Implementasi solusi yang telah disepakati oleh pelanggan memerlukan waktu pengerjaan yang berbeda-beda dalam suatu proyek. Tingkat keberhasilan proyek diukur dari kesesuaian batasan ruang lingkup, ketepatan waktu, sesuai anggaran, kualitas, sumber daya dan risiko yang disepakati. Perubahan lingkup dan permintaan perubahan yang tidak dikontrol menyebabkan proyek tidak selesai tepat waktu yang berdampak pada anggaran yang dikeluarkan dan mengganggu aliran kas dari perusahaan. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, penelitian ini diharapkan menghasilkan mekanisme kontrol terhadap lingkup dan perubahan pada proyek. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan pendekatan adaptif. PMBOK digunakan untuk melakukan analisis pada mekanisme yang sudah ada sehingga ditemukan area-area yang dapat diperbaiki. Hasil dari analisa ditemukan bahwa perusahaan belum memiliki standar prosedur mengenai mekanisme manajemen lingkup dan mekanisme permintaan perubahan serta kurang maksimalnya proses pemantauan lingkup proyek, sehingga penulis membuat usulan model manajemen lingkup dan mekanisme permintaan perubahan berdasarkan kebutuhan dan masalah organisasi dengan melakukan kustomisasi dari praktik terbaik menjadi rekomendasi mekanisme manajemen lingkup perusahaan, selain itu peneliti juga melakukan usulan penggunaan tools untuk membantu memantau progres dari detail lingkup yang ada selama proyek.

PT Kreatif Dinamika Integrasi is a company that provides industrial solutions, mobile applications and other solutions. Implementation of the solution agreed upon by the customer requires different processing times for a project. The level of success of the project is measured by the suitability of the scope, time, budget, quality, resources and risks. Changes in scope that are not controlled cause the project is not completed on time which impact on the budget issued and disrupts cash flow from the company. Based on the existing problems, this research expected to produce a control mechanism for management scope. Research using qualitative methodology with adaptive approach. PMBOK 6^th is used to analyze existing mechanisms so that areas that can be improved can be found. The results of the analysis found that the company does not yet have a standard procedure regarding the scope management mechanism and the change request mechanism and lack of monitoring scope project, so the authors make a proposed scope management model and the change request machanism based on the needs and problems of the organization by customizing the best practices into the recommendations of the company’s scope management mechanism. The author also proposes the use of tools to help monitor the progress of the detailed scope available during the project.

In conducting its business, MII has an income target. To achieve this target, of course, it is supported by project work that is in accordance with the scope, timeline, and budget. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the root of the problem occurred in the scope area. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and provide recommendations for improvement of the control process on the scope of requests for changes that occur in projects at MII so as not to experience project delivery delays that affect the company's reputation and achieve the annual income target that has been set. This research is qualitative in nature, using the results of interviews from resource persons as a basis for analyzing the project scope management area using best practices from the PMBOK 6th Guide."

"ABSTRAKPelaksanaan manajemen proyek dalam suatu perusahaan tercermin dalam tingkat kesuksesan penyelesaian proyek yang tepat waktu, sesuai ruang lingkup dan sesuai anggaran. PT Prima Integrasi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa implementasi layanan atau solusi teknologi informasi. Perusahaan ini memiliki fokus dalam implementasi proyek teknologi informasi sehingga pelaksanaan manajemen proyek yang baik dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusaahan agar mencapai target yang telah ditentukan. Persentase kesuksesan penyelesaian proyek yang tepat waktu, sesuai ruang lingkup, dan sesuai anggaran adalah sebesar 23 sehingga pelaksanaan manajemen proyek di perusahaan masih kurang. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan manajemen proyek agar diketahui tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek dan rekomendasi apa saja yang dapat diterapkan guna memperbaiki pelaksanaan manajemen proyek di perusahaan. Metode pengukuran tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek yang digunakan adalah Project Management Maturity Model PMMM PM Solutions dan Kerzner Project Management Maturity Model KPMMM . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek di perusahaan berada pada tingkat pertama dan masih belum seperti yang diharapkan. Terdapat 15 proses yang telah mencapai target, namun masih terdapat 32 proses yang belum mencapai target yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek yang lebih tinggi. Selain itu terdapat prioritas rekomendasi yang telah disesuaikan dengan harapan manajemen. Dengan hasil evaluasi ini diharapkan pelaksanaan manajemen proyek di perusahaan dapat menjadi lebih baik dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja manajer proyek dalam penyelesaian proyek.

ABSTRACTImplementation project management in organization is reflect by the success rate of project completion on time, within scope and on budget. PT Prima Integrasi is a company engaged in service implementation of information technology solutions. The company has focused on the implementation of information technology projects so good project management can improve company performance in order to achieve the targets. The percentage of successful completion of projects on time, within scope, and on budget is 23 so the implementation of project management in the company is still lacking. It is necessary to evaluate the implementation of project management in order to know the level of project management maturity and any recommendations that can be applied to improve the implementation of project management in the organization. Method of measuring the maturity level of project management that used is Project Management Maturity Model PMMM PM Solutions and Kerzner Project Management Maturity Model KPMMM . The results showed that the maturity level of project management in organization is on first level and still not as expected. There are 15 processes that achieve target, but still there are 32 processes that don 39 t achieve the expected target. This study provides recommendations to the organization in order to improve level of project management maturity is higher. In addition there are the priority recommendations have been adapted to the expectations of management. With the results of this evaluation are expected implementation of project management in the organization can be better and can improve performance project manager in project completion."

"Peneiitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami berbagai mekanisme dalam meiakukan restrukturisasi hutang suatu perusahaan yang berkaitan dengan aspek perpajakan, khususnya berkenaan dengan penyelesaian hutang melalui BPPN dan pihak ketiga yang ditunjuk oleh BPPN.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptis analisis, yaitu dengan menggunakan rumus-rumus yang diatur dalam ketentuan undang-undang perpajakan, Sedangkan data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dan pengamatan lapangan. Data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen-dokumen perusahaan.Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa dengan melakukan restrukturisasi hutang melalui BPPN perusahaan dapat mengurangi kewajiban pajak yang harus dibayarkan. Namun demikian, mekanisme yang telah diajukan oleh perusahaan tidak dapat direalisasikan mengingat masih adanya permasalahan hukum, khususnya dalam masalah perpajakan yang belum diselesaikan oleh perusahaan. Penyelesasian lain yang ditawarkan oleh BPPN adalah memberikan alternatif agar penyelesaian hutang dilakukan melalui pihak ketiga yang ditunjuk oleh BPPN. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah permohonan restrukturisasi hutang perusahaan disetujui, hanya saja pelaksanaannya belum maksimal.Agar di masa mendatang perusahaan dapat menata kembali kinerja keuangannya secara lebih baik dan terarah maka peneliti menyarankan agar perusahaan memanfaatkan peluang yang diatur dalam undang-undang perpajakan secara optimal sehingga kewajiban pajak yang timbul dapat diminimalisasi.

The objective of this research is to find and understand any kind of mechanism to provide the debt restructuring of the company regarding the tax implementation, especially in connection with debt settlement through Indonesian Banking Restructuring Agency (IBRA) and the third party appointed by IBRA.

The problem of the research are how do the company provide the debt restructuring through IBRA and the third party appointed by IBRA to minimize tax expenses.

This research was conducted using descriptive analysis method by formulation mentioned in tax regulation. The data sources consist of primary and secondary data. Primary data collected by interview and survey. Secondary data collected from supporting documents of the company.

Based on the data analysis collected, the result of the research shows that the company be able to minimize tax expenses if they restructuring their debt through IBRA. But in fact, the mechanism have been proposed by the company was failed because of there was a legal pending matters especially taxes problem has been finished yet. The other solution offering by IBRA is make the agreement with third party appointed by IBRA to settle the company?s debt.

Therefore, to reform their financial perfomtance, the company should be taken an advantage which is regulated by tax regulation."

"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas mengenai manajemen persediaan material untuk memproduksi mobil merek X tipe 1 di PT XYZ dengan pendekatan System Dynamics. Penelitian ini disusun dengan rancangan studi kasus untuk menerapkan model Janamanchi (2011). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis manajemen persediaan material yang dapat mengurangi biaya penyimpanan dan backlog dalam dua skenario, yaitu permintaan fluktuatif dengan tren naik dan tren turun. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengurangan biaya penyimpanan dan backlog dapat dicapai dengan mengubah safety stock coverage dan lead time pengiriman. Safety stock coverage dapat diubah ke tingkat terendah yang dapat perusahaan terapkan. Sedangkan lead time pengiriman material bergantung dengan kondisi permintaan.

ABSTRACTThis study discusses the materials inventory management to produce automobile brand X type 1 in PT XYZ with System Dynamics approach. This study was conducted with case study design to apply Janamanchi (2011) model. The purpose of this study is to analyze the materials inventory management to reduce holding cost and backlog in two scenarios, which is demand fluctuates with upward trend and downward trend. This study found that the holding cost and backlog reduction can be achieved by changing the safety stock coverage and lead time delivery of materials. Safety stock coverage can be changed to the lowest level that company can apply, while lead time delivery of materials depend on the demand conditions.;"

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur enterprise myCargo sehingga proses pengembangan setiap modul di dalamnya berjalan sesuai dengan strategi bisnis dan memiliki standarisasi baik. Arsitektur enterprise dibangun dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah desain arsitektur enterprise yang dapat menggambarkan kesenjangan yang dimiliki oleh ILCS saat ini sebagai evaluasi untuk merencanakan dan menetapkan sasaran kerja selanjutnya.

One of its missions is to connect the logistics community through trusted digital platforms and processes. Therefore, ILCS developed myCargo as an integrated platform with all Information Systems owned by each logistics community entity. The number of related entities causes the integration process between IS to be more complex. The development process for each of myCargo modules is only thinking about how the module works without paying attention to the business sustainability process in the future.

This study aims to design the enterprise myCargo architecture so that the development process of each module in it runs in accordance with the business strategy and has good standardization. Enterprise architecture is built using the TOGAF framework. The final result of this study is an enterprise architecture design that can describe the gap that the ILCS currently has as an evaluation for planning and setting the next works."

"Bandara XYZ merupakan salah satu proyek konstruksi dengan sistem kontrak Design and Build yang pada umumnya dipilih untuk efisiensi dan efektifitas pekerjaan proyek. Namun dalam pelaksanaan dalam proyek Bandara XYZ masih terjadi construction waste yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh banyaknya keterlibatan stakeholder. Penelitian ini telah diidentifikasi kepentingan masing-masing stakeholder internal dan eksternal serta dilakukan survey untuk mengidentifikasi kepentingan dari tiap- tiap stakeholder yang berpengaruh dalam construction waste, dari hasil survey dilakukan identifikasi dan analisis terhadap stakeholder menggunakan software Partial Least Square kemudian disusun strategi dan pengelolaan hubungan termasuk di dalamnya pola komunikasi antara para stakeholder sehingga dapat mengurangi construction waste yang berbasis PMBOK. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat bahwa stakeholder eksternal sangat mempengaruhi construction waste pada proyek Bandara XYZ.

XYZ airport is one of the construction project contract system Design and Build are generally chosen for the efficiency and effectiveness of project work. However, in the implementation of the project is on XYZ airport of construction waste and this is due to the many stakeholder involvement. This research has identified the interests of each internal and external stakeholders and conducted a survey to identify the interests of each stakeholder in the construction waste, from a survey conducted stakeholder identification and analysis of the use of software Partial Least Square then organized strategy and managing relationships including in which the pattern of communication among stakeholders so as to reduce construction waste based on PMBOK. Based on the results of the study are that the influence of external stakeholders on the project of construction waste at XYZ airport."

Get Diskon merupakan sebuah perusahaan startup yang memiliki masalah dengan pemasaran digitalnya. Salah satu penyebabnya ialah tidak adanya strategi pemasaran digital. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran digital yang cocok bagi Get Diskon. Strategi pemasaran digital dibentuk dengan kerangka SOSTAC. Penelitian ini menganalisis situasi bisnis dan pemasaran digital Get Diskon, membentuk target, mengembangkan strategi, dan merincikan strategi ke dalam bentuk taktik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah dokumen strategi pemasaran digital yang terdiri dari 4 target, 7 strategi, dan 17 taktik yang disusun sesuai dengan prioritas pelaksanaan.

Get Diskon is a startup company struggling with their digital marketing outcomes. Apparently, this was caused by the absence of digital marketing strategy in their marketing operation. So, this research is conducted to formulate a digital marketing strategy for Get Diskon. The strategy is formed based on SOSTAC framework. This research will analyze Get Diskon’s business and digital marketing situation, form objectives, develop strategies, and detailing strategies into tactics. The result of this research is a digital marketing strategy document consists of 4 targets, 7 strategies, and 17 tactics which is arranged in implementation priorities order.

XYZ, a multinational oil company that operated in Indonesia, is obligatory on using Production Sharing Contract (PSC) Agreement with the Government of Indonesia (represented by SKK Migas) as a basis for operating in Indonesia. All oil and gas field development costs (investment and operation) by which have received the approval of SKK Migas, can be charged as cost recovery in accordance with the PSC agreement. In carrying out its operations, inventory management plays an important role in supporting the success of the company's operations. Inventory is one of the largest cash investments in businesses therefore the decision on new investments in inventory should be considered carefully. Managing this investment is the key to achieve successes. Inventory that is inactive and siphoning cash resources should be eliminated by changing the wasted cash back into a productive resource. The research was conducted at PT. XYZ on the basis of the company inventory level that increasing each year and high Surplus Ratio. The methodology used in this research is a descriptive qualitative study which supported by actual data from PT. XYZ and interview with expert in inventory and management of PT. XYZ. The results of the research are proposing strategy to be implemented by PT. XYZ to improve the effectiveness of PT. XYZ inventory management process."
