Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk memahami peran dan peningkatan kompetensi, dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, serta Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia selama periode bulan Februari-Mei 2020. Hasil yang diharapkan adalah calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacist has important role in hospital, pharmacy, and government. To do the role, a pharmacist need to fulfill standard of competency as a requirement to work and undergo proffesional practice. Experience and prospection is prepared by doing internship at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 50, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, and Universitas Indonesia Hospital on period February-May 2020. Prospective pharmacist is expected to expand the knowledge, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical profession."

"ABSTRAKApoteker memiliki peran yang penting di Apotek dan Rumah Sakit. Untuk menjalani praktik profesi, apoteker harus terlebih dahulu memenuhi standar kompetensi profesi. Terdapat 10 poin standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia yang diharapkan menjadi kemampuan seorang apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke dunia kerja untuk melaksanakan tugasnya. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker (PKPA) dilaksanakan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 267. Bintaro dan Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia selama periode Bulan Februari-Mei 2020. Dengan adanya PKPA ini, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat menerapkan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Apotek dan Rumah Sakit sesuai Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 72 dan 73 tahun 2016 serta dapat menambah ilmu dan pengalaman untuk menghadapi dunia kerja.

ABSTRACTPharmacists have an important role in community pharmacies and hospitals. To undergo professional practice, pharmacists must first meet professional competency standards. There are 10 standard competency points for Indonesian pharmacists that are expected to be the ability of a pharmacist when he graduates and enters the world of work to carry out his duties. The pharmacist professional work practice (PKPA) is carried out at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 267. Bintaro and Universitas Indonesia Hospital during the period February-May 2020. With this PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can apply pharmaceutical service standards in pharmacies and hospitals in accordance with the Minister of Health Regulation No.72 and 73 of 2016 and can gain more knowledge and experience needed for work."

"Apoteker berperan penting dalam pengaturan praktik farmasi. Praktik atau pekerjaan kefarmasian meliputi pekerjaan kefarmasian dalam pengadaan, produksi, distribusi, dan pelayanan sediaan farmasi. Seorang profesi apoteker perlu menguasai standar kompetensi apoteker dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian sesuai dengan kompetensi profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi yang merupakan persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Sebagai calon apoteker, pentingnya membekali mahasiswa dengan pengetahuan dan kemampuan tentang peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab apoteker melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). PKPA dilaksananan di Apotek Kimia Farma Condet, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, dan Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional selama periode bulan Februari-Agustus 2020. Dengan dilaksanakannya PKPA, seorang calon apoteker diharapkan memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian sehingga menjadi siap untuk memasuki dunia kerja sebagai tenaga farmasi yang professional.

Pharmacists work in diverse roles and practice settings. Pharmacy practice includes pharmaceutical work in the procurement, production, distribution of pharmaceutical preparations and and pharmaceutical care. A pharmacist is expected to master pharmacy standard competency to maintain and practice within the limits of professional competence. There are 10 elements of pharmacy competency standards which need to be attained by an individual to practise effectively as a pharmacist. It is important to equip students with knowledge and abilities about the roles and responsibilities of pharmacists in the real field through an internship program. Intership program was implemented in Apotek Kimia Farma Condet, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, and Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional during February-August 2020. A future pharmacist is expected to have the insight, knowledge, skills and experience through the internship program in order to be become a professional in the pharmacy practice"

"Apoteker merupakan profesi kunci yang memegang peranan penting, baik di industri farmasi, apotek, maupun pemerintahan. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk dapat terjun langsung sebagai tenaga kefarmasian dan melaksanakan praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari 10 (sepuluh) standar kompetensi. Kompetensi dalam sepuluh standar tersebut merupakan persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Oleh karena itu setiap calon apoteker difasilitasi untuk mengikuti Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA), yang dapat membekali calon apoteker melalui pengalaman kerja dan peningkatan pemahaman mengenai praktik pelayanan kefarmasian. PKPA dilaksanakan di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 345 Tebet, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia, dan PT. SOHO Industri Pharmasi periode bulan Februari, Maret, Juni sampai Agustus 2020. Setelah menjalani PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker mendapatkan gambaran bagaimana pekerjaan apoteker yang sesungguhnya di dunia kerja, menambah wawasan, dan pengalaman melakukan praktik kerja profesi sebagai apoteker.

As a provision and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice was carried out at the Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 366 Maharaja Depok, Food and Drug Supervisory Agency and Mitra Jambi Hospital for the period of February - August 2020. During PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding and experience to carry out pharmaceutical work in professional work practices.

"Tenaga kefarmasian terdiri dari apoteker dan tenaga teknis kefarmasian. Dalam menjalankan praktik kefarmasian pada fasilitas pelayanan kefarmasian, hanya apoteker yang memiliki surat tanda registrasi yang bisa menjalankan dan menerapkan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Hal inilah yang menjadi dasar bagi Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Apotek Kimia Farma No. 510, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, dan Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional untuk menyelenggarakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) bagi mahasiswa sebagai calon apoteker pada tahun 2020. Selama PKPA, mahasiswa diharapkan mampu memahami peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek, lembaga pemerintahan, dan rumah sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan kesehatan dan pelayanan kefarmasian.

This is the basis of Universitas Indonesia’s Faculty of Pharmacy Professional Degree of Apothecary collaboration with Apotek Kimia Farma No. 510, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, and Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional to organize internships during February-July 2020 period for students as prospective pharmacists. During the internship, students are expected to be able to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in accordance with the provision and ethics of health services and pharmaceutical services."

As a provision and experience of prospective pharmacists to understand their role and improve their competence, on this occasion, the authors had the opportunity to participate in the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices (PKPA) at Apotek Kimia Farma No.347 Bekasi, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, and Rumah Sakit Pusat Nasional Prof. Dr. dr. Mahar Mardjono Jakarta during the period from February to August 2020. During this PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in the professional practice later."

Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Maka dari itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani praktik profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Fatmawati periode Januari-Februari 2022, Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan periode Maret 2022, dan Apotek Kimia Farma periode Mei 2022. Melalui proses PKPA di rumah sakit, Lembaga pemerintah, dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacists have important role in pharmacy practice. One of important things that must be done to become a professional pharmacist is participate directly in the practice of pharmacy. Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and increase competence before entering the world of work. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at Fatmawati Hospital period of January-February 2022, National Food and Drug Control period of March 2022, and Kimia Farma Pharmacy period of May 2022. Through the activities in the hospital, government, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice."

"Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi, mempengaruhi perubahan signifikan pada bidang kesehatan. Kesehatan adalah kebutuhan mendasar setiap manusia untuk dapat menjalani hidup layak dan produktif. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kondisi umum kesehatan di Indonesia yaitu lingkungan, perilaku, dan pelayanan kesehatan. Apoteker sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan, berperan penting untuk tetap menjamin pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat seiring perkembangan teknologi. Sebagai penunjang pembelajaran calon apoteker, dilakukanlah praktik kerja profesi apoteker. Praktik kerja dilaksanakan pada Bulan Juli hingga November 2021. Praktik kerja dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia untuk mempelajari peran apoteker dalam pelayanan di instansi rumah sakit. Dalam bidang pemerintahan, dilakukan praktik kerja di Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia (BPOM RI) untuk mengetahui gambaran peran apoteker sebagai pembuat dan pengawas regulasi obat. Praktik kerja juga dilakukan di Apotek Kimia Farma 382 Depok sebagai pembelajaran pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Pembelajaran peran apoteker termasuk dalam menganalisis permasalahan di tempat praktik kerja. Oleh karena itu, laporan ini akan membahas analisi masalah di setiap tempat praktik kerja.

The development of technology affects significant changes in the health sector. Health is a basic need for every human being to be able to live a decent and productive life. Factors that influence the general condition of health in Indonesia are the environment, behavior, and health services. As one of the health workers, Pharmacists have an essential role in guaranteeing public health services in line with technological developments. In support of learning of prospective pharmacists, a pharmacist's professional internships are carried out. Internships were held from July to November 2021. The internship is carried out at the Universitas Indonesia’s Hospital to study the role of pharmacists in services in hospital institutions. In the field of government, the internship is carried out at the Indonesian Food and Drug Supervisory Agency to describe the role of pharmacists as makers and supervisors of drug regulations. The internship is also carried out at Kimia Farma Pharmacy as a learning process for pharmaceutical services in pharmacies. Learning the role of pharmacists included analyzing problems in the workplace. Therefore, this report will discuss the analysis of the issues in each workplace practice."

"Apoteker merupakan profesi tenaga kesehatan yang berperan dalam pelayanan kesehatan dan produksi obat. Untuk bidang pelayanan kesehatan, seorang apoteker dapat menjalankan perannya di fasilitas kesehatan seperti apotek dan rumah sakit. Untuk produksi obat, seorang apoteker dapat menjalankan perannya di fasilitas produksi farmasi seperti industri farmasi. Selain sektor produksi dan pelayanan, apoteker juga memiliki peran dalam regulasi obat yang beredar di Indonesia. Untuk menciptakan seorang apoteker yang profesional dalam melakukan pekerjaannya, salah satu hal penting untuk dilakukan adalah pelatihan dengan cara berpartisipasi langsung dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kefarmasian melalui Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dilakukan sebagai persiapan calon apoteker dalam melaksanakan tugas dan perannya baik di sector pelayanan, produksi obat farmasi, maupun regulasi obat di Indonesia. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia selama periode Januari – Maret 2021, di Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Republik Indonesia pada periode Maret 2021 dan di Apotek Atrika selama periode April 2021. Melalui program Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) diharapkan calon apoteker mendapat gambaran peran apoteker di dunia kerja dan dapat menambah wawasan, keterampilan, serta pengalaman calon apoteker.

The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) is carried out as a preparation for prospective pharmacists in carrying out their duties and roles both in the service sector, pharmaceutical drug production, and drug regulation in Indonesia. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice is held at the University of Indonesia Hospital during the period January – March 2021, at the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia in the March 2021 period and at the Atrika Pharmacy during the April 2021 period. Through the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) program, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists will get an overview of the role of pharmacists in the world of work and can add insight, skills, and experience to prospective pharmacists."
