"Skripsi ini meneliti tentang pengaruh penerapan sejumlah aktivitas dalam green supply chain management (GSCM), terhadap environmental performance, operational performance dan business performance pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UKM) yang berada di provinsi Jawa Barat. Responden dari penelitian ini melibatkan 175 responden yang merupakan pemilik atau manajer dari UMKM dengan bidang usaha umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data berupa Sequential Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan software LISREL versi 8.80. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah terdapat pengaruh positif dari aktivitas GSCM terhadap environmental performance dan operational performance dan terdapat pengaruh positif dari operational performance terhadap business performance.. Selain itu hasil analisis turut menunjukkan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung dari GSCM terhadap business performance. Hasil ini menunjukkan perlu adanya perencanaan atas aktivitas dalam penerapan GSCM pada UMKM di Jawa Barat, melalui penerapan aktivitas GSCM yang tepat pada kegiatan UMKM dapat mempengaruhi secara positif environmental dan operasional performance UMKM, bahkan turut mempengaruhi secara tidak langsung performa dari business performance UMKM.

This research examines the effect of implementation a number of activities in green supply chain management (GSCM) on environmental performance, operational performance and business performance in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in West Java province. Research respondents involved 175 respondents who are owners or managers of MSMEs with general business fields. This study used a data analysis method in the form of Sequential Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL version 8.80 software. The results obtained are that there is a positive effect of GSCM activities on environmental performance and operational performance and a positive effect of operational performance on business performance. In addition, the analysis results also show the indirect effect of GSCM business performance. These results indicate the need for planning for activities in the application of GSCM to MSMEs in West Java, the proper application of GSCM in MSME activities can positively affect the environmental and operational performance of MSMEs, even indirectly affect the performance of MSME business performance."

"Salah satu penyumbang pencemaran lingkungan di negara berkembang adalah usaha mikro kecil dan menengah yang disebabkan oleh proses rantai pasok yang tidak ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai praktik green supply chain management (GSCM) terhadap kinerja lingkungan dan biaya operasional pada usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Terutama untuk meneliti dengan adanya ecocentricity dan traceability rantai pasok yang memoderasi antara praktik GSCM dengan kinerja lingkungan dan biaya operasional. Metode judgement sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan terdapat 93 responden yang berkontribusi. Kuesioner penelitian disebarkan secara daring dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan pemodelan Partial Least Square-Structured Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa praktik green supply chain management memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja lingkungan maupun biaya operasional UMKM industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia. Ecocentricity rantai pasok memoderasi dalam hubungan praktik GSCM dengan kinerja lingkungan maupun biaya operasional. Namun, traceability rantai pasok tidak memoderasi dalam hubungan praktik GSCM dengan kinerja lingkungan maupun biaya operasional.

One of the contributors to environmental pollution in developing countries is micro, small, and medium enterprises caused by supply chain processes that are not environmentally friendly. This study discusses green supply chain management (GSCM) practices on environmental performance and operational costs in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia's food and beverage industry. Especially to examine the existence of supply chain ecocentricity and traceability that moderates GSCM practices with environmental performance and operational costs. The judgment sampling method was used in this study, and 93 respondents contributed. Research questionnaires were distributed online, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structured Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that green supply chain management practices have a significant relationship to environmental performance and operational costs of MSMEs in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia. Supply chain ecocentricity moderates the relationship between GSCM practices, environmental performance, and operating costs. However, supply chain traceability does not moderate the relationship between GSCM practices, environmental performance, and operational costs."

"Skripsi ini mengkaji pengaruh penerapan sejumlah kegiatan dalam green supply manajemen rantai (GSCM), pada kinerja operasional dan rantai pasokan kinerja Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) di JABODETABEK. "ABSTRACTIndustri makanan dan minuman dijadikan sebagai salah satu industri andalan oleh Kementerian Perindustrian untuk rencana pembangunan industri hingga tahun 2035. Dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing UMKM makanan, dirancang usulan perbaikan penerapan manajemen rantai pasok. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan usulan perbaikan untuk penerapan manajemen rantai pasok di UMKM makanan. Studi literatur dilakukan untuk mengetahui kriteria, sub-kriteria dan usulan perbaikan yang harus dilakukan dalam perbaikan penerepan manajemen rantai pasok di UMKM makanan. Kemudian kriteria, sub-kriteria dan usulan perbaikan divalidasi oleh tujuh ahli. Kriteria, sub-kriteria dan usulan perbaikan penerapan manajemen rantai pasok selanjutnya diolah menggunakan metode Analytical Network Process ANP dan Zero One Goal Programming ZOGP. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan usulan perbaikan yang memiliki nilai kepentingan relatif tinggi, yaitu melakukan koordinasi bagian logistik dengan fungsi lainnya di perusahaan A6, menggunakan sistem perencanaan produksi A14, melakukan pendaftaran ke BPOM A1, mempertimbangkan kualitas dari kemasan A5, menyediakan informasi ketelusuran yang jelas tanggal produksi dan kadaluwarsa hingga tiba ke konsumen A3. Ketika sub-kriteria fleksibilitas produk, perencanaan produksi dan manajamen sumber daya manusia ditingkatkan nilai kepentingannya, usulan perbaikan dengan bobot paling tinggi adalah melakukan koordinasi bagian logistik dengan fungsi lainnya di perusahaan A6. Terdapat beberapa skenario untuk menggambarkan penentuan usulan perbaikan yang harus diterapkan sesuai kemampuan sumber daya UMKM makanan. Disediakan pula template pemilihan usulan perbaikan yang dapat digunakan UMKM makanan.

ABSTRACTFood and beverage industries serve as one of the mainstay industries by the Ministry of Industry for industrial development plan until 2035. In order to improve the competitiveness of food SMEs, the improvement design in implementing of supply chain management is proposed. The literature study was conducted to find out the criteria, sub criteria and proposed improvement that needs to be done in improving the implementation of supply chain management in the food MSME. Then the criteria, sub criteria and proposed improvement are validated by seven experts. The criteria, sub criteria and proposed improvement strategy of supply chain management are further processed using Analytical Network Process ANP and Zero One Goal Programming ZOGP method. The result of data shows proposed improvement that has a relatively high value of interest is coordinating the logistics department with other functions in the company A6, using the production planning system A14, registering to BPOM A1, considering the quality of the packaging A5, and providing information production date and expiration date until it arrives at the consumer A3. When the sub criteria for product flexibility, production planning and management of human resources are increased in importance, the highest priority proposed improvement is to coordinate the logistics department with other functions in the firm A6. There are several scenarios to illustrate the determination of proposed improvement that should be implemented in accordance with the capabilities of the food SME. We provide templates for the proposed improvement selection that can be used for food SMEs. "

"Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) berupaya meningkatkan performa pengelolaan bisnis dengan menggunakan aplikasi rantai pasok. Salah satunya adalah aplikasi Krealogi yang dikembangkan oleh PT Karya Du Anyam. Meskipun telah terbukti dapat memudahkan UMKM dalam mengelola bisnisnya, Krealogi masih memiliki permasalahan terkait alur penggunaan dan tampilan pada aplikasi. Dengan demikian, adanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi permasalahan tersebut berupa rancangan desain interaksi alternatif. Perancangan tersebut dilakukan dengan metode User-Centered Design yang mengacu pada teori Shneiderman’s Eight Golden Rules of Interface Design. Dalam mengetahui kesulitan dan kebutuhan pengguna, penulis menyebarkan survei, melakukan wawancara, dan menganalisis hasil usability testing yang dilakukan pihak Krealogi pada desain sebelumnya. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut, dihasilkan solusi desain interaksi untuk fitur keuangan, manajemen hubungan pelanggan, integrasi dengan e-commerce dan logistik, rencana produksi, pesanan masuk, manajemen stok, serta performa. Selanjutnya, dilakukan evaluasi guna menilai usability dari rancangan desain yang dibuat. Evaluasi dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan usability testing dan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil perhitungan dari evaluasi SUS menunjukkan bahwa desain yang direkomendasikan pada penelitian ini memiliki nilai rata-rata sebesar 80.75. Skor SUS ini memiliki predikat A yang berarti sudah cukup baik

As technology develops, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) seek to improve business management performance using supply chain applications. One of them is the application called Krealogi that developed by PT Karya Du Anyam. Although it has been proven to make it easier for MSMEs to manage their business, Krealogi still has problems related to the application’s flow of use and appearance. Thus, this research aims to provide solutions to these problems in the form of alternative interaction designs. The design was carried out using the User-Centered Design method, which refers to Shneiderman’s Eight Golden Rules of Interface Design theory. In knowing the difficulties and needs of users, the authors distribute surveys, conduct interviews, and analyze the results of usability testing conducted by Krealogi on the previous design. Based on this analysis, interaction design solutions are generated for financial features, customer relationship management, integration with e-commerce and logistics, production planning, incoming orders, stock management, and performance. Furthermore, an evaluation is carried out to assess the usability of the designs made. The evaluation was conducted qualitatively with usability testing and quantitatively through the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The calculation results from the SUS evaluation show that the recommended design in this study has an average value of 80.75. This SUS score has an A predicate which means it is pretty good."

"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas tentang apa saja faktor pendorong dan penghambat penerapan GSCM pada perusahaan-perusahaan di Indonesia dan berusaha membandingkannya dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan sebelumnya. Lebih jauh lagi penelitian ini berusaha menganalisis apa saja bentuk-bentuk penerapan GSCM dan dampaknya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis eksploratori dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan strategi case study. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada dua perusahaan yang bergerak pada sektor yang berbeda yaitu perusahaan peritel dan perusahaan teknologi informasi komunikasi supaya untuk memperkaya studi ini dengan melihat penerapan GSCM dari kacamata dua perusahaan yang memiliki sifat yang berbeda. Diharapkan dengan penelitian ini dapat memberikan motivasi perusahaan lain untuk mendorong penerapan konsep ini di perusahaan mereka. ABSTRACTThis thesis will touch upon the drivers and barriers of implementing GSCM by companies in Indonesia and compare those with the previous study. Furthermore the study will try to analyze the type of GSCM implementation and its impacts. This study is an exploratory type that uses qualitative approach and case study strategy. This study is carried out at two companies that focus in different sector, namely a retailer company and an information and communication company. This is done to enrich the study by seeing the GSCM implementation by companies that coming from two different sectors. It is hoped that this study can provide motivation to other companies to implement this concept into their companies. Furthermore it is hoped that this study can provide inputs for the government in developing policies related to environment that can drive companies that operate in Indonesia to run their business in a sustainable way."
