"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai intensi penggunaan ritel omnichannel konsumen milenial Indonesia dalam belanja produk fesyen yang menggunakan konsep pengembangan Technology Acceptance Model atau TAM. Penelitian ini melaksanakan survei kepada 426 responden dari generasi milenial yang lahir pada tahun 1982 hingga 2002 dan berdomisili di Indonesia. Adapun metode penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online menggunakan Google Form dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software pengolahan data LISREL 8.51. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam continuance intention usage, variabel yang terbukti mempengaruhi terdiri dari perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, customer engagement, dan consumer value. Namun, tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dalam variabel perceived ease of use terhadap continuance intention usage saat melalui perceived usefulness. Kemudian, continuance intention usage terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap actual use ritel omnichannel.
This study discusses the intention to use omnichannel retail by Indonesian millennial consumers in shopping for fashion products using the concept of developing the Technology Acceptance Model or TAM. This study conducted a survey of 426 respondents from the millennial generation who were born in 1982 to 2002 and domiciled in Indonesia. The data was collected through an online questionnaire, using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method with LISREL 8.51 software. The result showed that the variables which significantly influenced continuance intention usage are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, customer engagement, and consumer value. However, perceived ease of use doesn’t have a significant effect on perceived usefulness. Finally, continuance intention usage of omnichannel does significantly affect actual use in retail omnichannel."

"Maraknya isu lingkungan telah membuat masyarakat lebih banyak mengonsumsi produk hijau, salah satunya kosmetik hijau (green cosmetics) yang tidak hanya ramah lingkungan namun sejalan dengan prinsip syariah. Namun demikian, penjualan kosmetik hijau di Indonesia masih sangat terbatas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi pembelian produk kosmetik hijau oleh konsumen Muslim di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengadopsi kerangka Theory of Planned Behavior dengan tambahan beberapa variabel dan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modelling (CB-SEM). Data primer dikumpulkan dengan metode non-probability sampling dan melibatkan 500 responden Muslim Indonesia yang pernah membeli produk kosmetik hijau dalam 6 bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap, norma subjektif, dan kontrol perilaku memiliki hubungan signifikan positif terhadap intensi pembelian produk kosmetik hijau, dimana sikap memiliki pengaruh yang paling signifikan positif terhadap intensi tersebut. Adapun variabel pengetahuan lingkungan, motif ekologi, dan religiositas memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap sikap untuk membeli produk kosmetik hijau. Sedangkan variabel kesadaran kesehatan dan kolektivitas tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sikap untuk membeli produk kosmetik hijau. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukkan terhadap pelaku industri kosmetik hijau dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran yang sesuai, antara lain dengan mempromosikan produk kosmetik hijau oleh ahli dibidang terkait, memasukkan nilai religiositas ke dalam iklan, dan pelabelan ramah lingkungan pada kosmetik hijau. Hasil ini juga diharapkan bermanfaat bagi pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat seputar lingkungan serta akademisi sebagai rujukan bagi penelitian sejenis dan memperkaya literatur terkait kosmetik hijau di Indonesia maupun global.
The rise of environmental issues has made people consume more green products, one of which is green cosmetics that are not only environmentally friendly but in line with sharia principles. However, sales of green cosmetics in Indonesia are still very limited. Therefore, this study aims to determine the factors that influence the purchase intention of green cosmetics products by Muslim consumers in Indonesia. This study adopts the Theory of Planned Behavior framework with the addition of several variables and quantitative research methods with Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM). Primary data was collected using non-probability sampling method and involved 500 Indonesian Muslim respondents who had purchased green cosmetics products in the last 6 months. The results showed that the variables of attitude, subjective norms, and behavioral control have a significant positive relationship with the intention to purchase green cosmetics products, where attitude has the most significant positive influence on the intention. The variables of environmental knowledge, ecological motives, and religiosity have a significant positive influence on the attitude to buy green cosmetics products. While the variables of health awareness and collectivity do not have a significant influence on the attitude to buy green cosmetics products. The results of this study are expected to provide input to green cosmetics industry players in developing appropriate marketing strategies, including promoting green cosmetics products by experts in related fields, incorporating religiosity values into advertisements, and environmentally friendly labeling on green cosmetics. These results are also expected to be useful for the government to increase public knowledge about the environment and academics as a reference for similar research and enrich the literature related to green cosmetics in Indonesia and globally."

"Media sosial telah berkembang menjadi platform yang tidak hanya digunakan untuk berkomunikasi, tetapi juga untuk melakukan transaksi jual-beli secara langsung, termasuk dalam konsep social commerce livestream shopping, yang memungkinkan pembelian dan penjualan dilakukan secara live, seperti yang terjadi dalam tren livestream shopping kosmetik yang didorong oleh kesadaran konsumen akan perawatan diri, dengan penelitian ini mengungkap fenomena perilaku pembelian impulsif dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi pembelian terhadap produk kosmetik lokal Indonesia secara impulsif di livestreaming shopping pada platform social commerce (Instagram Livestream Shopping dan TikTok Livestream Shopping) berdasarkan teori Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR). Sampel yang diteliti adalah pengguna livestream shopping di platform social commerce (Instagram Livestream Shopping dan TikTok Livestream Shopping), yang pernah menonton livestream shopping produk kosmetik lokal dari Indonesia, berdomisili di Indonesia, dan berusia 18-34 tahun. Kuesioner penelitian disebarkan secara online. Jumlah responden yang berhasil dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini adalah 336 responden. Data yang sudah berhasil dikumpulkan diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel faktor environmental stimulus yaitu Convenience, Interactivity, dan Playfulness memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Perceived Enjoyment, Perceived Enjoyment secara langsung mendorong niat konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian impulsif. Pengaruh terbesar ada pada variabel Playfulness yang berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived Enjoyment, sedangkan Demand terbukti berpengaruh negatif terhadap Perceived Enjoyment. Perceived Enjoyment memediasi secara positif hubungan antara variabel faktor environmental stimulus Convenience, Interactivity, dan Playfulness, sementara faktor environmental stimulus yaitu Demand memediasi secara negatif. Temuan dari penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi berharga untuk pertumbuhan dan kemajuan perdagangan melalui siaran langsung (livestream), terutama di industri produk kosmetik lokal Indonesia.
The rise of social media as a platform for commerce has given birth to the concept of social commerce livestream shopping, where buying and selling take place in real-time. This study focuses on the growing trend of livestream shopping for cosmetic products, driven by consumers' increased awareness of self-care. It explores the phenomenon of impulsive buying behavior among consumers and examines the factors influencing their purchasing decisions. This research aims to investigate the factors that influence impulsive purchases of local Indonesian cosmetic products through livestream shopping on social commerce platforms (Instagram Livestream Shopping and TikTok Livestream Shopping) based on the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theory. The sample consists of users of livestream shopping on social commerce platforms (Instagram Livestream Shopping and TikTok Livestream Shopping) who have watched livestream shopping of local cosmetic products from Indonesia, reside in Indonesia, and are aged between 18 to 34 years old. The questionnaire is distributed online. The total number of respondents collected in this study was 336. The collected data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that the environmental stimulus factors, namely Convenience, Interactivity, and Playfulness, have a positive influence on Perceived Enjoyment. Perceived Enjoyment, in turn, directly influences consumers intention to make impulsive purchases. Playfulness has the strongest influence among the variables. On the other hand, Demand is proven to have negative influence on Perceived Enjoyment. Perceived Enjoyment mediates the positive relationship between the environmental stimulus factors, Convenience, Interactivity, and Playfulness. Meanwhile, the environmental stimulus factor, Demand, mediates negatively. The findings of this study can serve as a valuable reference for the growth and advancement of livestream shopping, particularly in the local Indonesian cosmetic products industry."

"Industri fashion telah berevolusi secara signifikan, beralih dari traditional craftsmanship ke fast fashion, yang telah meningkatkan corncern terhadap masalah lingkungan dan mendorong kesadaran tentang circular fashion juga collaborative consumption. Studi ini meneliti pengaruh shopping motivation dan perceived risk terhadap intention untuk terlibat dalam fashion renting di kalangan konsumen Indonesia berusia 15-45 tahun yang sebelumnya tidak pernah menggunakan platform penyewaan pakaian. Dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan evolusi dari teori Technology Acceptance Model, temuan pada penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa social shoping motivation dan social risk secara signifikan memengaruhi attitude terhadap fashion renting. Konsumen yang didorong oleh social shopping motivation, seperti mengikuti tren dan pengaruh teman sebaya, lebih cenderung memiliki sikap positif terhadap penyewaan pakaian. Sebaliknya, social risk yang dirasakan, termasuk potensi stigma atau penilaian dari teman sebaya karena mengenakan pakaian sewaan, memengaruhi attitude ini secara negatif. Achievement shopping motivation dan performance risk tidak secara signifikan memengaruhi attitude terhadap fashion renting. Selain itu, positif attitude terhadap fashion renting secara signifikan memengaruhi intention untuk menggunakan platform penyewaan pakaian. Menangani social risk dan memanfaatkan social shopping motivation dapat menumbuhkan attitude dan intention yang positif terhadap fashion renting, memberikan wawasan berharga bagi platform dan pemasar fashion renting yang bertujuan untuk mempromosikan konsumsi sustainable fashion di Indonesia.
The fashion industry has evolved significantly, transitioning from traditional craftsmanship to fast fashion, which has raised environmental concerns and promoted the circular fashion also collaborative consumption. This study examines the impact of shopping motivation and perceived risk on the intention to engage in fashion renting among Indonesian consumers aged 15-45 who have not previously used fashion renting platforms. Using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the evolution of Technology Acceptance Model theory, the findings reveal that social shopping motivation and social risk significantly influence attitudes towards fashion renting. Consumers driven by social shopping motivations, such as staying trendy and peer influence, are more likely to have a positive attitude towards fashion renting. Conversely, perceived social risks, including the potential stigma or judgment from peers for wearing rented clothes, negatively affect these attitudes. Achievement shopping motivation and performance risk do not significantly impact attitudes towards fashion renting. Additionally, positive attitudes towards fashion renting significantly impact the intention to use these platforms. Addressing perceived social risks and leveraging social shopping motivations can foster positive attitudes and intentions towards fashion renting, providing valuable insights for fashion rental platforms and marketers aiming to promote sustainable fashion consumption in Indonesia."

"Walaupun konsumsi daging di Indonesia terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, peningkatan tersebut ternyata tidak dibarengi dengan produksi daging dalam negeri. Oleh karena itu, impor daging halal diperbolehkan. Dengan perspektif tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi intensi pembelian produk daging impor halal pada konsumen muslim di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengadopsi Theory of Planned Behavior dan Push-Pull Mooring Theory serta pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode Covariance-Based Struktural Equation Modelling (CB-SEM). Data primer dikumpulkan dengan metode non-probability sampling dan melibatkan 913 responden Muslim Indonesia yang pernah membeli produk daging impor halal (mentah/belum diolah) dalam 3 bulan terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap intensi pembelian produk daging impor halal adalah kandungan nutrisi, kontrol perilaku, dan sikap. Sementara variabel harga ditemukan berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap intensi pembelian produk daging impor halal. Adapun variabel religiusitas, berperan sebagai variabel mediasi, memiliki pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap sikap untuk membeli produk daging impor halal. Sedangkan variabel norma subjektif, daya tarik sensorik, dan kesadaran halal tidak signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian produk daging impor halal. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan bisa memberikan masukan kepada pelaku industri halal, khususnya importir daging halal, dalam menyusun strategi pemasaran yang cocok berdasarkan pada faktor-faktor yang ditemukan signifikan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil ini juga diharapkan bermanfaat bagi pemerintah dan peternak lokal agar bisa mendorong produksi daging yang baik kandungan nutrisinya dan terjangkau harganya, karena faktor kesehatan dan harga inilah yang dianggap konsumen sebagai faktor terpenting yang memengaruhi intensi mereka mengkonsumsi daging impor. Hasil penelitian ini juga diharapkan bisa menjadi rujukan bagi penelitian sejenis dan memperkaya literatur terkait industri halal di Indonesia dan secara global.
Although meat consumption in Indonesia continues to increase from year to year, this increase is not accompanied by domestic meat production. Therefore, the import of halal meat is allowed. With this perspective, this study aims to determine the factors that influence the intensity of purchasing imported halal meat products by Muslim consumers in Indonesia. This study adopted the Theory of Planned Behavior and PushPull Mooring Theory as well as a quantitative approach through the Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) method. Primary data was collected using a non-probability sampling method and involved 913 Indonesian Muslim respondents who had purchased imported halal products (raw/unprocessed) in the last 3 months. The results showed that the variables that had a significant positive effect on the intensity of purchasing imported halal meat products were nutritional content, behavioral control, and attitudes. Meanwhile, the price variable has a significant negative effect on the purchase intensity of imported halal meat products. The religiosity variable, which acts as a mediating variable, has a significant positive effect on attitudes to buying imported halal meat products. Meanwhile, the variables of subjective norms, sensory attractiveness, and halal awareness are not significant to the intensity of purchasing imported halal meat products. The results of this study are expected to provide input to the halal industry players, especially importers of halal meat, in a suitable marketing strategy based on the factors found to be significant in this study. This result is also expected to be useful for the government and local breeders so that they can encourage the production of meat that is good in nutritional content and affordable in price, because these health and price factors are considered by consumers as the most important factors affecting their intensity of consuming imported meat. This result is also expected to be a reference for similar research and literature related to the halal industry in Indonesia and globally."

"Pesatnya pertumbuhan industri fashion dinilai menjadi penyebab utama munculnya era fast-fashion yang membawa eksternalitas negatif berupa kerusakan lingkungan di dunia, tak terkecuali di Indonesia. Indonesia, sebagai negara yang nilai-nilai keagamaan melekat pada masyarakatnya, telah menarik perhatian penulis untuk meneliti tentang bagaimana pola konsumsi produk fashion yang dilakukan oleh masyarakatnya. Hal ini dikarenakan tidak ada agama yang mengajarkan umatnya untuk membuat kerusakan, termasuk dalam hal kegiatan pembelian produk fashion yang dalam proses pembuatannya banyak mengorbankan orang lain maupun lingkungan. Dengan latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh religiositas, green thinking, dan green altruism terhadap intensi mengonsumsi produk sustainable fashion di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dan melibatkan 522 responden di Indonesia. Dengan mengadopsi model Theory of Planned Behavior, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religiositas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian produk sustainable fashion melalui variabel attitude towards behavior dan perceived behavioral control, sementara subjective norms terbukti tidak signifikan. Lebih lanjut, green thinking ditemukan berpengaruh positif signifkan terhadap intensi pembelian produk sustainable fashion, sedangkan green altruism terbukti tidak signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil koefisien determinasinya, penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat lebih memfokuskan pada penggunaan variabel independen yang lebih bervariatif, serta dapat menghimpun responden dengan latar sosio-demografis yang lebih seimbang agar dapat membuka analisis lainnya dan menambah khazanah pengetahuan pembaca.
The rapid growth of the fashion industry is considered to be the main cause of the emergence of the fast-fashion era which brings negative externalities in the form of environmental damage in the world, including in Indonesia. Indonesia, as a country that has religious values attached to its people, has attracted the author to examine how the consumption pattern of fashion products is carried out by them. It is because there is no religion that teaches its adherents to cause damage, including in terms of buying fashion products, which in the manufacturing process sacrifice other people and the environment. Against this background, this study aims to analyze the effect of religiosity, green thinking, and green altruism on the intention to consume sustainable fashion products in Indonesia. This study used a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis method and involved 522 respondents in Indonesia. By adopting the Theory of Planned Behavior model, the research results show that religiosity has a significant positive effect on purchase intentions of sustainable fashion products through the attitude towards behavior and perceived behavioral control, while the subjective norms proves to be insignificant. Furthermore, green thinking was found to have a significant positive effect on the purchase intention of sustainable fashion products, while green altruism proved to be insignificant. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, further research is expected to focus more on the use of a more varied independent variable, and to gather respondents with a more balanced socio-demographic background in order to open up other analyzes and add insight to the reader's knowledge."

"Era baru perbankan di Indonesia telah tiba dengan adanya transformasi digital di sektor perbankan. Bank digital menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat generasi muda khususnya generasi milenial dan generasi Z. Bagaimana konsumen memilih bank digital dan terus menggunakannya? Penelitian ini mencoba menjawab pertanyaan dengan memahami peran keterikatan pelanggan (customer engagement) terhadap minat penggunaan berkelanjutan (continuous usage intention). Penulis menghubungkan aplikasi bank digital dengan kepuasan pelanggan (customer satisfaction) dan pelanggan akan komitmen untuk mengikatkan diri ke aplikasi bank digital yang dipilih. Penulis menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) untuk menguji model penelitian dengan sampel pelanggan generasi milenial dan generasi Z (n = 200). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dari kepuasan pelanggan (customer satisfaction) ke keterikatan pelanggan (customer engagement) dan minat penggunaan berkelanjutan (continuous usage intention) pelanggan generasi tersebut. Temuan ini dapat memberikan masukan untuk pengembangan aplikasi dan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan pelanggan, terutama generasi milenial dan Z. Perusahaan aplikasi digital lainnya di Indonesia bisa menarik kesimpulan apa harapan pelanggan milenial dan generasi Z. Sepengetahuan penulis, belum banyak artikel yang membahas bank digital, hubungan antara penggunaan aplikasi yang merupakan pengaruh anteseden terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan pengaruh keterlibatan pelanggan terhadap minat penggunaan berkelanjutan di Indonesia.
A new era of banking in Indonesia has arrived with digital transformation in the banking sector. Digital banks are the main choice of young people, especially millennials and Generation Z. How do consumers choose digital banks and continue to use them? This research tries to answer the question by understanding the role of customer engagement on continuous usage intention. The author connects digital bank applications with customer satisfaction and customers will be committed to attaching themselves to the selected digital bank application.The author uses structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the research model with a sample of millennial and Generation Z customers (n = 200). The results of the study show that there is a positive influence of customer satisfaction on customer engagement and continuous usage intention of this generation of customers. These findings can provide input for application development and marketing strategies that suit customers, especially millennials and Z generations. Other digital application companies in Indonesia can conclude what the expectations of millennial and Generation Z customers are. To the author's knowledge, there have not been many articles discussing digital banks, the relationship between application use which is an antecedent effect on customer satisfaction, and the effect of customer engagement on continuous usage intention in Indonesia."

"Perkembangan digitalisasi dan pandemi Covid-19 mendorong berbagai ritel untuk melakukan pengembangan model bisnisnya dalam menanggapi adanya pergeseran perilaku konsumen. Pengembangan tersebut dilakukan dengan menerapkan omnichannel pada model bisnisnya, di mana pada model bisnis ini merupakan model bisnis yang terintegrasi dan dapat memberikan pengalaman berbelanja yang seamless pada setiap Kanalnya. Pada beberapa tahun terakhir terdapat perkembangan yang pesat pada industri kosmetik di Indonesia, pasar lokal berhasil menghasilkan produk yang bersaing dengan produk luar negeri dan mendapatkan tanggapan positif dari masyarakat lokal. Dalam menanggapi perkembangan yang ada pada konsumen, peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan beauty omnichannel di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan subjek Sociolla dan Avoskin sebagai pemimpin pasar pada bidangnya. Pada penelitian ini akan meneliti terkait faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pengalaman berbelanja konsumen terhadap intensi dan perilaku penggunaan beauty omnichannel Sociolla. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei dan mendapatkan 251 responden Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa variabel-variabel pada omnichannel customer experience seperti connectivity, integration, dan consistency memliki hubungan yang signfikan terhadap perceived compatibility. Pada variabel lainnya seperti flexibility dan personalization tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap perceived risk. Adapun perceived compatibility memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian omnichannel kecantikan dan perceived risk tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap intensi pembelian di omnichannel kecantikan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini maka diharapkan dapat menjadi wawasan bagi pembaca baik dalam segi beauty omnichannel maupun industri kecantikan secara umum. The digitalization and the Covid-19 pandemic have driven various retailers to develop their business models in response to the shifting of consumer behaviours. This development is achieved by implementing an omnichannel approach to their business model, which integrates multiple channels and provides a seamless shopping experience across the channel. In recent years, the cosmetic industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth, the local market starts to producing competitive products and received positive responses from the local consumer. In response to these consumer developments, researchers have conducted a study to examine the factors influencing the usage of beauty omnichannel in Indonesia. The study focuses on PT Social Bella Indonesia (Sociolla) and Avoskin as market leaders in beauty retail industry and skincare brand in Indonesia. The research aims to investigate the factors influencing consumer shopping experiences, customer intention, and customer behaviour towards using the beauty omnichannel. Data collection was conducted through a survey, with total of 251 respondents. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The test results indicate that variables related to omnichannel customer experience such as connectivity, integration, and consistency have a significant relationship with perceived compatibility. However, few variable such as flexibility and personalization do not have a significant relationship with perceived risk. Furthermore, perceived compatibility has a significant relationship with the intention to purchase beauty products through omnichannel, while perceived risk does not have a significant relationship with the intention to purchase beauty products through omnichannel. This research is expected to provide insights for readers, both in terms of beauty omnichannel and the beauty industry in general. It also aims to guide retailers to provide services and products that suits with consumer preferences, accompanied by effective channel management across all channels."

"Peningkatan tren belanja masyarakat membuat sektor ritel di Indonesia telah berkembang pesat. Ditambah dengan runtuhnya batasan antara lingkungan virtual dan kehidupan nyata berdampak pada masa depan ritel yang diperkirakan akan didominasi oleh ritel omni-channel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peran mediasi perceived anjoyment dan attitude consistency untuk mengungkap bagaimana faktor lingkungan omni-channel dari interaction fluency, convenience, price advantage dan personalization berkontribusi terhadap omni-channel shopping intention berdasarkan kerangka S-O-R. Survei dilakukan terhadap konsumen yang pernah berbelanja di toko online dan offline Uniqlo melalui kuesioner online, dan 170 data dikumpulkan untuk dianalisis menggunakan PLSSEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaction fluency dan personalization secara positif mempengaruhi perceived enjoyment dan attitude consistency dan attitude consistency memediasi pengaruh interaction fluency terhadap omnichannel shopping intention. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa faktor interactiojn fluency dan personalization dalam ritel omni-channel memerlukan keadaan afektif konsumen sesaat dan berkelanjutan untuk memfasilitasi omnichanel shopping intention.
Increasing public shopping trends have meant that the retail sector in Indonesia has developed rapidly. This coupled with the collapse of boundaries between virtual and real-life environments has an impact on the future of retail which is expected to be dominated by omni-channel retail. This research aims to investigate the mediating role of perceived enjoyment and attitude consistency to reveal how omnichannel environmental factors such as interaction fluency, convenience, price advantage and personalization contribute to omni-channel shopping intention based on the S-O-R framework. Surveys were conducted on consumers who had shopped at Uniqlo online and offline stores via online questionnaires, and 170 data were collected for analysis using PLS-SEM. The research results show that interaction fluency and personalization positively influence perceived enjoyment and attitude consistency and attitude consistency mediates the influence of interaction fluency on omni-channel shopping intention. The findings of this research are that interaction fluency and personalization factors in omni-channel retail require momentary and sustained consumer affective states to facilitate omni-channel shopping intention."

"Persaingan pasar produk fashion yang semakin ketat pada platform e-commerce membuat peran promosi penjualan menjadi semakin penting untuk menarik minat konsumen, salah satunya dengan diskon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi pembeli produk fashion terhadap diskon memengaruhi intensi perilaku mereka. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 249 orang yang berusia 18-35 tahun dan pernah membeli produk fashion dengan promo diskon melalui platform e-commerce. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dan dianalisis dengan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Penelitian yang dilakukan menemukan bahwaprice-quality perception dan smart shopper self-perception memberikan pengaruh langsung terhadap attitude towards discount dan behavioral intention. Kemudian, hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa attitude towards discount mampu memberikan pengaruh mediasi dalam hubungan antara price-quality perception dengan behavioral intention serta smart shopper self-perception dengan behavioral intention
The market for fashion products on e-commerce platforms is becoming more competitive. Therefore, the role of sales promotion, such as discount, is even more important to attract consumers. This study aims to find out how the perceptions of fashion product buyers towards discounts influence their behavioral intentions. The sample of this study was 249 people who aged 18-35 years and had purchased fashion products with discount promotions through e-commerce platforms. The research data was collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. This research finds that price-quality perception and smart shopper self-perception has a direct influence on attitude towards discount and behavioral intention. The result of this study also shows that attitude towards discount has a mediating effect on the relationship between price-quality perception and behavioral intention, also on the relationship between smart shopper self-perception and behavioral intention."
