"In 2017, obesity incidence rate in Indonesia significantly increased from 2014. The rise of obesity incidence rate in Indonesia also expected to continue in the future. Recent studies in developed countries shows that areas with overabundant access to unhealthy foods provider tends to have a higher obesity incidence rate. This phenomenon, known as food swamps, correlates with obesity by influencing the people to consume more unhealthy foods. However, research to prove that statement in Indonesia seems impossible to execute due to the absence of individual food choice data in Indonesia`s mainstream surveys. This study tries to employ Twitter and Google Places data as an alternative data source to fill the absence of data that mentioned before. Logistic regression results show that food swamps area has a significant positive correlation with the popularity of unhealthy foods and the engagement on unhealthy foods. Therefore, it can be concluded that the results in this study indicates the influence of food swamps area on peoples choice towards unhealthy foods.

Pada tahun 2017, angka obesitas di Indonesia meningkat secara signifikan dari tahun 2014. Kenaikan tersebut diprediksi akan terus berlanjut di masa depan. Studi terbaru di negara-negara maju menunjukkan bahwa daerah dengan akses berlebihan terhadap penjual makanan yang tidak sehat cenderung memiliki angka obesitas yang lebih tinggi. Fenomena ini, dikenal sebagai food swamps, berkorelasi dengan obesitas dengan cara mempengaruhi orang-orang untuk mengkonsumsi lebih banyak makanan yang tidak sehat. Namun, penelitian untuk membuktikan pernyataan tersebut di Indonesia terlihat tidak mungkin dilaksanakan karena tidak adanya data pilihan makanan individu dalam survei-survei skala besar utama di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mencoba menggunakan data Twitter dan Google Places sebagai sumber data alternatif untuk mengisi ketiadaan data yang disebutkan sebelumnya. Hasil regresi logistik menunjukkan bahwa daerah food swamps memiliki korelasi positif yang signifikan dengan popularitas makanan tidak sehat dan sentiment positif terhadap makanan tidak sehat. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil dalam penelitian ini mengindikasikan hubungan antara daerah food swamps terhadap kecenderungan orang untuk lebih memilih makanan yang tidak sehat."

"Salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan angka kejadian dan kematian akibat penyakit menular dan tidak menular adalah dengan menerapkan perilaku gaya hidup sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan karakteristik mahasiswa (umur, jenis kelamin, uang saku, dan fakultas), pengetahuan, dan sikap terhadap perilaku gaya hidup sehat mahasiswa S1 Reguler Aktif Universitas Indonesia tahun 2014. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2014 menggunakan desain studi cross-sectional dengan total sampel sebanyak 454 responden dari 13 fakultas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 59% responden memiliki perilaku gaya hidup sehat dan 41% memiliki perilaku gaya hidup tidak sehat. Berdasarkan enam variabel, hanya variabel fakultas yang memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan perilaku gaya hidup sehat mahasiswa dengan nilai p 0,000 dan nilai OR 2,45 (CI 95% : 1,63-3,66).

Adopting healthy lifestyle behaviour is an effort to reduce the mortality and case number from infectious and non-infectious disease. This study aimed to determine the relationship of student characteristics (age, sex, allowance, and the faculty), knowledge, and attitude toward healthy lifestyle behaviors among undergraduate student of University of Indonesia. This study used cross sectional in March 2014 which included 454 respondents from 13 faculties. The results showed that 59% of respondents have a healthy lifestyle behaviors, and 41% of them do not have it. Based on six variables, only kind of the faculty which has significant relationships toward student healthy lifestyle behaviors with p values 0.000 and OR 2.45 (95% CI: 1.63 to 3.66).

"[ ABSTRAK
Dikarenakan oleh perubahan yang disebabkan globalisasi, yang membawa
pengaruh buruk pada kualitas lingkungan, maka penting bagi arsitektur untuk
melakukan pendekatan yang bertanggung jawab terhadap alam dengan
menyediakan lingkungan yang sehat dan berkelanjutan untuk tempat huni
manusia. Gagasan untuk menciptakan ?ruang sehat? dalam arsitektur mengarah ke
upaya untuk menciptakan desain aktif yang memicu gaya hidup sehat dan
aktivitas fisik melalui fitur seperti penggunaan lahan campuran, walkability, pusat
olahraga dan kesehatan, ruang komunitas terbuka, dan ruang hijau. Usaha lain
adalah mengintegrasikan desain dengan unsur-unsur alam dan teknologi yang
efisien untuk mengurangi konsumsi energi dan air tanpa mengurangi tingkat
kenyamanan atau standar huni. Melalui penelititan yang mendalam pada arsitektur
yang berkelanjutan, konteks dan analisis tapak, studi kasus, dan observasi
langsung, tulisan ini akan menguraikan aspek dalam mencapai gaya hidup sehat
melalui desain arsitektur, yang disajikan melalui berbagai konsep desain dan
aplikasi pada tapak. Karya tulis ini berdasarkan proyek studio penulis yang
terletak di Perth, Australia Barat.

"Tesis ini membahas tentang suatu program komunikasi pemasaran yang mengonstruksi pesan kesehatan melalui narasi dalam bentuk web series untuk generasi milenial. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan Teori Naratif Paradigma TNP sebagai teori acuan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membahas tentang peran dari web series sebagai medium untuk memvisualisasikan sebuah narasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode multimodalitas.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan web series, Tropicana Slim melakukan kontruksi pesan kesehatan yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik dari generasi milenial. Terdapat pesanpesan yang disampaikan secara implisit untuk menciptakan keterikatan dengan generasi milenial. Selain itu, pemilihan web series sebagai medium juga sesuai karena karakteristik yang dimiliki oleh web series, yaitu kemampuan untuk menampilkan multimedia p.p1 margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px Helvetica.

The focus of this study is the marketing communication program that constructs health messages through narrative on web series for millenial. This study uses Narrative Paradigm Theory NPT . In addition, this study also discusses about the role of web series as a medium for visualizing a narrative. This research is a qualitative research with multimodality method.
The results show that by using web series, Tropicana Slim performs a health message construction that be adapted to the characteristics of millenial. There are messages implicitly conveyed to create enggangement to the millennial. In addition, the selection of web series as a medium is also appropriate because of the characteristics owned by web series, which is multimedia capabilities. p.p1 margin 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px font 12.0px Helvetica.

"Pada kota-kota besar di Indonesia saat ini telah terjadi perubahan gaya hidup dan berdampak pada peningkatan risiko obesitas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan kebiasaan jajan, kebiasaan makan, dan aktivitas fisik dengan indikator obesitas pada remaja SMA di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis desain studi cross-sectional dengan jumlah sampel 170 siswa SMA kelas 10 sampai 12 di Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online dan data diolah dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan yang bermakna pada kebiasaan jajan, kebiasaan makan dan aktivitas fisik dengan indikator obesitas pada remaja SMA di Jakarta (p > 0,05). Disarankan agar perawat tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan saja tapi juga melakukan pendekatan untuk modifikasi perilaku dengan membiasakan konsumsi makanan yang sehat dan bergizi serta menerapkan gaya hidup yang sehat, dan melakukan konseling kepada remaja dengan obesitas untuk meningkatkan rasa kepercayaan diri mereka.

In big cities in Indonesia there has been a change in lifestyle and have an impact on increasing the risk of obesity. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between snacking habits, eating habits, and physical activity with indicators of obesity in high school adolescents in Jakarta. This study uses a cross-sectional study design with a sample size of 170 student‟s grades 10 to 12 in DKI Jakarta Province selected by purposive sampling technique. Data collection uses an online questionnaire and data processed by chi-square test. The results showed that there was no association involving snacking habits, eating habits and physical activity with obesity indicators in high school adolescents in Jakarta (p>0.05). It is related that nurses not only provide knowledge but also conduct discussions for policy modification by familiarizing the
consumption of healthy and nutritious foods and implementing healthy lifestyles, and counseling adolescents with obesity to increase their self-confidence.

"ABSTRAK
Gaya hidup sehat merupakan salah satu upaya memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Gaya hidup sehat dapat meningkat apabila kemampuan memperoleh, dan mengolah informasi baik. Kemampuan tersebut dapat diketahui melalui tingkat literasi kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara literasi kesehatan dan gaya hidup sehat. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross sectional dengan sampel 235 mahasiswa keperawatan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel stratified random sampling. Gaya hidup sehat diukur menggunakan modifikasi instrumen Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile HPLP-II dan buku panduan GERMAS tahun 2015. Literasi kesehatan diukur menggunakan instrumen Health Literacy Questioner HLQ . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 48,1 mahasiswa memiliki gaya hidup sehat sedangkan 51,9 memiliki gaya hidup tidak sehat. Rata-rata skor tingkat literasi kesehatan mahasiswa keperawatan 150,07 dari 197. Peneletian ini juga menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara literasi kesehatan dengan gaya hidup sehat X2=35,696.

ABSTRACT
Healthy lifestyle is one attempted to improve and enhance the quality of life. Healthy lifestyles can increased if the ability to obtain, and processed the information was good. This ability can be known through the health literacy level. This study aimed to identify the relationship between health literacy and healthy lifestyle. This study used cross sectional design with 235 samples of nursing students, with stratified random sampling as a sampling technique. Healthy lifestyle was measured by using modification Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile HPLP II instrument and GERMAS guided book 2015. Health literacy was measured by using the Health Literacy Questioner HLQ instrument. The results shows that 48.1 of students had a healthy lifestyle, while 51.9 had an unhealthy lifestyle. The average health literacy score of nursing students was 150.07 from 197. This study also shows that there is a significant relationship between health literacy and healthy lifestyle X2 35,696."

"Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik demografi, sosial, ekonomi, lingkungan, perilaku dan disabilitas penduduk lansia di Indonesia. Status kesehatan buruk ditunjukkan oleh apakah memiliki efek negative pada kegiatan lansia (aktifitas terganggu) dengan menggunakan data Susenas 2012. Hasil regresi logistik biner menunjukkan bahwa faktor demografi, sosial, ekonomi, lingkungan, perilaku dan disabilitas memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kesehatan terganggu pada lansia. Selain itu, faktor-faktor tersebut juga mempengaruhi risiko kesehatan terganggu lansia. Lansia dalam kelompok umur tua, berstatus tidak kawin/lainnya, tidak bekerja, pengeluaran menengah keatas, tinggal di kota, mengkonsumsi lainnya air bersih, menggunakan mck tidak sendiri, menggunakan bukan listrik PLN dan mempunyai disabilitas, memiliki peluang lebih tinggi terhadap risiko mengalami kesehatan terganggu.

This study aimed to determine the demographic, social, economic, environmental, behavioral and disability of elderly health status in Indonesia. Poor health status is indicated by whether is has negative effect on elderly activities (activitas terganggu) is using Susenas 2012 Data. The results of binary logistic regression showed that demographic factors, social, economic, environmental , behaviors and disabilities have a significant influence on poor health of elderly. In addition, these factors also affect the risk of impaired health of the elderly. Elderly in older age groups, status not married / other, not working, middle and upper expenditure, live in cities, consuming more water, using MCK did not own, using instead PLN and have disabilities, have the opportunity higher against the risk of having poor health."

"Tugas Karya Akhir ini membahas tentang Perencanaan Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran aplikasi smartphone berbasis gaya hidup sehat, yaitu Fitco, yang mengajak penggunanya untuk memulai penerapan gaya hidup sehat lewat berjalan kaki. Fitco yang merupakan pemain baru dan masih melalui tahap pra rilis menemukan masalah, yaitu pemilihan target pasar yang tidak tajam dan positioning yang belum jelas. Masalah yang ditemui Fitco dianalisis lewat model perceptual mapping dan VALS untuk menemukan target pasar primer. Data dikumpulkan langsung dari perusahaan serta lewat pengumpulan data kuantitatif dan kualitatif terhadap target pasar potensial Fitco.
Setelah mendapatkan temuan analisis konsumen lewat wawancara kualitatif, peneliti menentukan atribut-atribut yang sesuai untuk merancang ide besar. Dengan ide besar Collectible Healthy Social Life, peneliti menurunkan pesan yang ingin dibawakan ke dalam marketing communication platform untuk mendapatkan positioning, key message, copy blocks, serta tone and manner yang sesuai dengan Fitco secara efektif. Kemudian, evaluasi telah dilakukan lewat pengumpulan data kuantitatif untuk mengukur penerimaan positioning dan gaya penyampaian pesan yang telah dirancang terhadap target pasar yang telah ditentukan.

This final assignment discusses about Strategic Marketing Communication Planning Marketing of a healthy lifestyle based smartphone application called Fitco, which aims to persuade its users to start adopting a healthy lifestyle through walking. As a newcomer in the industry, Fitco finds its problems in lack of market targeting and unclear positioning. The problems found are analyzed through perceptual mapping model and VALS method to discover a primary target market. Data are collected directly from Fitco, as well as quantitative and qualitative research conducted towards its potential target market.
After gathering new consumer analysis findings, researcher determines corresponding attributes to design the big idea. With Collectible Healthy Social Life as the big idea, researcher applies this big idea into marketing communication platform to effectively create Fitcos positioning, key message, copy blocks, as well as tone and manner. Later, evaluation is done through quantitative research to determine potential target markets reception towards Fitcos big idea design.

"Sekolah merupakan salah satu sarana pendidikan yang berperan serta dalam membentuk kebiasaan hidup sehat bagi anak usia sekolah. Kebiasaan tersebut dapat dibentuk melalui program pendidikan kesehatan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada sekolah dasar negeri dan sekolah dasar swasta di kecamatan Pasar Rebo. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif perbandingan dengan menggunakan sampel anak sekolah dasar kelas 4 dan 5 di dua jenis sekolah dengan total sampel sebanyak 108 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik cluster sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari kuesioner PHBS milik Ayu Widya Lestari, dkk dengan modifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada anak yang bersekolah di sekolah dasar negeri dengan sekolah dasar swasta p = 0,001, p = 0,05 . Dari total 66 siswa sekolah dasar negeri didapatkan sebanyak 44 67 siswa ber-PHBS dan 22 33 siswa tidak ber-PHBS, sedangkan untuk siswa sekolah dasar swasta didapatkan sebanyak 9 21 siswa ber-PHBS dan 33 79 siswa tidak ber-PHBS. Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara karakteristik siswa sekolah dasar dengan penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat.

School is one of educational tools that participate in establishing healthy living habits for school aged children. These habits can be established through health education programs of clean and healthy life behaviour. The aim of this study to see difference of implementation clean and healthy living behavior between public primary school and private elementary school. This is a descriptive comparison design, using sample of 4 and 5 grade in two types of schools with 108 respondent selected through cluster sampling technique. The instrument used in this study sourced by PHBS questionnaire from Ayu Widya Lestari, et al with modification. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the implementation of clean and healthy life behavior in children who attend public primary school and private elementary school p 0,001, 0,05. There are 44 67 students who implemented PHBS and 22 33 students who didn't implemented PHBS in public primary school. There are 9 21 students who implemented PHBS and 33 79 students who didn rsquo t implemented PHBS in private primary school. Further researcher suggested to relate the characteristics of public primary school and private elementary school student to the application of clean and healthy living behaviors.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konsumsi Sugar-Sweetened Beverages (SSBs) dengan beberapa faktor dan menentukan faktor yang paling dominan pada siswa SMAN 25 Jakarta. Pada penelitian ini, konsumsi Sugar-Sweetened Beverages (SSBs) merupakan variabel dependen, sedangkan pengaruh paparan media sosial, frekuensi online food ordering, konsumsi fast food, pengetahuan mengenai SSBs, screen time, pengaruh teman, uang jajan, dan jenis kelamin merupakan variabel independen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan April 2020 kepada 226 siswa-siswi kelas 10, 11, dan 12 SMAN 25 Jakarta yang dipilih secara tidak acak. Data dikumpulkan melalui pengisian kuesioner secara daring (online). Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara univariat, bivariat menggunakan chi-square, dan multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik ganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 75,2% responden memiliki tingkat konsumsi yang tinggi yaitu mengonsumsi SSBs ≥ 3 kali per minggu. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh paparan media sosial, konsumsi fast food, dan screen time berhubungan dengan konsumsi SSBs pada remaja. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan pengaruh paparan media sosial sebagai faktor dominan yang memengaruhi konsumsi SSBs pada remaja. Peneliti menyarankan kepada pihak sekolah untuk dapat menambah edukasi kepada siswanya mengenai perilaku makan yang sehat khususnya dalam pemilihan jenis minuman yang sehat. Pemerintah disarankan untuk memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai media untuk intervensi mengenai pemilihan jenis makan dan minuman yang sehat untuk remaja serta merancang regulasi untuk mencegah penyebaran konten maupun iklan mengenai SSBs agar remaja tidak terpapar oleh konten maupun iklan SSBs yang dapat memengaruhi konsumsi SSBs.

This study aims to determine factors associated with Sugar-Sweetened Beverages (SSBs) consumption and to determine the dominant factor among students of SMAN 25 Jakarta. The dependent variable in this study is Sugar-Sweetened Beverages (SSBs) consumption, and the independent variables are frequency of online food ordering, fast food consumption, knowledge about SSBs, screen time, peer influence, pocket money, and sex. This is a quantitative study with cross-sectional design. This study conducted in April 2020 at SMAN 25 Jakarta with a total of 226 respondents who were not selected randomly from the first grade until third grade. Data were collected through filling out online questionnaires. The data obtained were then analyzed by univariate, bivariate analysis using chi-square, and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression. The results show that 75,2% of the respondents had a high level of SSB consumption ie consuming SSBs ≥ 3 times per week. The results also show the influence of social media exposure, fast food consumption, and screen time related to the consumption of SSBs in adolescents. Multivariate analysis shows the influence of social media exposure as a dominant factor influencing SSB consumption among adolescents. This study suggests to the school to be able to increase education to students about healthy eating behavior, especially in choosing healthier drinks. The government is advised to use social media as a medium for interventions regarding the selection of healthy foods and drinks for adolescents and to design regulations to prevent the distribution of content and advertisements regarding SSBs so that adolescents are not exposed to SSB content or advertisements that can affect SSB consumption.
