"

Apoteker memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian di fasilitas kesehatan seperti di Rumah Sakit dan Apotek. Apoteker dituntut untuk dapat menguasai berbagai macam kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian, tidak hanya dibidang pengelolaan farmasi saja atau bidang pelayanan farmasi klinik saja. Apoteker dituntut untuk dapat mengembangkan kompetensinya pada semua aspek. Kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh apoteker menjadi kunci sukses pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian. Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan memasuki tempat praktik kerja profesi. Pelaksanaan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) dapat menjadi salah satu wadah bagi calon apoteker dalam meningkatkan kompetensi apoteker. Kegiatan PKPA di Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat (RSPAD Gatot Soebroto) dan Apotek Nurani Sukabumi diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran kepada calon apoteker mengenai peranan, tugas, maupun tanggung jawab apoteker khususnya dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah sakit dan Apotek.

 

 

Pharmacist plays crucial role in performing health service in health facilities such as in hospital and pharmacy. Pharmacist is required to have abilities in various activities of pharmaceutical practice, not only in pharmaceutical management or only in pharmaceutical clinics. Pharmacist is required to develop their competence in all aspects. Pharmacist competence is the key to get a successful in the pharmaceutical practice. Competency standards of Indonesia pharmacist consist of ten (10) competency standards as skills that expected from pharmacist when graduation and performing health service. Internship program is one of the place for future pharmacist to develop their competence. Internship program at Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital (RSPAD Gatot Soebroto) and Apotek Nurani Sukabumi hopefully can provide an overview to future pharmacist about the role of duties and responsibilities of pharmacist specifically in pharmaceutical practice in hospital and pharmacy.

Tugas khusus yang diberikan Berupa Laporan Pemakaian dan Lembar Permintaan Obat (LPLPO), Penggunaan Obat Rasional (POR), pelayanan kefarmasian, dan monitoring obat generik di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulogadung yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan, kerasionalan, dan kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Rumah Sakit Kepresidenan Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat (RSPAD) Gatot Soebroto bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi yang telah ditetapkan pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 72 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa Pemantauan Terapi Obat (PTO) pada pasien Diabetes Melitus tipe II yang bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi ketepatan, keefektifan, keamanan dan kerasionalan terapi penggunaan obat pada pasien. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 367 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di apotek sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi yang telah ditetapkan pada Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 73 Tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. The Internship (PKPA) at the Presidential Hospital Gatot Soebroto Central Army Hospital (RSPAD) aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmaceutical services as stipulated in the Minister of Health Regulation No. 72 of 2016 concerning Standards for Pharmaceutical Services in Hospitals. A special task is given in the form of Monitoring Drug Therapy (PTO) in patients with Type II Diabetes Mellitus which aims to evaluate the accuracy, effectiveness, safety and rationality of drug therapy in patients. Internship (PKPA) at Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 367 aims to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacies in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmacy services as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Health No. 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Service Standards in Pharmacy. Special assignments are given in the form of administrative, pharmaceutical and clinical studies of prescriptions for epilepsy patients with the aim of determining that the therapy given meets administrative, clinical, and pharmaceutical requirements and the suitability and rationality of patient safety."

"ABSTRAK
Praktek kerja profesi (PKP) di Rumah Sakit bertempat di Rumah Sakit Pusat Angkatan Darat (RSPAD) Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad. PKP ini bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit. Kegiatan PKP ini berlangsung selama dua bulan dari tanggal 1 Juli sampai dengan tanggal 31 Agustus 2015 dengan tugas khusus analisis masalah terkait obat pada pasien coronary artery disease (CAD) di unit jantung lantai 2 RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yang dilakukan, Apoteker di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad secara umum telah melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian. Mahasiswa apoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yang dilakukan di rumah sakit. Kegiatan praktek kefarmasian dalam bidang manajemen yang dilakukan di rumah sakit meliputi pemilihan, perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pengendalian, pemusnahan, pencatatan, dan pelaporan. RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Ditkesad secara umum telah melaksanakan pelayanan farmasi klinis kecuali kegiatan pemantauan kadar obat dalam darah (PKOD).ABSTRACT Profession Internship at hospital was held at Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital. Profession Internship was intended to make apothecary student understood the role, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacist, had insights, knowledges, skills, and practical expriences of pharmacy practice, and had a real description about the issues of pharmaceutical practice in hospital. This activity was held for two months from July 1st to August 31st 2015, with special assignment of problem analysis related to drug on coronary artery disease (CAD ) patients in heart unit at the 2nd floor of Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital. Based on the activities, pharmacist at Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital generally had done the duties and responsibilities of pharmaceutical practices. Apothecary student had succeed obtaining the insight into routine activities in hospital. Pharmaceutical practices in management at hospital included election, planning, procurement, reception, storage, distribution, controling, extermination, recording, and reporting. Gatot Soebroto Army Central Hospital generally had done clinical pharmacy services except the monitoring of drug level in blood"

Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Atrika periode bulan Februari 2020 dan di PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi selama periode bulan Agustus - September 2020. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.
A pharmacist plays an important role in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacies. Pharmacists must meet competency standards as requirements for entering the world of work and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as the abilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professional work practices. As a provision and experience of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, a Professional Work Practice of Pharmacists was carried out at Apotek Atrika for the period of February 2020 and at PT SOHO Industri Pharmasi during the period August - September 2020. During PKPA, it is expected that candidate pharmacists can broaden their horizons, understanding, and experience to do pharmaceutical work in a professional work practice."
