"Apoteker mempunyai peranan penting terutama di apotek, industri farmasi, maupun di pedagang besar farmasi. Untuk menjalankan peran penting tersebut, apoteker harus mempunyai kompetensi yang mumpuni sebagai syarat melakukan praktik kefarmasian. World Health Organization mengeluarkan istilah seven-stars pharmacist consept, yang merupakan peran penting bagi seorang apoteker. Salah satu peran seorang apoteker tersebut adalah life long learner, yaitu apoteker harus selalu memperbarui pengetahuan dan keterampilannya seiring dengan perubahan tren dari waktu ke waktu. Pada kesempatan kali ini, penulis berkesempatan mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Atrika, PT. Harsen Laboratories, dan PT. SamMarie Tramedifa selama periode bulan Agustus – Desember 2020. Selama PKPA diharapkan calon apoteker dapat meningkatkan wawasannya di dunia kefarmasian sebagai bekal memasuki dunia kerja.

Pharmacists have an important role, especially in pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, and pharmaceutical wholesalers. To carry out this important role, pharmacists must be qualified competencies as a requirement for practicing pharmacy. World Health Organization issued the seven-stars pharmacist concept, which is an important role for a pharmacist. One of the roles of a pharmacist is a life-long learner, where pharmacists must always update their knowledge and skills in line with changing trends from time to time. On this occasion, the author had the opportunity to participate in the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) at Apotek Atrika, PT. Harsen Laboratories, and PT. SamMarie Tramedifa during the period from August - December 2020. During PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can improve their horizons in the world of pharmacy as a provision to enter the world of work."

Untuk mempersiapkan apoteker yang profesional maka dilakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dibeberapa tempat, sehingga diharapkan para calon apoteker dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu yang mereka dapatkan selama kuliah. Selain itu para calon apoteker mendapatkan ilmu baru yang belum pernah didapatkan sebelumnya di tempat PKPA. Pada kesempatan kali ini penulis berkesempatan melakukan PKPA di Apotek Safa, PT. Harsen Laboratories dan PT. Sammarie Tramedifa Periode September-Desember 2020. Selama PKPA diharapkan dapat menjadi calon apoteker yang profesional dan siap memasuki dunia kerja.

Apoteker diharuskan untuk memenuhi standar kompetensi apoteker indonesia yang terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi ketika memasuki dunia kerja dan melaksanakan praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi tersebut merupakan kemampuan yang diharapkan dimiliki oleh apoteker ketika lulus dan menjalankan praktik kerja profesi apoteker. Pharmacists have an important roles in various sectors which include pharmacy, hospital, pharmaceutical industry, distributor and government sector. Pharmacist is required to meet the competency standards of Indonesian pharmacist which consist of ten competency standards when entering the work and carrying out professional practices. This competency standards are the ability that pharmacist is expected to have when graduates and carry out the pharmacist's professional work practice. In addition to adequate knowledge, a prospective pharmacist is also expected to have experience in practicing the pharmacist profession. Therefore, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice was carried out at PT Harsen Laboratories and Apotek Atrika during the period February - August 2020. Through this PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can gain knowledge into the professional practice of pharmacists in related institutions such as the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies"

"Kesehatan adalah hak asasi manusia dan salah satu unsur kesejahteraan yang harus diwujudkan sesuai dengan cita-cita bangsa Indonesia. Prevalensi dan insidensi penyakit hipertensi semakin meningkat dan menyebabkan tingginya morbiditas dan mortalitas yang tinggi. Banten adalah salah satu Provinsi yang ikut menyumbang jumlah kumulatif kasus hipertensi. Jaminan kesehatan yang diselenggarakan oleh BPJS Kesehatan diberikan oleh fasilitas kesehatan yang menjalin Kerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Salah satu bentuk fasilitas kesehatan yaitu Klinik Pratama. Berdasarkan analisa dari beberapa aspek, Klinik Pratama Kurnia Medika yang memiliki 3 dokter dan 1 dokter gigi dengan pelayanan 24 jam dan dana kapitasi Rp. 9.250 dikatakan layak untuk dibangun dan dilaksanakan dengan BEP sebesar Rp. 125.976.861/tahun. Sedangkan PP dari klinik pratama ini adalah selama 0,7 tahun. Sektor farmasi berperan dalam reformasi kesehatan. Masalah kesehatan yang muncul berkaitan erat dengan ketersediaan obat-obatan yang dibutuhkan masyarakat. Banyak industri farmasi di Indonesia sebagai produsen obat-obatan serta penyaluran obat dan bahan obat. Penerapan CPOB dalam industri farmasi itu penting salah satunya dengan Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk (PTAP). Berdasarkan Pengkajian Tahunan Atas Produk produk PXXX pada tahun 2021 yang diproduksi di PT.Harsen Laboratories dari 16 aspek yang dikaji dalam PTAP seluruh kajian tersebut telah sesuai dengan persyaratan CPOB dan memenuhi persyaratan spesifikasi mutu produk jadi yang telah ditetapkan di PT.Harsen Laboratories.

Health is a human right and one of the elements of welfare that must be realized in accordance with the ideals of the Indonesian nation. The prevalence and incidence of hypertension is increasing and causing high morbidity and high mortality. Banten is one of the provinces that contributes to the cumulative number of hypertension cases. Health insurance organized by BPJS Health is provided by health facilities that collaborate with BPJS Health. One form of health facility is the Primary Clinic. Based on an analysis of several aspects, the Pratama Kurnia Medika Clinic which has 3 doctors and 1 dentist with 24-hour service and a capitation fund of Rp. 9,250 are said to be feasible to be built and implemented with a BEP of Rp. 125,976,861/year. While the PP from this primary clinic is for 0.7 years. The pharmaceutical sector plays a role in health reform. Health problems that arise are closely related to the availability of medicines needed by the community. Many pharmaceutical industries in Indonesia are manufacturers of medicines as well as distribution of drugs and medicinal ingredients. The application of GMP in the pharmaceutical industry is important, one of which is the Annual Product Assessment (PTAP). Based on the Annual Assessment of PXXX products in 2021 produced at PT. Harsen Laboratories, of the 16 aspects studied in the PTAP, all of these studies have complied with GMP requirements and meet the requirements of the finished product quality specifications that have been set at PT. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Sam Marie Tramedifa, Apotek Atrika, dan PT Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode bulan Februari-Agustus 2020. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Pharmacists play important roles in pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, and pharmaceutical distributor or wholesaler. As a requirement to enter practical working environment, a graduated pharmacist must fulfil the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Standards (Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia) which consisted of ten competency standards. Internships at PT SamMarie Tramedifa, Apotek Atrika, and PT Soho Industri Pharmasi were done to provide practical working experiences for pharmacist candidates so they can gain a better understanding of what their roles are and enhance their competencies. During the internship period from February to August 2020, pharmacist candidates were expected to expand their knowledge and continually update their skills as required to enable them to perform pharmaceutical profession at the mentioned workplaces.

"Kesehatan merupakan hak dasar bagi setiap manusia, sehingga setiap negara perlu mengembangkan hak asasi manusia tersebut. Apoteker sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan wajib mengabdikan dirinya baik di industri farmasi, distributor farmasimaupun apotek. Dalam peningkatan pemahaman mengenai peran apoteker, maka dilakukan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Apotek Atrika, PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, dan PT Harsen Laboratories. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan tugas khusus ini adalah melalui studi literature data website BPJS, website PTSP di wilayah Sulawesi Utara, website e-katalog LKPP, serta peraturan perundang-undangan untuk apotek, studi literature terhadap pembuatan aplikasiuntuk distributor farmasi dan studi literature menggunakan CPOB 2018 untuk industri farmasi. Pada pelaksanaan praktik di apotek, penulis melakukan pembuatan rancangan apotek yang melayani Program Rujuk Balik (PRB) dan bekerjasama dengan BPJS di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara mulai dari penentuan lokasi, bangunan, jumlah karyawan hingga analisis keuangan. Berdasarkan analisa dari segala aspek,rancangan apotek yang dibuat telah layak untuk dibangun dan beroperasional dengan modal yang telah ditentukan. Pada pelaksanaan praktek di distributor farmasi, penulis melakukan pembuatan aplikasi mengenai produk apa saja yang didistribusikan oleh PT Enseval Putera Megatrading agar lebih mudah dan efisien dalam pencarian informasi produk. Sementara pada pelaksanaan praktik di industri farmasi, penulis melakukan investigasi penyimpangan yang terjadi di PT HarsenLaboratories selama tahun 2020. Investigasi berguna untuk menghindari terjadinya penyimpangan yang sama di masa mendatang serta untuk menentukan tindakan korektif dan tindakan pencegahan untuk mengantisipasi penyimpangan tersebut.

themselves in the pharmaceutical industry, distribution company of drugs, and the

pharmacy. To increasing understanding the role of pharmacists, the pharmacist student conduct to work practice. The authors work practice pharmacist profession at Apotek Atrika, PT Enseval Putera Megatrading, and PT Harsen Laboratories. In

this study, the method which using study literature data on the BPJS website, the PTSP website in the North Sulawesi province, the LKPP e-catalog website, and laws and regulations for pharmacies for the pharmacy, using study literature on how to make an application for drug distributional company, and using study literature

on CPOB 2018 for the pharmaceutical industry. Implementation of practice in pharmacies, the authors made a design for a pharmacy that serves the Referral Program and collaborates with BPJS in North Sulawesi province, starting from determining the location, building, number of employees until financial analysis. Based on an analysis of all aspects, the pharmacy design that was made was feasible to be built and operated with the specified capital. While on drug distributional company, authors make an application about information of that company products. This application would be easier and efficiency on searching products. While in the pharmaceutical industry, the authors investigate the deviation that occur on PT Harsen Laboratories in 2020. This investigation would be useful to make the corrective and preventive action for the deviation."

Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan sebuah kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Besar Pengawas Obat dan Makanan di Jakarta, Apotek Atrika dan PT Harsen Laboratories Periode Februari-Agustus Tahun 2020. Diharapkan melalui proses PKPA ini, calon apoteker mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Pharmacist bears important roles in Pharmaceutical Industries and Pharmacy. A pharmacist needs to fulfil the competency standards as a requirement to work and do the pharmacy practice. As a preparation and to gainsome experiences, a soon-to-be pharmacist needs to understand the role of pharmacists and improve the competency, therefore, an internship at Balai Besar Pengawas Obat dan Makanan di Jakarta, Apotek Atrika and PT Harsen Laboratories was carried out from February until August 2020. In this internship period, it is hoped that pharmacist could obtain appropriate insights, knowledge and experience to do pharmacy practice in professional workplace."

Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan tugas khusus ini adalah melalui studi literatur, kunjungan langsung ke Kantor PTSP (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu) Kecamatan Tebet DKI Jakarta Selatan, pengerjaan di Laboratorium Quality Control Hormon PT Harsen Laboratories, serta tanya jawab dengan Branch Regulatory Quality Assurance (BRQA) PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari cabang Jakarta Distribution Center. Pada pelaksanaan praktik di apotek, penulis melakukan kegiatan perbandingan prosedur penutupan apotek di wilayah DKI Jakarta dan daerah lain di Indonesia. Terdapat persamaan dan perbedaan prosedur penutupan apotek di DKI Jakarta dan daerah lain di Indonesia. Pada pelaksanaan praktek di industri farmasi, penulis melakukan penetapan kadar dan keseragaman kandungan Estradiol Cypionate dan Medroxyprogesterone Acetate pada sediaan injeksi secara Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi (KCKT) dan hasil yang diperoleh yaitu memnuhi persyaratan spesifikasi kadar pada USP 43 (United States Pharmacopeia) tahun 2020. Sementara pada pelaksanaan praktik di distributor farmasi, penulisan melakukan saran untuk penambahan fitur scan barcode batch number product pada aplikasi zyllem untuk pemastian kesesuaian batch number product yang diterima customer. Penambahan fitur ini berguna untuk menghidari terjadinya perbedaan batch pada fisik produk dengan batch pada dokumen pengeluaran, serta untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan keefektifan pembacaan batch number product.

Pharmacists as one of the health workers must devote themselves both in pharmacies, pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical distributors. In increasing understanding of the role of pharmacists, the pharmacist professional work practice is carried out at Safa Pharmacy, PT Harsen Laboratories and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari.The method used in making this particular task is through literature studies, direct visits to the PTSP office (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu) of Tebet District of DKI Jakarta Selatan, work on the Hormone Quality Control Laboratory of PT Harsen Laboratories, as well as a question and answer with the Branch Regulatory Quality Assurance (BRQA) of PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Jakarta Distribution Center branch. In the implementation of practice in pharmacies, the author conducts comparative procedures for closing pharmacies in the DKI Jakarta area and other regions in Indonesia. There are similarities and differences in pharmacy closing procedures in DKI Jakarta and other regions in Indonesia.In the implementation of practice in the pharmaceutical industry, the author determines the levels and uniformity of Estradiol Cypionate and Medroxyprogesterone Acetate content in injection preparations in High Performance Liquid Chromatography (KCKT) and the results obtained are to meet the requirements of level specifications in USP 43 (United States Pharmacopeia) in 2020. While in the implementation of practices in pharmaceutical distributors, writing does advice for the addition of barcode scan feature batch number product in zyllem application to check the suitability of batch number product received by customer. The addition of this feature is useful to avoid the occurrence of batch differences in the physical product with batches on the expense document, as well as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of batch number product readings."

As a future pharmacist, it is important to know and have abilities related to the roles, functions, and responsibilities of pharmacists that can be obtained through the internship program. Through the implementation of the internship program, it is expected that a future pharmacist will have the insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to do pharmaceutical practice so that they are ready to enter the real world of work as a profesional in the pharmacy practice."
