"Tesis ini membahas mengenai Analisis dan Implementasi Sistem Integrasi Bisnis Proses Pada Perusahaan Jasa Konsultan. Penelitian ini mengambil kasus pada perusahaan jasa konsultan di Indonesia dengan penelitian kualitatif dan proses pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan uji coba. Perusahaan konsultan membagi pekerjaan dalam bentuk proyek-proyek sesuai dengan jumlah klien. Proses bisnis yang terintegrasi ke setiap proyek sangat penting untuk mendukung kegiatan pelaksanaan proyek dan pengambilan keputusan yang cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Dampak dari sistem yang tidak terintegrasi akan mengurangi efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dalam bisnis Selain itu, manajemen harus mengetahui informasi perkembangan kegiatan proyek secara realtime, terperinci dan tepat waktu agar manajemen dapat mengambil keputusan dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat. Maka dari itu, optimalisai proses bisnis sistem perusahaan perlu diperhatikan agar proses bisnis perusahaan menjadi efektif dan efisien. Dalam penelitian ini penulis akan mengoptimalisasikan prosedur sistem sebelum memperoleh proyek, implementasi proyek dan proyek selesai dan memberikan rekomendasi mengenai penyusunan sistem yang berkaitan dengan proses bisnis tersebut. 

This thesis discusses the Analysis and Implementation of Business Process Integration System at Consulting Services Company. This study took the case of a consulting services company in Indonesia with qualitative research and data collection process through observation, interviews and data collection. The consulting firm divides the work in the form of projects according to the number of clients. Integrated business processes for each project are essential to support project implementation and prompt, precise and accurate decision-making. The impact of an unintegrated system will reduce the effectiveness and efficiency in the business decision-making process. In addition, management must be aware of real-time, detailed and timely development of project activities so that management can make decisions readily, properly and accurately. Therefore, optimization business process system of the company needs to be considered for the process bisnus company to be effective and efficient. In this study the authors will optimize the system procedures before obtaining the project, project implementation and the project is completed and provide recommendations on the preparation of systems related to the business process."

"Laporan magang ini membahas evaluasi atas kesesuaian antara teori eksekusi dan pemantauan strategi organisasi dengan praktik riil yang dijalankan oleh PT Konsultan di dalam pendampingan proses setup organisasi Klien. Lingkup pembahasan meliputi eksekusi strategi organisasi, khususnya eksekusi crash program, pemantauan atas eksekusi strategi organisasi, efektivitas tim proyek dan stakeholder management tim proyek. Penulis melakukan evaluasi dengan membandingankan kerangka evaluasi, yaitu teori yang telah dipelajari pada mata kuliah Pengantar Manajemen, Pengantar Manajemen Operasi, Struktur, Proses, dan Perilaku Organisasi, Strategi dan Manajemen Kinerja Organisasi, serta beberapa referensi relevan lain, dengan pengalaman penulis selama menjalani magang pada proyek Klien di PT Konsultan. Melalui analisis yang dilakukan, penulis menemukan bahwa praktik PT Konsultan, walau agak berbeda dengan teori, memiliki esensi yang sama dengan kerangka evaluasi.

This internship report discusses the evaluation of the suitability of the theory of execution and monitoring of organizational strategy with the real practice carried out by PT Konsultan in assisting Klien’s organizational setup process. The scope of discussion includes the execution of organizational strategy, particularly the crash program execution, monitoring of organizational strategy execution, project team effectiveness and project team stakeholder management. The author evaluates by comparing the evaluation framework, namely the theory that has been studied in Introduction to Management, Introduction to Operations Management, Structure, Process and Organizational Behavior, Strategy and Organizational Performance Management courses, as well as several other relevant references, with the author's experience of interning in Klien project at PT Konsultan. Through the analysis carried out, the author found that PT Konsultan's practice, although somewhat different from theory, has the same essence as the evaluation framework."

"Hal mendasar dari penelitian integrasi teknologi dan literatur kinerja bisnis bahwa integrasi teknologi merupakan pendorong kinerja organisasi. Namun, hal itu dapat dikaitkan dengan kinerja yang lebih tinggi jika disertai dengan perubahan organisasi. Makalah ini berfokus pada mediasi kemampuan absorpsi organisasi dan analisis dampaknya pada hubungan antara integrasi teknologi, perbaikan rutinitas organisasi dan kinerja organisasi di perusahaan perbankan. Kemampuan absorpsi organisasi mengukur kemampuan organisasi untuk menyelesaikan proses pembelajaran. Dimana upaya belajar biasanya terkait dengan integrasi, karena merupakan teknologi yang kompleks.
Untuk mengatasi kompleksitas integrasi teknologi, dalam implementasi biasanya ditambah dan disertai dengan upaya integrasi yang berkesinambungan dari data dan aplikasi. Dalam studi ini, akan dibahas mengenai mengeksplorasi pengaruh dari integrasi teknologi pada kinerja bisnis baik melalui kemampuan absorpsi, dan perbaikan rutinitas organisasi. Penelitian ini berhipotesis bahwa kemampuan absorpsi memiliki peran mediasi antara integrasi teknologi, perbaikan rutinitas dan kinerja organisasi.
Model penelitian yang diusulkan diuji dengan data yang disurvei dari cabang-cabang salah satu Bank di Indonesia, di mana bisnis pembiayaan perumahan merupakan bisnis terbesar mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya serap organisasi memiliki efek mediasi dengan variabel perbaikan rutinitas tidak signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja.

It fundamentally of the research literature technology integration and business performance that technology integration is driving organizational performance. However, it could be attributed with higher performance when accompanied by organizational change. This paper focuses on mediation absorptive capacity the organization and analysis of its impact on the relationship between technology integration, improvement of organizational routines and organizational performance in corporate banking. The ability of the organization to measure the absorption ability of the organization to complete the learning process. Where the learning effort usually associated with integration, as it is a complex technology.
To address the complexity of technology integration, and in implementing usually added with the continuous efforts of integration of data and applications. This study, will be discussed on exploring the influence of technology integration on business performance through both absorptive capacity, and improvement of organizational routines. This study hypothesized that the absorptive capacity has a mediating role between the integration of technology, improvement of organizational routines and organizational performance.
The proposed research model is tested with survey data from one of the branches of the Bank in Indonesia, where the business of housing finance is their biggest business. The results showed that organizational absorptive capacity has mediating effects with routine repairs variables did not significantly affect performance.

"MIT Process Handbook menawarkan metode penyimpanan dan pencarian proses bisnis suatu organisasi. Komunitas bisnis atau mahasiswa yang mengambil topik kuliah proses bisnis dapat mempelajari best-practice proses bisnis yang terdapat dalam MIT Process Handbook. Kumpulan proses bisnis yang terdapat di MIT Process Handbook hanya mengelola deskripsi proses bisnis tersebut dalam format teks. Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai rancangan dan arsitektur sistem pengelolaan proses bisnis dengan kumpulan proses bisnis yang dapat digunakan untuk mengajar mata kuliah Business Process Management di program studi Sistem Informasi."

"Recently society requirement to get good services is a problem facing by government either in private sector. Government as the only institution who give service monopolizes the fulfillment of public needs to their stakeholder.
The research purpose to view quality services of protocol at Protocol and Household Bureau of Vice President Secretariat using service quality concept as well as knowing that exceeds level customer's expectations with the work achieved, to analyze the different level of customer expected of services with service quality dimension and to find out employee evaluations according Ts McKinsey Model.
Five dimensions of quality service explained by Zeithmal, Berry and Parasuraman (1990:21) are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangible.
Waterman and Robert (1984:11) define 7 important factors as a framework of quality services are considered shared vision and value, strategy, skill, structure, system, staff and style.
Valuation method used in this thesis is descriptive analyze. The data consists of primer data (by questioner) and secondary data (penetrate interview).
The Jesuit of research showing that protocol has good works (59,55 %) with conformity level 83,68 °I°. Statistic calculation showing there was no differences between customer's evaluation with five dimensions service quality to face stakeholder requirement. Protocol and Household Bureau with all of the resources consider shared vision and values, strategy, structure, system, staff, skill and style as important aspect in service quality base on The 7's McKinsey Model.
Theoretical this research give benefits to many units in Secretariat of Vice President's Office especially for Protocol and Household Bureau as reference to the next research in more complex and comprehensive unit analysis.
In practical this research can be used by Protocol and Household Bureau of Vice President Secretariat for making decision strategy that increase their service quality and performance."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari aspek iklim psikologis (baik secara bersama-sama maupun mandiri) terhadap motivasi berprestasi karyawan Sales dan Marketing pada perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa telekomunikasi dan internet. Penelitian ini diikuti oleh 158 responden dengan rentang usia 25 - 55 tahun, yang tersebar di dalam dua divisi, yaitu divisi Retail dan divisi Enterprise. Peneliti menggunakan delapan aspek iklim psikologis yang dikemukakan oleh Koys dan DeCotiis: support, cohession, fairness, trust, recognition, pressure, innovation, dan autonomy. Sedangkan teori motivasi berprestasi yang digunakan adalah motivasi berprestasi yang dikemukakan oleh McClelland.
Hasil analisis regresi ganda dengan metode stepwise menunjukan bahwa aspek iklim psikologis secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan sebesar 12.5 % terhadap motivasi berprestasi, sedangkan aspek yang memiliki kontribusi terbesar adalah aspek pressure dan aspek support. Penyebab kecilnya hasil yang di peroleh seperti masalah alat ukur dan faktor lain yang memengaruhi motivasi berprestasi, yang salah satunya adalah usia, di bahas lebih lanjut.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of psychological climate aspects on Sales and Marketing employee achievement motivation in telecommunication and internet business. The participants of this research are 158 Sales and Marketing employee with age ranging from 25 to 55 years old that spans in Retail and Enterprise division. The researcher uses Koys and DeCotiis?s aspects of psychological climate, which are consist of 8 aspects: support, cohesion, fairness, trust, recognition, pressure, innovation, and autonomy. While achievement motivation theories that applied are McClelland?s achievement motivation theories.
The result of multiple regression analysis with stepwise method have proven that the aspects of psychological climate altogether has a significant effect on Sales and Marketing employee achievement motivation up to 12.5 %, while the remaining achievement motivations are induced by other factor. Pressure and support is one of the most contributing aspects in achievement motivation. Therefore, with the yielded small result, instruments and other factor that induces achievement motivation, such as age, will be discussed further.

"Penelitian ini melihat pengaruh trust in leaders dan perceived organizational support terhadap perilaku knowledge sharing. Hasil uji regresi berganda pada 92 karyawan terhadap variabel trust in leaders, perceived organizatonal support dan knowledge sharing menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan variabel trust in leaders dan perceived organizational support terhadap knowledge sharing (p<0,05). Peneliti merancang intervensi token reinforcement system untuk meningkatkan perceived organizational support pada dimensi perceived organizational rewards and job conditions yang dipersepsikan paling rendah oleh karyawan.
Hasil uji signifikansi perbedaan pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan intervensi signifikan meningkatkan dimensi Perceived organizational rewards and job conditions sehingga terdapat peningkatan pula pada knowledge sharing (t = -1,168, p<0,05). Dengan demikian, penting bagi perusahaan memberikan intervensi token reinforcement system agar karyawan menampilkan perilaku knowledge sharing yang diharapkan.

The study looked at the influence of trust in leaders and perceived organizational support toward knowledge sharing behaviors. Multiple regression test results on 92 employees against variable trust in leaders, perceived organizatonal support and knowledge sharing indicate a significant influence of variable trust in leaders and perceived organizational support toward knowledge sharing (p < 0.05). Researchers devise, token reinforcement system interventions to increase the perceived organizational support dimension of perceived organizational rewards and job conditions that are perceived by employees of the lowest.
Significance test of difference results pre test and post test showed that the given intervention could improve the dimension of perceived organizational rewards and job conditions so that there was improvement in knowledge sharing (t =-1,168, p < 0.05). Thus, it is important for the company providing the token reinforcement system intervention so that employees showing the expected knowledge sharing behaviors."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perbedaan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Satuan Fungsi Intel dan Satuan Fungsi Reskrim di Polres Metro Jakarta Utara beserta faktor penghambatnya. Dilatarbelakngi oleh adanya perbedaan OCB antar individu pada satuan fungsi Intel dan Reskrim dalam pelaksanaan tugas sebagai anggota Polri. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengambil sumber data dengan teknik kuesioner, observasi, pengamatan, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Polres Metro Jakarta Utara dengan menggunakan analisis data berupa pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dimensi courtesy, conscientious, civic virtue, dan sportmanship dalam OCB telah diterapkan sangat baik oleh anggota Satuan Fungsi Intel. Sedangkan dimensi altruism masih perlu ditingkatkan karena mendapatkan rata-rata terendah. Sementara pada Satuan Fungsi Reskrim, dimensi courtesy, conscientious, civic virtue, dan altruism telah diterapkan dengan sangat baik. Sedangkan dimensi sportmanship yang masih harus ditingkatkan. Meskipun demikian, diantara penerapan dimensi-dimensi tersebut pada Satuan Fungsi Intel dan Reskrim, tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan. Yang mana perbedaan tersebut disebabkan karena adanya faktor yang mempengaruhinya, seperti motivasi, kepribadian individu, komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, kepercayaan pada pimpinan, dan budaya organisasi.  

This research was conducted to find out the implementation and differences of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the Intel Functional Unit and the Investigation Function Unit at the North Jakarta Metro Police along with the inhibiting factors. This was motivated by differences in OCB between individuals in the Intel and Criminal Investigation function units in carrying out their duties as members of the National Police. With a quantitative and qualitative approach, this research will take data sources using questionnaires, observations, observations, interviews and document reviews. The research was carried out at the North Jakarta Metro Police using data analysis in the form of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The results show that the dimensions of courtesy, conscientiousness, civic virtue, and sportsmanship in OCB have been applied very well by members of the Intel Functional Unit. While the altruism dimension still needs to be improved because it gets the lowest average. Meanwhile, in the Crime Unit, the dimensions of courtesy, conscientiousness, civic virtue, and altruism have been implemented very well. Meanwhile, the dimensions of sportsmanship still need to be improved. However, between the application of these dimensions to the Intel Functional Unit and the Criminal Investigation Unit, there is no significant difference. This difference is caused by the factors that influence it, such as motivation, individual personality, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, trust in leadership, and organizational culture."

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara identitas organisasi dan perilaku kerja inovatif pada perusahaan X. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada pesatnya perkembangan dari industri kreatif. Pendekatan yang sesuai dalam menghadapi hal tersebut adalah pendekatan inovatif yang dapat memicu diterapkannya perilaku kerja inovatif dalam organisasi. Salah satu hal yang dapat memiliki hubungan dengan perilaku kerja inovatif adalah identitas organisasi. Identitas organisasi sendiri memiliki peranan penting dalam memandu perilaku kayawan yang diharapkan muncul. Terdapat total 401 karyawan perusahaan X yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Perusahaan X merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki nilai inovatif dan bergerak dalam bidang industri kreatif dengan sub-kelompok penerbitan dan percetakan. Terdapat dua alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Innovative Work Behavior Scale (Janssen, 2000) dan Organizational Identity Scale (Etikariena, 2015). Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis pearson product moment correlation, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara identitas organisasi dan perilaku kerja inovatif (r= .063, p> .05).

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to see the relationship between organizational identity and innovative work behavior in X Company. It was based on the rapid development of creative industry. One of the approaches to deal with that condition is innovation, which can leads innovative work behavior in organization. One of the factors that can have a correlation with innovative work behavior is organizational identity. Organizational identity itself has a significant role to guide employee’s behaviors. There were 401 employees of X Company that has participated in this research. X Company is an organization that has innovative value and runs in creative industry area, specifically printing and publishing sub-sector. There were two instruments used in this research, innovative work behavior scale (Janssen, 2000) and organizational identity scale (Etikariena, 2015).
