"ABSTRAK
Manufaktur merupakan salah satu sektor industri yang memiliki risiko kelelahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan dan yang tidak berhubungan dengan pekerjaan terhadap keluhan kelelahan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2019 dengan melibatkan 113 pekerja mandor, 77 pekerja tiang pancang, dan 62 pekerja kantoran di PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk Plant Karawang yang merupakan perusahaan manufaktur beton dan ready mix. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional dengan menggunakan instrumen pengumpulan data subjektif berupa kuesioner FAS, OFFER, PSQI, dan kuesioner kombinasi psikososial. Pengumpulan data secara objektif menggunakan aplikasi Sleep-2-Peak. Variabel bebas faktor risiko terkait pekerjaan dalam penelitian ini adalah masa kerja, waktu istirahat, waktu pulang pergi, jenis pekerjaan, shift kerja, kerja lembur, kerja sampingan, upaya kerja, imbalan kerja, dukungan sosial, kepuasan kerja, dan pekerjaan. stres, sedangkan faktor risiko yang tidak berhubungan dengan pekerjaan adalah usia, pendidikan, status gizi, status merokok, status kesehatan, kuantitas tidur, dan kualitas tidur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kelelahan dengan faktor risiko masa kerja, shift kerja, kerja lembur, upaya kerja, imbalan kerja, dukungan sosial, kepuasan kerja, stres kerja, pendidikan, status gizi, status kesehatan, kuantitas tidur dan kualitas. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengendalian lebih lanjut dalam menangani masalah kelelahan pada PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk Plant Karawang.
ABSTRACT
Manufacturing is one of the industrial sectors that has the risk of fatigue. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of work-related and non-work-related risk factors to fatigue complaints. The research was conducted in May-June 2019 involving 113 foreman workers, 77 pile workers, and 62 office workers at PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk Plant Karawang which is a concrete and ready mix manufacturing company. The research design used was cross sectional using subjective data collection instruments in the form of FAS, OFFER, PSQI, and psychosocial combination questionnaires. Objective data collection using the Sleep-2-Peak application. The independent variables of work-related risk factors in this study were period of work, rest time, commute time, type of work, work shifts, overtime work, side work, work effort, work benefits, social support, job satisfaction, and work. stress, while risk factors that are not related to work are age, education, nutritional status, smoking status, health status, sleep quantity, and sleep quality. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between fatigue and risk factors for working period, shift work, overtime work, work effort, work benefits, social support, job satisfaction, job stress, education, nutritional status, health status, sleep quantity and quality. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further control in dealing with fatigue problems at PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk Plant Karawang."

"ABSTRACT
Kelelahan kerja merupakan bahaya yang penting dalam berbagai sektor industri karena dampaknya yang memengaruhi kemampuan pekerja untuk dapat melakukan pekerjaannya dengan aman. Sektor manufaktur, yang umumnya menerapkan sistem produksi 24 jam memiliki risiko kelelahan pada pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kelelahan pekerja dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat memengaruhinya di sektor manufaktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas dan terikat yang diteliti. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 orang pekerja pada bagian produksi di Stamping Plant milik PT. XYZ. Pengumpulan data akan dilakukan secara subjektif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Tingkat kelelahan pekerja akan diukur menggunakan Subjective Self Rating Test dari IFRC, data kualitas dan kuantitas tidur menggunakan kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, data beban kelelahan akan menggunakan kuesioner NASA-TLX, sedangkan untuk data kebisingan akan menggunakan data sekunder perusahaan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 47,3 dari seluruh responden mengalami kelelahan terkait dengan durasi kerja, beban kerja, kualitas tidur, dan kuantitas tidur.

ABSTRACT
Work related fatigue is a significant hazard in many industrial sectors for the impact it caused to workers rsquo ability to do their jobs safely. Workers in manufacture sector, which often applies 24 hour production system, are at risk for work related fatigue. This study aimed to review manufacturing workers rsquo fatigue level and analyze factors that may influence it. Cross sectional was used as a design study to determine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables investigated in this study. Sample of this study were 110 workers from production department in PT. XYZ Stamping Plant. Data collecting was done subjectively by using questionaire. Workers rsquo fatigue level was rated by Subjective Self Rating Test from IFRC, sleep quantity and quality by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, and NASA Task Load Index was used to rate workload. Meanwhile, noise level used were from the companys secondary data. The result showed that 47,3 of total 110 repondents were experiencing fatigue in the last week and it was related significantly to their work duration, workload, sleep quantity and quality."

"ABSTRAK Kelelahan kerja merupakan melemahnya tenaga untuk melakukan suatu kegiatan atau penurunan daya kerja dan berkurangnya ketahanan tubuh untuk bekerja. Kelelahan kerja menyebabkan kinerja guru terganggu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja pada guru sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif berbentuk dekriptif analitik dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 190 orang guru, diambil menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Analisis multivariat dengan menggunakan uji regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa variabel status kepegawaian dan lingkungan kerja merupakan faktor yang paling dominan terhadap terjadinya kelelahan kerja pada guru sekolah dasar. Temuan penelitian ini menyarankan perlu dilakukannya upaya promotif dan preventif serta modifikasi lingkungan kerja di sekolah sehingga guru sekolah dasar dapat bekerja secara optimal dan terhindar dari masalah kelelahan kerja.
ABSTRACT
Work fatigue is a weakening of energy to carry out an activity or a decrease in work power and a decrease in the body's resistance to work. Work fatigue causes teacher performance to be disrupted. The purpose of this study was to identify factors related to work fatigue in elementary school teachers. The research method used is quantitative analytic descriptive with cross-sectional research design. The research sample was 190 teachers, taken using consecutive sampling technique. Multivariate analysis using logistic regression tests showed that the employment status and work environment variables were the most dominant factors in the occurrence of work fatigue in elementary school teachers. The findings of this study suggest the need for promotive and preventive services and modification of the work environment in schools so that elementary school teachers can work optimally and avoid work fatigue problems.

"Petugas shift merupakan bagian dari pekerja kritis di Instalasi RSG-GAS. Sistem kerja shift dan tuntutan kerja yang kompleks di instalasi nuklir menyebabkan petugas shift rentan mengalami kelelahan kerja. Kelelahan kerja memiliki kontribusi terhadap penurunan performa kerja, penurunan konsentrasi, penurunan pemenuhan prosedur maupun penurunan kewaspadaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kelelahan kerja petugas shift dan melakukan analisis terhadap faktor risiko yang berkontribusi pada kelelahan kerja petugas shift di RSG-GAS Tahun 2022. Desain penelitian adalah cross-sectional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, alat ukur lingkungan kerja, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan inferensial dengan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seluruh petugas shift mengalami kelelahan dengan tingkat kelelahan ringan sebesar 31,25%, kelelahan sedang sebesar 64,58%, dan kelelahan berat sebesar 4,17%. Faktor risiko kelelahan kerja adalah status Gizi yang diukur dengan indeks massa tubuh, kualitas tidur, beban kerja, dan desain tugas. Faktor risiko kelelahan umum adalah indeks massa tubuh, kualitas tidur, kuantitas tidur, konsumsi kafein, beban kerja, dan desain tugas. Faktor risiko kelelahan fisik adalah usia, kualitas tidur, kuantitas tidur, masa kerja, posisi kerja, beban kerja, desain tugas, dan tekanan udara negatif. Faktor risiko pelemahan aktivitas adalah kepuasan kerja. Faktor risiko pelemahan motivasi adalah kualitas tidur, kuantitas tidur, desain tugas dan shift malam. Faktor risiko kelelahan mental adalah kualitas tidur, beban kerja, desain tugas, pencahayaan, dan tekanan udara negatif. Rekomendasi pengendalian melibatkan manajemen dan petugas shift dengan mengembangkan program manajemen kelelahan kerja sesuai kondisi di Instalasi Nuklir.

Shift workers are part of critical workers at the RSG GAS Installation. The shift work system and complex work demands in nuclear installations cause shift workers to be prone to work fatigue. Work fatigue has contributed to decreased work performance, decreased concentration, decreased in procedure compliance, and reduced alertness. This study aims to evaluate the level of work fatigue of shift workers and analyze the risk factors that contribute to the work fatigue of shift workers at RSG-GAS in 2022. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The instruments used in this research are questionnaires, measuring tools for the environment, interviews, and documents. The method of analysis in this research is descriptive and inferential analysis with a correlation test. The results showed that all shift workers experienced fatigue with mild fatigue level of 31,25%, moderate fatigue of 64,58%, and severe fatigue of 4,17%. The risk factors for work fatigue (total score) are nutritional status as measured by body mass index, sleep quality, workload and task design. The risk factors for general fatigue are body mass index, sleep quality, sleep quantity, caffeine consumption, workload, and task design. The risk factors for physical fatigue are age, sleep quality, sleep quantity, years of service, job role, workload, task design, and negative air pressure. The risk factor for reduced activity is job satisfaction. The risk factors for reduced motivation are sleep quality, sleep quantity, task design, and night shift. The risk factors for mental fatigue are sleep quality, workload, task design, lighting, and negative air pressure. Control recommendations involve management and shift worker by developing a work fatigue management program according to the conditions at the Nuclear Installation."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang analisis hubungan faktor risiko pekerjaan dan non pekerjaan terhadap kelelahan pekerja konstruksi di suatu proyek bangunan tingkat tinggi di wilayah Jakarta. Banyak faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan di sektor konstruksi salah satunya kelelahan. Kelelahan dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor risiko pekerjaan maupun non pekerjaan. Analisis hubungan antara faktor risiko dengan kelelahan yang terjadi menjadi penting sebagai baseline data dalam upaya mengurangi kecelakaan di sektor konstruksi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara faktor risiko pekerjaan: lama kerja, faktor psikososial (effort, Reward, dukungan sosial, kepuasan kerja, stress kerja) dan faktor non pekerjaan (kuantitas dan kualitas tidur) terhadap terjadinya kelelahan pekerja konstruksi Proyek X.

This thesis discusses the analysis of work related dan non work related risk factors towards fatigue of construction workers in a high-rise building project in the Jakarta. Many factors that cause accidents in the construction sector, one of them is fatigue can be affected by work and non-job risk factors. Analysis of the relationship between risk factors and fatigue that occurs becomes important as a baseline of data in an effort to reduce accidents in the construction sector. This research is a quantitative research with cross sectional design. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between occupational risk factors: duration of work, psychosocial factors (effort, Reward, social support, job satisfaction, work stress) and non-work factors (quantity and quality of sleep) to the fatigue of Project X construction workers."

"ABSTRAK
Kecelakaan yang melibatkan pengemudi truk yang mengalami fatigue cukup tinggi, studi untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan fatigue menjadi sangat penting. Tesis ini menganalisis faktor-faktor risiko yang berhubungan terhadap fatigue pada pengemudi truk trailer di PT STAL dan PT MMS di tahun 2019. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode Cross Sectional. Untuk pengukuran fatigue digunakan kuesioner SOFI (Swedish Occupational Fatigue Inventory) dan aplikasi telepon pintar Sleep 2 Peak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa shift kerja malam hari (p < 0,05), Kebiasaan minum kopi (<0,01), Kebiasaan mimum mimuman berenergi (p < 0,05), kebiasaan berolah raga (p < 0,05), Waktu mengemudi (p < 0,05) dan dukungan rekan (p < 0,01) memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan Fatigue pada metode SOFI. Untuk pengukuran metode S2P faktor yang berhubungan bermakna adalah bekerja shift malam (p<0,01), kebiasaan mimum kopi (p < 0,05), atau mimuman berenergi (p = 0,05), dukungan rekan ( p < 0,001) dan Sleep Hygiene ( p <0,001). Hasil penelitian menyarankan perusahan harus dan pengemudi harus adalah shift kerja malam hari (p <0,01), kebiasaan minum kopi (p < 0,05), menerapkan pola hidup sehat dengan menghindari minum kopi, meningkatkan sleep hygiene untuk meningkatkan kualitas tidur dan menjaga kerjasama team yang sudah baik.

ABSTRACT
Accident involved truck driver who experiences fatigue is high, to undertand risk factors related to driver fatigue is important. The focus of this study is to analyze risk factors related to fatigue for truck driver in PT STAL and PT MMS at 2019. This is a qualitative descriptive study with cross sectional design. This study utilized questionnaire SOFI (Swedish Occupational Fatigue Inventory) and smart phone app Sleep 2 Peak. The study result shows night shift work (p < 0,05), driver habit to drink coffee(p < 0,01), or energy drink (p < 0,05), habit to do exercise (p < 0,05), duration of driving (p < 0,05) and support from colleague(p < 0,05), are significantly related to fatigue. While measurement of fatigue with Sleep 2 Peak shows night shift work (p < 0,01), habit to drink coffee (p < 0,05), or energy drink(p < 0,05), support from colleague (p < 0,001) and sleep hygiene (p < 0,001) has significant relation with fatigue. The study suggests to company and drivers to practices health behaviour such as avoid drinking coffee and energy drink, improve sleep quality with practicing good sleep hygiene and keep to implement good teamwork."

"Ground handling service merupakan bagian penting dalam operasional bandar udara. Airport taxiways, ramps, dan aprons merupakan lingkungan yang kompleks yang berpotensi membahayakan karyawan ground handling. Karyawan ground handling yang bekerja untuk memastikan ketepatan waktu dan operasional penerbangan berisiko mengalami kelelahan kerja.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi keluhan subjektif kelelahan kerja dan faktor risikonya pada karyawan ground handling, sekaligus mengidentifikasi faktor risiko yang paling relevan dalam memprediksi kelelahan kerja pada responden. Kuesioner yang telah divalidasi digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai keluhan subjektif kelelahan, faktor individu (jenis kelamin, usia, indeks massa tubuh, riwayat penyakit), faktor gaya hidup (durasi tidur, kualitas tidur, aktivitas fisik, kebiasaan merokok, kebiasaan konsumsi kafein), faktor terkait kerja (masa kerja, shift kerja, jam kerja, waktu istirahat), dan faktor psikososial (tuntutan di tempat kerja, kontrol terhadap pekerjaan, dukungan sosial di tempat kerja, kepuasan kerja, stress kerja, dukungan keluarga) dari 130 responden.
Penelitian ini mendapatkan skor rata-rata kelelahan kerja responden, yang diukur dengan kuesioner Checklist Individual Strength, sebesar 73,69 (standard deviasi 15,146; nilai min. 28 maks. 124). Analisis multivariat menggunakan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan kualitas tidur yang buruk (8,785; 95% CI 1,958 - 15,613), shift malam (5,576; 95% CI 0,987 - 10,165), shift siang/sore (6,177; 95% CI 1,617 - 10,738), tuntutan di tempat kerja (1,128; 95% CI 0,612 - 1,644), dan overcommitment (1,602; 95% CI 0,829 - 2,376) sebagai faktor risiko yang paling bisa memprediksi kenaikan keluhan subjektif kelelahan kerja pada karyawan ground handling. Sementara itu, durasi tidur (-3,171; 95% CI -5,375 - -0,967) dan kebiasaan merokok (-3,454; 95% CI -6,843 - -0,065) menjadi faktor protektif karena memiliki asosiasi negatif dengan keluhan subjektif kelelahan kerja.

Ground handling services are an essential part of airport operations. Airport taxiways, ramps, and aprons are complex environments potentially hazardous to ground handling crews or workers. Ground handling crews working at airports to ensure flight operation punctuality and arrangement are at risk of experiencing work-related fatigue.
This study was performed to evaluate subjective fatigue severity among ground handling crews and its risk factors, as well as to identify the most relevant risk factors in predicting fatigue. A validated questionnaire was used to obtain information on subjective fatigue, individual factors (sex, age, body mass index, fatigue-inducing illness history), lifestyle factors (sleep duration, sleep quality, physical activity, smoking habit, caffeine consumption), work-related factors (work tenure, shift work, work hours, resting time), and psychosocial factors (demand at work, control of work, social support at work, work satisfaction, work stress, family support) from 130 participants.
Average subjective fatigue score, measured using Checklist Individual Strength, was 73.69 (with standard deviation of 15.146, min. value of 28 and max. value of 124). Multivariate analysis using multiple linear regression showed that bad sleep quality (8.785, 95% CI 1.958 - 15.613), night shift (5.576, 95% CI 0.987 - 10.165), afternoon shift (6.177, 95% CI 1.617 - 10.738), demands at work (1.128, 95% CI 0.612 - 1.644), and overcommitment (1.602, 95% CI 0.829 - 2.376) as the risk factors that best predict the increase of subjective fatigue in ground handling crews. Meanwhile, sleep duration (-3.171, 95% CI -5.375 - -0.967) and smoking habit (-3.454, 95% CI -6.843 - -0.065) were found to be a protective factor from subjective fatigue since it is negatively associated with subjective fatigue.

"Kelelahan atau fatigue pada pekerja tambang memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap tingkat absenteisme, penurunan produktivitas, biaya kesehatan, dan kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran keluhan kelelahan pada pekerja di PT X serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan. Faktor risiko yang diteliti yaitu faktor terkait pekerjaan (beban kerja, masa kerja, waktu istirahat, area kerja, shift kerja, dan stres kerja) dan faktor risiko tidak terkait pekerjaan (usia, kualitas dan kuantitas tidur, kebiasaan merokok, commuting time, pekerjaan sampingan, konsumsi kafein, status pernikahan, status gizi, dan olah raga). Untuk mengukur kelelahan menggunakan kuesioner Occupational Fatigue Exhaustion Recovery Scale (OFER), mengukur stres kerja menggunakan kuesioner Survei Diagnosis Stres (SDS), mengukur kualitas tidur menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), mengukur beban kerja mental menggunakan NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire (GJSQ), mengukur karakteristik responden menggunakan The Self-administered Questionnaire, dan untuk mengukur beban kerja fisik menggunakan alat Fingertip Pulse Oximeter. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 156 pekerja tambang di PT X dengan menggunakna desain penelitian crosssectional. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan inferensial dengan uji regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara masa kerja, waktu istirahat, usia, dan beban kerja mental dengan kelelahan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukannya pengembangan program pencegahan dan pengendalian kelelahan (fatigue management) di tempat kerja dan melihat hubungan faktor terkait pekerjaan yang lebih dominan terhadap kelelahan dibandingkan faktor tidak terkait pekerjaan.

Fatigue in mining workers has a huge impact on absenteeism rates, decreased productivity, medical costs, and accidents. This study aims to describe the level of fatigue in workers at PT. To measure fatigue, the Occupational Fatigue Exhaustion Recovery (OFER) questionnaire was used, Survey Diagnostic Stress (SDS) was used to measure job stress, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire was used to measure sleep quality, NIOSH Generic Job Stress Questionnaire (GJSQ) was used to measure mental workload, the Self-administered Questionnaire was used to measure respondent characteristics, and Fingertip Pulse Oximeter was used to measure physical workload. This research was conducted on 156 mining workers at PT. X by using a crosssectional research design. Descriptive and inferential logistic regression was used to analyze the data. The results showed that there was a significant association between period of work, rest time, age, and mental workload. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a fatigue management program in the workplace and refers to see the result that the relationship between work related factors and fatigue is more dominant than non-work related factors."

"Berkembangnya sektor Jasa Konstruksi yang semakin kompleks dan tingginya persaingan, seringkali menuntut pekerja bekerja maksimal sehingga kesehatan pekerja terabaikan. Hal ini berdampak pada kelelahan kerja, yang dapat memicu kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian ini ingin mengkaji hubungan antara faktor risiko kelelahan dengan kejadian kelelahan pada pekerja konstruksi di PT. X tahun 2022. Data terkait faktor diluar pekerjaan (usia, status gizi/IMT, dan masa kerja), dan faktor pekerjaan (durasi kerja, beban kerja, dan suhu lingkungan kerja) terhadap terjadinya kelelahan pekerja proyek PT. X diteliti menggunakan kuesioner, dengan desain penelitian analitik semi- kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Data kuesioner dianalisis untuk melihat gambaran kelelahan kerja dan hubungan dua variabel menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 33% responden mengalami kelelahan kerja sedang dan 67% kelelahan kerja rendah. Dari uji diferensial, terdapat hubungan antara status gizi (IMT), durasi kerja dan beban kerja (p 0,000) terhadap kelelahan kerja. Sedangkan faktor usia (p 0.426), masa kerja (p 0.412) dan suhu lingkungan kerja (p 1,000) tidak berhubungan dengan kelelahan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa beberapa variabel yang diteliti terbukti berhubungan dengan kelelahan kerja pada pekerja konstruksi di PT. X. Rekomendasi terkait fatigue management perlu dijalankan oleh manajemen dan pekerja guna meminimalisir dan mengendalikan kelelahan serta meningkatkan produktifitas kerja di tempat kerja.

The development of Construction Services sector which is increasingly complex and high competition, often demands workers to work optimally so that their health is neglected. This has an impact on fatigue, which can lead to work accidents. This study aims to examine the relationship between fatigue risk factors and fatigue in construction workers at PT. X 2022. The data of non-work related factors (age, BMI, and years of service), and work-related factors (work duration, workload, and work temperature) on the occurrence of fatigue was examined using a questionnaire, with a semi-quantitative analytic research design with a cross sectional study approach. Data were analyzed using chi-square for the description of fatigue and relationship between two variables. The results showed 33% of respondents’ experienced moderate fatigue and 67% low fatigue. Inferential tests revealed a fatigue relationship between BMI, work duration, and workload (p 0.000). While the age (p 0.426), years of service (p 0.412) and working temperature (p 1.000) were not related to fatigue. The conclusion is several studied variables are proven related to fatigue in construction workers at PT. X. Recommendations related to fatigue management need to be carried out by management and workers to minimize and control fatigue and increase productivity."

Fatigue pada pekerja merupakan sebuah risiko yang dapat timbul apabila suatu
pekerjaan dituntut untuk menggunakan tenaga fisik dan pikiran mental yang
berlebihan serta dituntut untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan dalam waktu yang terbatas
tanpa adanya waktu istirahat yang optimal. Fatigue merupakan risiko utama dari
pekerja shift seperti pada pekerja shift industri MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and
Overhaul) transportasi udara. Transportasi udara dituntut beroperasi selama 24/7 dan
memiliki kewajiban untuk memenuhi standar kelaikudaraan. Salah satu industri MRO
adalah Perusahaan ?X?. Bekerja dalam sistem shift menjadi sumber risiko fatigue bagi
pekerjanya karena bekerja bertentangan dengan irama sirkadian tubuh, oleh karena
itu dibutuhkan penilaian keluhan fatigue pada pekerjanya sebagai langkah awal
program fatigue management. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko
keluhan fatigue pada pekerja shift dan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan
menggunakan disain studi cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan
Oktober-Desember 2015, di bagian Domestic & International Line Maintenance
Perusahaan ?X?, dengan sampel penelitian sebesar 105 responden. Hasil
menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara shift kerja (p=0,002),
kerja lembur (0,005), kuantitas tidur (p=0,048), dan commuting time (p=0,042)
dengan keluhan fatigue.

Fatigue among workers is a risk that can arise when a job is required to use execessive
physical and mental force to complete the work within a limited time without optimal
amount of rests. Fatigue is a risk that commonly occurs for shift workers, including
shift workers in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) industry for aircrafts
including commercial airlines. Air transportation operates for 24/7 dan has an
obligation to fulfill the standards of aircraft airworthiness. In doing so, one of the MRO
industry, Company ?X? develop a system of shift workers with standardized skills to
operate 24/7 for the sake of upholding the airworthiness of aircrafts and adjusting to
the flight schedules. Working in shifts is a risk to the workers, especially the risk of
being fatigue, because working in shifts forces them to work against their natural body
clock. In order to start the development of fatigue management program in Company
?X?, it is needed to assess the subjective feelings toward fatigue as a starting point.
