"ABSTRAKPersaingan pada industri perbankan saat ini tidak hanya antar bank, akan tetapi terhadap perusahaan teknologi informasi yang dapat menciptakan produk digital dengan lebih awal dan menyesuaikan kebutuhan pengguna. Untuk itu menghadapai tantangan tersebut industri perbankan dapat menerapkan pendekatan Agile. Pendekatan Agile sendiri memiliki tingkat kesuksesan yakni hanya sebesar 39% dan 61% lainnya tidak. Hal ini dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor salah satunya yaitu pendekatan Agile yang terbilang baru berkembang sehingga banyak yang belum begitu memahami pendekatan tersebut. Selain itu pada industri perbankan sendiri masih banyak yang menggunakan pendekatan tradisional dan berdasarkan data PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia sekitar 76% industri perbankan di tahun 2019 akan menggunakan pendekatan Agile. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor kesukesan kritis pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan pendekatan Agile pada industri perbankan di Indonesia. Analisis tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengolahan data statistik Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian menghasilkan faktor kesuksesan kritis pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan pendekatan Agile pada industri perbankan di Indonesia. Adapun faktor kesuksesan kritis secara berurutan dari terbesar ke terkecil yang dianggap dapat mempengaruhi kesuksesan tersebut yaitu komunikasi, praktik dengan pendekatan Agile, dukungan manajemen, team empowerment, pengetahuan & keahlian tim, budaya organisasi, karakteristik tim, dan integration & automation process.ABSTRACTCompetition in the banking industry today is not only between banks, but for information technology companies that can produce digital products earlier and adjust user needs. To face this challenge, the banking industry can implement the Agile approach. Agile's own approach has a success rate of only 39% and 61% not. "PT Teknologi Pamadya Analitika merupakan perusahaan dalam bidang kesehatan untuk mempercepat inisiatif digital. Salah satu produknya adalah Meditap, Meditap merupakan platform yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu asuransi ataupun penyedia layanan kesehatan untuk mempercepat proses layanan kesehatan dengan sistem yang terintegrasi. Meditap selalu ingin memperbaiki kualitas produknya dengan cara melakukan pengembangan fitur-fitur baru sehingga dapat bertambahnya jumlah transaksi, jumlah pengguna dan juga sistem yang digunakan oleh internal Meditap untuk menjalankan proses bisnisnya. Namun pengembangan proyek perangkat lunak tidak berjalan sesuai ekspektasi sehingga menyebabkan kerugian secara finansial dan juga operasional perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekomendasikan faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kesuksesan proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak di PT Teknologi Pamadya Analitika. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), yang menghasilkan enam kriteria dan tujuh faktor kesuksesan pengembangan proyek perangkat lunak. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengisian kuesioner Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) menggunakan sistem AHP online (AHP-OS). Sebanyak empat responden dari Meditap menghasilkan pemeringkatan kriteria dan faktor. Kriteria utama yang yang paling berpengaruh adalah Nilai Bisnis, hal ini sejalan dengan Meditap yang beroperasi pada sektor kesehatan, yang mana efektifitas dan efisiensi sangat berpengaruh dalam proses bisnisnya. Perencanaan dan manajemen proyek menjadi faktor kesuksesan yang paling berpengaruh diikuti manajemen risiko dan kualitas, kompetensi dan keahlian tim proyek, komunikasi dan manajemen komunikasi, dukungan manajemen atas, kepemimpinan dan gaya kepemimpinan dan manajemen perubahan. Penelitian ini menawarkan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk tujuh faktor kesuksesan teratas dengan menggunakan kerangka metodologi PMBOK® sebagai panduan untuk penyelenggaraan pengembangan proyek perangkat lunak.

PT Teknologi Pamadya Analitika is a healthcare company that aims to accelerate digital initiatives. One of its products, Meditap, is a platform designed to assist insurance providers and healthcare service providers in streamlining healthcare processes through an integrated system. Meditap is committed to continuous improvement by developing new features to increase the number of transactions, users, and internal systems used to run its business. However, software development projects have not met expectations, resulting in financial and operational losses for the company. This research aims to recommend factors that can enhance the success of software development projects at PT Teknologi Pamadya Analitika. The study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, identifying six criteria and seven factors for successful software development projects. Data collection was conducted through the administration of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) questionnaires using an online AHP system (AHP-OS). Four respondents from Meditap provided rankings for the criteria and factors. The most influential primary criterion was Business Value, which aligns with Meditap's operations in the healthcare sector, where effectiveness and efficiency are crucial for business processes. Project planning and management emerged as the most significant success factor, followed by risk and quality management, project team competence and expertise, communication and communication management, top management support, leadership and leadership style, and change management. The study offers improvement recommendations for the top seven success factors, utilizing the PMBOK® methodology framework as a guide for software development project implementation. "

"Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh The Standish Group pada tahun 2012 menunjukkan masih terdapat 43% proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak di dunia yang bersifat challenged dan 18% lainnya merupakan proyek yang gagal total. Dari penelitian sebelumnya diketahui bahwa dengan mengurutkan faktor-faktor kesuksesan proyek, perusahaan dapat mengetahui cara mengoptimalkan proyek-proyek yang ada menjadi proyek yang berhasil serta dapat memberikan manfaat kepada perusahaan. Dengan demikian, penelitan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak di Indonesia. Penyusunan faktor-faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan proyek (critical success factors) dilakukan dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Variabel-variabel dari hasil SLR ini kemudian dievaluasi oleh 3 orang pakar dan hasilnya menjadi masukan pada teknik Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Responden pada teknik AHP ini adalah 23 orang pakar di bidang proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak dari organisasi Project Management Institute (PMI) Indonesia. Dengan memanfaatkan software Expert Choice, dihasilkan urutan/peringkat faktor-faktor kesuksesan proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak di Indonesia. Selanjutnya dilakukan konfirmasi dengan 2 orang pakar melalui wawancara untuk mendapatkan opini mereka mengenai hasil penelitian ini. Kriteria yang paling menentukan kesuksesan proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak di Indonesia adalah tujuan bisnis terpenuhi. Sementara itu, kategori project management factors merupakan kategori CSF yang paling berpengaruh. Dengan mempertimbangkan seluruh kriteria dan kategori CSF, didapatkan 10 peringkat CSF teratas. CSF yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak di Indonesia adalah scope management. Dari hasil penelitian ini diusulkan agar manajer proyek maupun perusahaan pengembang perangkat lunak dapat menyusun strategi atau prosedur yang diperlukan dalam menerapkan scope management dengan memanfaatkan prinsip PMBOK.

A study conducted by The Standish Group in 2012 shows that there is 43% software development projects in worldwide categorized as challenged projects, while 18% were totally failed projects. Based on previous study, it is known that by ranking key factors for successful projects, the company can find out how to optimize the projects to successful one, and gain benefit from it. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the critical success factors of software development projects in Indonesia.

Analyzing the critical success factors started with Systematic Literature Review (SLR). SLR results variables that were evaluated later by three experts and the evaluation results will be an input for Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Respondents for this AHP method were 23 experts in software development projects from Project Management Institute (PMI) of Indonesia.

By utilizing Expert Choice software, ranking of critical success factors of software development projects in Indonesia is obtained. Afterward, the result was confirmed by two experts through intensive interview to know their opinion.

The most critical criteria for successful software development projects is fulfillment of business goal. Meanwhile, project management factors are the most critical CSF category among others category. By considering all criterias and CSF categories, this study results top ten CSF. The most critical success factor of software development projects in Indonesia is scope management.

This study recommends project manager as well as software development organizations to establish strategy or procedure required to implement scope management in their projects by utilizing PMBOK principle."

"ABSTRAKKriteria kesuksesan dari sebuah proyek ditentukan dari ketepatan waktu dalam penyelesaian, biaya yang dikeluarkan tidak melebihi anggaran, kebutuhan klien dapat terpenuhi, dan pengelolaan tim berjalan dengan baik. Berdasarkan data dari proyek yang diselesaikan dalam rentang tahun 2013 sampai 2017, Verint belum dapat seluruhnya menyelesaikan proyek secara sukses, hal ini karena banyak dari proyek tidak diselesaikan sesuai dengan jadwal yang diberikan. Hal ini disebabkan oleh banyak permasalahan dalam proses pengembangan perangkat lunaknya serta manajemen proyeknya sendiri, namun belum diketahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan proyek pengembangan di Verint karena belum pernah dilakukan penentuan serta pemeringkatan mengenai hal tersebut.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang paling berpengaruh dalam kesuksesan proyek pengembangan perangkat lunak di Verint. Untuk menentukan peringkat faktor kesuksesan, dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif berupa analisis olah data dengan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah berupa peringkat kriteria dan faktor kesuksesan pengembangan proyek di Verint. Kriteria yang paling mempengaruhi kesuksesan proyek adalah cakupan (Scope) dan untuk kategori sukses faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah Management. Setelah menimbang seluruh kriteria dan faktor kesuksesan maka didapat 5 faktor dengan nilai eigen tertinggi dan yang menduduki peringkat teratas adalah User Participation.

ABSTRACTThe success criteria of a project are determined by the timeliness of completion, the costs incurred not exceeding the budget, the client's needs are met, and the management of the team is going well. Based on data from the completed projects in the range of 2013 to 2017, Verint has not been able to complete the project successfully, this is because many of the projects are not completed according to the timetable. This is due to many problems in the software development process and its own project management, but not yet known what factors affect the success of development projects in Verint because there has been no determination and ranking on it.This study aims to determine what factors are most influential in the success of software development projects in Verint. To determine the rank of success factors, this research uses quantitative method to perform data analysis using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).The final results of this study are in the form of ranking criteria and success factors for project development in Verint. The criteria that most influence the success of the project is Scope and for the success category, the most influential factor is Management. After considering all the criteria and success factors, this study found 5 factors with the highest eigenvalue and the highest ranking is User Participation."

"Selama kurun waktu 2014 sampai pertengahan tahun 2017, PT ABC, yang merupakan perusahaan pengembang perangkat lunak, memiliki rasio persentase kegagalan proyek dari sisi waktu proyek sebanyak 64% dari total proyek yang sudah dijalankan. Di antara proyek-proyek yang dijalankan dalam rentang waktu tersebut ada 7% yang memiliki status terminate atau diberhentikan. Keterlambatan waktu proyek ini tentu saja dipengaruhi oleh ruang lingkup dan biaya yang tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan awal berdasarkan triple constraints menurut Leach tahun 2005. Dampak dari keterlambatan delivery proyek ini adalah PT ABC tidak bisa memenuhi target gross profit sales tahun 2017 sebesar 48 milyar rupiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan proyek di PT ABC. Identifikasi faktor-faktor kesuksesan proyek dilakukan menggunakan tinjauan pustaka terhadap penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dengan kata kunci penelitian ini. Model penelitian ini mengadopsi penelitian Ahimbisibwe di tahun 2017. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui survei kepada pegawai PT ABC yang terlibat dalam pengerjaan proyek di PT ABC. Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan proyek di PT ABC, penulis menggunakan teknik analisis olah data Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS SEM). Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesuksesan proyek di PT ABC adalah top management support dan vission and mission.

During the period 2014 to middle year of 2017, PT ABC, which is a software development company, has a percentage of project failure ratio as much as 64% of the total projects run is delayed from the planned schedule. Among the projects that had been executed within the time range, there are 7% who have terminated or dismissed status. The schedule delay is certainly influenced by the scope and costs that are not in accordance with the initial planning based on triple constraints according to Leach in 2005. The impact of the delay in delivering this project is PT ABC can not meet the target of gross profit sales in 2017 of 48 billion rupiah.

This study aims to determine and analyze the factors that affect the success of the project at PT ABC. The identification of the success factors of the project was carried out using a literature review of previous studies which is relevant to the research keyword. Research model is adopted from research of Ahimbisibwe in 2017. This research was conducted using quantitative approach. The data were obtained through a survey to employees of PT ABC who is working on a project at PT ABC. To find out the factors that influence the success of the project at PT ABC, the researchers used data processing analysis technique of Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). From the research results is obtained the factors that influence the success of the project at PT ABC is top management support and vission and mission in client organizations."

"DOKU memiliki visi sebagai partner terpercaya dan andal yang mengelola pembayaran dan pelanggan. Dalam mencapai visi andal, terdapat beberapa tantangan pada proses pengujian secara agile. Tujuan dari karya akhir ini adalah untuk meneliti keadaan pengujian saat ini di dalam organisasi, serta memberikan saran untuk peningkatan proses pengujian dengan tetap mengadopsi pendekatan agile. Pendekatan dalam peningkatan proses pengujian terbagi menjadi model based, analytical, dan hybrid. Peningkatan proses pengujian berdasarkan model yang bereferensi pada proses salah satunya ialah Test Process Improvement (TPI). Untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak secara agile terdapat kerangka kerja turunan dari TPI yaitu Agile TPI. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pengukuran tingkat kematangan dari proses pengujian perangkat lunak di DOKU dengan instrumen Agile TPI. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode applied action research. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan dari proses pengujian produk perangkat lunak masih di tingkat individu. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan proses area pengujian yang perlu ditingkatkan oleh perusahaan pada tahap awal ialah tingkat keterlibatan, strategi pengujian, profesionalisme penguji dan alat uji. Setelah mengetahui proses area yang perlu ditingkatakan, kerangka deming cycle digunakan sebagai kerangka dalam penyusunan rekomendasi proses peningkatan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan untuk memahami tahapan peningkatan proses untuk mencapai tingkat kematangan selanjutnya.

DOKU has a vision of being a trusted and reliable partner who manages payments and customers. In achieving a reliable vision, there are challenges in the agile testing process. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the current state of testing within the organization, as well as provide suggestions for improving the testing process while still adopting an agile approach. The approach in improving the testing process is divided into model based, analytical, and hybrid. Improved the testing process based on a model that refers to the process one of which is the Test Process Improvement (TPI). For agile software development there is a framework derived from TPI, namely Agile TPI. In this research, the level of maturity of the software testing process at DOKU will be measured using the Agile TPI instrument. The study was conducted using the applied action research method. Data collection is done by questionnaire, observation, and study of documents. The assessment results show that the level of maturity of the software product testing process is still at the individual level. The measurement results show the process area of ​​the test that needs to be improved by the company at an early stage is the degree of involvement, testing strategy, tester professionalism and test tools. After knowing the process areas that need to be improved, the deming cycle framework is used as a framework in the preparation of the improvement process recommendations. The results of the study are expected to provide benefits for companies to understand the step of improving the process to reach the next level of maturity.

Finally, the result of questionnaire is analyzed by using Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP .The result of this study indicates that Communication, Project Planning, and Trouble Shooting are the CSF that highly impacted software project success rate in PT. XYZ Indonesia. Furthermore, Top Management Support, Project Manager rsquo s Competence, Realistic Expactation, and Scope Management are other factors that must be considered as they have not been well performed and may impact the project success. "ABSTRAKPenerapan proyek prangkat lunak yang sukses adalah keinginan dari setiap pengembang proyek perangkat lunak, tetapi menurut data dari Standish Group 2018 keberhasilan pengembangan proyek prangkat lunak masih sangat kecil yaitu sebesar 23%. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini melakukan action research pada PT Phincon yang mempunyai core bisnis dalam pengembangan proyek perangkat lunak. Pada pengembangan proyek Phincon masih terdapat proyek yang mengalami kegagalan seperti melebihi dari target waktu yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian ini menetukan prioritas dari Critical Success Factors (CSF) yang harus diperhatikan Phincon dalam memperbaiki proses pengembangan proyeknya. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pairwise comparison dan responden penelitian yaitu karyawan Phincon yang terlibat langsung dalam pengembangan proyek kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh tujuan proyek yang jelas adalah alternatif dengan peringkat tertinggi kemudian diikuti oleh komunikasi, perencanaan proyek, komposisi tim yang jelas, dukungan top manajemen, alokasi sumber daya yang tepat, perubahan kebutuhan proyek, pendanan proyek, kompetensi tim, metodologi pengerjaan proyek dan waktu proyek. Berdasarkan peringkat yang didapatkan kemudian dilakukan wawancara untuk memperoleh tanggapan pemangku kepentingan terhadap hasil penelitian, yang kemudian dijadikan rekomendasi dalam melakukan perbaikan terhadap setiap faktor kesuksesan proyek, harapanya dapat meningkatkan kesuksesan pengembangan proyek perangkat lunak di PT Phincon.

ABSTRACT

The successful implementation of software projects is the desire of every software project developer, but according to data from Standish Group 2018 the success of developing software projects is still very small at 23%. Therefore this study conducted action research on PT Phincon which has a core business in developing software projects. In the development of the Phincon project there are still projects that have failed such as exceeding the predetermined time target. This research determines the priorities of critical success factors (CSF) that Phincon must consider in improving the project development process. The data was collected using a questionnaire with a pairwise comparison scale and the research respondents namely Phincon employees who were directly involved in the development of the project were then analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the results of the analysis obtained clear project objectives are alternatives with the highest rank then followed by communication, project planning, clear team composition, top management support, appropriate resource allocation, changes in project requirements, project funding, team competency, project work methodology and project time. Based on the ratings obtained, interviews were then conducted to obtain stakeholder responses to the results of the research, which were then made recommendations in making improvements to each of the success factors of the project, hoping to increase the success of software project development at PT Phincon."

"Agile project management adalah salah satu metode yang digunakan olehperusahaan untuk dapat mengatur proyek software development. Metode inimemiliki proses untuk dapat beradaptasi secara cepat dan tanggap dalam memenuhiekspektasi dari customers. Namun, dalam implementasi metode agile memikitantangan tersendiri di setiap proyek software development. Hal ini menjadi pentinguntuk dapat mengidentifikasi tantangan agile yang terjadi pada proyek softwaredevelopment untuk dapat menjaga kesuksesan proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk (1) mengidentifikasi tantangan dari agile software development (2)mengidentifikasi tantangan yang paling sering dan dominan mempengaruhipenerapan (3) mengidentifikasi hubungan tantangan dengan kesuksesan proyek.Sembilan belas tantangan dan pemetaan kedalam lima kategori teridentifikasimelalui systematic literature review dan metode Delphi. Hasil survei yangdilakukan kepada praktisi Agile di Indonesia mengidentifikasi tantangan yangpaling sering terjadi pada penerapan Agile adalah kultur organisasi sedangkantantangan yang memiliki dampak paling besar adalah penolakan untuk berubahmelalui Henry Garrett’s ranking dan z-score ranking. Agile project management is one of the methodologies used by organizations to

manage software development projects. The method allows processes to adapt

quickly and respond to customer expectations. Nevertheless, agile method

utilization has its challenges in software development projects. It is crucial to

identify the relevant challenges of agile software development to attain project

success. This study aims to (1) identify agile software development (2) identify

most common challenges and most impact challenges (3) identify impact of

challenges related to project success. Nineteen challenges and map the challenges

into five categories are identified using the systematic literature review and Delphi

method. The result of survey was conducted on Agile practitioners in Indonesia

showed the most common challenge in implementing Agile is organizational

culture, meanwhile the challenge that has the greatest impact is resistance to change

using Henry Garret’s ranking and z-score ranking. The results of PLS-SEM method

show that the challenges related to human resources management, coordination, and

technology have a positive and significant impact on project success. This study can

serve to anticipate the challenges that occur in agile implementation to lead into

project success."

"Dengan iklim bisnis yang penuh persaingan, organisasi perlu melakukan inovasi dan bekerja secara cepat. Untuk memenuhi tuntutan tersebut, banyak organisasi yang menggunakan metodologi agile dalam melakukan pengembangan sistem. Metodologi ini diketahui fleksibel, sehingga mampu menghadapi perubahan mendadak. Masalahnya, dengan kecepatan yang dimiliki metodologi agile, banyak pengetahuan yang harus dikelola dengan benar dan cepat pula. Maka dari itu, diperlukan KM (Knowledge Management) untuk membuat pengelolaan pengetahuan dalam praktik agile menjadi efektif. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana KM dan metodologi agile dapat mendukung proses pengembangan yang ada di organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melibatkan 16 narasumber yang berasal dari 14 perusahaan berbeda. Narasumber berlatar belakang sebagai engineer, quality assurance, project/product manager, dan UI/UX designer. Dari hasil wawancara yang dilakukan, tim peneliti memetakan agile practices dan cloud services dengan KM processes dan KM foundation menggunakan model teoritis. Selain itu, dibuat juga KMS yang berisikan 27 fitur yang berguna bagi proses pengembangan sistem dan dapat membantu aktivitas KM. Kesuksesan organisasi dalam menjalankan proses pengembangannya akan bergantung pada semua aspek yang telah disebutkan, yaitu KM foundation, KM processes, agile practices, dan cloud services.

With a competitive business climate, organizations need to innovate and work quickly. To meet these demands, many organizations use agile methodologies in developing systems. This methodology is known to be flexible, so it can deal with sudden changes. The problem is, with the speed that agile methodology has, a lot of knowledge must be managed properly and quickly. Therefore, KM (Knowledge Management) is needed to manage knowledge in agile practices effectively. Based on these problems, this study aims to find out how KM and agile methodologies can support the development processes in organizations. This study used a qualitative approach involving 16 interviewees from 14 different companies. The resource persons have backgrounds as engineers, quality assurance, project/product managers, and UI/UX designers. From the results of interviews conducted, the research team mapped agile practices and cloud services with KM processes and KM foundation using a theoretical model. In addition, a KMS was also created which contained 27 features that were useful for the system development process and could assist KM activities. The success of an organization in carrying out its development process will depend on all the aspects mentioned, namely the KM foundation, KM processes, agile practices, and cloud services."
