"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di institusi kefarmasian seperti, industri farmasi, apotek, dan distributor farmasi. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, seorang apoteker harus dapat memahami dan mempraktikkan pekerjaan dan pelayanan kefarmasian dengan baik. Apoteker dapat memperoleh wawasan dan pemahaman mengenai pekerjaan dan pelayanan kefarmasian tersebut dari pembelajaran secara teoritis maupun praktik langsung di institusi kefarmasian. Selain itu, agar dapat menjadi apoteker yang kompeten, calon apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Atrika, PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk, dan PT Takeda Indonesia selama periode bulan Februari-Juli 2020. Dengan dilaksanakannya kegiatan PKPA ini, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas pengetahuan, wawasan, pemahaman, keterampilan, dan pengalaman dalam melakukan praktik dan pekerjaan kefarmasian secara langsung di institusi kefarmasian.

As a provision and experience for prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, internship was carried out at the PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk, Apotek Atrika, and PT Takeda Indonesia during the period February-July 2020. With the implementation of this internship, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their knowledge, insight, understanding, skills, and experience in doing pharmaceutical practices directly in pharmaceutical institutions."

"Kesehatan merupakan hak dasar bagi setiap manusia, sehingga setiap negara perlu mengembangkan hak asasi manusia tersebut. Apoteker sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan wajib mengabdikan dirinya baik di industri farmasi, distributor farmasimaupun apotek. Dalam peningkatan pemahaman mengenai peran apoteker, maka dilakukan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Apotek Atrika, PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, dan PT Harsen Laboratories. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan tugas khusus ini adalah melalui studi literature data website BPJS, website PTSP di wilayah Sulawesi Utara, website e-katalog LKPP, serta peraturan perundang-undangan untuk apotek, studi literature terhadap pembuatan aplikasiuntuk distributor farmasi dan studi literature menggunakan CPOB 2018 untuk industri farmasi. Pada pelaksanaan praktik di apotek, penulis melakukan pembuatan rancangan apotek yang melayani Program Rujuk Balik (PRB) dan bekerjasama dengan BPJS di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara mulai dari penentuan lokasi, bangunan, jumlah karyawan hingga analisis keuangan. Berdasarkan analisa dari segala aspek,rancangan apotek yang dibuat telah layak untuk dibangun dan beroperasional dengan modal yang telah ditentukan. Pada pelaksanaan praktek di distributor farmasi, penulis melakukan pembuatan aplikasi mengenai produk apa saja yang didistribusikan oleh PT Enseval Putera Megatrading agar lebih mudah dan efisien dalam pencarian informasi produk. Sementara pada pelaksanaan praktik di industri farmasi, penulis melakukan investigasi penyimpangan yang terjadi di PT HarsenLaboratories selama tahun 2020. Investigasi berguna untuk menghindari terjadinya penyimpangan yang sama di masa mendatang serta untuk menentukan tindakan korektif dan tindakan pencegahan untuk mengantisipasi penyimpangan tersebut.

these human rights. Pharmacists as one of the health workers are required to devote

themselves in the pharmaceutical industry, distribution company of drugs, and the

pharmacy. To increasing understanding the role of pharmacists, the pharmacist student conduct to work practice. The authors work practice pharmacist profession at Apotek Atrika, PT Enseval Putera Megatrading, and PT Harsen Laboratories. In

this study, the method which using study literature data on the BPJS website, the PTSP website in the North Sulawesi province, the LKPP e-catalog website, and laws and regulations for pharmacies for the pharmacy, using study literature on how to make an application for drug distributional company, and using study literature

on CPOB 2018 for the pharmaceutical industry. Implementation of practice in pharmacies, the authors made a design for a pharmacy that serves the Referral Program and collaborates with BPJS in North Sulawesi province, starting from determining the location, building, number of employees until financial analysis. Based on an analysis of all aspects, the pharmacy design that was made was feasible to be built and operated with the specified capital. While on drug distributional company, authors make an application about information of that company products. This application would be easier and efficiency on searching products. While in the pharmaceutical industry, the authors investigate the deviation that occur on PT Harsen Laboratories in 2020. This investigation would be useful to make the corrective and preventive action for the deviation."

Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke dalam dunia kerja. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk memahami perannya dan meningkatkan kemampuan kompetensinya, maka pada kesempatan kali ini, penulis berkesempatan untuk mengikuti kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk., Apotek Hidup Baru dan PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi selama periode bulan Februari hingga Agustus 2020. Selama PKPA ini, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi nantinya.

As a provision and experience of prospective pharmacists to understand their role and improve their competence, on this occasion, the authors had the opportunity to participate in the Pharmacist Professional Work Practices (PKPA) at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk., Apotek Hidup Baru and PT. Soho Industri Pharmasi during the period  of February to August 2020. During this PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in the professional practice later."

Kedudukan Apoteker yang diatur dalam CPOB yaitu sebagai penanggung jawab produksi, pengawasan mutu, dan pemastian mutu.. Calon apoteker wajib mengikuti praktik kerja profesi secara langsung di industri farmasi dan mengetahui gambaran umum mengenai permasalahan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa kualifikasi equipment. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah memahami proses kualifikasi serta tahapan pembuatan dokumen yang dibutuhkan selama proses kualifikasi berlangsung.

PKPA is held at PT Enseval Putera Megatrading, Apotek Kimia Farma No. 7, and PT Harsen Laboratories during the February-August 2020 period. After completing PKPA, it is hoped that Pharmacist candidates can gain insight, understanding and experience in carrying out pharmaceutical work."

"Selain rumah sakit, fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang harus diperhatikan guna meningkatkan kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat adalah apotek. Praktik kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinis; di mana pengelolaan sediaan farmasi yang dilakukan meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pemusnahan, penarikan, pengendalian, pencatatan, dan pelaporan; sedangkan pelayanan farmasi klinis yang dilakukan meliputi pengkajian resep, dispensing, pelayanan informasi obat, konseling, pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah, pemantauan terapi obat, dan monitoring efek samping obat. Apoteker memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pengelolaan sebuah apotek. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker merupakan salah satu bagian dari perkuliahan pada Program Studi Profesi Apoteker di Universitas Indonesia, yang diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran nyata bagi seorang calon apoteker mengenai peran penting, tugas-tugas dan tanggung jawab seorang apoteker di apotek. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) ini dilakukan di Apotek Safa, Jl. Bukit Duri Tanjakan No.68, RT.1/RW.11, Bukit Duri, Kec. Tebet, Kota Jakarta Selatan, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 12840. Praktik kerja ini dilakukan selama 20 hari mulai tanggal 1 Juli 2019 hingga 31 Juli 2019. Berdasarkan kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker yang dilakukan di Apotek Safa, dapat disimpulkan pelaksanaan PKPA dapat membantu calon apoteker dalam memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek, meliputi pengelolaan apotek, pengelolaan sediaan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik sesuai standar dan etika yang berlaku.

Pharmaceutical practices carried out in pharmacies include the management of pharmaceutical preparations and clinical pharmacy services; where the management of pharmaceutical preparations that is carried out includes planning, procurement, receipt, storage, destruction, withdrawal, control, recording, and reporting; Meanwhile, clinical pharmacy services include prescription assessment, dispensing, drug information services, counseling, home pharmacy services, monitoring drug therapy, and monitoring drug side effects. Pharmacists have a very important role in managing a pharmacy. The Pharmacist Profession Internship is part of the lectures at the Apothecary Study Program at the University of Indonesia, which is expected to provide a real picture for a prospective pharmacist regarding the important role, duties and responsibilities of a pharmacist in a pharmacy. The Pharmacist Profession Internship (PKPA) was conducted at the Safa Pharmacy, Jl. Bukit Duri Tanjakan No.68, RT.1 / RW.11, Bukit Duri, Kec. Tebet, South Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta 12840. This internship was carried out for 20 days from 1 July 2019 to 31 July 2019. Based on the Pharmacist Profession Internship activities carried out at Safa Pharmacy, it can be concluded that PKPA implementation can help prospective pharmacists in understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacies, including managing pharmacies, managing pharmaceutical preparations and clinical pharmacy services according to applicable standards and ethics."

Keberadaan Apoteker sangat penting, khususnya di Apotek dan Industri Farmasi. Apoteker memiliki standar kompetensi dalam menjalankan perannya. The existence of a pharmacist is very important, especially in the Drugstore and Pharmaceutical Industry. Pharmacists have competency standards in carrying out their roles. One way to hone the competence of a pharmacist is to carry out professional work practices for prospective pharmacists. The "Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker" in the Drugstore and Pharmaceutical Industry is a series of activities for pharmacists to understand and learn how to participate in the community. The Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker conducted at Kimia Farma No. 535 Pondok Pinang and at PT Takeda Indonesia. After carrying out professional work practices, it is hoped that the prospective pharmacists will be able to prepare themselves and be equipped to become Indonesian health workers who are useful to the country and the nation.

Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan memasuki tempat praktik kerja profesi. Pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dapat menjadi salah satu wadah bagi calon apoteker dalam meningkatkan kompetensi apoteker. Kegiatan PKPA di Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat (RSPAD Gatot Soebroto) dan Apotek Nurani Sukabumi diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran kepada calon apoteker mengenai peranan, tugas, maupun tanggung jawab apoteker khususnya dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah sakit dan Apotek.

Pharmacist is required to have abilities in various activities of pharmaceutical practice, not only in pharmaceutical management or only in pharmaceutical clinics. Pharmacist is required to develop their competence in all aspects. Pharmacist competence is the key to get a successful in the pharmaceutical practice. Competency standards of Indonesia pharmacist consist of ten (10) competency standards as skills that expected from pharmacist when graduation and performing health service. Internship program is one of the place for future pharmacist to develop their competence. Internship program at Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital (RSPAD Gatot Soebroto) and Apotek Nurani Sukabumi hopefully can provide an overview to future pharmacist about the role of duties and responsibilities of pharmacist specifically in pharmaceutical practice in hospital and pharmacy.
