"Penelitian ini menggunakan teori TAM untuk mengukur faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa menggunakan Situs Web Portal UPT Perpustakaan UI dan menjelaskan hubungan faktor yang mempengaruhi niat pengguna untuk mengakses portal
tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang dilakukan terhadap Mahasiswa
UI jenjang D3 sampai dengan S2 yang mengakses Portal Situs Web Perpustakaan UI
dalam kurun waktu Desember 2019 hingga November 2020.
Dari hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi
kemudahan penggunaan dan usefulness terhadap intensi penggunaan portal website
library UI. Variabel yang tergolong dalam perbedaan individu yang terdiri dari
penggunaan komputer, pengetahuan domain, dan ketertarikan untuk mempublikasi tidak
memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap persepsi kemudahan penggunaan maupun
kegunaan sistem dari portal website library UI. Variabel yang tergolong dalam
karakteristik sistem, hanya bantuan perpustakaan yang tidak memiliki hubungan dengan
persepsi penggunaan penggunaan dan kegunaan. Variabel relevansi tidak memiliki
hubungan dengan kemudahan penggunaan. Sedangkan visibilitas dan aksesibilitas
memiliki hubungan yang signifikan pada variabel kemudahan penggunaan dan kegunaan.
Dalam penelitian faktor bantuan perpustakaan tidak memiliki pengaruh sehingga perlu
ditingkatkan adanya bantuan perpustakaan di Portal Situs Web UPT Perpustakaan UI
mengingat kondisi pandemi Covid-19 yang membuat layanan tatap muka ditutup dan
dimasukkan dalam layanan daring.

This study used the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) theory to measure factors
influencing students in using Library UI Website Portal and to explain the relationship of
factors affecting the user's intention to access the portal. This research was a survey
research conducted on UI Diploma to master degree students who accessed the UI Library
Website Portal from December 2019 to November 2020. From the analysis, it was found
that there was a significant relationship between perceived ease of use and usefulness
towards the intention to use the UI library website portal. The variables belonging to
individual differences consisting of computer use, domain knowledge, and interest in
publishing did not have a significant relationship to the perceived ease of use and
usefulness of the UI library website portal. From variables belonging to the characteristics
of the system, only library assistance had no relationship with both perceived ease of use
and usefulness. Relevance variable had no relationship with ease of use. Meanwhile,
visibility and accessibility had a significant relationship on the perceived ease of use and
usefulness. In research, the factor of library assistance had no effect, so it is necessary to
increase the existence of library assistance on the Website Portal of the UPT Library of
Indonesia given the Covid-19 pandemic conditions which made face-to-face services can
not be done and almost everything use online services.

"Kinerja (performance) suatu situs web adalah pengalaman pengguna yang menarik untuk diteliti karena menjadi salah satu pengukuran penting dari perspektif pengguna. Berangkat dari hal tersebut, penelitian ini pun bertujuan untuk meneliti pengalaman pengguna situs web dari sisi analisis faktor dan pengaruh pengalaman pengguna mengakses situs web. Penelitian ini menguji empat skema, yaitu: (a) faktor-faktor bagian dari pengalaman pengguna situs web, (b) pengaruh pengalaman pengguna situs web terhadap kepercayaan kepada brand, (c) pengaruh pengalaman pengguna situs web terhadap kembali ke situs web, dan (d) pengaruh pengalaman pengguna situs web terhadap membagikan situs web ke pengguna lain. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Jenis penelitian ini ialah explanatory research. Kuesioner penelitian bertipe daring dengan skala Likert tujuh kategori respons. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 300 jurnalis dengan sampel penelitian adalah sensus. Pengolahan data penelitian memanfaatkan bantuan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 25.0. Uji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini, pertama adalah ada delapan faktor yang menjadi bagian signifikan dari pengalaman pengguna situs web, yaitu emosi pengguna, hedonis, desain, nilai pengguna, usability, kecepatan akses, nilai publik, dan budaya. Kedua, pengalaman pengguna situs web terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepercayaan kepada brand, kembali ke situs web, dan membagikan situs web ke pengguna lain. Ketiga, terbentuknya empat skema yang dapat menjadi cikal-bakal model pengalaman pengguna situs web.

The performance of a website is an interesting user experience to be investigated because it becomes one of the important measurements from the user's perspective. Based on this, this study aims to examine the user experience of the website in terms of factor analysis and the influence of user experience accessing the website. This study examines four schemes, namely: (a) the factors part of the website user experience, (b) the influence of the website user experience on brand trust, (c) the influence of the website user experience on returning to the website, and (d) the influence of the website user experience on sharing the website with other users. This research approach is quantitative with survey methods. This type of research is explanatory research. The research questionnaire is online type with a Likert scale of seven response categories. The population of this research is 300 journalists with the census sample as the research sample. The research data processing uses Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25.0. The research hypotheses test use confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and simple linear regression test. The results of this study, first, there are eight factors that are a significant part of the website user experience, namely user emotions, hedonic, design, user values, usability, speed of access, public values, and culture. Second, the website user experience has proven to have a significant effect on brand trust, returning to the website, and sharing the website with other users. Third, the formation of four schemes that can be the forerunner of the website user experience model. "

"Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya penerapan keterbukaan informasi pada pemerintahan. Padahal Internet sebagai media yang mampu menyediakan fasilitas akses informasi telah mengubah arah dan pandangan pengguna dalam melakukan aktivitas mencari informasi. Pemerintah, dalam hal ini, Kementerian harus mampu menyediakan situs/website yang inovatif agar mampu menarik perhatian dan mampu mendorong pengguna melakukan interaksi virtual. Metodologi penelitian dengan paradigm positivistik melalui metode kuantitatif deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perangkat komunikasi website dilihat dari kualitas layanan, kualitas informasi, loyalitas pengguna website yang diterapkan Kementerian Perindustrian sudah baik dilihat dari indikator Kualitas Layanan dan Kualitas Informasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan Loyalitas terhadap penggunaan website.

This study was driven by the poor level of information disclosure of the government. Whereas the Internet as a medium that is capable of providing access to facilities and information is changing the way users view the activity seeking information. The government, in this case, the Ministry should be able to provide the site /innovative website to be able to attract attention and be able to encourage users to perform virtual interaction. The research used a positivistic paradigm through a quantitative descriptive method.
The results of using a communication tool a of a website visits based on quality of service, quality of information, user loyalty applied at the Ministry of Industry website has been able to meet the standard Quality of Service and Quality of Information, thereby increasing loyalty to the use of the website.

"Indonesia Web portal merupakan pintu gerbang untuk mengakses informasi melalui internet. Informasi yang amat banyak dan beragam perlu disajikan sedemikian rupa agar lebih mudah untuk diakses. Penggunaan ontologi pada web portal memungkinkan pemisahan antara struktur dan isi portal. Sampai saat ini, aplikasi berbasis ontologi maupun penerapan teknologi semantic web belum banyak dilakukan di - Indonesia. Selain itu, belum ada situs resmi yang secara khusus menyediakan informasi tentang riset yang dilakukan di Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Indonesia (Fasilkom UI). Dengan menggunakan portal software SWED (portalCore), penelitian ini mengembangkan semantic portal untuk domain riset di Fasilkom dengan memanfaatkan ontologi komunitas riset SWRC. Metode yang digunakan mencakup persiapan data, pendefinisian rules, datasource, facets, templates, dan visualisasi tampilan portal dari templates. Semantic portal riset Fasilkom yang dikembangkan berupa prototipe dengan fungsi untuk browsing dan searching. Informasi utama yang dapat diakses ialah people, project, dan publication. Selain itu, informasi yang terkait dengan ketiga hal tersebut juga ditampilkan, antara lain research group, research topic, grant, dan conference. Portal menggunakan pendekatan multi dimensi terhadap data yang disajikan dan memanfa- atkan aspek logika dari ontologi untuk melakukan-inference. Prototipe semantic portal ini telah mendemonstrasikan penggunaan ontologi dan semantic web yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh komunitas riset di Fasilkom."

"Pada tahun 2022, hanya 27% dari total pegawai PT Telkom Indonesia dan 29% pegawai Divisi Telkom Regional 2 yang berkontribusi dalam mengajukan dokumen knowledge pada knowledge portal perusahaan. Pada periode tersebut, SDM di PT Telkom Indonesia mengalami penurunan sebesar 11%. Sementara itu, di lingkup Divisi Telkom Regional 2, terdapat penurunan sebesar 6%. Knowledge yang dimiliki oleh pegawai di PT Telkom Indonesia tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik, menyebabkan ketidaktersediaan informasi saat pegawai mengalami pensiun, mutasi, atau promosi. Perusahaan memiliki knowledge portal yang digunakan oleh seluruh pegawai yang ada. Adanya ekspektasi dari perusahaan terhadap penggunaan knowledge portal oleh pegawai yang dilakukan dengan baik. Namun realita yang terjadi adalah penggunaan knowledge portal oleh pegawai tidak maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penggunaan knowledge portal pada perusahaan. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 146 pegawai, wawancara terhadap pakar, dan studi literatur. Penelitian menggunakan metode SLR untuk mendapatkan 4 aspek dan 12 kriteria faktor penggunaan knowledge portal. Kuesioner dilakukan pengolahan dengan tools SPSS. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Model penelitian ini mengusulkan 12 variabel dependen yang terbagi dalam 4 aspek dan 2 variabel independen. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 3 variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap penggunaan knowledge portal yaitu learning, decentralization, dan reward. Hasil tersebut juga berarti bahwa pengaruh semua variabel dependen terhadap variabel independennya sebesar 56,9% kemudian sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam model ini. Peningkatan penggunaan knowledge portal dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara seperti pemberian reward, pembuatan policy untuk mempelajari knowledge portal, dan pemberian priviledge kepada pegawai untuk lebih mendapatkan peran dalam pekerjaan.

In 2022, only 27% of the total employees of PT Telkom Indonesia and 29% of the employees of Regional Division 2 Telkom contributed to submitting knowledge documents on the company's knowledge portal. During that period, the human resources at PT Telkom Indonesia experienced an 11% decrease. Meanwhile, within the scope of Regional Division 2 Telkom, there was a decrease of 6%. The knowledge possessed by employees at PT Telkom Indonesia was not well-documented, leading to the unavailability of information when employees undergo retirement, transfer, or promotion. The company has a knowledge portal used by all employees. There is an expectation from the company regarding the effective use of the knowledge portal by employees. However, the reality is that the usage of the knowledge portal by employees is not optimal. This research aims to analyze the factors influencing the usage of the knowledge portal in the company. Data collection was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 146 employees, interviews with experts, and literature reviews. The research uses the SLR method to obtain 4 aspects and 12 criteria for knowledge portal usage factors. The questionnaire data is processed using SPSS tools. The technical data analysis used includes descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, simple linear regression analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. This research model proposes 12 dependent variables divided into 4 aspects and 2 independent variables. The research results identified 3 variables that have an influence on the usage of the knowledge portal, namely learning, decentralization, and reward. These results also mean that the influence of all dependent variables on their independent variables is 56.9%, with the remainder influenced by other variables not explained in this model. Increasing the usage of the knowledge portal can be achieved through various means such as providing rewards, creating policies to encourage learning from the knowledge portal, and granting privileges to employees to play a more significant role in their work."

Kebutuhan berita dewasa ini sangat erat kaitannya dengan kehidupan sehari-hari dari masyarakat yang semakin haus akan informasi. Sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang selalu berkembang pesat, masyarakat kini beralih ke sistem digital untuk mendapatkan informasi yang mereka inginkan.Kebiasaan masyarakat yang selama ini mendapatkan berita melalui surat kabar sudah cenderung ditinggalkan.Telah banyak dijumpai situs berita yang dapat diakses secara onlineyang berbasiskan website melalui media perantara internet, hal ini dikenal dengan istilah portal media online. PT. XYZ merupakan salah satu dari sekian banyak portal media online yang ada di Indonesia. Tetapi dalam prosesnya PT. XYZ masih belum mampu unggul dalam bersaing dengan portal media online lainnya yang telah lebih dahulu dikenal masyarakat. Hal ini yang menarik untuk diangkat dalam penelitian ini. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi PT. XYZ yaitu karena masih belum memiliki strategi e-bisnis dalam melakukan persaingan di insustri ini. Dengan menggunakan metodologi Chaffey, akan diidentifikasi karakteristik PT. XYZ, posisi bisnis dari PT. XYZ dalam persaingannya di industri media online, hingga nantinya disusun strategi e-bisnis yang dapat digunakan PT. XYZ dalam bersaing dengan portal media online yang lainnya. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan strategi e-bisnis untuk PT. XYZ, memberikan gambaran dari posisi PT. XYZ di antara pesaingnya serta meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing dari PT. XYZ. Dengan demikian diharapkan PT. XYZ dapat mencapai target yang telah dirumuskan dalam rencana strategis tahunan yang dimiliki.

The needs of today's news very closely related to the daily life of a communities increasingly hungry for information. In line with the development of information technology always evolves rapidly, communities now turn to digital system to get the information they wanted. Habits of the people who have been getting news through newspapers has tended to be abandoned. Has been mostly can be found a website can be accessed online that is based website through the medium of an intermediary the internet it is known as online media portal . PT. XYZ is one of the many online media portals that exist in Indonesia. But in the process of PT. XYZ is still not able to excel in competing with other online media portal that had previously known to the public. It is an interesting to be appointed in this research. The main problems PT. XYZis because still has not had the strategy e- business in conducting competition in this industry. By using Chaffey’s methodology, will be identified characteristic PT XYZ , business position of PT. XYZ competition in the online media industry , until later arranged e-business strategy that can be used of PT. XYZ in compete with online media portal the others. This research will produce a e-business strategy to PT. XYZ, Provide an illustration from a position PT. XYZ among competitors and improve competitive advantage of PT. XYZ. Therefore, PT.
