"Perilaku plagiarisme adalah bentuk kecurangan akademik yang sering dijumpai di kalangan mahasiswa. Ethical awareness dan ethical intention merupakan proses yang berkaitan dengan perilaku plagiarisme. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran ethical awaremess dan ethical intention terhadap perilaku plagiarisme pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan alat ukur Moral Equity Scale untuk mengukur ethical awareness dan ethical intention, dan alat ukur Kecurangan Akademik untuk mengukur perilaku plagiarisme. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 504 Mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia yang terdiri dari berbagai macam fakultas dan program vokasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ethical intention memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap perilaku plagiarisme (B=-0.28, p > .05), sedangkan ethical awareness tidak memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap perilaku plagiarisme pada mahasiswa (B=-0.012, p < .05). Hasil penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan perilaku plagiarisme antara mahasiswa laki-laki dan mahasiswa perempuan (F=12.56, p=0.000). Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai masukan bagi upaya preventif dan kuratif untuk Universitas Indonesia dalam mengurangi perilaku plagiarisme pada mahasiswa.
Plagiarism is a form of academic cheating that is often found among students. Ethichal awareness and ethical intention are processes related to plagiarism behavior. The aim of this study is to examine the role of ethical awareness and ethical intention towards plagiarism behavior among students in University of Indonesia. This study is a quantitative study that used Moral Equity Scale to measure ethical awareness and ethical intention, and Academic Dishonesty Scale to measure plagiarism behavior. Participants of this study were 504 students in University of Indonesia from different faculties and vocational program. The results of this study showed that ethical intention has a significant role on plagiarism behavior among students (B=-0.28, p > .05), where ethical awareness does not have a significant role on plagiarism behavior among students (B=-0.012, p < .05). The results of this study also found that, there were a differences between men and women students in plagiarism behavior (F=12.56, p=0.000). The implication of this study is as a preventive and currative means for Universitas Indonesia to decrease plagiarism behavior among students."

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 504 mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia program sarjana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ethical judgment memiliki peran yang signifikan pada perilaku menyontek (B=.300, p < .05). Namun, ethical awareness tidak memiliki peran yang signifikan pada perilaku menyontek (B=-0.051, p > .05). Selain itu, terdapat pula perbedaan perilaku menyontek antara perempuan dan laki laki (t = -3.387, p < .05) dan juga antar tingkat pendidikan (F = 4.475, p < .05). Implikasi dari penelitian adalah sebagai langkah awal untuk menyusun langkah preventif maupun kuratif untuk mengatasi perilaku menyontek.

Additionally, this research is aimed to find the differences in cheating behavior between gender, education level, and academik achievement. This research is a quantitative study that used an instrument adapted from the Moral Equity Scale to measure both ethical awareness and ethical judgment. This study also used Alat Ukur Kecurangan Akademik to measure student cheating behavior. This research was conducted on 504 undergraduate students from University of Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that ethical judgment has a significant role towards cheating behavior (B=.300, p < .05). On the other hand, ethical awareness does not have a significant role in cheating behavior (B=-0.051, p > .05). Moreover, there are differences in cheating behavior between women and men (t = -3.387, p < .05), and also between levels of education (F = 4.475, p < .05). The implication of this research is as a start to compile preventive and curative steps related to cheating behavior."

"ABSTRACT
Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan beretika dan iklim kerja etis terhadap perilaku etis pegawai negeri sipil yang bekerja di instansi pemerintahan. Subjek penelitian menggunakan 205 orang pegawai negeri sipil dari beberapa instansi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan SPSS 20 untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel dan juga efek mediasi dari iklim kerja beretika. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa adanya kepemimpinan yang beretika memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap perilaku etis dari pegawai, sementara iklim kerja yang beretika memediasi secara parsial pengaruh antara kepemimpinan beretika dan perilaku etis karyawan.

ABSTRACT
This research focused on the effect of ethical leadership and ethical climate on ethical behavior for government employees context. This study employed quantitative method using surveys to 205 civil servants working at several government institutions. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data using SPSS 20 and  the mediation effect of ethical climate on the relationship between ethical leadership and ethical behavior. This study found that ethical leadership positively related to ethical behavior and the effect of ethical leadership and ethical behavior was partially mediated by ethical climate."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini meneliti mengenai pengaruh ethical leadeship terhadap ethical behavior yang dipengaruhi oleh peran penting dari ethical climate sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini meneliti pada industri perbankan menggunakan kuesioner yang didapatkan dari 262 responden yang bekerja di PT Bank M sebagai salah satu bank BUMN. Hipotesis penelitian dirumuskan dari penelitian sebelumnya dan diuji menggunakan structural equation model (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ethical leadership memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ethical climate tetapi tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap ethical behavior pegawai PT Bank M. Sedangkan ethical climate memiliki pengaruh signifikan full mediating terhadap hubungan antara ethical leadership dengan ethical behavior pegawai PT Bank M.

ABSTRACT
This study examined the effect of ethical leadeship on ethical behavior which is influenced by the important role of ethical climate as a mediator. This research examined the banking industry using a questionnaire obtained from 262 respondents working at PT Bank M as one of the state-owned banks. The research hypothesis was formulated from previous studies and tested using structural equation model (SEM). The results showed that ethical leadership had a significant influence on ethical climate but did not directly influence the ethical behavior of employees of PT Bank M. While ethical climate had a full mediating significant effect on the relationship between ethical leadership and ethical behavior of employees of PT Bank M."

"Penelitian in bertujuan untuk menganalisis corporate ethical values yang berperan sebagai quasi moderasi (sebagai variabel independen dan moderasi) dalam hubungan kepuasan karir, identifikasi organisasi, dan turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan generasi milenial dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 responden dari berbagai industri di wilayah Jabodetabek. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan kemudian diolah dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan karir dan corporate ethical values terbukti berpengaruh langsung terhadap turnover intention dan secara tidak langsung melalui mediasi parsial identifikasi organisasi. Sementara itu, pengaruh kepuasan karir terhadap turnover intention dan pada identifikasi organisasi terbukti dimoderasi oleh corporate ethical values, serta terbukti memoderasi pengaruh identifikasi organisasi terhadap turnover intention.

This research has a purpose to examine the role of corporate ethical values as a quasi moderator (serves as the independent variable and moderation) in the relationship between career satisfaction, organizational identification, and turnover intention. This research was conducted to millennial employees with a sample the sample consists of 120 respondents  from various industries in Jabodetabek area. The data was collected using a questionnaire and processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The result shows that career satisfaction and corporate ethical values have direct effect toward turnover intention and indirectly through partial mediation of organizational identification. Meanwhile, the influence of career satisfaction to turnover intention is proved to be moderated by corporate ethical values. And the influence of organizational identification to turnover intention is proved to be moderated by corporate ethical values."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi slow fashion consumption. Sampel dari penelitian ini merupakan generasi Z di Jabodetabek. Terdapat sebanyak 228 responden yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari theory of planned behavior, ethical considerations, dan conscious consumption intention terhadap slow fashion consumption. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hanya ethical considerations dan conscious consumption intention yang memengaruhi slow fashion consumption. Namun, pro-environmental attitude, subjective norms, dan ethical considerations memengaruhi conscious consumption intention. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa subjective norms memengaruhi pro-environmental attitude. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi pelaku usaha di industri fashion untuk memprioritaskan aspek ethicality dalam proses produksinya dan menargetkan konsumen yang conscious. Penelitian berikutnya dapat menambahkan pertanyaan penyaring pada instrumen penelitian terkait apakah responden pernah membeli pakaian dari brand slow fashion untuk menghindari outcome bias.

This study aims to investigate the factors influencing slow fashion consumption. The samples used in this study includes generation Z in Jabodetabek. There were 228 respondents obtained using purposive sampling method. This study uses Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) to analyze the effect of theory of planned behavior, ethical considerations, and conscious consumption intention on slow fashion consumption. The results of this study show that only ethical considerations and conscious consumption intention that affect slow fashion consumption. However, pro-environmental attitude, subjective norms, and ethical considerations affect conscious consumption intention. This study also show that subjective norms affect pro-environmental attitude. The results of this study can be used as a reference for business in fashion industry to prioritize ethicality aspects in the production process and targeting conscious consumers. Future research can add a screening question about whether the respondent has purchased clothes from slow fashion brand in order to avoid outcome bias."

"Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh organizational ethical values sebagai faktor pendorong organizational citizenship behaviors melalui mediasi organizational justice, affective commitment dan ethical behavior pada auditor di sektor publik. Responden penelitian adalah auditor pada lembaga XYZ yang bertugas memeriksa laporan keuangan pemerintah di seluruh Indonesia. Total responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 307 orang dan structural equation modelling digunakan sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational ethical values perlu dimediasi oleh organizational justice dan affective commitment agar dapat berpengaruh terhadap ethical behavior. Selain itu, ethical behavior juga terbukti memediasi pengaruh organizational justice dan affective commitment terhadap organizational citizenship behaviors.

This study aims to determine the impact of organizational ethical values as antecedant of organizational citizenship behaviors through mediation of organizational justice, affective commitment and ethical behavior among auditors in Indonesian public sector. Respondents are auditors at XYZ, an institutions that responsible for auditing governments financial reports throughout Indonesia. Total respondents in this study were 307 auditor and structural equation models are used as analysis methods. The results indicates organizational ethical values is mediated by organizational justice and affective commitment in order to influence ethical behavior. In addition, ethical behavior is also proven as mediator of the impact of organizational justice and affective commitment toward organizational citizenship behaviors."

"Makalah ilmiah akhir ini membahas dilema etika moral yang saya alami sekaligus kritik sebagai pekerja magang perusahaan SuperHelper dengan melihat ketimpangan sudut pandang perusahaan, pekerja rumah tangga (PRT), dan klien dalam konteks gig economy dengan metode autoetnografi. Tulisan ini ditujukan sebagai bentuk kontribusi saya terhadap orang-orang yang mengalami hal serupa dan memungkinkan terjadi di perusahaan lain, serta pengaplikasian antropologi dalam menganalisis sistem kerja perusahaan. Temuan analisis memperlihatkan dilema etika moral terhadap bagaimana saya memposisikan diri atas konflik yang dialami para aktor berdasarkan pemahaman etis diri. Relasi kuasa struktur kepemimpinan perusahaan membuat saya mengalami keterbatasan peran dan tindakan dalam mengatasi permasalahan, namun sebagian hal yang masih dalam jangkauan kuasa saat bekerja mampu saya lakukan sehingga menjadi tanda ‘keberhasilan saya’ mengatasi situasi dilema. Hasil akhir menyebutkan pengeksploitasian kerja dilakukan perusahaan terhadap PRT sebagai mitra kerja untuk mencapai keuntungan. Egoisme klien karena orientasinya sebagai konsumen menghasilkan marginalisasi peran PRT. Akibatnya, PRT mengalami ketimpangan sosial akibat minim kuasa karena faktor internal dan eksternal yang menghambat mereka dalam bekerja, bagaimana meninggalkan situasi ini, dan berbagai kerugian yang diterimanya. Analisis dan kesimpulan yang dilampirkan tulisan ini berasal dari pengalaman pribadi dan perspektif saya, serta memungkinkan terjadinya keterbatasan data akibat metode yang tidak menggunakan etnografi khusus.

This final scientific paper discusses the moral ethical dilemma that i experienced as well as my criticism as an intern for a SuperHelper company by looking at the inequality of perspectives of companies, domestic workers (Pekerja Rumah Tangga), and clients in the context of the gig economy using autoethnography. This paper is intended as a form of my contribution to people who experience similar things and may occur in other companies, as well as the application of anthropology in analyzing company work systems. The findings of the analysis show a moral ethical dilemma on how i position myself on the conflicts experienced by actors based on self-ethical understanding. The power relations of the company's leadership structure made me experience limited roles and actions in overcoming problems, but i was able to do some things that were still within the reach of power at work so that it became a sign of 'my success' in overcoming dilemma situations. The final results state that the company exploits domestic workers as work partners to achieve profits. The client's egoism because of its orientation as a consumer results in the marginalization of the role of domestic workers. As a result, domestic workers experience social inequality due to a lack of power due to internal and external factors that hinder them from working, how to leave this situation, and the various losses they receive. The analysis and conclusions attached to this paper come from my personal experience and perspective, and allow for data limitations due to methods that do not use specific ethnography."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh penilaian mahasiswa atas etika perilaku dosen yang dimediasi oleh pemahaman mahasiswa tentang matakuliah akuntansi, serta pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang undang-undang akuntan publik terhadap persepsi mahasiswa kepada profesi akuntan publik. Sampel diambil melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 171 mahasiswa akuntansi di tiga Fakultas Ekonomi berbeda, yaitu Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Indonesia, Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Gajah Mada, dan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Pajajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika perilaku dosen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap persepsi mahasiswa tentang profesi akuntan publik melalui pemahaman mahasiswa tentang matakuliah akuntansi. Sedangkan pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang undang-undang akuntan publik tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap persepsi mahasiswa tentang profesi akuntan publik.

This research aims to identify the influence of student assessment on ethical behavior in mediation lecturers by students understanding of accounting courses, and students knowledge of public accountant legislation toward student perceptions about the public accountant profession. Samples were taken through the distribution of questionnaires to 171 accounting students in three different Faculty of Economics, that is Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia, Faculty of Economics, Gajah Mada University, and Faculty of Economics, Pajajaran University. The results showed that the ethical behavior of lecturers significantly has positive influence students perceptions of the public accountant profession through student understanding of accounting course. While the students knowledge of public accountant legislation did not show a significant effect on students perceptions about the public accountant profession."
