"Apoteker memiliki peran penting di berbagai sektor yang meliputi apotek, rumah sakit, industri farmasi, distributor, dan sektor pemerintahan. Apoteker diharuskan untuk memenuhi standar kompetensi apoteker indonesia yang terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi ketika memasuki dunia kerja dan melaksanakan praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi tersebut merupakan kemampuan yang diharapkan dimiliki oleh apoteker ketika lulus dan menjalankan praktik kerja profesi apoteker. Selain ilmu yang memadai, seorang calon apoteker juga diharapkan memiliki bekal pengalaman dalam menjalankan praktik profesi apoteker. Oleh karena itu, dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Harsen Laboratories dan Apotek Atrika selama periode bulan Februari – Agustus tahun 2020. Melalui PKPA ini, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat menambah wawasan mengenai praktik profesi apoteker di instansi terkait seperti industri farmasi dan apotek

Pharmacists have an important roles in various sectors which include pharmacy, hospital, pharmaceutical industry, distributor and government sector. Pharmacist is required to meet the competency standards of Indonesian pharmacist which consist of ten competency standards when entering the work and carrying out professional practices. This competency standards are the ability that pharmacist is expected to have when graduates and carry out the pharmacist's professional work practice. In addition to adequate knowledge, a prospective pharmacist is also expected to have experience in practicing the pharmacist profession. Therefore, the Pharmacist Professional Work Practice was carried out at PT Harsen Laboratories and Apotek Atrika during the period February - August 2020. Through this PKPA, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can gain knowledge into the professional practice of pharmacists in related institutions such as the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies"

"Seorang Apoteker memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menangani obat-obatan di Indonesia, mulai dari proses pembuatan, penyaluran dan pemberian ke pasien sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Dalam menjalankan praktik kefarmasian, apoteker harus memenuhi 10 standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia yang ditetapkan oleh IAI. Kegiatan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) sangat diperlukan sebagai sarana penunjang dalam hal memahami penerapan pekerjaan kefarmasian dan juga peranan apoteker di industri farmasi dan apotek. Untuk mewujudkan kegiatan PKPA tersebut, Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan PT Glaxo Wellcome Indonesia dan Apotek Atrika untuk menyelenggarakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) bagi mahasiswa sebagai calon apoteker untuk meperoleh bekal berupa pengalaman dan pemahaman terkait peranan dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri dan Apotek sesuai dengan peraturan dan etika pelayanan kefarmasian.

A pharmacist has a very important role in medicines in Indonesia, starting from the process of manufacturing, distributing and presenting to patients according to ready regulations. In carrying out pharmaceutical practices, pharmacists must meet the 10 competency standards of Indonesian pharmacists set by IAI. The Pharmacist Professional Job Training (PKPA) is needed as a means of support in terms of understanding the application of pharmaceutical work and also the role of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical and pharmacy industry. Pharmacists play important roles in pharmacy, pharmaceutical industry, and pharmaceutical distributor or wholesaler. As a requirement to enter practical working environment, a graduated pharmacist must fulfil the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Standards (Standar Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia) which consisted of ten competency standards. Internships at PT SamMarie Tramedifa, Apotek Atrika, and PT Soho Industri Pharmasi were done to provide practical working experiences for pharmacist candidates so they can gain a better understanding of what their roles are and enhance their competencies. During the internship period from February to August 2020, pharmacist candidates were expected to expand their knowledge and continually update their skills as required to enable them to perform pharmaceutical profession at the mentioned workplaces.

Pharmacy staff consists of pharmacists and pharmaceutical staff. In carrying out pharmaceutical practices in pharmaceutical service facilities, only pharmacists who have registration letters can carry out and apply pharmaceutical service standards in health service facilities. This is the basis of University of Indonesia’s Pharmacy Faculty Pharmacist Professional Program collaboration with RSUP dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo (RSCM) and Apotek Atrika to organize internship during the February – May 2020 period for students as prospective pharmacists. During the internship, students are expected to able to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals and pharmacies in accordance with the provisions and ethics of health services and pharmaceutical services."

Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a provision and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, a Professional Work Practice of Pharmacists was carried out at Apotek Atrika for the period of February 2020 and at PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi during the period August - September 2020. During PKPA, it is expected that candidate pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in a professional work practice."

"Setiap PBF yang ada di Indonesia wajib menerapkan CDOB untuk menjamin mutu dan stabilitas sediaan farmasi yang didistribusikannya. Salah satu aspek CDOB yang wajib diterapkan adalah inspeksi diri. Inspeksi diri bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kelebihan dan kekurangan di dalam pelaksanaan CDOB dalam rangka perbaikan berkesinambungan. Inspeksi diri harus dilaksanakan dalam rangka memantau kepatuhan fasilitas distribusi terhadap pemenuhan CDOB serta untuk mengetahui langkah perbaikan apa yang harus diambil apabila ditemukan penyimpangan. Inspeksi diri dilaksanakan di semua bagian fasilitas distribusi, baik secara independen maupun dengan audit eksternal yang dilakukan oleh ahli independen. Dari pengamatan yang dilakukan, hasil inspeksi diri terhadap penerapan CDOB di PT. KFTD Cabang Bogor sudah cukup baik walaupun terdapat beberapa aspek CDOB yang tidak sesuai dan segera membutuhkan tindakan perbaikan untuk memaksimalkan pelayanan distribusi

Every PBF in Indonesia is required to apply CDOB to ensure the quality and stability of the pharmaceutical preparations it distributes. One aspect of the CDOB that must be implemented is self-inspection. Self-inspection aims to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the CDOB implementation in the context of continuous improvement. Self-inspection must be carried out in order to monitor the compliance of distribution facilities with CDOB compliance and to find out what corrective steps should be taken if deviations are found. Self-inspections are carried out in all parts of the distribution facility, either independently or by external audits conducted by independent experts. From the observations made, the results of selfinspection of the implementation of CDOB at PT. KFTD Bogor Branch is good enough, although there are several aspects of CDOB that are not suitable and require immediate corrective action to maximize distribution services."

Pharmacist bears important roles in Pharmaceutical Industries and Pharmacy. A pharmacist needs to fulfil the competency standards as a requirement to work and do the pharmacy practice. As a preparation and to gainsome experiences, a soon-to-be pharmacist needs to understand the role of pharmacists and improve the competency, therefore, an internship at Balai Besar Pengawas Obat dan Makanan di Jakarta, Apotek Atrika and PT Harsen Laboratories was carried out from February until August 2020. In this internship period, it is hoped that pharmacist could obtain appropriate insights, knowledge and experience to do pharmacy practice in professional workplace."

"Kesehatan merupakan hak dasar bagi setiap manusia, sehingga setiap negara perlu mengembangkan hak asasi manusia tersebut. Apoteker sebagai salah satu tenaga kesehatan wajib mengabdikan dirinya baik di industri farmasi, distributor farmasimaupun apotek. Dalam peningkatan pemahaman mengenai peran apoteker, maka dilakukan praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Apotek Atrika, PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, dan PT Harsen Laboratories. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan tugas khusus ini adalah melalui studi literature data website BPJS, website PTSP di wilayah Sulawesi Utara, website e-katalog LKPP, serta peraturan perundang-undangan untuk apotek, studi literature terhadap pembuatan aplikasiuntuk distributor farmasi dan studi literature menggunakan CPOB 2018 untuk industri farmasi. Pada pelaksanaan praktik di apotek, penulis melakukan pembuatan rancangan apotek yang melayani Program Rujuk Balik (PRB) dan bekerjasama dengan BPJS di Provinsi Sulawesi Utara mulai dari penentuan lokasi, bangunan, jumlah karyawan hingga analisis keuangan. Berdasarkan analisa dari segala aspek,rancangan apotek yang dibuat telah layak untuk dibangun dan beroperasional dengan modal yang telah ditentukan. Pada pelaksanaan praktek di distributor farmasi, penulis melakukan pembuatan aplikasi mengenai produk apa saja yang didistribusikan oleh PT Enseval Putera Megatrading agar lebih mudah dan efisien dalam pencarian informasi produk. Sementara pada pelaksanaan praktik di industri farmasi, penulis melakukan investigasi penyimpangan yang terjadi di PT HarsenLaboratories selama tahun 2020. Investigasi berguna untuk menghindari terjadinya penyimpangan yang sama di masa mendatang serta untuk menentukan tindakan korektif dan tindakan pencegahan untuk mengantisipasi penyimpangan tersebut.

Health is a basic right for every human being, so that every country needs to develop

these human rights. Pharmacists as one of the health workers are required to devote

themselves in the pharmaceutical industry, distribution company of drugs, and the

pharmacy. To increasing understanding the role of pharmacists, the pharmacist student conduct to work practice. The authors work practice pharmacist profession at Apotek Atrika, PT Enseval Putera Megatrading, and PT Harsen Laboratories. In

this study, the method which using study literature data on the BPJS website, the PTSP website in the North Sulawesi province, the LKPP e-catalog website, and laws and regulations for pharmacies for the pharmacy, using study literature on how to make an application for drug distributional company, and using study literature

on CPOB 2018 for the pharmaceutical industry. Implementation of practice in pharmacies, the authors made a design for a pharmacy that serves the Referral Program and collaborates with BPJS in North Sulawesi province, starting from determining the location, building, number of employees until financial analysis. Based on an analysis of all aspects, the pharmacy design that was made was feasible to be built and operated with the specified capital. While on drug distributional company, authors make an application about information of that company products. This application would be easier and efficiency on searching products. While in the pharmaceutical industry, the authors investigate the deviation that occur on PT Harsen Laboratories in 2020. This investigation would be useful to make the corrective and preventive action for the deviation."
