"Berkembangnya teknologi menyebabkan banyak perubahan, terutama di masa pandemi saat ini dimana berdampak pada dunia industri. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan tenaga kerja yang memiliki adaptabilitas karier yang baik. Individu yang memiliki adaptabilitas karier diprediksi memiliki kualitas pekerjaan yang baik sehingga dapat menghadapi berbagai tantangan karier. Employability skills dan self-esteem dianggap penting dalam memengaruhi adaptabilitas karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran self-esteem sebagai moderator pengaruh employability skills terhadap adaptabilitas karier. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 703 siswa SMK (usia 14-23 tahun). Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (= 0,936), Student Employability skills Questionnaire (= 0,939), dan Rosenberg’s Self Esteem Scale (= 0,736) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-esteem tidak memoderasi pengaruh employabilty skill terhadap adaptabilitas karier. Dengan kata lain, harga diri tidak memperkuat atau memperlemah pengaruh keterampilan dasar kerja individu terhadap adaptabilitas karier

The evolution of technology give rise to a lot of change, moreover in this time of pandemic which influenced the industry. Therefore manpower who has an outstanding career adaptability is needed. Individual who has an outstanding career adaptability predicted to have an outstanding work as well, hence could accomplished various career challenges. Employability skills and self-esteem considered important in influencing career adabtability. This study aims to study the effect of employability skills on career adaptability with the moderating role of self-esteem. The study was conducted on 703 vocational students (range of age 14-23 years old). Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (= 0,936), Student Employability skills Questionnaire (= 0,939), and Rosenberg’s Self Esteem Scale (= 0,736), which already translated into Bahasa used to measured this study. The result shown that self-esteem was not moderating the effect of employability skills on career adaptability. In another words, self-esteem was not strengthen or weaken the effect of basic individual work skills on career adaptability"

"Intimate partner violence (IPV) merupakan suatu fenomena global yang jumlahnya terus meningkat dan kerap terjadi pada masa emerging adulthood dan banyak ditemukan di Ibu Kota DKI Jakarta. Pengalaman menjadi korban IPV memiliki berbagai dampak negatif, salah satunya adalah mengalami depresi. Meski begitu, kemungkinan terjadinya dampak depresi dapat diminimalisir dengan kehadiran faktor protektif, yaitu self-esteem. Penelitian ini kemudian bertujuan untuk melihat peran moderasi self-esteem pada hubungan antara IPV dan depresi pada emerging adult di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini melibatkan 196 partisipan. Penelitian dilaksanakan secara daring menggunakan kuesioner dengan alat ukur The Revised Conflict Tactics Scale 2 (CTS2), Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CESD-R), dan Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES). Hasil analisis Pearson Correlation menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara IPV dan depresi (r = 0,667, p < 0,01, two-tailed), IPV dan self-esteem (r = -0.537, p < 0,01, two-tailed), serta self-esteem dan depresi (r = -0,788, p < 0,01, two-tailed). Meski begitu, analisis regresi menggunakan PROCESS Model 1 Hayes menunjukkan tidak adanya peran moderasi yang signifikan dari self-esteem pada hubungan IPV dan depresi (? = -0,01, t = -1,338, p > 0,05). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan terkait IPV, depresi, dan self-esteem.

Intimate partner violence (IPV) is a global phenomenon whose number continues to increase and often occurs during emerging adulthood and commonly found in the capital city of DKI Jakarta. The experience of being a victim of IPV has various negative impacts, one of which is experiencing depression. Even so, the possibility of the impact of depression can be minimized by the presence of a protective factor, namely self-esteem. This study then aims to look at the moderating role of self-esteem on the relationship between IPV and depression in emerging adults in DKI Jakarta. This study involved 196 participants. The research was carried out online using a questionnaire with The Revised Conflict Tactics Scale 2 (CTS2), Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CESD-R), and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) measuring tools. The results of the Pearson Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between IPV and depression (r = 0.667, p <0.01, two-tailed), IPV and self-esteem (r = -0.511, p <0.01, two-tailed), as well as self-esteem and depression (r = -0.788, p <0.01, two-tailed). Even so, regression analysis using Hayes' PROCESS Model 1 showed no significant moderating role of self-esteem in the relationship between IPV and depression (? = -0.01, t = -1.338, p > 0.05). This research is expected to add knowledge regarding IPV, depression, and self-esteem."

"Kegiatan latihan fisik secara rutin mampu menjadi salah satu faktor protektif dalam mempertahankan kesejahteraan mental. Individu yang memiliki kesehatan mental baik adalah individu dengan self-esteem yang positif. Latihan fisik didukung penggunaan aplikasi health tracker yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada masa pasca pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran penggunaan aplikasi health tracker terhadap hubungan antara frekuensi latihan fisik dengan tingkat self-esteem pada mahasiswa di Indonesia. Dengan 190 partisipan mahasiswa di Indonesia, peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner latihan fisik secara daring menggunakan alat ukur Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif signifikan pada frekuensi latihan fisik dan self-esteem. Analisis regresi dengan PROCESS Model Hayes dalam peran moderasi aplikasi health tracker pada hubungan frekuensi latihan fisik dan self-esteem tidak didukung oleh data. Adanya tingkat perilaku sedenter yang tinggi dan dominasi pada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia menjadi penyebab hasil yang tidak signifikan.

Regular physical exercise can be a protective factor in maintaining mental well-being. Individuals who have good mental health are individuals with positive self-esteem. Physical exercise is supported by the use of a health tracker application which shows an increase in the post-Covid-19 pandemic period. This research aims to determine the role of using the health tracker application on the relationship between frequency of physical exercise and the level of self-esteem among students in Indonesia. With 190 student participants in Indonesia, researchers distributed physical exercise questionnaires online using the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) measuring instrument. The research results showed that there was a significant positive correlation in the frequency of physical exercise and self-esteem. Regression analysis with the Hayes PROCESS Model in the moderating role of the health tracker application on the relationship between frequency of physical exercise and self-esteem is not supported by the data. There are levels The high sedentary behavior and dominance of University of Indonesia students is the cause of the insignificant results."

"ABSTRACT
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peran sikap karier boundaryless dan organization-based self-esteem pada komitmen afektif. Partisipan penelitian adalah 290 karyawan di Indonesia. Komitmen afektif diukur menggunakan Affective Commitment Scale, kedua dimensi sikap karier boundaryless, yaitu boundaryless mindset dan organizational mobility preference, diukur dengan Boundaryless Career Attitude Scale, serta organization-based self-esteem diukur menggunakan The Organization-Based Self-Esteem Scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa boundaryless mindset, organizational mobility preference, dan organization-based self-esteem secara gabungan memiliki peran pada komitmen afektif sebesar 27,4. Hasil juga mengindikasikan bahwa boundaryless mindset tidak memiliki peran pada komitmen afektif ? = -0,09, p > 0,05, organizational mobility preference memiliki peran yang negatif pada komitmen afektif ? = -0,34, p < 0,01, serta organization-based self-esteem memiliki peran yang positif pada komitmen afektif ? = 0,36, p < 0,01. Pembahasan dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya didiskusikan.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this study was to examine the role of boundaryless career attitude and organization based self esteem towards affective commitment. Participants of this research were 290 employees in Indonesia. Affective commitment was measured using Affective Commitment Scale, both dimensions of boundaryless career attitude, which are boundaryless mindset and organizational mobility preference, were measured by Boundaryless Career Attitude Scale, and organization based self esteem was measured using The Organization Based Self Esteem Scale. The result of this study showed that boundaryless mindset, organizational mobility preference, and organization based self esteem combined had a role towards affective commitment of 27.4 . The results also indicated that boundaryless mindset did not have a role towards affective commitment .09, p .05, organizational mobility preference had a negative role towards affective commitment .34, p .01, and organization based self esteem had a positive role towards affective commitment .36, p .01. Discussion and suggestion for further research are discussed."

"Dunia pekerjaan yang saat ini terus berubah menuntut individu yang berada dalam masa transisi karier memiliki sumber daya untuk beradaptasi dalam dunia pekerjaan, terlebih pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Meski telah banyak ditemukan berpengaruh positif terhadap adaptabilitas karier, masih terdapat inkonsistensi hubungan antara dukungan sosial terhadap adaptabilitas karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran ketiga dimensi identitas vokasional, sebagai faktor internal individu, dalam memediasi hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan adaptabilitas karier. Partisipan penelitian merupakan 466 mahasiswa tingkat akhir di perguruan tinggi mengisi kuesioner Career Adapt-Abilities Scale-Indonesian Form, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, dan Vocational Identity Status Assessment. Analisis mediasi dengan PROCESS menunjukkan dukungan sosial memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan adaptabilitas karier (b = 0,40, t(466) = 3,16, p < 0,01). Analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa dua dari tiga dimensi identitas vokasional memediasi secara sebagian hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan adaptabilitas karier pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir, yakni dimensi career exploration (b = 0,19, 95% CI = [0,13-0,26]) dan dimensi career commitment (b = 0,18, 95% CI = [0,13-0,25]). Di sisi lain, tidak ditemukan peran mediasi dari dimensi career reconsideration dari identitas vokasional.

The everchanging world of work nowadays requires individuals who are in career transition period to have the resources to adapt, especially for final year students. Although many studies have found its positive role, there are still contradictory and inconsistent findings of the relationship between social support and career adaptability. This study was aimed to see the role of the three vocational identity dimensions, as individual internal factors, in mediating the relationship between social support and career adaptability. Participants in this study were 466 final year university students who filled questionnaires consisting of Career Adapt-Abilities Scale-Indonesian Form, Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, dan Vocational Identity Status Assessment. Mediation analysis using PROCESS confirmed that social support had a positive and significant relationship with career adaptability (b = 0,40, t(466) = 3,16, p < 0,01). Mediation analysis revealed that two of the three dimensions of vocational identity played a mediating role in the relationship of social support and career adaptability, namely career exploration (b = 0,19, 95% CI = [0,13-0,26]) and career commitment (b = 0,18, 95% CI = [0,13-0,25]). However, mediating role of career reconsideration dimension were not proven in this study."

Adaptabilitas karier diukur dengan Career Adapt-Abilities Scale-International Form (CAAS) yang telah dikembangkan oleh Savickas & Porfeli (2013), psychological hardiness diukur dengan Dispositional Resilience Scale 15-Revised yang dikembangkan oleh Bartone (2007), dan makna hidup yang diukur dengan Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MLQ) yang dikembangkan oleh Steger dkk (2006). Responden penelitian ini merupakan 608 orang siswa SMK yang berdomisili di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa makna hidup memiliki efek mediasi parsial pada pengaruh psychological hardiness terhadap adaptabilitas karier. Sementara itu, psychological hardiness memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap adaptabilitas karier.

This study is a quantitative research about the role of meaning of life on the effect of psychological hardiness towards career adaptability. Career adaptability was measured with Career Adapt-Abilities Scale-International Form (CAAS) developed by Savickas & Porfeli (2013), psychological hardiness was measured with Dispositional Resilience Scale 15-Revised developed by Bartone (2007), and meaning of life was measured with Meaning in Life Questionnaire (MLQ) developed by Steger dkk (2006). Participants of this research are 608 vocational students who are currently living in Indonesia. Results showed that meaning of life partially mediated the effect of psychological hardiness towards career adaptability. However, psychological hardiness has a strong direct effect towards career adaptability."

"Self-esteem adalah evaluasi individu terhadap dirinya yang penting untuk dirinya perhatian, terutama bagi dewasa muda yang mulai memiliki banyak tanggung jawab menjawab. Penelitian ini ingin menguji apakah ada hubungan antar keterampilan manajemen waktu dan harga diri dalam kelompok dewasa muda. Peserta yang terlibat dan data yang dapat digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 312 peserta, terdiri dari 141 perempuan dan 171 laki-laki dengan kriteria pendidikan terkini minimal D3 / Akademi yang telah bekerja minimal 6 bulan di tempat kerja saat ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan manajemen waktu dengan harga diri berkorelasi signifikan. Pada masing-masing dimensi harga diri juga menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan manajemen waktu berkorelasi signifikan dengan dimensi kinerja, sosial, dan penampilan. Hasil koefisien korelasi positif menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi keterampilan manajemen waktu, itu akan diikuti oleh harga diri yang tinggi pula, begitu pula untuk masing-masing dimensi, di mana dimensi penampilan berkontribusi paling besar harga diri tinggi. Dengan demikian, dapat dilihat bahwa jika individu memiliki keterampilan manajemen waktu yang tinggi, maka akan diikuti oleh harga diri
yang juga tinggi, terutama pada dimensi tampilan.

Self-esteem is an individual's evaluation of himself which is important for his attention, especially for young adults who begin to have a lot of responsibility to answer. This study wanted to examine whether there is a relationship between time management skills and self-esteem in young adult groups. Participants involved and the data that can be used in this study amounted to 312 participants, consisting of 141 women and 171 men with the latest education criteria of at least D3 / Academy who have worked for at least 6 months in the current workplace. Based on the results of statistical analysis, it shows that time management skills and self-esteem have a significant correlation. In each of the dimensions of self-esteem also shows that time management skills have a significant correlation with the dimensions of performance, social, and appearance. The results of the positive correlation coefficient indicate that the higher the time management skills, it will be followed by high self-esteem as well, as well as for each dimension, where the appearance dimension contributes the most high self-esteem. Thus, it can be seen that if individuals have high time management skills, self-esteem will follow

"Kala memasuki lingkungan perkuliahan, mahasiswa baru dihadapkan dengan beragam tantangan. Banyaknya rintangan yang harus mereka lalui dapat menimbulkan distres psikologis dalam diri mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki hubungan antara distres psikologis dan self-esteem pada mahasiswa baru, juga life satisfaction sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melibatkan 255 mahasiswa baru dengan meminta mereka mengisi kuesioner penelitian, termasuk alat ukur Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, Satisfaction with Life Scale, dan Self-Reporting Questionnaire (20 item). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa life satisfaction memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara self-esteem dan distres psikologis (indirect effect (b = -0,1121, SE = 0,0395, 95% CI [-0,1913, -0,0358]) dan direct effect (b = -0,4912, SE = 0,0633, 95% CI [-0,6159, -0,3665]) signifikan, p < 0,001). Implikasi terhadap pengalaman mahasiswa baru di Indonesia, khususnya terkait pentingnya intervensi terhadap distres psikologis yang mereka alami, juga didiskusikan dalam laporan ini.

Upon entering university, new students are faced with various challenges. These myriad obstacles may cause the occurrence of psychological distress within them. This research investigated the relationship between psychological distress and self-esteem in university freshmen, as well as life satisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between them. Research was done by asking 255 university freshmen to complete a questionnaire of the research instruments, including Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, Satisfaction with Life Scale, and Self-Reporting Questionnaire (20 items). This research yielded evidence that life satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between self-esteem and psychological distress (significant indirect effect (b = -0,1121, SE = 0,0395, 95% CI [-0,1913, -0,0358]) and direct effect (b = -0,4912, SE = 0,0633, 95% CI [-0,6159, -0,3665]), p < 0,001). Research implications towards the experience of university freshmen in Indonesia, particularly regarding the importance of interventions regarding psychological distress they may experience, are discussed."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara self-esteem dan adiksi cybersex pada mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, pengukuran self-esteem menggunakan alat ukur Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) yang telah diadaptasi di Indonesia (Ariyani, 2004). Untuk pengukuran adiksi cybersex, peneliti menggunakan alat ukur Internet Sex Addiction Screening Test (ISST). Sampel penelitian ini adalah 860 mahasiswa yang berada pada tahap perkembangan emerging adulthood dengan usia 18-25 tahun yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara self-esteem dan adiksi cybersex.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara family functioning dan self esteem pada mahasiswa dengan obesitas di Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel family functioning yang memiliki enam dimensi, yaitu problem solving, communication, roles, affective responsiveness, affective involvement, dan behavioral control, dan variabel self esteem. Responden penelitian adalah Mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia sebanyak 108 orang berusia 17-19 tahun dan masuk dalam kategori obesitas. Kategori obesitas diukur menggunakan Body Mass Index BMI dan 80,5 tergolong tipe obesitas kelas I. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi problem solving r = 0,376.

This research is conducted to examine the correlation between family functioning and self esteem among obese students in University of Indonesia UI . This research used family functioning variable and has 6 dimensions which are problem solving, communication, roles, affective responsiveness, affective involvement, and behavioral control, and also self esteem variable.
