"Tesis ini membahas tentang Sinkronisasi Format Daftar Isian Sistem Administrasi Badan Usaha Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi manusia Nomor 17 Tahun 2018 Tentang Pendaftaran persekutuan Komanditer, Persekutuan firma Dan persekutuan Perdata, permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana format daftar isian sistem administrasi badan usaha menjamin kepastian hukum dan kemudahan berusaha dan Bagaimana akibat hukum pendaftaran badan usaha yang didaftarkan di Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipologi penulisan dari sudut sifatnya merupakan penulisan deskriptifanalitis, Bentuk penulisan yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah dengan menggunakan bentuk penulisan yuridis normatif. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penulisan ini melalui studi dokumen atau penelusuran kepustakaan. Selain itu, untuk menunjang pengumpulan data yang diperlukan Penulis juga menggunakan metode wawancara. Setelah adanya Undang Undang Nomor 4 tahun 2004 tentang Kekuasaan Kehakiman dalam pasal 43 huruf (a) Maka dari itu administrasinya di kembalikan ke kementerian hukum dan hak asasi manusia. Permenkumham No. 17 Tahun 2018 hanya mengatur tentang kandungan dari Format Daftar isian sistem administrasi badan usaha, sehingga tidak ada aturan pasti tentang Format Daftar isian sistem administrasi badan usahaini sehingga Pemerintah harus secepatnya membuat peraturan tentang pendaftaran persekutuan komanditer, persekutuan Firma, dan Persekutuan Perdata dalam bentuk Undang Undang atau Peraturan Pemerintah.

This thesis discusses about the Synchronization of Format of Business Entity Administration System Registration Form Based on Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 17 Year 2018 concerning Registration of Commander Association, Firm Alliance and Civil Society Alliance, the problems in this research are How to form a business system administration checklist guaranteeing certainty law and ease of business and what are the legal consequences of registration of business entities registered at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. This study uses typology of writing from the point of its nature is descriptive analytical writing, The form of writing used in this writing is to use the form of normative juridical writing. The data collection tool in this paper is through document study or literature search. In addition, to support data collection needed the author also uses the interview method. After the Law Number 4 of 2004 concerning Judicial Power in article 43 letter (a), the administration was returned to the ministries of law and human rights. Permenkumham No. 17 of 2018 only regulates the contents of the Format of the business administration system questionnaire, so that there are no definite rules regarding Formatting of the administrative system so that the Government must immediately enact regulations concerning the registration of communal associations, Firm partnerships and Civil Partnerships in the form of Laws. or Government Regulations."

"Penyakit tuberkulosis masih menjadi masalah kesehatan yang cukup serius dimana Indonesia merupakan negara kedua dengan beban tuberkulosis tertinggi. Strategi penanggulangan penyakit tuberkulosis dapat dilakukan dengan memperkuat sistem manajemen pengelolaan obat tuberkulosis. Pengelolaan logistik yang baik dapat menjamin ketersediaan logistik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran implementasi sistem manajemen logistik program penanggulangan tuberkulosis di Kota Depok. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengambilan data wawancara mendalam, observasi, FGD, dan telaah dokumen. Validasi data yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi kekosongan logistik yaitu pada OAT kategori anak dan pot dahak akibat tidak tersedianya stok di tingkat provinsi. Selain itu, terjadi kelebihan stok pada cartridge TCM akibat keterlambatan distribusi dari provinsi berada di waktu yang berdekatan dengan pengadaan UPTD Farmasi Kota Depok. Proses pengelolaan logistik telah dilakukan sesuai panduan. Namun, kondisi ruang penyimpanan belum sepenuhnya baik di tingkat fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dan penggunaan SITB belum maksimal. Saran yang dapat peneliti berikan yaitu dengan melakukan upgrade pada sistem informasi, menguatkan monitoring dan evaluasi ketersediaan logistik, melakukan observasi pada ruang penyimpanan obat secara berkala, memperbaiki kondisi ruang penyimpanan obat, dan melakukan penguatan jaringan internet.

Tuberculosis is still become a serious health problem, where Indonesia is the second country with the highest burden of tuberculosis. Tuberculosis control strategies can be implemented by strengthening the management of tuberculosis drugs. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to discover ther overview of the implementation logistics management of the tuberculosis control program in Depok City. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, observation, focus group discussion, and document review as the data collection methods. Validation of the data used is triangulation of sources and triangulation of methods. The results in this study indicate that there was a logistical stock out in tuberculosis drugs for children and sputum pots due to unavailability of stock at the provincial level. In addition, there was excess stock in the TCM cartridge due to delays in distribution from the province and the procurement of the Depok City Regional Pharmacy Technical Implementation Unit at the adjacent time. The logistics management process has been carried out in accordance with the guidelines. However, the condition of storage space at the level of health service facilities and the use of information systems are not entirely ideal. Suggestions that researchers can give are upgrading the information system, strengthening monitoring and evaluation of logistics availability, making periodic observations of drug storage rooms, improving drug storage room conditions, and strengthening the internet network."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai praktik monopoli jasa bongkar muat petikemas di Pelabuhan L. Say Maumere oleh PT Pelindo III (Persero) dalam Putusan KPPU No.15/KPPU-L/2018. Majelis Komisi KPPU menyatakan praktik monopoli terbukti berdasarkan kebijakan penataan pelabuhan yang dibuat oleh PT Pelindo III (Persero) selaku operator terminal pelabuhan L. Say Maumere yang mewajibkan penumpukan 100% petikemas di Container Yard sehingga mendapat keberatan dari beberapa perusahan pelayaran selaku pengguna jasa. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa PT Pelindo III (Persero) tidak terbukti melakukan praktik monopoli dan/atau persaingan usaha tidak sehat. Selain itu memberikan saran kepada pemerintah terutama Kementerian Perhubungan, KSOP Pelabuhan, Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha, dan Pelaku Usaha terkait penyelenggaraan kepelabuhananThis thesis analyzes the monopolistic practice by PT Pelindo III (Persero) in loading and unloading container services at L. Say Maumere Port. The KPPU RI commission assembly stated that the monopolistic practice has proved based on the port restructuring policy issued by PT Pelindo III (Persero) as the operator of L. Say Maumere port terminal that required 100% stacking of containers in Container Yard. The policy received objections from several shipping companies as service users. This research concludes that PT Pelindo III (Persero) has not proven of monopolistic action and/or unfair business competition. In addition, this research provides advice related to port management to the government, especially the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia, Port KSOP, Supervision of Business Competition of the Republic of Indonesia, and Business Actors."
