"Apoteker merupakan sarjana farmasi yang lulus ujian kompetensi apoteker dan telah mengucapkan sumpah apoteker. Agar dapat emahami perannya dengan baik, calon apoteker diberikan pembekalan yang disebut Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). PKPA bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman calon apoteker mengenai peran, fungsi, posisi dan tanggung jawab; membekali calon apoteker agar memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman; dan mempersiapkan calon apoteker dalam memasuki dunia kerja sebagai tenaga farmasi yang profesional. Kegiatan PKPA dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Hasyim Ashari periode September 2021 dan di PT Takeda Indonesia periode November - Desember 2021. PKPA di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa mendapatkan pembekalan peran Apoteker dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian kepada pasien, meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai (perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, pencatatan dan pelaporan) dan pelayanan farmasi klinik (pengkajian resep, dispensing, pelayanan swamedikasi, pelayanan informasi obat, konseling). Sedangkan PKPA industri dilakukan agar calon apoteker dapat memahami peran dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam segala aspek terkait industri, termasuk mempelajari langsung penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di PT Takeda Indonesia. Ketika kegiatan PKPA berakhir, setiap mahasiswa akan diberikan tugas khusus yaitu tugas yang diberikan secara khusus oleh pembimbing lapangan kegiatan PKPA untuk masing-masing mahasiswa. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, mengamati dan menganalisis terkait permasalahan yang ditemukan selama melaksanakan PKPA. Adapun tugas khusus pada kegiatan PKPA Apotek berjudul Penggunaan Obat - obat Antidotum, sedangkan tugas khusus PKPA industri berjudul Pembuatan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Penggunaan Alat High Liquid Performance Chromatography (HPLC) Departemen Quality Control PT Takeda Indonesia. Tugas khusus tersebut kemudian dituangkan sebagai Laporan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA).

The pharmacists are a bachelor of pharmacy who passed the pharmacist competency exam and have pronounced the pharmacist’s oath. In order to understand their role well, prospective pharmacists are given a briefing called the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices (PKPA). PKPA aims to improve the understanding of prospective pharmacists about the role, function, position and responsibility; equip prospective pharmacists to have insight, knowledge, skill, and experience; and prepare prospective pharmacists to enter the world of work as professional pharmacists. PKPA was carried out at the Roxy Hasyim Ashari Pharmacy in September 2021 and was also held at PT Takeda Indonesia in November - December 2021. PKPA in pharmacy aims to provide students with the role of pharmacists in providing pharmaceutical services to patients, including the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and medical consumables (planning, procurement, acceptance, storage, destruction, control, recording and reporting) and clinical pharmacy services (prescription assessment, dispensing, self-medication services, drug information services, counseling). Industrial PKPA was done so that prospective pharmacists can understand the role and responsibility of pharmacists in all aspects related to the industry, including learning directly the application of Good Drug Manufacturing Methods (CPOB) at PT Takeda Indonesia. When the PKPA ended, each student will be given a special task, namely the task given specifically by the field supervisor of PKPA activities for each student. This special task aims to determine, observe and analyze the problems found during the implementation of PKPA. The special task in pharmacy PKPA is the use of Antidotum Drugs, while the special task of industrial PKPA is Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Creation for High Liquid Performance Chromatography (HPLC) of Quality Control Department at PT Takeda Indonesia. The special task was done as a Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) report."

"Apoteker merupakan profesi yang memiliki peran penting dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Pekerjaan kefarmasian meliputi pembuatan, pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pengelolaan, pelayanan resep obat, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa profesi apoteker sebagai calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memahami peran tersebut melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Pelaksanaan PKPA bertujuan agar mahasiswa dapat terlibat secara langsung untuk mengamati dan berpraktik di bawah pengawasan apoteker di instansi sebagai pembimbing sehingga mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan kompetensinya sebelum masuk dalam dunia kerja. PKPA dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Sawangan periode Januari 2022, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan periode Maret 2022, dan PT. Integrated Healthcare Indonesia periode April – Mei 2022. Setelah PKPA ini dilaksanakan, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat meningkatkan wawasan, keterampilan dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang akan dilakukan.

Pharmacists are professionals that have important roles in carrying out pharmaceutical work. Pharmaceutical work includes manufacturing, quality control of pharmaceutical preparations, security, procurement, storage, distribution, management, drug prescription services, drug information services, and drug development. Therefore, students of the pharmacist profession as prospective pharmacists were expected to understand this role through the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA). The implementation of PKPA aims to enable students to be directly involved in observing and practicing under the supervision of pharmacists in the agency as supervisors so that students can improve their competencies before entering the world of work. PKPA implementation was carried out at the Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy for the January 2022 period, the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency for the March 2022 period, and PT. Integrated Healthcare Indonesia for the period April – May 2022. After the PKPA was implemented, prospective pharmacists could increase the insight, skills, and experience needed in the pharmaceutical work to be carried out."

"Apoteker berperan penting dalam berbagai aspek dari obat yang dimulai dari proses penemuan obat hingga sampai di tangan konsumen. Dikarenakan kompleksnya bidang tersebut, seorang apoteker dituntut untuk berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktek kefarmasian. Salah satu bentuk partisipasi tersebut adalah dilakukan dengan diadakannya Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang dijalani oleh calon apoteker sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia profesional. Pharmacists play an important role in in various aspects of drug starting from the drug discovery process until it reaches the consumer. Due to the complexity of the field, a pharmacist is required to participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. One form of participation is carried out by holding the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) which is carried out by prospective pharmacists as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and to improve competence before entering the professional world. Roxy Poltangan Pharmacy, PT SamMarie Tramedifa, and PT Pfizer Indonesia are one of the agencies that collaborate with the Pharmacist Professional Study Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Indonesia so that prospective pharmacists can run PKPA in the period January – May 2022. Through the activities in pharmacy, pharmaceutical pharmaceutical wholesalers & distributin, and pharmaceutical industry, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to gain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmacy practice."

"Kesehatan adalah hak asasi manusia dan salah satu unsur kesejahteraan yang harus diwujudkan. Tenaga kesehatan berwenang untuk menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan sesuai dengan bidang keahlian yang dimiliki. Apoteker merupakan tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki peran penting di Rumah Sakit, Apotek, dan Pedangang Besar Farmasi. Rumah Sakit merupakan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang memiliki pelayanan minimal berupa tindakan bedah. Meskipun demikian, tindakan bedah rentan dengan adanya infeksi. Pemberian antibiotik profilaksis bedah dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri kontaminan dan implan, sehingga dapat mengurangi risiko terjadinya infeksi. Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kefarmasian tempat dilakukan praktek kefarmasian oleh Apoteker. Apotek menyelenggarakan fungsi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakai, serta pelayanan farmasi klinis termasuk di komunitas. Sedangkan, penanggung jawab fasilitas distribusi merupakan seorang apoteker sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Salah satu fungsi dan peran apoteker di distribusi yaitu menyusun kualifikasi dan persetujuan terhadap pemasok dan pelanggan. Fasilitas distribusi harus memastikan bahwa obat dan atau bahan obat yang diserahkan ke masyarakat disalurkan oleh pihak yang berhak atau berwenang.

Health is a human right and one of the elements of welfare that must be realized. Health workers are authorized to provide health services in accordance with their field of expertise. Pharmacists are health workers who have an important role in hospitals, apotek, and pharmaceutical wholesalers,  Hospitals are health care facilities that have minimal services in the form of surgery. However, surgery is prone to infection. Surgical prophylactic antibiotics can inhibit the growth of contaminant bacteria and implants, thereby reducing the risk of postoperative infection, known as Surgical Wound Infection. Pharmacy is a pharmaceutical service facility where pharmacists practice pharmacy. Pharmacies carry out the function of managing pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices, and disposable medical equipment, as well as clinical pharmacy services, including in the community. The person in charge of distribution facilities is a pharmacist in accordance with statutory regulations. One of the functions and roles of pharmacists in distribution is compiling qualifications and approvals for suppliers and customers. Distribution facilities must ensure that drugs and or medicinal ingredients delivered to the community are distributed by the rightful or authorized party."

"Apoteker merupakan salah satu profesi bidang kesehatan yang memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam dunia pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat dan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Satu hal yang penting harus dilakukan adalah menjadi seorang apoteker profesional dengan berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian baik farmasi klinik maupun farmasi industri. Maka dari itu, sebagai calon apoteker kita diharuskan memiliki lebih banyak perbekalan dan pengalaman dalam menjalani praktik profesi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Atrika periode Agustus 2021 dan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia periode September – Oktober 2021 dan PBF PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Periode 01 November – 12 November Tahun 2021. Melalui proses PKPA farmasi klinis di apotek dan rumah sakit serta farmasi dalam aspek distribusi tersebut, sebagai calon apoteker diharapkan mampu melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dengan berwawasan tinggi, memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang baik.

"Apoteker memiliki peranan dan tanggung jawab penting di Industri farmasi, apotek dan pedagang besar farmasi (PBF). Praktik kerja profesi Apoteker di Industri Farmasi PT Abbot Indonesia bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai peran apoteker dalam melakukan penilaian dan peninjauan kembali kinerja pemasok di perusahaan farmasi. Evaluasi kinerja, kelengkapan dokumen dan skor pemasok pemasok menjadi faktor penentu bagi perusahaan farmasi untuk menetapkan status pemasok dan menentukan Daftar Pemasok yang Disetujui. Praktik kerja di Apotek Roxy Jatikramat bertujuan menerapkan pengelolan obat di Apotek. Apoteker berperan dalam manajemen kefarmasian dan pelayanan apoteker. Prinsip dari pengelolaan obat adalah agar setiap tahap kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan sinkron dan saling mengisi. Praktik kerja profesi Apoteker di PBF Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari bertujuan mengembangkan suatu inovasi yang mengurangi risiko kesalahan penyimpanan dan untuk mempermudah karyawan di PBF cabang dalam melakukan penyimpanan produk yang datang dari PBF Pusat dengan QR Code. Apoteker berperan mengawasi kegiatan penyimpanan dan pendistribusian obat. Manajemen risiko penyimpanan produk farmasi dapat dilakukan dengan sistem 2D barcode, yaitu suatu bentuk adaptasi pedagang besar farmasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi era 4.0 untuk mengurangi risiko kesalahan penyimpanan produk farmasi dan mempermudah karyawan di PBF cabang dalam melakukan pengategorian produk. Praktik kerja dilakukan dari bulan Juli hingga November 2022. Selain mengamati dan belajar langsung, calon apoteker juga diberi kesempatan untuk mengerjakan tugas khusus dari setiap tempat praktik dan membahas masalah serta solusinya

The Internship of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry of PT Abbot Indonesia aims to provide an overview of the role of pharmacists in assessing and reviewing supplier performance in pharmaceutical companies. Performance evaluation, completeness of documents and supplier scores are the key factors for pharmaceutical companies to determine supplier status and determine the Approved Supplier List. The Internship at the Roxy Jatikramat Pharmacy aims to implement drug management at the pharmacy. Pharmacists play a role in pharmaceutical management and pharmaceutical care. The principle of drug management is that each stage of activity can run in sync and complement each other. The Internship at PBF Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari aims to develop an innovation that reduces the risk of storage errors and to make it easier for employees at branch PBFs to store products that come from the Central PBF with a QR Code. Pharmacists play a role in supervising the storage and distribution of drugs. Risk management for storing pharmaceutical products can be done with a 2D barcode system, which is a form of adaptation of pharmaceutical wholesalers to technological developments in the 4.0 era in order to minimize risk of pharmaceutical product storage errors and make it easier for employees at PBF branches to categorize products. Apprenticeship is carried out from July to November 2022. In addition to observing and learning, prospective pharmacists are also given the opportunity to work on special assignments from each practice site and discuss problems and solutions."

"Sebagai calon Apoteker yang berperan dalam perkembangan Kesehatan di Indonesia, perlu adanya pendidikan yang mumpuni, salah satunya melalui Program Studi Profesi Apoteker. Dalam membentuk calon-calon Apoteker yang berkualitas, salah satu caranya adalah dengan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker yang menempatkan mahasiswa-mahasiswa Apoteker di tempat kerja nyata sehingga memiliki pengalaman yang cukup ketika terjun ke dunia kerja nanti. Dengan adanya praktik kerja ini, calon Apoteker diharapkan memiliki pengalaman dan pengetahuan di bidang industri, apotek (farmasi komunitas), pedagang besar farmasi (distributor), dan juga regulator.

Calon apoteker harus melakukan praktik kerja secara langsung untuk mempersiapkan diri menjadi seorang apoteker profesional. Oleh karena itu, calon apoteker dituntut mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). PKPA dilaksanakan di 3 tempat, yaitu industri PT Dankos Farma, Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, dan Apotek Atrika. Penulis mendapatkan kesempatan untuk memahami bagian pemastian mutu di industri PT Dankos Farma dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, sedangkan pada Apotek Atrika, penulis memperoleh kesempatan untuk memahami farmasi klinis. Melalui kegiatan PKPA tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh pengalaman dan wawasan untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian.

The author got a chance to comprehend about quality assurance at PT Dankos Farma industry and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Distributor, whereas at Apotek Atrika, the author got a chance to comprehend abour clinical pharmacy. Through Professional Practice of Apothecary, apothecary candidates are expected to get experience and insight to do pharmacy practice.
