"ABSTRAK
Operator tambang batubara merupakan salah satu pekerjaan yang memiliki risiko tinggi untuk mengalami kelelahan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kelelahan pada operator tambang batubara dengan menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur sistematis. Faktor yang diteliti yaitu shift kerja, durasi kerja, dan beban kerja dengan covariat faktor individu (usia, kualitas tidur, kuantitas tidur, dan irama sirkadian) dan faktor pekerjaan &lingkungan kerja (waktu istirahat, waktu kerja, dan masa kerja). Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksploratori dengan metode deskriptif melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis terhadap literatur yang sesuai dengan kriteria penilaian. Tinjauan literatur sistematis ini dilakukan dengan tahapan identifikasi, ekstraksi, sintetis, dan intrepetasi data yang diperoleh dari 11 literatur terpilih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara shift kerja, durasi kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kelelahan pada operator tambang batubara.

ABSTRACT
Coal Mining Operator is one of the high-risk occupations in experiencing fatigue. This study aim to determine factors associated with fatigue on coal mining operators through a systematic literature review method. Factors studied were shift work, work duration, and workload with covariate of individual factors (age, sleep quantity, sleep quality, and circadian rhythm) and factors of work & work environment (rest periods, work hours, and work period). This research is an exploratory study with a descriptive method through a systematic literature review of the literature in according to the research criteria. This systematic literature review is conducted through the identification, extraction, synthesis, and interpretation of data obtained from 11 selected literature. The resukt showed that there was an influence between shift work, work duration, and workload on fatigue in coal mining operators."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan moderasi dimensi job crafting (peningkatan sumberdaya struktural pekerjaan, peningkatan sumberdaya sosial pekerjaan, dan peningkatan tantangan pekerjaan) pada pengaruh antara persepsi beban kerja rendah terhadap kebosanan kerja, terutama pada karyawan generasi milenial. Sebagai salah satu generasi yang berada pada usia produktif, generasi milenial memiliki karakteristik lebih mudah mengalami kebosanan kerja sehingga perlu dieksplorasi lebih lanjut. Selain itu kondisi kemajuan teknologi dan informasi semakin mempermudah pekerjaan karyawan dan dapat mengakibatkan rendahnya beban kerja yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur beban kerja rendah (Naude Underload Work Scale) pada dimensi persepsi beban kerja rendah, kebosanan kerja (Dutch Boredom Scale) dan Dutch Job Crafting Scale. Penelitian ini melibatkan 327 karyawan generasi milenial pada rentang usia 23-40 tahun. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji korelasi dan uji moderasi Model 1 PROCESS Hayes. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat peranan moderasi peningkatan tantangan pekerjaan pada pengaruh antara persepsi beban kerja rendah dan kebosanan kerja.

This study aims to explore the moderation role of job crafting dimensions (increasing structural job resources, increasing social job resources, and increasing challenging job demands) on the effect of perception of underload work on job boredom, especially among millennial employee. As a part of productive age, millennial employee has the characteristics of experiencing boredom at work more easily. Therefore, it is necessary to explored further especially with advances in technology nowadays that make the work easier and can result in a low workload for employee. This research was quantitative research using underload work scale (Naude Underload Work Scale) on perception of underload work dimension, boredom at work scale (Dutch Boredom Scale) and Dutch Job Crafting Scale. This research involved 327 millennial employees aged 23-40.  The analysis used in this study was correlation test and moderation test of Model 1 PROCESS Hayes. The results of the research found that there was a moderating role of increasing challenging job demands on the effect between perceptions of underload work and job boredom."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh beban kerja, stress kerja dan kompensasi terhadap komitmen organisasi anggota Satuan Lalu Lintas Polres Bogor. Komitmen organisasi bagi anggota satuan lalu lintas sangat penting untuk mewujudkan pelayanan dalam ketertiban lalu lintas di masyarakat bogor.Pertanyaan penelitian yang akan dijawab dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja, kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap anggota di Satlantas Polres Bogor. Penelitian ini melibatkan 68 anggota satuan lintas sebagai sampel yang dipilih secara random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan matrik korelasi beban kerja mempunyai korelasi negatif dengan komitmen organisasi (r= -0.873;p<0.00); stress kerja berkorelasi negatif dengan komitmen (r=- 0.807;p< 0.00); kompensasi berkorelasi positip dengan komitmen (r= 0.851; p<0.00); dan motivasi berkorelasi positip dengan komitmen (r= 0.804; p<00). Dari keseluruhan tersebut, variabel beban kerja dan kompensasi mempunyai korelasi yang paling kuat terhadap komitmen organisasi.
Temuan penelitian menggunakan analisis structural equation model (SEM) bahwa beban kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen (r= - 0.348;p< 0.00), beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap motivasi (r= 0.103;p<0.00) dan motivasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap komitmen (r= 0.258;p< 0.00). Selanjutnya hasil SEM juga menemukan bahwa stress kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap motivasi (r=0.368;p<0.00) dan stress berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen (r=- 0.137;p<0.00). Pada akhirnya, kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap motivasi (r=0.368;p<0.00) dan kompensasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap komitmen (r= 0.262;p< 0.00). Dengan demikian, secara keseluruhan beban kerja mempunyai pengaruh kuat yang langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi, sedangkan stres kerja dan kompensasi lebih pengaruh terhadap motivasi dibandingkan beban kerja. Stres kerja dan kompensasi menjadi perhatian penting bagi usaha meningkatkan komitmen organisasi.

This research was conducted to examine the effect of workload, work stress and compensation on organizational commitment of members of the Bogor Police Traffic Unit. Organizational commitment for traffic unit members is very important to realize service in traffic order in the Bogor community. The research question that will be answered in this study is how the influence of workload, work stress, compensation and motivation on members of the Bogor Police Traffic Police. This study involved 68 members of the cross unit as a sample selected by random sampling.
The results of this study indicate that based on the correlation matrix workload has a negative correlation with organizational commitment (r = -0.873; p <0.00); work stress has a negative correlation with commitment (r = - 0.807; p <0.00); compensation has positive correlation with commitment (r = 0.851; p <0.00); and motivation positively correlated with commitment (r = 0.804; p <00). Of these, the workload and compensation variables have the strongest correlation to organizational commitment. Research findings using structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis show that workload has a direct effect on commitment (r = - 0.348; p <0.00), workload has a negative effect on motivation (r = 0.103; p <0.00) and motivation has an influence on commitment (r = 0.258; p <0.00). Furthermore, SEM results also found that job stress has a negative effect on motivation (r = 0.368; p <0.00) and stress has a direct effect on commitment (r = - 0.137; p <0.00). In the end, compensation has an effect on motivation (r = 0.368; p <0.00) and compensation has a direct effect on commitment (r = 0.262; p <0.00). Thus, overall workload has a strong direct effect on organizational commitment, while work stress and compensation have more of an effect on motivation than workload. Job stress and compensation are important concerns for efforts to increase organizational commitment.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk analisa pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kelelahan pada operator "heavy dump truck" HD 785-5 di PT. Pamapersada Nusantara district X tahun 2007, dan merupakan studi yng bersifat kualitatif dengan variabel data bersifat kualitatif dan kuantitatif, yang kemudian dikuantitatifkan dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah operator truck produksi dengan kategori untuk unit HD 785-5 PT. Pamapersada Nusantara distict X dengan jumlah keseluruhan responden sebanyak 60 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik yaitu analisis univariat, dilanjutkan dengan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji signifikansi (Chi-square) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji korelasi (nilai r).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas operator HD 785-5 (37 orang/61.7%) mengalami tingkat kelelahan ringan. Berdasarkan uji signifikansi (chi-square) dan Uji korelasi (nilai r) yang dilakukan terhadap empat variabel independen, diketahui bahwa faktor yang terdapat signitikan pada operator heavy dump truck PT. Pamapersada district X adalah faktor Iama mengemudi yang merupakan faktor eksternal.
Lama mengemudi terbukti mempengaruhi kelelahan operator heavy dump truck PT. Pamapersada Nusantara distict X, sehingga untuk mengurangi terjadinya kelelahan diperlukan adanya sharing informast atau pengalaman antara operator senior dan adanya srecthing untuk para operator apabila untuk meregangkan kekakuan otot dan perlunya pengaturan istirahat yang tepat untuk menghindari terjadinya kelelahan Iebih lanjut.
Peneliti berharap penelitian ini dapat memberikan rekomendasi dan masukan kepada PT. Pamapersada Nusantara district X untuk pembuatan program guna mengurangi angka kecelakaan pada kecelakaan yang diduga dikarenakan oleh kelelahan pada umumnya dan khususnya untuk meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap terjadinya kelelahan.

This research is going to ind the influence of workload to the fatigue of Operator Heavy Dump Truck HD 785-5 at PT. Pamapersada Nusantara district X, and constitute of qualitative study with qualitative and quantitative data variable, then made it quantitative with cross-sectional approach. The Population in this research are all of the operator PT. Pamapersada Nusantara district X that operated HD 785-5 with quantity 60 respondens. Data analysis using statistic analysis i.e univariate analysis, follow up by bivariate analysis with chi-square and PPM (Pearson's Product Moment).
The Result of the research show that the majority of operator Heavy Dump Truck HD 785-5 (37 persons / 61,7%) was in mild category. Based on chi-square and PPM test that had done to four independence variables, the result that related and associated of workload influence the fatigue of operator Heavy Dump Truck HD 785-5 is Driving Duration, it's one of research external factors. Driving duration was proven be influence of operator Heavy dump truck fatigue's at PT. Pamapersada Nusantara district X. To eliminate fatigue is necessary to share information and experience from senior to junior, and next is the stretching movement to the operator with intend to relax muscle from stiffness and the last one is rest time management in certain shift which indicated and predicted that necessary to take in action in case to avoid further act of fatigue.
Researcher hopefully that this research could contribute and give proper recommendation to PT. Pamapesada Nusantara District X, for developing fatigue management program to eliminate incident rate (In General) and to conduct fatigue awareness through safety program planning (ln Specific), which indicated and predicted because of Fatigue.

"Pengembangan alat ukur menelaah perubahan psikologis, mental dan perilaku saat interaksi dalam konteks asuhan keperawatan melalui telaah hasil persepsi teruji, observasi pendamping, observasi dari penguji dan angket klien, sehingga dapat memberikan informasi diagnostik beban kerja mental. Selama interaksi perawat dengan klien dipengaruhi oleh jenis interaksi, kondisi klien, ketersediaan waktu, kemampuan berfikir kritis, kemampuan mengelola masalah, keseimbangan diri dan kontrol diri. Beban kerja mental saat interaksi dapat muncul apabila terjadi selisih kapasitas maksimum seorang perawat untuk dapat melakukan upaya fisik, mental, pengelolaan waktu, kinerja, upaya mengelola perasaan frustrasi dan effort dengan pengaruh yang muncul saat interaksi. Akibat terjadinya beban kerja mental dapat muncul perubahan fisik, perubahan perilaku dan perubahan psikologis. Pendekatan interpretasi menggunakan skala interval dan skala ordinal yang diisi oleh 596 partisipan dengan 11 case processing data. Penelitian dilaksanakan di provinsi Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Sumatra Barat dan Sulawesi Selatan. Validitas dan reliabilitas variabel persepsi teruji (?=0,996 sebelum interaksi dan ?=0,993 setelah interaksi), observasi (?=0,844 sebelum interaksi, ?=0,711) orientasi (?=0,711), identifikasi (?=0,769), eksplorasi (?=0,773), resolusi (?=0,820), setelah interaksi (?=0,772), angket klien (?=0,64). Hasil pengujian model Confirmatory Factor Analisis (CFA) melalui program Lisrel menghasilkan p-value = 0,150 (p>0,05) dan RMSEA = 0,075 (RMSEA<0,1). Simpulan alat ukur ini vaild dan reliabel yang fit karena telah menggunakan komponen-komponen yang menyebabkan model alat ukur fit sebagai informasi diagnostik pengukuran beban kerja mental. Saran diperlukan dukungan regulasi sebagai implikasi dalam penggunaan alat ukur.

Development of a measuring tool examines the psychological changes, mental and behavioral interactions in the context of nursing care through the study of perception results tested, companion observation, observation of testing and questionnaire client, so it can provide diagnostic information of mental workload. During the interaction of nurses with clients affected by the type of interaction, client conditions, availability of time, critical thinking skills, ability to manage the problem, the balance of self and self-control. Mental workload when interaction occurs when there is difference in the maximum capacity of a nurse to be able to perform physical effort, mental, time management, performance, efforts to manage feelings of frustration and effort to the effect that appears when the interaction. Due to the occurrence of mental workload may arise physical changes, changes in behavioral and psychological changes. Interpretation approach using interval scale and ordinal scale completed by 596 participants with 11 case processing data. The experiment was conducted in the province of West Java, Central Java, West Sumatra and South Sulawesi. Validity and reliability perception variables tested (? = 0.996 and ? = before interaction after interaction 0.993), observation (? = 0.844 before interaction, ? = 0.711) orientation (? = 0.711), identification (? = 0.769), exploration (? = 0.773), resolution (? = 0.820), after the interaction (? = 0.772), client questionnaire (? = 0.64). The results of model testing Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) through lisrel program produces p-value = 0.150 (p> 0.05) and RMSEA = 0.075 (RMSEA<0.1). Conclusions this measure vaild and reliable fit for the use of components that cause the model fit as a measuring instrument diagnostic information measuring mental workload. Suggestions needed support as the regulatory implications of the use of measuring tools."

"Penelitian ini membahas Analisis Kebututuhan Tenaga Perawat dengan Metode Workload Indicator Staffing Need WISN di Unit Rawat Inap RS Masmitra Tahun 2016. WISN digunakan untuk menghitung kebutuhan tenaga berdasarkan beban kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan tenaga perawat di unit rawat inap RS Masmitra, Bekasi berdasarkan beban kerja. Merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan selama tujuh hari kerja. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan observasi menggunakan formulir time and motion study, sementara data sekunder didapatkan dengan telaah dokumen.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlu penambahan tenaga perawat sebanyak 5 lima orang di unit rawat inap RS Masmitra, Bekasi. Namun, hal ini belum sejalan dengan kegiatan produktif yang dilakukan oleh tenaga perawat di unit tersebut, pasalnya kegiatan produktif dinyatakan belum optimal. Oleh sebab itu, perlu diadakan perbaikan SOP maupun pelatihan SDM untuk meningkatkan produktifitas tenaga perawat di unit rawat inap RS Masmitra, Bekasi sebelum dilakukan penambahan tenaga.

This study discussed about Needs Analysis of Nursing at the inpatient unit of Masmitra Hospital, Bekasi year of 2016. WISN is used to calculate the needs based on workload. This study attempts to know the number of nurses needs at the inpatient unit of Masmitra Hospital based on workload. This is a qualitative research conducted by during seven days. The collection of primary data done with observation using time and motion study form, while secondary data was obtained through review of documents.
The result of this research indicated that need to increase the quantity of nurses about 5 five at inpatient unit Masmitra Hospital, Bekasi. But, it is not in line with productive activities conducted by the nurses at the unit, because the productive activity expressed not optimal, yet. Therefore, must be improvement SOP and resources training to increase productivity of nurses at inpatient unit of Masmitra Hospital, Bekasi, prior to increase the quantity of worker.

"Kelelahan kerja adalah masalah yang umum terjadi di bidang industri yang dapat disebabkan oleh aktivitas fisik dan mental. Kelelahan kerja merupakan salah satu masalah  dalam industri pertambangan di mana industri ini menuntut pekerja dapat bekerja dengan aman. Sekitar 32% pekerja di seluruh dunia mengalami kelelahan terkait pekerjaan,  penelitian lainnya pada perawat rumah sakit di  Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa 54,1% mengalami kelelahan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara roster kerja, shift kerja, beban kerja dengan kelelahan pada pekerja fasilitas kesehatan industri pertambangan. Survei dilakukan untuk mengukur kelelahan dan beban kerja. Peserta direkrut dengan consecutive sampling. Kuesioner National Agency and Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) dan Swedish Occupational Fatigue Inventory (SOFI) versi Indonesia digunakan untuk menilai beban kerja dan kelelahan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS. Variabel independen yang diteliti adalah beban kerja, roster kerja dan shift kerja dan variabel dependen yang diuji adalah kelelahan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 97 responden dari fasilitas kesehatan di industri pertambangan. Analisis multivariat  regresi logistik untuk menilai faktor-faktor yang berhubungan terutama beban kerja dan kelelahan. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara beban kerja dengan kelelahan, di mana beban kerja tinggi dan sangat tinggi memiliki risiko 32 kali lebih besar untuk mengalami kelelahan (aOR=32,40, nilai p <0,001, CI 6,61-158,68 dan R2 0,508).

Occupational fatigue is common in industries that are usually caused by prolonged periods of both physical and mental activity without adequate rest for recovery.  Fatigue is a significant concern in mining industry due to high-risk job in this sector that demanding workers can work safely. About 32% of workers worldwide experience work-related fatigues and another study of hospital nurses in Indonesia showed that 54.1% experienced work fatigue. This study aimed to determine the relationship between work roster, shift work, workload and fatigue in mining industry health facility workers. A survey was used to measure fatigue and workload. Participants were recruited with consecutive sampling. National Agency and Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) and Swedish Occupational Fatigue Inventory (SOFI) Indonesian version questionnaire were applied to assess workload and fatigue, respectively. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS. The independent variables tested were workload, work roster and shift work and dependent variables tested were fatigue. The study involved 97 respondents from the healthcare facilities in mining industry. Multivariate and logistic regression analysis of the data assessed the associations factors especially workload and fatigue.   Multivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between workload and fatigue, where high and very high workloads had a 32 times greater risk of fatigue (aOR=32.40, p-value<0.001, CI 6.61-158.68 and R2 0.508)."

"Pandemi COVID-19 sudah mulai mereda, namun jumlah pasien non-COVID yang berobat ke IGD di RSUD Dr. H. M. Rabain Muara Enim mulai kembali mengalami peningkatan dalam waktu singkat. Beberapa tenaga Kesehatan mulai mengeluhkan kelelahan dikarenakan beban kerja yang masih terasa berat, belum adanya rotasi tempat kerja ke unit lain serta adanya kekhawatiran akan terjadinya gelombang ketiga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dengan kejadian burnout pada tenaga Kesehatan di IGD RSUD Dr. H. M. Rabain Muara Enim. Penelitian potong lintang ini menggunakan instrumen Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) dan observasi kegiatan tenaga Kesehatan menggunakan Teknik work sampling. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa 54% dokter dan perawat mengalami burnout sedang, 41% mengalami burnout ringan, dan 5% tidak burnout. Hasil analisis bivariat menyatakan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara beban kerja dengan burnout syndrome. Disarankan agar rumah sakit melakukan evaluasi lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab lainnya.

The COVID-19 pandemic has begun to subside, but the number of non-COVID patients seeking treatment in the ER at the Dr. H. M. Rabain Muara Enim Hospital started to improve again in a short time. Several health workers began to complain of fatigue due to the heavy workload, the absence of job rotation to other units and fears of a third wave. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between workload and the incidence of burnout among health workers in the emergency department of RSUD Dr. H. M. Rabain Muara Enim. This cross-sectional study used the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and observed the activities of health workers using work sampling technique. This research revealed that 54% of doctors and nurses experienced moderate burnout, 41% experienced mild burnout, and 5% did not burnout. The results of the bivariate analysis stated that there was no relationship between workload and burnout syndrome. It is recommended that the hospital conduct further evaluations to determine other causative factors."

"[Penelitian ini membahas mengenai gambaran beban kerja pegawai di Unit SDM pada RS X. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melihat gambaran beban kerja pegawai di Unit SDM apakah sudah sesuai standar atau belum. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode work sampling oleh kedua informan dimana pelaksana pengamatan mencatat seluruh kegiatan kedua informan tersebut selama jam kerja selama bergantian dengan interval waktu 5 (lima) menit. Untuk menjaga validitas data, peneliti melakukan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode.
Pengamatan dilakukan selama 7 (tujuh) hari mulai pukul 08.00-17.00 WIB dengan waktu istirahat 12.00-13.00 WIB. Setelah mengolah hasil pengamatan, didapatkan bahwa beban kerja pada pegawai Unit SDM di RS X mengalami kelebihan (over capacity) dimana beban kerja pada Unit SDM mencapai persentase 83,93% dimana standar beban kerja optimum hanya 80%. Peneliti kemudian melakukan perhitungan kebutuhan pegawai dengan metode WISN yang kemudian didapatkan hasilnya adalah Unit SDM membutuhkan 3 pegawai dimana saat ini pegawai SDM hanya berjumlah 2.

The research adopts kualitatif with descriptive analysis methodology. Data collected by using work sampling method to both informants. Work sampling method conducted by recording all activities from both informant during office hours with 5 (five) minutes interval each. To estabilish the validity of data, the researcher conducted triangulation of data sources and triangulation method.
Observations were made during 7 (seven) days starting at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with time off around 12:00 to 1:00 pm. After processing the results of the observation, it was found that the workload on the employees in the HRD at X Hopital run into over capacity. In this category, the workload on the employees in the HRD reached 83.93% where the optimum standard of workload is only 80%. Researcher conducted an anlysis of the needs of emplyees with WISN Method, and the result is the optimal amount of energy needs in HRD as many as 3 people. HRD has deficiency staff because amount of employee of the HRD are 2 people.;This study examines HRD workload description at X Hospital.
