"Banyak kesamaan dalam desain dan teknik dapat dilihat pada hubungan antara arsitektur dan fashion. Baik arsitektur dan mode berbagi prinsip yang sama dalam struktur, bentuk, dan bahan untuk melindungi penggunanya. Pengenalan material dan teknologi baru meningkatkan interaksi antara mode dan arsitektur. Garis batasan yang mulai kabur antara mode dan arsitektur telah mendorong terciptanya praktik hibrid yang menggabungkan karakteristik kedua disiplin ilmu tersebut, seperti munculnya produk arsitektur yang dapat dikenakan. Karena produk arsitektur yang dapat dikenakan ini berada diantara industri arsitektur dan industri fashion, maka penulis tertarik untuk memaparkan proses produksi produk hybrid tersebut sebagai tujuan dari skripsi ini.Analisis teoretis tentang konvergensi industri arsitektur dan mode disebutkan dalam studi literatur. Investigasi penulis tentang bagaimana siswa di kelas digital fabrikasi menjalani proses berpikir dan merancang akan disebutkan dalam studi kasus. Many commonalities in design and engineering may be seen in the link between architecture and fashion. Both architecture and fashion share the same principles in structure, form, and materials to protect and shelter their users. The introduction of new materials and technology is increasing the interplay between fashion and architecture. The blurring barriers between fashion and architecture have driven the creation of hybrid practices that combine characteristics of both disciplines, such as the growth of wearable architecture. Since this wearable architecture stands in a class between the architectural industry and the fashion industry, the author is interested in exposing the production process of this hybrid product as the purpose of this thesis.

Theoretical analysis of the convergence of the architectural and fashion industries are mentioned in literature studies. Authors investigation on how students in a class go through the process of thinking and designing are mentioned in case study. The author investigates at how material and manufacturing expertise affects their design approach.

"Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara empowering leadership dan kreativitas melalui beberapa variabel lain yang menghubungkannya. Analisis ini menggunakan data survei dari pekerja Industri film di Jabodetabek dan diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling dengan software Lisrel. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa dalam industri ini, empowering leadership tidak memiliki hubungan positif dengan psychological empowerment, sementara psychological empowerment memiliki hubungan positif dengan keterlibatan dalam proses kreatif dan motivasi intrinsik karyawan. Motivasi intrinsik karyawan tidak memiliki hubungan positif dengan keterlibatan dalam proses kreatif, sementara motivasi intrinsik tersebut dan keterlibatan dalam proses kreatif memiliki hubungan positif dengan kreativitas karyawan.

This study examined the relationship between empowering leadership and creativity through some other related variables. This analysis uses survey data from the film industry workers in Jabodetabek and processed using Structural Equation Modeling with Lisrel software. This study found that in this industry, empowering leadership does not have a positive relationship with psychological empowerment, while psychological empowerment positively associated with creative process engagement and employee's intrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation of employees do not have a positive relationship with creative process engagement, while the intrinsic motivation and engagement in the creative process has a positive relationship with employee creativity."

Research show that Jakarta is a city with high stress levels in the world and Manggarai station is one of the largest and busiest train stations. Music can relax the mind and provide energy, and that is the main function of this building. Located in the Manggarai Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area which provides various multifunctional music practice areas, including a performing stage, rehearsal hall and recording studio. The Music Creative Space building provides space for visitors to Manggarai and residents around the living habitat to collaborate, create music, be inspired, create and display their work."

"Skripsi ini membahas salah satu bentuk usaha komik Indonesia dalam mempertahankan eksistensi komik lokal ditengah gempuran komik asing. Saya memfokuskan skripsi ini pada proses kreatif komikus yang menciptakan komik berjudul Wanara. Proses kreatif ini menjadi penting untuk dibahas karena biasanya, kreativitas dilihat sebagai sebuah pencapaian Individu. Cara pandang tersebut biasanya ada dalam ilmu psikologi. Padahal Kreativitas juga melibatkan pengaruh sosial. Proses kreatif ini muncul dari pengalaman hidup komikus, serta pengaruh keluarga dan relasi sosial yang menambah referensi dalam berkarya. Komik Wanara dapat dikatakan menjadi salah satu bentuk usaha dalam mempertahankan komik Indonesia ditengah menjamurnya komik asing. Hal tersebut terjadi karena komik Wanara menyuguhkan cerita yang bertemakan Indonesia dan mempunyai gaya gambar yang boleh dibilang berbeda dari komik asing, sebut saja manga Jepang ataupun komik Amerika. Dengan cerita, gaya gambar, serta berbagai pesan yang disampaikan, komik Wanara juga dapat menjadi salah satu bentuk proses kreatif dalam membangun identitas Indonesia melalui komik.

This undergraduate thesis examines one of the efforts of Indonesian comic to maintain the existence of local comics among the attacks of foreign comics. I focus this thesis in the creativity process of comic artist who created a comic titled Wanara. This creativity process becomes important to be examined because usually creativity is seen as the individual achievement. This point of view usually exists in the psychology studies. Whereas the creativity also involves the social influence. This creativity process emerge based on the life experience of the comic artist, the family influence and social relations also added the reference in the making. Wanara comic has become one of the effort to sustain the Indonesian comic among the outbreaks of foreign comic. That happens because Wanara comic gives the story which has Indonesian theme and unique drawing style that is different from foreign comics, like Japanese manga or American comic. Wanara comic can be one of the form of creativity process in developing Indonesian Identity through comic with such stories, drawing style, and moral of the story. "
