Standar kompetensi Apoteker terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan untuk dimiliki selama apoteker menjalankan profesinya. Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan pemahaman terhadap peran Apoteker, maka dilakukan praktik kerja di PT. Takeda Indonesia, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Periode, dan Apotek Roxy Cabang Klender. Selama menjalani PKPA, calon Apoteker diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan serta menambah pengalaman dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di berbagai jenis instansi.

A pharmacist plays an important role in health sector. Pharmacist must meet the competency standards as the requirement for entering professional practice.  Pharmacist competency standards consist of ten competency standards as abilities that are expected to be possessed when pharmacists carry out their profession. To improve competence and understanding of the role of pharmacists, internships was carried out at PT. Takeda Indonesia, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, and Apotek Roxy Cabang Klender. During the internships, pharmacy students are expected to broaden their horizons and gain experience in doing pharmaceutical work in various types of field."

"Praktik kerja profesi apoteker merupakan mata kuliah yang wajib ditempuh oleh mahasiswa program studi profesi apoteker. Praktik kerja dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan November 2021. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilakukan pada tiga lokasi yang berbeda, yaitu PT Takeda Indonesia, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Republik Indonesia, dan Apotek Roxy Jatibaru. Tujuan dari kegiatan praktik kerja ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi dan mempersiapkan mahasiswa/praktikan dalam menghadapi dunia kerja. Ada beberapa metode yang digunakan selama pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi apoteker, antara lain observasi, praktik lapangan, dan studi literatur. Observasi dilakukan selama proses praktik kerja dengan cara melihat secara langsung peran apoteker sesuai bidang pekerjaannya masing-masing, yaitu di bidang industri farmasi, institusi pemerintahan, ataupun di farmasi komunitas. Kemudian dilaksanakan praktik lapangan dimana mahasiswa mencoba mengaplikasikan kompetensi dan ilmu yang dimiliki untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di lokasi praktik. Serta studi literatur digunakan dalam penyusunan laporan praktik kerja. Hasil keg0iatan praktik kerja profesi apoteker memberikan pengalaman serta menambah kesiapan bagi mahasiswa untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian selanjutnya. Pelaksanaan praktik kerja dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai peran apoteker pada masing-masing bidang pekerjaan, sehingga dapat membentuk apoteker-apoteker yang berdedikasi, loyal, dan beretika ke depannya.

Pharmacist professional practice internship is a subject that must be taken by students of the pharmacist profession study program. The internship is carried out from July to November 2021. The internship is carried out in three different locations, PT Takeda Indonesia, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia, and the Roxy Jatibaru Pharmacy. This internship aims to increase competence and prepare students to face the world of work. There are several methods used during the work practice, including observation, field practice, and literature study. Observations are made during the work practice process by directly observing the role of pharmacists according to their respective fields of work, especially in the pharmaceutical industry, government institutions, or community pharmacies. Then a field practice is carried out where students try to apply their competencies and knowledge about pharmaceutical practice in internship locations. As well as the study of literature used in the preparation of the reports. The results of the pharmacist's internship activities provide experience and increase students' readiness to carry out further pharmacy practice. The implementation of work practices can provide an overview of the role of pharmacists in each field of work so that they can form dedicated, loyal, and ethical pharmacists in the future."

"Apoteker merupakan profesi yang memiliki peran penting dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Pekerjaan kefarmasian meliputi pembuatan, pengendalian mutu sediaan farmasi, pengamanan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pengelolaan, pelayanan resep obat, pelayanan informasi obat, serta pengembangan obat. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa profesi apoteker sebagai calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memahami peran tersebut melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Pelaksanaan PKPA bertujuan agar mahasiswa dapat terlibat secara langsung untuk mengamati dan berpraktik di bawah pengawasan apoteker di instansi sebagai pembimbing sehingga mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan kompetensinya sebelum masuk dalam dunia kerja. PKPA dilaksanakan di Apotek Roxy Sawangan periode Januari 2022, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan periode Maret 2022, dan PT. Integrated Healthcare Indonesia periode April – Mei 2022. Setelah PKPA ini dilaksanakan, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat meningkatkan wawasan, keterampilan dan pengalaman yang dibutuhkan sesuai dengan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang akan dilakukan.

Pharmacists are professionals that have important roles in carrying out pharmaceutical work. Pharmaceutical work includes manufacturing, quality control of pharmaceutical preparations, security, procurement, storage, distribution, management, drug prescription services, drug information services, and drug development. Therefore, students of the pharmacist profession as prospective pharmacists were expected to understand this role through the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA). The implementation of PKPA aims to enable students to be directly involved in observing and practicing under the supervision of pharmacists in the agency as supervisors so that students can improve their competencies before entering the world of work. PKPA implementation was carried out at the Roxy Sawangan Pharmacy for the January 2022 period, the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency for the March 2022 period, and PT. Integrated Healthcare Indonesia for the period April – May 2022. After the PKPA was implemented, prospective pharmacists could increase the insight, skills, and experience needed in the pharmaceutical work to be carried out."

Prospective pharmacists are required to undergo Pharmacist Professional Work Practice to improve their knowledge and skills regarding the roles, functions and responsibilities of pharmacists. This practice was carried out at the Roxy Galaxy Pharmacy in January 2022, PT. Bintang Toedjoe from April to May 2022, and the Indonesian Food and Drug Monitoring Agency in March 2022. After the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice, prospective pharmacists are expected to have sufficient insight, knowledge, skills and experience to work as pharmacists."

"Continued Process Verification dilakukan selama siklus hidup produk dan merupakan persyaratan wajib baru dan diterapkan terlepas dari pendekatan apapun yang dipilih pada proses validasi. Akan tetapi dalam penerapannya industri farmasi mengalami banyak kesulitan terutama industri yang sistem pendataanya masih manual. FDA mengharapkan industri farmasi untuk menjaga peralatan laboratorium dalam keadaan bersih dan tersanitasi untuk memberikan konfidensi pada hasil analisis. Salah satu cara untuk memberikan konfidensi ini adalah melalui program validasi yaitu validasi pembersihan. Namun, detail pada validasi pembersihan alat gelas laboratorium tidak harus sama dengan validasi pembersihan peralatan yang digunakan untuk produksi karena alat gelas laboratorium hanya digunakan untuk tujuan pengujian dan dinilai memiliki resiko yang rendah terhadap produk dan pasien. Sehingga perlu dilakukan kajian resiko untuk menentukan produk penanda, peralatan laboratorium penanda dan kriteria keberterimaan yang sesuai.

However, the details on the cleaning validation of laboratory glassware do not have to be the same as the validation of cleaning equipment used for production because laboratory glassware is only used for testing purposes and is considered to have a low risk to the product and the patient. So it is necessary to carry out a risk assessment to determine the appropriate marker product, marker laboratory equipment and acceptance criteria."

Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari 10 (sepuluh) standar kompetensi. Kompetensi dalam sepuluh standar tersebut merupakan persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi.
