"eWOM telah menjadi sumber informasi tambahan yang penting bagi pelanggan dalam menentukan pembelian suatu produk atau layanan seperti hotel. Sayangnya, pandemi Covid-19 terjadi pada tahun 2020 dan informasi terkait penerapan protokol kesehatan hotel dirasa perlu untuk dijelaskan seperti pada online travel agent. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui peran electronic word of mouth mengenai hotel butik dan protokol kesehatan yang diterapkan terhadap niat pemesanan hotel butik pada masa pandemi covid-19 dengan memperhatikan aspek usefulness dan enjoyment konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 216 responden. Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM untuk melakukan pengujian measurement model dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan pada perceived usefulness dari ulasan hotel butik dan penerapan protokol kesehatan hotel dan perceived enjoyment dari ulasan yang berkualitas tinggi terhadap niat pemesanan hotel butik. Hal ini berarti mengindikasikan bahwa ulasan online dan penerapan protokol kesehatan dirasakan sebagai informasi yang bermanfaat dan menyenangkan untuk digunakan yang mendorong niat pemesanan hotel butik pelanggan. Pada masa pandemi ini juga didapatkan hasil bahwa pelanggan lebih mengutamakan pemenuhan nilai utilitarian yaitu pencarian informasi mengenai hotel secara keseluruhan yang dipersepsikan dari nilai kegunaan ulasan online hotel sebagai faktor eksternal manajemen hotel dan penerapan protokol kesehatan hotel sebagai faktor interal manajemen hotel sebelum menginap. Implikasi manajerial penelitian ini mendorong manajemen hotel butik memiliki strategi untuk menciptakan ulasan online hotel butik dengan kualitas yang tinggi agar meningkatkan niat pemesanan hotel butik.

eWOM has become an important source of additional information for customers in determining the purchase of a product or service such as a hotel. Unfortunately, Covid-19 pandemic occurred in 2020 and information regarding the application of hotel health protocols was deemed necessary to be described as in online travel agent. Therefore, this study aims to examine the role of electronic word of mouth of boutique hotels and information on the application of health protocols on the intention to book boutique hotels during the Covid-19 pandemic by paying attention to consumer perceived usefulness and enjoyment aspects. A total of 216 responses to a survey were collected. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to analyze data using PLS-SEM to test the measurement models and test the hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence on perceived usefulness of boutique hotel reviews and the application of hotel health protocols and the perceived enjoyment of high quality reviews on boutique hotel booking intentions. This means that it indicates that online reviews and application of health protocols are perceived as useful and fun information to use that encourages customer boutique hotel booking intentions. During this pandemic, the results also showed that customers prioritized the fulfillment of utilitarian values, namely searching for information about the hotel as a whole as perceived usefulness of hotel online reviews as an external factor in hotel management and the application of hotel health protocols as an internal factor in hotel management before staying. The managerial implication of this research encourages boutique hotel management to have a strategy to create high quality online boutique hotel reviews in order to increase boutique hotel booking intentions."

"Pertumbuhan internet yang diikuti dengan munculnya berbagai aplikasi sosial menciptakan tuntutan agar aplikasi-aplikasi sosial dapat lama bertahan di pasar, salah satunya melalui kelanjutan penggunaan para penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, sense of belonging, dan social ties terhadap continuance usage intention pada aplikasi sosial TikTok melalui mediasi dari satisfaction dan habit. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) untuk memeriksa kecocokan keseluruhan model dan menguji hubungan antar konstruk. Sebanyak 406 pengguna TikTok selama minimal enam bulan di Indonesia berpartisipasi menjadi sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kelanjutan penggunaan secara langsung dipengaruhi oleh perceived usefulness. Mediasi penuh melalui satisfaction dan habit terdapat pada hubungan antara perceived enjoyment dan continuance intention. Sementara itu, mediasi parsial oleh variabel satisfaction terdapat pada hubungan antara perceived usefulness dan continuance intention serta oleh variabel habit pada hubungan antara social ties dan continuance intention. Implikasi manajerial terkait dengan perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, sense of belonging, social ties, satisfaction, habit, dan continuance intention juga akan dibahas dalam penelitian ini

The growth of the internet followed by the emergence of various social apps creates a pressure so that social applications can last a long time in the market, one of which is through the use of their users. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, sense of belonging, and social ties on continuance intention of using TikTok social application through mediation of satisfaction and habit. Data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is done to check the overall fit of the model and test the relationship between constructs. A total of 406 TikTok users for at least six months in Indonesia participated as the research sample. The results of this study reveal that continuance usage intention is directly influenced by perceived usefulness. Full mediation through satisfaction and habit lies in the relationship between perceived enjoyment and continuance intention. Meanwhile, partial mediation by the satisfaction variable is found in the relationship between perceived usefulness and continuance intention and the habit variable on the relationship between social ties and continuance intention. Managerial implications related to perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, sense of belonging, social bonding, satisfaction, habit, and sustained intention will also be discussed in this study.

"Pasca pandemi COVID-19 pariwisata Bali mulai bangkit namun belum sepenuhnya pulih. Pada masa transisi pandemi COVID-19  menuju endemi, Bali menjadi sorotan di media sosial terkait dengan perbedaan pelayanan yang diterima oleh wisatawan domestik. Selain itu, penyebaran informasi oleh wisatawan terkait dengan perubahan kondisi wisata di Bali saat memasuki masa endemi akan berdampak bagi citra destinasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh eWOM, persepsi risiko, dan citra destinasi terhadap niat berkunjung. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan analisis jalur untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung eWOM dan persepsi risiko terhadap niat berkunjung melalui citra destinasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probabilitas dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Sampel yang dikumpulkan sebanyak 246 wisatawan domestik. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa eWOM dan citra destinasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap niat berkunjung. Persepsi risiko memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhadap niat berkunjung. Pengaruh negatif mengartikan bahwa semakin meningkatnya persepsi risko maka nilai pada niat berkunjung akan menurun.  Melalui analisis jalur diketahui bahwa eWOM dan persepsi risiko terhadap niat berkunjung melalui citra destinasi berpengaruh signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa wisatawan domestik mengandalkan eWOM untuk mencari tahu mengenai destinasi wisata yang ingin mereka kunjungi. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting bagi pemerintah, pemangku kepentingan, dan destination marketing organization memanfaatkan eWOM dalam membangun citra destinasi dan membangkitkan kembali niat berkunjung wisatawan pasca pandemi COVID-19.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, Bali tourism began to revive but has not fully recovered. During the transition from the COVID-19 pandemic to the endemic, Bali was in the spotlight on social media due to the differences in services received by domestic tourists. In addition, the dissemination of information by tourists related to changes in tourism conditions in Bali when entering an endemic period can impact the image of a Bali destination. This study aims to determine the effect of eWOM, risk perception, and destination image on visiting intentions. This study also uses path analysis to determine the indirect effect of eWOM and perceived risk on visiting intentions through destination image. This study uses a quantitative method with a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. The samples collected were 246 domestic tourists. This study found that eWOM and destination image positively influence visiting intentions. Perceived risk has a negative influence on the visit intention. The negative effect means that the higher the risk perception, the value of the intention to visit will decrease. Path analysis shows that eWOM and perceived risk of visiting intentions through destination image have a significant effect. The results of this study indicate that domestic tourists rely on eWOM to find out about the tourist destinations they want to visit. Therefore, the government, stakeholders, and destination marketing organizations must utilize eWOM to build the destination image and revive the intention to visit tourists after the COVID-19 pandemic."

"Mobile commerce atau biasa disebut m-commerce merupakan cabang dari ecommerce yang memungkinkan konsumen untuk melakukan kegiatan e-commerce dengan lebih fleksibel, dimanapun dan kapanpun, didukung dengan perkembangan teknologi terkini seperti smartphone, tablet, dan mobile gadget lainnya. Berbagai jenis online shop yang ada di Indonesia memanfaatkan kesempatan ini untuk membuat aplikasi dan mobile version dari online shop mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) oleh Davis (1989) yang terdiri dari perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, dan perceived ease of use terhadap satisfaction serta intention to use (purchase intentions) konsumen terhadap aplikasi mobile purchasing dengan menggunakan studi kasus Lazada yang merupakan jenis e-commerce B2C. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang sudah pernah menggunakan situs Lazada Indonesia dalam kurun waktu satu tahun terakhir. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived usefulness, dan perceived enjoyment memiliki pengaruh positif langsung terhadap intention to use. Sedangkan perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif terhadap intention to use secara tidak langsung dengan mediasi satisfaction, perceived usefulness, dan perceived enjoyment. Selain itu, perceived usefulness, dan perceived enjoyment memiliki pengaruh positif langsung terhadap saticfaction.

Mobile commerce or m-commerce is commonly called is a branch of e-commerce that allows consumers to conduct e-commerce with more flexible, wherever and whenever, supported by the latest technological developments such as smartphones, tablets, and other mobile gadgets. Different types of online shop in Indonesia take advantage of this opportunity to make an application and a mobile version of their online shop. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of the dimensions of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) by Davis (1989), which consists of perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment and perceived ease of use to the satisfaction and the intention to use (purchase intentions) of consumers to mobile app purchasing by using study Lazada case which is a type of e-commerce B2C. The respondents of this research are people who have been using the site Lazada Indonesia within the past year. Data processing method used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Results from the study showed that perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment has a direct positive influence on the intention to use. While the perceived ease of use positively affects intention to use indirectly by mediation satisfaction, perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment. In addition, perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment has a direct positive influence on saticfaction."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai bagaimana perceived usefulness, competence trust dan continuous commitment dapat mempengaruhi positive word of mouth pada pengguna Aplikasi Digibank. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dan single-cross sectional. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data dengan metode survei dan mengambil sampel dengan metode judgmental sampling. Kuisioner disebar melalui google form dan kepada 130 responden dengan kriteria responden lahir pada tahun antara 1982 sampai 2000, menggunakan aplikasi Digibank dalam 1 bulan terakhir dan responden adalah pengguna aktif Digibank dengan menggunakan minimal 4 transaksi dalam 1 bulan. Pengolahan datanya dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan software Lisrel 8.51. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa positive word of mouth hanya dipengaruhi oleh continuous commitment, sedangkan perceived usefulness dan competence trust akan mempengaruhi positive word of mouth apabila di mediasi oleh continuous commitment.

This study described how the perceived usefulness, competence, trust and continuous commitment to affect positive word of mouth on Digibank App users. This study used a descriptive and single-cross sectional research design. This study collected data with survey methods and used judgmental sampling methods. Questionnaires distributed through google form and to 130 respondents with criteria of respondents born between 1982 and 2000, using the Digibank application in the last 1 month and respondents were active Digibank users using a minimum of 4 transactions in 1 month. Data processing analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using software lisrel 8.51. The results showed that positive word of mouth is only influenced by continuous commitment, while perceived usefulness and competence trust will affect positive word of mouth if mediated by continuous commitment."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, dan self-efficacy terhadap reusage intention. Variabel perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use diukur dengan indikator-indikator dari Davis, variabel perceived risk diukur dengan indikator-indikator dari Featherman dan Pavlou, variabel self-efficacy diukur dengan indikator-indikator dari Compeau dan Higgins, serta variabel reusage intention diukur dengan indikator-indikator dari Davis et al. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui teknik survei, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 200 pengguna uang elektronik Go-Pay. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua variabel yang berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap reusage intention yaitu perceived usefulness dan self-efficacy. Variabel perceived ease of use tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap reusage intention dan variabel perceived risk memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap reusage intention. Selanjutnya, ditemukan bahwa perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, dan self-efficacy berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap reusage intention.

This research aims to examine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and self-efficacy on reusage intention. Perceieved usefulness and perceived ease of use variable was measured by several indicators from Davis, perceived risk variable was measured by several indicators from Featherman and Pavlou, self-efficacy was measured by several indicators from Compeau and Higgins, and lastly reusage intention variable was measured by several indicators from Davis et al. This research used quantitative approach through survey technique, with total respondents of 200 collected. Data analysis was done by descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. This research showed that there are two variables that have positive and significant effect on reusage intention that are perceived usefulness and self-efficacy. Meanwhile perceived ease of use showed no influence on reusage intention and reusage intention is negatively influenced by perceived risk. Furthermore, this research also found that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and self-efficacy simultaneously affect reusage intention."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh dari servicescape terhadap persepsi image dari pada konsumen yang nantinya akan mempengaruhi revisiting intention dan word of mouth konsumen (dalam hal ini tamu hotel) pada hotel butik berkonsep islami.
Hipotesis yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh faktor faktor servicescape seperti substantive stage of servicescape dan communicative stage of servicescape yang mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap persepsi image, kemudian persepsi image itu mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap revisiting intention dan word of mouth.
Desain penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah konklusif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan datanya melalui survey langsung dan penyebaran kuisioner kepada tamu atau pengguna dari hotel ini. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling (convenience sampling).
Objek penelitian ini adalah tamu hotel butik berkonsep islam yang dalam hal ini unit analisisnya yaitu Hotel Butik Noor Bandung yang pernah menginap minimal sekali di dalam Hotel Butik Noor Bandung.
Hasil penelitian di dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa semua variable yang diuji mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan.

This study discusses the influence of servicescape on the perception of images of consumers who will later influence revisiting intention and consumer word of mouth (in this case hotel guests) in a boutique hotel with an Islamic concept.
The hypothesis analyzed in this study is the influence of servicescape factors such as substantive stage of servicescape and communicative stage of servicescape that have a positive influence on image perception, then the image perception has a positive influence on revisiting intention and word of mouth.
The research design used in this study is conclusively descriptive with the method of collecting data through direct surveys and questionnaires to guests or users of this hotel. The sampling method used is non probability sampling (convenience sampling).
The object of this research is guests of a boutique hotel with the concept of Islam which in this case the unit of analysis is Boutique Hotel Noor Bandung, which once stayed at least once in the Noor Boutique Hotel Bandung.
The results of the research in this study indicate that all tested variables have a positive and significant effect.

"Meningkatnya penggunaan internet telah mempengaruhi perkembangan travel agent. Pertumbuhan internet juga menjadi pemicu para milenial melakukan wisata. Namun, pandemi Covid-19 membuat para milenial harus mempertimbangkan risiko dalam niat pembelian di travel agent. Penelitian ini ingin mempelajari bagaimana persepsi risiko mempengaruhi niat pembelian travel agent secara online pada masa pandemi Covid-19.
Terdapat enam persepsi risiko yang diukur yaitu, risiko keuangan, risiko produk, risiko, keamanan, risiko waktu, risiko sosial, dan risiko psikologis. Survei akan dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 310 responden yang akan difokuskan kepada generasi milenial sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada masa pandemi, keenam persepsi risiko yang diukur memiliki pengaruh yang negatif terhdap niat pembelian pada online travel agent. Risiko produk, risiko waktu, dan risiko psikologis menjadi ketiga risiko yang memiliki pengaruh negatif tertinggi terhadap niat pembelian online pada masa pandemi Covid-19.Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa pandemi mengubah perilaku konsumen dalam melihat risiko yang akan dihadapinya. Dengan memahami persepsi risiko, perusahaan travel agent dapat mengurangi persepsi risiko yang akan berdampak negatif kepada niat pembelian dari konsumen.

The increasing use of the internet has influenced the development of travel agents with the existence of online travel agents. The growth of the internet is also one of the triggers for millennials to travel. However, the Covid-19 pandemic makes millennials have to consider the risks in their purchase intentions at travel agents. This research wants to study how perceived risks affect online purchase intention of travel agencies during the Covid-19 pandemic. There are six perceptions of risk that are measured, namely, financial risk, product risk, risk, security, time risk, social risk, and psychological risk.
The survey will be carried out by distributing questionnaires to 310 respondents who will focus on the millennial generation as respondents. The results showed that during a pandemic, the observed risk of perception had a negative effect on purchase intentions of online travel agents. Product risk, time risk and psychological risk are the three risks that have the highest negative influence on online purchase intentions during the Covid-19 pandemic.The results also show that the pandemic changes consumer behavior in seeing the risks they will face. By understanding the differences in risk perceptions, companies can reduce perceived risks that will have a negative impact on consumer purchase intentions.

Berkembangnya tekonologi membuat munculnya banyak mobile application salah satunya aplikasi kesehatan XYZ. Aplikasi XYZ memediasi konsultasi kesehatan dan pembelian obat sehingga dapat dilakukan secara online. Penelitian ini membahas tentang intension to use aplikasi kesehatan XYZ dengan mengadopsi Integreated Theori Trust-TAM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian Komunitas X. Dari hasil penelitian terbukti bahwa aplikasi XYZ mampu untuk membentuk kepercayaan antara dokter dan pasien tanpa harus bertemu tatap muka dalam menjalin
komunikasi digital dan terdapat hubungan pengaruh antara perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use dan trust terhadap intention to use aplikasi kesehatan berbasis online XYZ. Trust menjadi faktor utama dalam penentuan intention to use.

ABSTRACT
The development of technology makes the emergence of many mobile applications, one of which is XYZ health applications. The XYZ application mediates health consultations and drugs purchases so that it can be done online. This study discusses the intention to use XYZ health applications by adopting an Integrated Theory Trust-TAM. This study uses quantitative methods with the object of research is Community X. From the results of the research, it is proven that XYZ application is able to form trust between doctors and patients without having to meet face to face in establishing digital communication and there is a relationship of influence between Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Trust has an influence on intention to use XYZ online based health applications. Trust is a major factor in determining intention to use."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dan perbedaan antara variasi elemen electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) positif berupa gambar dan teks terhadap persepsi kualitas layanan pada pengguna rutin layanan Bus TransJakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian field experiment dengan desain randomized between subject design pretest-posttest. Partisipan penelitian adalah pengguna Bus TransJakarta minimal empat kali dalam seminggu dan menggunakan aplikasi instant messaging LINE. Partisipan (n=92) dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen pertama (KE1) dan kelompok eksperimen kedua (KE2). Penelitian dilakukan dengan pemberian manipulasi eWOM positif dengan template media sosial sebanyak 14 buah selama tujuh hari pada masing-masing kelompok eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa eWOM positif mempengaruhi persepsi kualitas layanan dengan t(91) = 3,824, p < 0,05. Namun tidak terdapat perbedaan skor secara siginfikan pada pengaruh variasi elemen eWOM positif berupa gambar dan teks dengan eWOM positif berupa teks saja, dengan t(90) = 1,291, p < 0.05. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh elemen eWOM positif berupa gambar teks terhadap persepsi kualitas layanan, namun tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh diantara keduanya.

The purpose of this study is to find the difference and the effect of positive electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) on perceived service quality on TransJakarta bus user. This study was a field experiment with randomized between subject design pretest-posttest design. Participants in this study were 92 persons who use TransJakarta at least four times a week and active users of LINE instant messaging. Participants were divided into two experimental groups on LINE Messenger. Each groups were given two different variation of manipulation, which are social media template with text only and text and picture, 14 times in seven days straight. The result shows that positive eWOM has effect on perceived service quality with t(91) = 3,824, p < 0,05.
