"Selama dua dekade terakhir, media sosial berhasil mengubah pola komunikasi antara perusahaan dan konsumen yang memungkinkan adanya hubungan dua arah tanpa batasan jarak dan waktu. Seluruh perusahaan dari berbagai industri pun mulai meningkatkan eksistensi mereka di media sosial, termasuk perusahaan produk kecantikan berlabel halal khususnya Wardah. Meskipun sudah diterima khalayak umum, belum ada studi lebih lanjut pengaruh aktivitas pemasaran media sosial perusahaan terhadap ekuitas merek pada konsumen Muslim. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh perceived social media marketing activities terhadap consumer-based brand equity dengan model Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) serta menguji efek mediasi dari variabel brand experience dan moderasi dari variabel religiosity. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM-PLS untuk melihat hubungan variabel dan efek mediasi serta moderasi dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Dari 635 data dari responden wanita Muslim, ditemukan bahwa religiosity tidak memberikan pengaruh dalam memoderasi hubungan antara perceived social media marketing activities dan brand experience. Adapun brand experience memediasi hubungan antara aktivitas pemasaran media sosial yang dirasakan konsumen dengan consumer-based brand equity. Penelitian ini mengimplikasikan bahwa manajer pemasaran perlu mempertimbangkan untuk membuat konten media sosial yang informatif dan interaktif yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan E-WOM.

Over the past two decades, social media has succeeded in changing the pattern of communication between companies and consumers, allowing for a two-way relationship without the limitations of distance and time. All companies from various industries have begun to increase their presence on social media, including companies with halal-labeled beauty products. Although it has been accepted by the general public, there has been no further study of the effect of corporate social media marketing activities on brand equity in Muslim consumers. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of perceived social media marketing activities on consumer-based brand equity with the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model and examine the mediating effect of the brand experience variable and the moderating of the religiosity variable. The analytical method used in this study is SEM-PLS to see the relationship between variables and the effects of mediation and moderation using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. From 635 data from Muslim female respondents, it was found that religiosity had no effect in moderating the relationship between perceived social media marketing activities and brand experience. Meanwhile, brand experience mediates the relationship between social media marketing activities perceived by consumers and consumer-based brand equity. This study implies that marketing managers need to consider creating informative and interactive social media content that is expected to increase E-WOM."

"Consumer-based brand equity (CBBE) merupakan instrumen brand paling bernilai dari instrumen brand lainnya. Salah satu strategi pemasaran yang mampu meningkatkan CBBE adalah dengan social media marketing activities (SMMA) yang dapat dirasakan pengikutnya, atau perceived SMMA. Shopee Indonesia merupakan salah satu e- commerce yang mempunyai media sosial Instagram untuk memberi informasi terbaru dan berhubungan dengan konsumennya, khususnya di Jakarta yang penduduknya mempunyai angka melek media sosial hingga 99%. Perceived SMMA dapat menciptakan brand experience konsumen, serta nantinya brand experience mampu meningkatkan CBBE. Selain itu, co-creation dapat berperan sebagai moderasi antara hubungan perceived SMMA dan brand experience. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived SMMA terhadap CBBE melalui brand experience serta co-creation behaviour sebagai moderasi pada pengikut Instagram Shopee Indonesia di Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik purposive sampling pada 211 responden yang diperoleh melalui online quiestionnaire. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived SMMA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap CBBE. Perceived SMMA juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand experience. Selain itu, brand experience mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap CBBE. Peran brand experience sebagai mediasi antara perceived SMMA dan CBBE mempunyai pengaruh signifikan. Namun, tidak ada pengaruh signifkan pada co- creation behaviour sebagai moderasi antara perceived SMMA dan CBBE.

Consumer-based brand equity (CBBE) is the most valuable brand instrument among the other brand instruments. One of the marketing strategies that can increase CBBE is social media marketing activities (SMMA) that can be perceived by its followers, or perceived SMMA. Shopee Indonesia is one of the e-commerce sites that has Instagram to provide the latest information and connect with its consumers, especially in Jakarta where the population has a social media literacy rate of up to 99%. Perceived SMMA can affect consumer’s brand experience, and also brand experience can increase CBBE. In addition, co-creation can be a moderator between the relationship between perceived SMMA and brand experience. This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived SMMA on CBBE through brand experience and co-creation behavior as a moderator from Shopee Indonesia's Instagram followers in Jakarta. The research method uses quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique on 211 respondents obtained through online questionnaires. The results showed that perceived SMMA had a significant effect on CBBE. Perceived SMMA also has a significant effect on brand experience. Futhermore, brand experience has a significant influence on CBBE. The role of brand experience as a mediation between perceived SMMA and CBBE has a significant effect. However, there is no significant effect on co-creation behavior as a moderator between perceived SMMA and CBBE."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari iklan tradisional dan komunikasi di media sosial (firm created & user generated content) terhadap consumer based brand equity; functional brand image, hedonic brand image, dan brand awareness. Penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh dari functional brand image, hedonic brand image dan brand awareness terhadap purchase intention melalui brand attitude.
Objek dari penelitian ini adalah tiga top brand di industri kosmetik FMCG di Indonesia yaitu Maybelline, Revlon, dan Wardah. 204 sampel di ambil untuk penelitian ini, sampel penelitian adalah wanita dengan usia diatas 18 tahun keatas, pernah melihat merek kosmetik di media sosial dan media tradisional, dan pernah membeli produk kosmetik dalam kurun waktu satu tahun terakhir.
Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa firm created social media communication berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap brand awareness, functional brand image dan hedonic brand image, sementara itu user generated social media communication hanya berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap functional brand image dan hedonic brand image. Temuan penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa media traditional tidak berpengaruh terhadap consumer based brand equity. Data dari penelitian ini di analisa mengunakan Structural Equation Modelling dengan menggunakan program Lisrel.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impacts of traditional advertising and social media communication (firm created & user generated content) on consumer based brand equity; functional brand image, hedonic brand image and brand awareness. Moreover, this study also examines the effect of functional brand image, hedonic brand image, brand awareness to purchase intention mediated by brand attitude.
The research object are the top three players in FMCG cosmetics industry in Indonesia which are Maybelline, Revlon, or Wardah. 204 samples are taken for this research, the sample are women aged 18 years old and above that have seen the brand on social media and traditional media and have purchased cosmetics product within one-year period.
The finding from this research shows that firm created social media has significant influence brand awareness, functional brand image, and hedonic brand image, while user generated social media communication only significantly influence functional brand image and hedonic brand image. Furthermore, it is also found that traditional advertising does not have significant influence on consumer based brand equity. This research is used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) operated by Lisrel program.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas pemasaran di media sosial terhadap brand loyalty pada smartphone Samsung. Pengaruh ini dapat berupa pengaruh langsung di mana perceived social media marketing activities mempengaruhi brand loyalty. Pengaruh ini juga dimediasi oleh brand dan value consciousness. Penelitian ini melibatkan 432 pengguna smartphone Samsung yang pernah mengakses media sosial smartphone Samsung dalam enam bulan terakhir dan berusia 16-35 tahun. Data diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model SEM.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived social media marketing activities berpengaruh positif terhadap brand loyalty. Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa brand dan value consciousness memediasi pengaruh perceived social media marketing activities terhadap brand loyalty. Besar pengaruh mediasi brand consciousness lebih tinggi daripada value consciousness dalam kasus smartphone Samsung.

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived social media marketing activities on brand loyalty in Samsung smartphone. This effect can be direct in which perceived social media marketing activities influences brand loyalty. This effect is also mediated by brand and value consciousness. This study involved 432 Samsung smartphone users who have accessed Samsung smartphone rsquo s social media page within the past six months and are 16 35 years old. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Model SEM.
Results of this study show that perceived social media marketing activities have a positive effect towards brand loyalty. This study also suggests that brand and value consciousness have mediating effects on the relationship between perceived social media marketing activities and brand loyalty. The mediating effect of brand consciousness is greater than value consciousness.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aktivitas di media sosial, iklan, serta promosi penjualan terhadap dimensi-dimensi brand equity pada low-involvement product dengan studi kasus brand kosmetik dan personal care yaitu Wardah. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pengguna produk dari brand Wardah dalam 3 tiga bulan terakhir dan pernah mengakses social media dari Wardah. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling SEM . Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing activities berpegaruh positif terhadap brand awareness dan brand loyalty. Perceived advertising spend berpengaruh positif terhadap brand awareness dan berpengaruh negatif terhadap brand loyalty. Attitude towards the advertisement berpengaruh positif pada brand awareness. Monetary sales promotion berpengaruh positif pada brand association dan perceived quality. Sedangkan non-monetary sales promotion tidak berpengaruh apapun terhadap dimensi-dimensi brand equity. Pada penelitian ini juga ditemukan hubungan memediasi dari brand awareness dan perceived quality terhadap hubungan antara social media marketing activities dan brand loyalty. Hubungan dari dimensi-dimensi brand equity juga ditemukan berpengaruh positif satu sama lainnya.

This study aims to analyze the effect of social media marketing activities, advertising, and sales promotion towards the dimensions of brand equity in low involvement product with case study of cosmetic and personal care brand that is Wardah. Samples in this study are the consumers of Wardah within 3 three months and ever accessed Wardah social media. The data was processed using Structural Equation Modeling SEM . Results from the study showed that social media marketing activities have a positive effect to brand awareness and brand loyalty. Perceived advertising spend has a positive effect on brand awareness and have a negative effect on brand loyalty. Attitude towards the advertisement have a positive effect on brand awareness. Monetary sales promotion have a positive effect t on the brand association and perceived quality. Whereas non monetary sales promotion does not have any effect on the dimensions of brand equity. This study also found a mediating effect of brand awareness and perceived quality on the relationship between social media marketing activities and brand loyalty. A positive effect of the dimensions of brand equity on one another also found in this study.

"Industri fashion diproyeksikan akan terus tumbuh. Merek fesyen dengan mode cepat (fast fashion) yang sesuai tren terkini juga masih berkembang, tak terkecuali di Indonesia. Berbagai merek fast fashion terutama merek lokal khusus produk fyesen perempuan terus berstrategi untuk menarik konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara social media marketing activities (SM) dan tiga konstruk pemasaran yakni value consciousness (VC), brand consciousness (BC), serta brand love (BL) terhadap tahapan brand loyalty, yakni cognitive brand loyalty (CGL), affective brand loyalty (AL), dan conative brand loyalty (CNL). Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berdasarkan data dari sejumlah 242 responden yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner terhadap konsumen merek fast fashion lokal khusus produk fesyen perempuan berusia 16-34 tahun yang pernah membeli produk serta mengetahui dan/atau mengikuti sosial media dari setidaknya salah satu merek berikut: Cottoinink, Colorbox, This is april, Et cetera, dan Gaudi dalam kurun waktu 6 bulan terakhir. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan adanya pengaruh positif dari SM terhadap VC, BC, dan BL. Hasil penelitian juga mendemonstrasikan bahwa SM memiliki pengaruh positif langsung dan tidak langsung (melalui BC dan BL) terhadap tahapan brand loyalty. Implikasi manajerial serta saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya akan dibahas lebih lanjut pada penelitian ini.

Fashion industry is projected to continuously grow. Fast fashion brands that match with the latest trends are also growing, including in Indonesia. Various fast fashion brands, especially local brands for women's fashion products, progressively build strategies to attract consumers. This study aims to determine the effects of social media marketing activities (SM) and marketing constructs which are value consciousness (VC), brand consciousness (BC), and brand love (BL) toward brand loyalty stages, namely cognitive brand loyalty (CGL), affective brand loyalty (AL), and conative brand loyalty (CNL). This research was using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on 242 respondents’ data which was collected through distributing questionnaires to consumers of local fast fashion brands specifically for women’s fashion products aged 16-34 who have bought the product and know and/or follow social media from at least any of the following brands: Cottoinink, Colorbox, This is april, Et cetera, and Gaudi in the last 6 months. The results of this study prove that there is a positive effect of SM on VC, BC, and BL. The results also demonstrate that SM has a direct and indirect positive effect (through BC and BL) on the brand loyalty stage. The managerial implications and suggestions for further research will be discussed further in this study."

"ABSTRAK
Maraknya penggunaan internet sebagai media komunikasi telah mengubah gaya pertukaran informasi dan marketing saat ini. Salah satu media yang populer adalah social media, dimana semua orang dapat saling memberikan pendapat dengan cukup bebas. Perusahaan sebagai penyedia produk dan jasa sudah selayaknya mengikuti trend ini dengan juga ikut serta dalam arus informasi bebas ini. Penelitian ini mengamati pengaruh akun social media terhadap brand equity. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 2 brand yaitu Loreal dan Pantene sebagai representasi dari consumer goods. Dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan ekstraksi atas post yang dipilih dari beberapa akun social media dengan menggunakan content analysis, penelitian dilanjutkan dengan kuesioner kuantitatif atas sejumlah responden atas konsep aktivitas social media marketing dan brand equity.
Ditemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari aktivitas social media marketing terhadap brand equity tiap brand. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh segi komunikatif sebuah akun media social yang membuatnya multifungsi dalam konsep marketing communication.

ABSTRACT
The current digital lifestyle has changed the way people exchange the information and hence, the way people do marketing. One of the media that has been very popular is social media, where everyone may gives their opinions over something without any significant bounderies. Companies who supplies both products and services should follow the communication trend and involve themselves in the free trade of information. This research is implemented on 2 brands : Loreal and Pantene as the representative of consumer goods. Prior to extracting the posts of selected social media accounts, the research conducted a content analysis followed by quantitative questionnaire to respondents towards social media marketing activities and brand equity.
It is found that on individual basis, there is significant influence from social media marketing activities towards brand equity. This is an impact of a communicative and well managed social media account which enables it to be multifunctional in marketing communication.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah aktivitas social media
marketing berpengaruh terhadap loyalty intentions melalui driver customer equity,
yaitu value equity; brand equity; dan relationship equity; dalam konteks
perbankan yaitu PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Sampel pada
penelitian ini adalah nasabah BNI yang berpengalaman mengunakan social media
BNI dan yang menggunakan Internet Banking BNI sejumlah 215 responden.
Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software LISREL 8.51 digunakan
untuk mengolah data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas social media
marketing memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap value equity, brand
equity, relationship equity, dan loyalty intentions. Value equity dan brand equity
juga memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap loyalty intentions,
sedangkan relationship equity tidak tidak terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang positif
yang signifikan terhadap loyalty intentions.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to study whether social media marketing
activities have significant effects on loyalty intentions through customer equity
drivers, such as value equity; brand equity; and relationship equity; in the context
of banking, which is PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. The respondents
for this research are customers of BNI who have experienced using social media
of BNI and BNI Internet Banking BNI in the number of 215 respondents. The
data was processed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using LISREL
8.51. The results show that social media marketing activities have a significant
positive effect on value equity, brand equity, relationship equity, dan loyalty
intentions. Value equity and brand equity also have a significant positive effect on
loyalty intentions, while relationship equity is not proven having a significant
positive effect on loyalty intentions."

Consumers are increasingly turning to social media platforms to participate in brand communities as a means of acquiring information about brands and gaining insight into their overall purchasing decisions. Our hypothesis is that the relationship between social media marketing (SMM) activities and consumer-based brand equity (CBBE) among Millennials is mediated by the consumer advantages that emerge from involvement in such communities and brand experience. Specifically, we are focusing on the relationship between SMM activities and these two factors. Additionally, the idea of uses and gratifications, in addition to brand experience, serves as the foundation for this concept. In order to test the study model, a sample size of 202 people who follow Gucci on social media was used. PLS, which is an acronym that stands for partial least squares path modeling, was applied."
