the role of pharmacists in industry, distribution and service. Apart from learning directly from observing, prospective pharmacists are also given the opportunity to analyze the problems that exist in each workplace. Therefore, this internship report will discuss the problems and solutions proposed in each workplace."

Selanjutnya Tugas khusus yang diberikan pada PKPA Apotek berjudul “Pengkajian Resep Secara Administrasi, Farmasetis dan Klinis Pada Resep Program Rujuk Balik di Apotek Kimia Farma Burlian”. Penyusunan tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui salah satu peran apoteker dalam pelayanan klinis di apotek yaitu pengkajian resep. Pada PKPA di Puskesmas tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul “Monitoring Tingkat Kepatuhan Sarana Kefarmasian (Apotek) di Kecamatan Cipayung Terhadap Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian” yang bertujuan untuk memahami salah satu peran apoteker dalam pengawasan, pengendalian dan pembinaan saranan pelayanan kefarmasian dalam penerapan standar pelayanan kefarmasian.

Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk menyusun protokol validasi fogging dan penentuan letak indikator biologi (Bacillus atrophaeus) yang akan digunakan dalam proses sanitasi pada seluruh area produksi dan laboratorium mikrobiologi lantai 1 di PT.
