"Domestic service activities as basic dwelling necessities are inevitably required and performed as essential part of living spaces in any house types. The spatial arrangement of domestic service activities might be problematic in dwellings with limited spatial size, as found in housings for low income occupants. This paper examines various spatial strategies for domestic service activities in urban kampung houses, through the development of a dwelling typology based on the spatial organization of domestic service space. It attempts to analyze urban kampung houses beyond the common differentiation of dwelling space in which domestic service spaces tend to be associated with the back of the house region. It also acknowledges the context of urban kampung housing with certain neighborhood social structure and collective uses of spaces. The findings suggest various spatial strategies in allocating domestic service activities within the available space, including the use of the front region of the house, the outdoor extension of house space, as well as collective uses of space for certain domestic service activities. Redefining the typology of houses based on the spatial arrangement of domestic service activities could provide an insight into specific characteristics of urban kampung living with specific spatiality for domestic service."

"Paradigma terhadap peran setiap gender membatasi kebebasan perempuan untuk hadir di ruang publik sehingga menciptakan segregasi gender terhadap ruang. Sarana olahraga merupakan salah satu contoh ruang yang selalu dikaitkan dengan ruang untuk laki-laki. Perkembangan zaman modern menciptakan ideologi baru dalam melibatkan perempuan ke ruang publik yaitu dengan menciptakan ruang khusus perempuan secara eksklusif. Ruang khusus perempuan diciptakan untuk memenuhi hak perempuan dan memberikan pengalaman spesifik bagi perempuan terutama dalam merasakan kenyamanan dan bebas dari kekhawatiran. Di Indonesia, terdapat kolam renang telah menerapkan segregasi ruang berdasarkan gender khusus perempuan dengan adanya strategi spasial. Kompleksitas dari ruang spasial kolam renang yang tersegregasi gender ini juga mampu memicu pengalaman perempuan di kolam renang.

The paradigm regarding gender roles restricts women's freedom to occupy public spaces, leading to gender segregation in these areas. Sports facilities are often seen as male-dominated spaces. Modern developments have introduced new perspectives on involving women in public spaces by creating exclusive female-only areas. These spaces aim to enhance women's security, privacy, comfort, intimacy, and self-determination. Swimming pools are an example of sports facilities that implement gender segregation through spatial strategies. Architectural elements such as accessibility, legibility, enclosure, permeability, and visual attractiveness influence the quality of these spaces and shape specific spatial behaviors for women."

"Disertasi ini membahas keterkaitan dinamika spasial dan kekuasaan yang melibatkan elemen komunitas lokal perkotaan, pengembang, dan negara. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dinamika politik spasial komunitas lokal sebagai reaksi terhadap ekspansi pengembang, serta dampaknya pada akses komunitas ke spasial perkotaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.
Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa regionalisasi yang secara bertahap dilakukan melalui pemindahan komunitas lokal ke daerah belakang menunjukkan ketidakberdayaan komunitas secara politik dalam mengakses ruang. Ekspansi perkotaan yang kemudian meniscayakan terjadinya gentrifikasi peri-urban, lebih tampak sebagai proses rekonsentrasi kemiskinan dan pembentukan kembali isolasi sosial baru bagi kelompok tidak mampu.

This dissertation discusses the relationship between spatial dynamics and political power that involves elements of urban local communities, housing developers, and the state. The study aims to examine political dynamics of the spatial local communities and its impact on communities' accessibilty to urban spatial. This research employs the qualitative approach.
The study found that the gradual regionalization through displacement of local communities to back region demonstrates the political powerlessness of the local urban communities to access the space. The urban expansion allows the peri-urban gentrification in which generates that the process of re-concentration of poverty and re-establishment of new social isolation to the poor communities.

"Kecamatan Bogor Tengah merupakan lokasi yang strategis dengan adanya pusat perbelanjaan baik pasar modern maupun pasar tradisional. Dalam memilih lokasi tujuan belanjanya, penduduk akan mempertimbangkan waktu tempuh dan juga jarak. Penetapan pilihan tersebut dikenal dengan istilah proses keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis kebutuhan primer harian dan primer non harian, yang bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pola pemilihan lokasi belanja penduduk di Kecamatan Bogor Tengah dengan menggunakan variabel karakteristik demografi yakni tingkat pendapatan, tingkat pendidikan, status pekerjaan dan jenis pergerakan belanja. Metode yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif spasial dengan menggunakan uji chi square untuk mengetahui hubungan antara setiap variabel yang digunakan dalam memilih lokasi belanja kebutuhan primer harian.
Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa dalam membeli kebutuhan primer harian penduduk cenderung memilih waktu tempuh serta jarak terdekat terhadap lokasi tempat tinggalnya, jenis pergerakan belanja single purpose trip mayoritas dipilih penduduk karena umumnya jarak yang ditempuh merupakan jarak dekat. Berbeda halnya dengan kebutuhan primer non harian pakaian, pergerakan belanja pakaian dipengaruhi terhadap pendapatan yang dimilikinya, sebagian besar penduduk memiliki jenis pergerakan multi purpose trip, karena jarak dan waktu tempuh tidak begitu dipertimbangkan asalkan lokasi tersebut masih terdapat di dalam Kota Bogor. Pendapatan dan pendidikan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap pemilihan lokasi belanja, sedangkan pada karakteristik demografi status pekerjaan hubungan yang terjadi tidak signifikan apabila tidak dikaitkan dengan tingkat pendapatan masing-masing penduduknya.

The district of central Bogor is a strategic location supported with a decent trade center which is good in both modern and traditional market. In selecting the location of store, community have the choice itself principally in terms of journey time and distance from home toward the store. The choice of it is known as the purchase decision process. This research uses the type of primary needs that are differentiated into two, called daily primary needs and non daily primary needs. The aim is to see the pattern of primary needs store site selection for central Bogor district communities using the variables demographic characteristics, that are Income level, education level, employment status and the type of shopping movement based on the distance and also the travel time to the selected store location. The method used is a descriptive spatial using the chi square test to determine the relationship between each of the variables used in selecting the location of the daily primary needs and non daily primary needs.
The result of the research shows that in buying the daily primary needs, communities tend to choose the smallest travel time needed and the closest to the location. In other side, Non daily primary needs is affected by its income. Nevertheless, the majority of the community has the type of movement of the multi purpose trip with not too consider the distance and time traveled in toward the location of the store as long as the location is still there in Bogor. The income and education have significant relationships to the location selection store, while on the demographic characteristics of the status of the work of the relationship that happened not significant when not associated with the level of the income of each of its communities.

"Kecamatan Setiabudi merupakan lokasi yang memiliki dominasi pasar di wilayah Jakarta Selatan. Berdasarkan mutu kelas pelayanannya pasar terbagi menjadi dua yaitu pasar tradisional dan pasar modern. Setiap penduduk memiliki perilaku masing-masing dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan, salah satunya keputusan untuk memilih lokasi belanja kebutuhan primernya. Kebutuhan primer di dalam penelitian ini dibedakan menjadi dua yaitu kebutuhan primer pangan dan kebutuhan primer sandang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku spasial penduduk Kecamatan Setiabudi dalam memilih lokasi belanja kebutuhan primer berdasarkan karakteristik perilaku penduduk (kognitif, afektif, konatif), karakteristik sosial ekonomi, dan karakteristik lokasi belanja. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara secara mendalam dengan informan. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis spasial dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar penduduk dalam berbelanja kebutuhan primer pangan cenderung lebih memilih lokasi belanja pada pasar tradisional karena faktor afektif yang dirasa dekat dengan tempat tinggal atau kantor. Berbeda halnya dalam berbelanja kebutuhan sandang, penduduk cenderung memilih lokasi belanja pada pasar modern karena faktor afektif yang merasa cocok dengan pilihan serta kualitas pakaian pada lokasi belanja tujuan. Dalam berbelanja kebutuhan pangan karakteristik sosial ekonomi seperti usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan pendapatan tidak memiliki keterkaitan terhadap pemilihan lokasi belanja. Sementara, dalam belanja sandang karakterisitik sosial ekonomi seperti usia, pendidikan, dan pendapatan memiliki keterkaitan, tetapi status pekerjaan tidak memiliki keterkaitan dengan pemilihan lokasi belanja

It is well acknowledged that Setiabudi district dominates the market in South Jakarta. Based on the quality of service, market in general is classified into either traditional or modern market. As a matter of fact, every people have their own distinctive behaviour in making a decision, especially in choosing where to shop for their primary needs. The primary needs taken as the object of this research are food and clothing. The objective of this research is to analyse the spatial behaviour of Setiabudi district communities in choosing where to shop for their primary needs based on the characteristics of communities social-economy, behaviour (cognitive, affective, conative), and shopping location. In this research, the data collection technique used is an in-depth interview with informants and the analysis methods used are spatial and qualitative analysis. The result of this research shows that, in deciding where to shop for their daily needs of food preparation, most of the population tend to choose the traditional market as their shopping location, because of the affective factor where they feel that the destined shopping location is closer to their residential area or near to their workplace. Meanwhile, in deciding where to shop for clothing, most of the population tend to choose the modern market as their shopping location, because of the affective factor where they feel comfortable with the choice and quality of the clothing in the destined shopping location. Also, as a result, in deciding where to shop for their daily needs of food preparation, the social-economy characteristics such as the background of age, education, occupation, and income do not correlate to the destined shopping location. Meanwhile, in deciding where to shop for clothing, there is a correlation in choosing where to shop with the social-economy characteristics such as the background of age, education, and income, but the background of occupation itself does not correlate to the decision made in choosing where to shop. "

"Perkembangan teknologi informasi membuat informasi sudah menjadi kebutuhan bagi masyarakat. Badan Informasi Geospasial BIG sebagai salah satu badan publik mempunyai kewajiban untuk menyediakan informasi bagi masyarakat. Kepuasan masyarakat kepada layanan informasi geospasial yang disediakan BIG belum memenuhi target yang diharapkan. Media sosial sebagai sarana untuk menunjang pelayanan BIG kepada masyarakat saat ini belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh belum adanya strategi media sosial yang diterapkan di BIG.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi media sosial yang sesuai dengan kondisi di BIG. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah action research. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan mempelajari dokumen terkait. Strategi media sosial disusun berdasarkan kerangka kerja Karl Werder dan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Penentuan prioritas strategi dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis AHP.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan 3 sasaran strategis pengelolaan media sosial, dan 31 strategi yang mendukung tercapainya sasaran strategis. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan 4 kategori indikator kinerja untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan strategi.

The development of information technology makes information has become a necessity for people. Geospatial Information Agency BIG as one of the public institution has an obligation to provide information to the public. People rsquo s satisfaction to the geospatial information services provided BIG has not met the expected target. Social media as a tool to support services to the community is currently not utilized well by BIG. This is caused by the lack of a social media strategy that is applied at BIG.
This study aims to formulate a social media strategy that appropriate with the conditions in BIG. The research methodology used was action research. The process of data collection was done by interview, observation and study related documents. Social media strategy was formulated using framework developed by Karl Werder and SWOT analysis. The strategy priority was determined by using AHP analysis.
This research produced three strategic goals of social media management, and 31 strategies that support the achievement of strategic objectives. The study also produced four categories of key performance indicators to measure the success rate of strategy implementation.
