"Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi berperilaku pengguna aplikasi online food delivery service melalui integrasi technology acceptance model (TAM) dan theory of planned behaviour (TPB) dalam konteks pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menganalis data yang terkumpul dari 449 responden melalui survey. Responden pada penelitian ini merupakan individu yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi online food delivery pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Data pada penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structrual Equation Modelling. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat adanya pengaruh dari perceived usefulness, attitude, compatibility, dan subjective norms pada behavioural intention, namun tidak ditemukan adanya pengaruh dari perceived behavioural control, perceived COVID-19 risk, dan trust terhadap behavioural intention. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa attitude memiliki pengaruh yang paling kuat pada behavioural intention.

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors that influence the behavior of users of online food delivery service applications through the integration of technology acceptance model (TAM) and theory of planned behavior (TPB) in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research by analyzing the data collected from 449 respondents through a survey. The data in this study were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling method. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness, attitude, compatibility, and subjective norms have a significant influence on behavioural intention. Meanwhile, there was no direct effect on perceptions of behavioral control, risk perception of COVID-19, and trust on behavioural intention. In addition, the results of this study indicate that attitudes have the strongest influence on behavioural intention."

"Last mile delivery merupakan proses yang dilakukan oleh pihak logistik untuk mengirim dan mengantarkan paket ke penerima. Lokasi hub yang optimal dapat mengurangi biaya transportasi karena secara langsung mempengaruhi arus barang. Tujuan penentuan lokasi hub yang cocok adalah untuk membentuk arus sambungan pengiriman barang yang efisien sehingga barang dapat didistribusikan secepat mungkin ke penerima akhir barang. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan studi kasus pada sebuah perusahaan ekspedisi di Indonesia untuk coverage area Depok dan menggunakan metode Facility Location Problem untuk mengetahui lokasi dan jumlah hub yang paling tepat untuk mengcover seluruh area dengan mempertimbangkan coverage area dan biaya bangunan hub yang dipilih. Hasil optimasi mampu memberikan solusi pilihan gudang dengan biaya sewa gudang yang lebih murah dan biaya transportasi yang lebih murah di spesifikasi jumlah gudang yang lebih banyak. Sebagai contoh skenario jangkauan 10 Km, menyediakan jumlah gudang sebanyak 4 gudang dengan titik pengantaran terjauh sebesar 9,3 Km memiliki total biaya sebesar Rp 6.500.363.150 atau 12% lebih rendah biaya dibanding kondisi existing.

Last mile delivery is a process carried out by logistics parties to send and deliver packages to recipients. Optimal hub locations can lead to reduced transportation costs as they directly affect the flow of goods. The purpose of determining a suitable location for the hub is to establish an efficient flow of goods delivery connections so that goods can be distributed as quickly as possible to the final recipient of the goods. In this study, the author uses a case study in an expedition company in Indonesia for the Depok area coverage and uses the Facility Location Problem method to find out the most appropriate location and number of hubs to cover the entire area by considering the coverage area and cost of the selected hub building. The optimization results are able to provide a warehouse choice solution with cheaper warehouse rental costs and cheaper transportation costs in specifications for a larger number of warehouses. As an example of a 10 Km coverage scenario, providing 4 warehouses with the furthest delivery point of 9.3 Km has a total cost of IDR 6,500,363,150 or 12% lower cost than the existing condition."

"Fenomena pemesanan makanan online di Indonesia telah meningkat dikarenakan pandemi COVID-19 yang menimbulkan risiko tertular antara masyarakat, serta risiko sanski dari pemerintah jika melanggar protokol kesehatan yang ditetapkan dengan mengunjungi restoran. Namun dari sisi konsumen, terdapat pertimbangan dan persepsi risiko dalam menggunakan aplikasi makanan online selama pandemi, serta pertimbangan risiko tertular dari virus COVID- 19 yang dapat mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku konsumen untuk melakukan pemesanan makanan online. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 306 individu yang pernah melakukan pemesanan makanan online melalui aplikasi online serta dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS - SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hubungan langsung convenience risk dan attitude, hubungan COVID-19 risk severity terhadap attitude, serta attitude dan online food delivery behavior menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan.

The COVID-19 pandemic has shifted consumer behavior to utilize online food delivery services to a greater extent from dine-in restaurants particularly due to the risks of being exposed to the COVID-19 virus and risks of punishments from the government for breaching health protocols by visiting restaurants. However, from the consumer side, consumers face multiple risks when associating themselves with online food delivery services applications – which, added with consumers’ perceived risk towards the COVID-19 virus, influences consumers’ attitudes and behaviours towards online food delivery services. This research study was conducted using purposive sampling with 306 total respondents collected, and analyzed using Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS - SEM). The results of this research study found that relationships between convenience risk towards attitude, risk severity towards attitude, and attitude towards online food delivery behaviour had significant relationships."

"Crowdsourced Delivery Two-Echelon Vehicle Routing Problem with Truck and Trailer Routing Problem (2E-VRP TTRP) merupakan masalah pencarian rute kendaraan untuk mengirim barang ke pelanggan melalui dua pusat distribusi yang berbeda, yaitu depot dan titik transfer. Pada eselon pertama, barang akan dikirimkan dari depot ke titik transfer atau langsung ke pelanggan dengan menggunakan truk. Sementara, pada eselon kedua, barang akan dikirim dengan menggunakan sistem crowdsourced delivery, yaitu dengan menggunakan jasa kurir pekerja lepas dengan jadwal yang fleksibel dan mengunakan transportasi pribadi. Kurir tersebut akan mengambil barang yang telah diantar oleh truk ke titik transfer dan selanjutnya meneruskan pengantaran ke pelanggan. Pada skripsi ini digunakan Metode Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search (ALNS) untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak. Konsep dari metode ini adalah memperbaharui struktur lingkungan melalui destroy dan repair operator dengan menggunakan probabilitas bahwa suatu operator tententu dipilih disesuaikan kembali sesuai dengan kinerja selama iterasi sebelumnya. Solusi yang ingin dicapai adalah solusi dengan total biaya pengiriman yang minimum. Berdasarkan hasil percobaan, dengan menggunakan 50 pelanggan, 1 depot, 9 titik transfer, 20 pelanggan yang dilayani sistem crowdsourced delivery, dan 3000 iterasi, diperoleh bahwa Metode ALNS dapat digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan masalah Crowdsourced Delivery 2E-VRP TTRP dengan penghematan total biaya perjalanan sebesar 40,76%.

.Crowdsourced Delivery Two-Echelon Vehicle Routing Problem with Truck and Trailer Routing Problem (2E-VRP TTRP) is a problem where goods must be sent to customers through two different distribution centers, namely depot and transfer point. In the first echelon, the goods will be sent from the depot to the transfer points or directly to the customers by trucks. Meanwhile, in the second echelon, the goods will be sent using a crowdsourced delivery system, by using couriers that have flexible schedule and using their own transportations. The couriers will pick up the goods that have been delivered by the trucks to the transfer points and deliver it to the customers. In this final project, the Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search (ALNS) Method is used to solve the problem by using software. The concept of this method is to update the neighborhood structure through the destroy and repair operators by using the probability that a certain operator is selected to be readjusted according to performance during the previous iterations. The solution to be achieved is a solution with a minimum total delivery cost. Based on the experimental results, using 50 costumers, 1 depot, 9 transfer points, 20 costumers served by the crowdsourced delivery system, and 3000 iterations, it is found that the ALNS Method was be used to optimize the Crowdsourced Delivery 2E-VRP TTRP with a total travel cost savings of 40,76%."

"Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti perbedaan perceived risk antara online shoppers dan non-online shoppers pada jual beli online. Non online shoppers adalah responden yang belum memiliki pengalaman sama sekali dalam berbelanja online. Sedangkan online shoppers adalah responden yang sudah memiliki pengalaman dalam berbelanja secara online.Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengkhususkan objek penelitiannya yaitu jual beli melalui media internet dalam bentuk forum jual beli. Dimensi-dimensi perceived risk yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah financial risk, psychological, time risk, privacy risk, fraud risk, product risk, information risk, dan delivery risk. Dari hasil penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan perceived risk antara online shoppers (pada forum jual beli kaskus.us) dan nononline shoppers pada jual beli online di internet. Responden non-online shoppers mempunyai nilai rata-rata perceived risk yang lebih tinggi dari online shoppers yang artinya responden non-online shoppers merasakan risiko lebih tinggi daripada responden online shoppers.

The main purpose of this study was to examine the perceived risks diferent between online shoppers and non-online shoppers at e-commerce. Non-online shoppers is respondent's cattegory who had no experience at all in online shopping. While online shoppers is the respondents who already had experience in in online shopping. This study specialize the form of buy and sell forum as research object. In this study also elaborated the dimentions of perceived risk in online shopping at pervious research. Those the dimensions of perceived risk used in this study is financial risk, psychological, time risk, privacy risk, fraud rsik, product risk, information risk, and delivery risk. The results of this study, it is known that there are differences between online shopper's perceived risk (in the buy and sell forum kaskus.us) and non-online shopper's perceived risk in online shopping. As expected, non-online shoppers viewed online shopping riskier than did online shoppers."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kepuasan elektronik atau e-satisfaction dan niat pelanggan untuk terus menggunakan kembali atau continued intention to reuse pengguna aplikasi layanan online food delivery menggunakan konsep The
Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology atau UTAUT2 dan fitur mobile commerce. Penelitian ini melaksanakan survei kepada 474 responden dari generasi milenial yang lahir pada tahun 1980 hingga 2000 dan berdomisili di Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi). Metode penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online menggunakan Google Form dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software pengolahan data LISREL 8.51. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam e-satisfaction, variabel yang terbukti signifikan mempengaruhi terdiri dari facilitating conditions, price value, hedonic motivation, online rating, dan online tracking, sementara variabel performance expectancy dan effort expectancy terbukti tidak signifikan. Dalam continued intention to reuse, variabel social influence, habit, dan e- satisfaction terbukti signifikan mempengaruhi, sementara variabel performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, price value, hedonic motivation, online rating, dan online tracking terbukti tidak signifikan mempengaruhi. Lalu, e- satisfaction juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh terhadap habit.

This study investigated online food delivery application user's e- satisfaction and continued intention to reuse using variables from The Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology or UTAUT2 framework and mobile commerce features. This study surveyed 474 respondents from the millennial generation born in 1980 until 2000, domicile in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, and Bekasi). The data was collected through an online questionnaire, using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) method with LISREL 8.51 software. The results showed that the variables which significantly influenced e-satisfaction are facilitating conditions, price value, hedonic motivation, online rating, and online tracking, meanwhile performance expectancy and effort expectancy were proven insignificant. In continued intention to reuse, the variables that significantly influenced it were social influence, habit, and e-satisfaction, while performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, price value, hedonic motivation, online rating, and online tracking were proven insignificant. Also, it was proven that e- satisfaction significantly influenced habit."

"Penelitian ini menjelaskan tentang gambaran sikap, norma subjektif, perceived behavioral control, dan intensi dalam menggunakan layanan pesan antar makanan daring pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia selama COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain studi cross sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang diikuti sebanyak 213 responden dengan mengisi kuesioner daring berbasis google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 49,8% mahasiswa UI sering menggunakan layanan pesan antar makanan saat jam makan malam, dimana makanan cepat saji dan boba drinks adalah makanan yang paling sering dipesan. Selain itu, 59,6% mahasiswa UI memiliki sikap yang positif, 57,3% mahasiswa UI memiliki pengaruh motivasi yang tinggi dari orang lain, 55,9% mahasiswa UI memiliki faktor pendukung yang besar, dan 61,5% mahasiswa UI memiliki intensi yang tinggi dalam menggunakan layanan pesan antar makanan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membuat mahasiswa UI sadar akan pentingnya menerapkan perilaku makan sehat.

This research explained about the description of attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and intentions on using online food delivery service to college students at Indonesia University during COVID-19. This research used the quantitative method with cross sectional study design. This research used purposive sampling technique that were joined by 213 respondents with fill the online questionnaire based on google form. The result of the research showed that 49,8% of UI students often used online food delivery services at dinner time, where fast food and boba drinks are foods that are often ordered. Moreover, 59,6% of UI students have a positive attitude, 57,3% of UI students have a high motivational effect from the others, 55,9% of UI students have a great supporting factors, and 61,5% of UI students have a high intention on using online food delivery service. The result of the research is expected to make UI students to be aware of the importance of implementing healthy eating behavior."

"Layanan Online Food Delivery (OFD) merupakan metode yang populer di Indonesia untuk memesan makanan dan minuman dibandingkan metode lainnya seperti melalui telepon, aplikasi mobile restoran, dan website restoran. Transaksi layanan OFD di Indonesia berkembang dengan pesat dan semakin populer dibandingkan sebelum pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktural antar variabel yang meliputi hedonic motivation, time saving orientation, price saving orientation, prior online purchase experience, information fit-to-task, visual appeal, convenience motivation, post-usage usefulness, attitude, dan repurchase intention pada layanan OFD di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengacu pada theory of planned behavior, technology acceptance model, dan adopsi parsial dari extended information technology continuance model. Penelitian ini pun dilakukan untuk mengetahui perubahan perilaku konsumen dalam menggunakan layanan OFD sebelum dan selama pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan dari 207 pengguna layanan Go-Food atau GrabFood dan diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) pada perangkat lunak LISREL 8.54. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa delapan dari enam belas hipotesis yang diajukan memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Price saving orientation, time saving orientation, dan prior online purchase experience secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap convenience motivation. Time saving orientation, prior online purchase experience, dan convenience motivation secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap post-usage usefulness. Post-usage usefulness secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap attitude dan repurchase intention konsumen pada layanan OFD. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah pandemi COVID-19 berakhir, 28.50% responden akan meningkatkan frekuensi pembelian makanan dan minuman melalui layanan OFD, 29.47% responden akan mengurangi, dan sisanya dengan frekuensi yang tetap

Online Food Delivery (OFD) services in Indonesia is the most popular way to order food and beverage (F&B) compared to other methods such as telephone, restaurant mobile application, and restaurant website. OFD services transaction in Indonesia is growing rapidly and become more popular compared to before COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to examine structural relationship between hedonic motivation, time saving orientation, price saving orientation, prior online purchase experience, information fit-to-task, visual appeal, convenience motivation, post-usage usefulness, attitude, and repurchase intention towards OFD services in Indonesia. This study based on theory of planned behavior, technology acceptance model, and partial adoption of extended information technology continuance model. This study also examines consumers change of behavior in using OFD services before and during COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. 207 questionnaires were collected from Go-Food or GrabFood user to empirically test the research model using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) on LISREL 8.54. The results imply that eight from sixteen proposed hypotheses were supported. Price saving orientation, time saving orientation, and prior online purchase experience have a significant positive influence towards convenience motivation. Time saving orientation, prior online purchase experience, and convenience motivation have a significant positive influence towards post-usage usefulness. Post-usage usefulness has a significant positive influence towards attitude and repurchase intention on using OFD services. This study also found that after pandemic COVID-19 ends, 28.50% of the respondents will increase the frequency of purchasing F&B through OFD services, 29.47% will reduce, and the rest will remain same"

"Pembelian makanan melalui online food delivery platform belakangan ini menjadi pilihan banyak masyarakat dan penggunannya diprediksi akan terus bertumbuh beberapa tahun ke depan. Pelayanan dari pengemudi online food delivery merupakan faktor penting untuk mencapai kepuasan dari pengguna layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh dari Service Quality, Customer Perceived Value, dan Trust yang ada pada pengemudi online food delivery service terhadap Customer Satisfaction dengan Trust juga berfungsi sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus pada pelayanan dari pengemudi ShopeeFood, yaitu salah satu platform online food delivery di Indonesia. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan single cross-sectional secara kuantitatif dan metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan judgemental sampling. Terdapat sebanyak 287 data yang diperoleh dari pengguna ShopeeFood di area Jabodetabek dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Service Quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Customer Satisfaction apabila dimediasi oleh Trust. Selain itu Customer Perceived Value dan Trust juga ditemukan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa Trust merupakan variabel mediasi yang memiliki dua efek sekaligus yaitu full-mediation terhadap hubungan antara Service Quality dan Customer Satisfaction dan partial-mediation terhadap hubungan antara Customer Perceived Value dan Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa saran manajerial untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dari para pengemudi online food delivery.

The purchase of food through online food delivery platforms has recently become the main choice of many people and its use is predicted to continue to grow in the next few years. The service from the online food delivery personnel or driver is an important factor to achieve satisfaction from service users. This study aims to examine the effect of Service Quality, Customer Perceived Value, and Trust on online food delivery service drivers on Customer Satisfaction with Trust also functioning as a mediating variable. This research takes a case study on services from ShopeeFood drivers, which is one of the online food delivery platforms in Indonesia. The design of this study is a single cross-sectional with quantitative methods and data collection is done by judgmental sampling. There are 287 data obtained from ShopeeFood users in the Greater Jakarta area and analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results of this study found that Service Quality can only have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction if it is intervened by Trust. In addition, Customer Perceived Value and Trust were also found to have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. This study also found that Trust can be a mediating variable by producing two types of effects at once, namely full-mediation and partial-mediation. This study contributes managerial advice to improve the services of online food delivery drivers."

"Aplikasi pengiriman makanan online adalah salah satu sektor aplikasi seluler dengan pertumbuhan yang paling cepat. Selama pandemi, terdapat banyak layanan pengiriman makanan tradisional yang beralih ke platform daring, dan terdapat perusahaan baru yang memanfaatkan peluang ini untuk terlibat dalam operasi pengiriman makanan daring atau pindah ke platform digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel yang mempengaruhi penggunaan aplikasi pengiriman makanan online dengan mengembangkan model konseptual berdasarkan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) dengan menambahkan kepuasan pelanggan dan advokasi sebagai variabel tambahan dalam analisis. Data dikumpulkan dari 366 responden dengan menggunakan survei online dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. 9 hipotesis dikembangkan, dimana delapan di antaranya diterima, dan satu ditolak. Temuan ini dapat digunakan untuk membantu perusahaan pengiriman makanan online untuk memahami faktor yang mungkin dapat memengaruhi niat pelanggan untuk terus menggunakan aplikasi pengiriman makanan dan hal ini dapat berimplikasi pada desain dan pemasaran layanan ini di pasar Indonesia.

Online food delivery applications are one of the fastest growing mobile applications sectors. During the pandemic, many traditional food delivery services have moved to online platforms, and there are new companies taking advantage of this opportunity to engage in online food delivery operations or move to digital platforms. This study aim to examine the relationships between variable that influences the usage of online food delivery applications by developing a conceptual model based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) model with customer satisfaction and advocacy as an additional variable in our analysis. Data were collected from 366 respondents using an online survey and analyzed using PLS-SEM. 9 hypotheses were developed, of which eight were accepted, and one were rejected. Our findings can be used to help online food delivery companies to understand the factor that might influence the continuance intention of customer to the food delivery app and it will have implication for the design and marketing of these services in the Indonesian market."
