"Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) merupakan praktik yang wajib dilaksanakan untuk memperoleh profesi apoteker. Pelaksanaan PKPA pada peminatan farmasi klinis wajib dilaksanakan di rumah sakit dan apotek. Tujuan pelaksanaan PKPA untuk memahami pekerjaan kefarmasian yang ada di lapangan masing-masing sesuai dengan peraturan dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 72 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit dan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 73 Tahun 2016 Tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Apotek. Pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit dan apotek terbagi menjadi pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan bahan medis habis pakai, serta pelayanan farmasi klinik. Pelaksanaan PKPA dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Pusat Pertamina dan Apotek Roxy Pamulang. Secara umum selama pelaksanaan PKPA baik di rumah sakit dan apotek sudah memenuhi standar pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai yang tertera dalam PMK sehingga pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan pedoman yang telah ditetapkan.

Pharmacist Professional Work Practices is a practice that must be implemented to obtain a pharmacist profession. Implementation of Pharmacist Professional Work Practices in clinical pharmacy specialization must be carried out in hospitals and pharmacies. The purpose of implementing Pharmacist Professional Work Practices is to understand the pharmaceutical work in each field in accordance with the regulations in the Minister of Health Regulation No. 72 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Services Standards in Hospitals and Minister of Health Regulation No. 73 of 2016 concerning Pharmaceutical Services Standards at Pharmacies. Pharmaceutical services in hospitals and pharmacies are divided into the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and consumable medical materials, and clinical pharmacy services. "

"Tenaga Kefarmasian terdiri dari apoteker dan tenaga teknis kefarmasian. Dalam menjalankan praktik kefarmasian pada fasilitas pelayanan kefarmasian, hanya apoteker yang memiliki surat tanda registrasi yang bisa menjalankan dan menerapkan standar pelayanan kefarmasian di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Hal inilah yang menjadi dasar Program Profesi Apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia bekerja sama dengan Rumah Sakit Pusat Pertamina (RSPP) dan Apotek Safa Bukit Duri untuk menyelenggarakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) bagi mahasiswa sebagai calon Apoteker pada tahun 2020. Selama PKPA, mahasiswa diharapkan mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit dan apotek sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan kesehatan dan pelayanan kefarmasian.

Pharmacy staff consists of pharmacists and pharmaceutical technical staff. In carrying out pharmaceutical practices in pharmaceutical service facilities, only pharmacists who have registration letters can carry out and apply pharmaceutical service standards in health service facilities. This is the basis of the University of Indonesias Pharmacy Faculty Pharmacist Professional Program collaboration with Pertamina Central Hospital and Apotek Safa Bukit Duri to organize internship during the February-May 2020 period for students as prospective pharmacists. During the internship, students are expected to able to understand the roles, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals and pharmacies in accordance with the provisions and ethics of health services and pharmaceutical services."

Dalam rangka pencapaian standar kompetensi tersebut, calon apoteker harus menjalankan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA). PKPA dilaksanakan di PT Finusolprima Farma Internasional dan Apotek Yosa Medika selama periode Februari-Mei 2020. Setelah melaksanakan PKPA diharapkan calon Apoteker dapat memperoleh wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman dalam menjalankan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di RSUP Fatmawati dan Apotek Dini selama periode bulan Februari-Juni 2020. Selama PKPA, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan mask ke tempêta praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT Abbott Indonesia, PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, dan Apotek Kimia Farma No 362 selama periode Januari-April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

During PKPA, expected candidates pharmacists can expand their insight, understanding, and experience to do pharmacy work in the professional workplace."

Kegiatan ini diharapkan bahwa calon apoteker dapat menambahkan wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

"ABSTRAKPraktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Farmawati bertujuan untuk Memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Rumah Sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya. Tugas Khusus yang diberikan berupa Pemantauan Terapi Obat pada pasien DM tipe 2 dengan Akut on CKD dan Hipertensi stage II. Bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi ketepatan, keefektifan, keamanan dan kerasionalan terapi penggunaan obat pada pasien. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pesanggrahan bertujuan untuk Memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya. Tugas Khusus yang diberikan berupa pemberian informasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat tentang cara pencegahan hipertensi dan bagaimana cara mengontrol tekanan darah sehingga hipertensi dapat dikendalikan dengan baik. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Apotek JacoebSon bertujuan untuk Memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Apotek sesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanan kesehatan umumnya. Tugas Khusus yang diberikan berupa analisis prioritas pengendaliaan obat khususnya obat antibiotik di apotek JacoebSon Pharmacy dengan menggunakan metode pareto (ABC) periode Oktober 2018-September 2019.

ABSTRACT

The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) at the Farmawati Central General Hospital aims to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the hospital in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmacy services in particular and health services in general. A special task is given in the form of monitoring drug therapy in DM type 2 patients with acute on CKD and hypertension stage II to evaluate the accuracy, effectiveness, safety and rationality of drug use therapy in patients. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) at the Puskesmas Kecamatan Pesanggrahan aims to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Puskesmas in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmacy services in particular and health services in general. The special task given is in the form of providing health information to the public about how to prevent hypertension and how to control blood pressure so that hypertension can be controlled properly. The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice (PKPA) at the JacoebSon Pharmacy aims to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the Pharmacy in accordance with the provisions and ethics of pharmacy services in particular and health services in general. The special task given is in the form of a priority analysis of drug control, especially antibiotic drugs at the JacoebSon Pharmacy using the Pareto (ABC) method for the period October 2018-September 2019.
