"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah ada efek moderasi dari grit dalam hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pada karyawan milenial. Sebanyak 300 karyawan, berusia 20-39 tahun, berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Alat pengukur Skala Kepuasan Kerja Umum, Skala Kinerja Peran dan Skala Grit-S digunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja, kinerja dan ketabahan.
Hasil analisis statistik uji moderasi menggunakan PROCESS HAYES versi 3.3 model 1 menunjukkan bahwa grit tidak memoderasi hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja. Ini diduga disebabkan Kepuasan kerja milenial lebih banyak ditentukan oleh faktor lingkungan dan pengawasan yang bagus.
Pemenuhan ini akan mengarah pada kepuasan kerja berhubungan langsung dengan tingkat kinerja, terlepas dari apakah gritnya dimiliki oleh individu yang tinggi atau tidak yang artinya variabel grit belum berperan dalam memperkuat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to see whether there is a moderating effect of grit in the relationship between job satisfaction and performance in millennial employees. A total of 300 employees, aged 20-39 years, participated in this study. Measuring tools for General Job Satisfaction Scale, Role Performance Scale and Grit-S Scale are used to measure job satisfaction, performance and grit.
The results of the statistical analysis of the moderation test using PROCESS HAYES version 3.3 model 1 shows that grit does not moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and performance. This is thought to be due to millennial job satisfaction determined more by environmental factors and good supervision.
This fulfillment will lead to job satisfaction which is directly related to the level of performance, regardless of whether the grit is owned by high individuals or not, which means that the grit variable has not played a role in strengthening the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance.

"Pandemi Covid-19 menimbulkan berbagai perubahan yang terjadi pada aspek kehidupan, termasuk dampak terhadap perusahaan dan karyawan. Krisis kesehatan dan ekonomi yang terjadi membuat perusahaan menerapkan beberapa kebijakan sebagai upaya untuk tetap dapat menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk melihat peran grit sebagai moderator pada hubungan antara ketidakamanan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional study. Terdapat tiga alat ukur yang digunakan yaitu The Minessota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) short-form, Multidimensional Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale (MQJIS), dan short grit scale (Grit-S). Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang perusahaannya melakukan kebijakan sebagai dampak dari pandemi Covid-19. Analisis data secara statistik yang dilakukan yaitu uji asumsi, uji korelasi, dan uji moderasi menggunakan PROCESS Hayes Model 1. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik dari 748 partisipan ditemukan terdapat efek interaksi antara ketidakamanan kerja dan grit terhadap kepuasan kerja signifikan (b = -0,02, 95% CI [-0,04, -0,01], t=-3,09, p<0,05). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa grit berperan sebagai moderator pada hubungan antara ketidakamanan kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Analisis lanjutan yang dilakukan mendapatkan bahwa grit dapat melemahkan pengaruh negatif dari ketidakamanan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja ketika grit pada tingkat kategori sedang dan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menegaskan pentingnya perusahaan untuk melakukan usaha guna menurunkan ketidakamanan kerja dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja.

Covid-19 brought changes in various aspects of life, including impact on companies and employees. The health and economic crisis that occurred made the company implements several policies as an effort to continue to be able to carry out its operational activities. This study aims to examine the role of grit as a moderator in the relationship between job insecurity and job satisfaction on employee. The approach of this research is quantitative with a cross sectional study design. There are three measuring tools used, namely The Minesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) short-form, Multidimensional Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale (MQJIS), and short grit scale (Grit-S). The population of this research is employees whose company implemented policy as result of the Covid-19. S Data analysis was carried out by assumption test, correlation test, and moderation test using PROCESS Hayes Model 1. Based on the statistical analysis from 748 participants, the results show significant interaction effect between job insecurity and grit on job satisfaction (b = -0.02, 95% CI [-0.04, -0.01], t=-3.09, p<0.05). With that, it can be concluded that grit acts as a moderator on the relationship between job insecurity and job satisfaction. Further analysis found that grit can attenuate the negative effect of job insecurity on job satisfaction when grit is in the medium and high category. The results of the study emphasize the importance of companies to make efforts to reduce job insecurity and increase job satisfaction."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity pada job involvement dengan mempertimbangkan peran moderasi grit pada karyawan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Responden penelitian adalah 762 karyawan organisasi publik dan swasta di Indonesia yang menerapkan perubahan kebijakan karena Covid-19. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional study. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Job Involvement Scale, Multidimensional Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale (MQJIS), dan Short Grit Scale (Grit-S). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner secara daring serta dianalisis dengan analisis regresi menggunakan model 1 SPSS PROCESS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa grit terbukti tidak memoderasi hubungan job insecurity dan job involvement. Sebagai implikasinya, temuan dari penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh organisasi sebagai acuan dalam mengantisipasi peningkatan job insecurity karyawan akibat adanya perubahan.

This study aims to determine the relationship between job insecurity and job involvement by considering the role of grit as the moderator in employees during the Covid-19 pandemic. Research respondents are 762 public and private sectors employees who work in organization which implemented policy changes due to Covid-19. This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The research measuring instruments consists of Job Involvement Scale, Multidimensional Qualitative Job Insecurity Scale (MQJIS), and Short Grit Scale (Grit-S). Data were collected using an online questionnaire and analyzed using regression analysis, utilizing SPSS PROCESS Model 1. It was found that grit did not moderate the relationship between job insecurity and job involvement. As the implication, the findings of this research can be used by organizations as reference to anticipate the increase of employee job insecurity due to changes."

"Industri manufaktur adalah penyerap tenaga kerja dan kontributor Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) terbesar bagi Indonesia, khususnya di manufaktur Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG). Tingginya jumlah tenaga kerja membuat kinerja karyawan menjadi hal penting demi keberlangsungan perusahaan, sehingga faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya perlu untuk diidentifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh training & development dan supervisor support pada job performance dengan job satisfaction sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner daring (online) dengan sampling kepada karyawan di manufaktur FMCG di Indonesia. Data diolah menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) pada perangkat lunak LISREL 8.80. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan positif antara training & development dan supervisor support terhadap job performance yang dimediasi oleh job satisfaction. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperluas studi empiris terkait faktor yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga kerja manufaktur FCMG di Indonesia.

Manufacture industry is the largest employer and contributor to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Indonesia, particularly the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods). The high number of workers makes employee performance important for the sustainability of the company, so it is necessary to identify the factors that influence it. This study aims to analyze the effect of training & development and supervisor support on job performance with job satisfaction as a mediator. The study applies quantitative research using online questionnaire with purposive sampling on employees of FMCG manufacture in Indonesia. The data was processed using SEM (Structural Equation Model) method in LISREL 8.80 software. The results show that there is a positive relationship between training & development and supervisor support on job performance that mediated by job satisfaction. This research contributes to expanding empirical studies regarding factors that could increase the productivity of FMCG manufacture employees in Indonesia."

"Pandemi COVID-19 berdampak besar pada meningkatnya jumlah PHK pada karyawan dan kebijakan rasionalisasi lainnya, hal tersebut mungkin dapat memengaruhi tingkat ketidakaman kerja (job insecurity), kegigihan (grit), dan keterikatan kerja pada karyawan (work engagement). Karyawan milenial menjadi generasi yang paling terdampak dari adanya situasi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peran dari grit dalam memoderasi hubungan antara job insecurity dan work engagement pada karyawan milenial di Indonesia. Grit dinilai dapat menjadi kunci kesuksesan seseorang dan merupakan faktor internal yang memengaruhi job insecurity dan work engagement karyawan. Partisipan direkrut secara daring dan melibatkan 222 karyawan yang memenuhi karakteristik penelitian, yaitu; karyawan milenial berusia 20-38 tahun, memiliki pengalaman bekerja minimal 1 tahun di tempat kerjanya saat ini, dan sedang mengalami kebijakan rasionalisasi. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur ketiga variabel ini adalah Utrecht Work Engagement Scale 9 Item (Schaufeli, dkk, 2006), Job Insecurity Scale (Pienaar, 2013), dan Short Grit Scale (Duckworth & Quinn, 2009). Hasil utama penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa grit tidak memoderasi hubungan antara job insecurity dan work engagement. Hal ini mungkin disebabkan oleh faktor lain selain grit. Kemudian, mayoritas partisipan ini memiliki nilai job insecurity yang rendah, work engagement yang tinggi, dan grit yang tinggi. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan job insecurity berkorelasi secara negatif dan signifikan dengan work engagement, dan grit berkorelasi secara positif dan signifikan dengan work engagement. Sementara job insecurity tidak berkorelasi secara signifikan dengan grit.

The COVID-19 pandemic has a major impact on increasing the number of employee layoffs and other rationalization policies, this may affect the level of job insecurity, grit, and work engagement on employees. Millennial employees are the most affected generation that affected by this situation. This research was conducted to find out whether there is a role of grit in moderating the relationship between job insecurity and work engagement among millennial employees in Indonesia. Grit is considered to be the key to a person's success and is an internal factor that affects job insecurity and employee work engagement. Participants were recruited online and involved 222 employees who met the research characteristics, that is; millennial employees at aged 20-38 years, having at least 1 year of work experience at their current job, and undergoing a rationalization policy. The measuring instrument that are used to measure these variables are Utrecht Work Engagement Scale 9 Item (Schaufeli, et al, 2006), Job Insecurity Scale (Pienaar, 2013), and Short Grit Scale (Duckworth & Quinn, 2009). The main results of this research showed that grit did not moderate the relationship between job insecurity and work engagement. This could be due to other factors besides of grit. Furthermore, the majority of these participants had low job insecurity, high work engagement, and high grit of scores. This study also showed that job insecurity was significantly negatively correlated with work engagement, and grit was significantly positively correlated with work engagement. Meanwhile, job insecurity was not significantly correlated with grit."

"The goal of this research is to identify the effect of competence and job satisfaction to employee's performance in Secretariat Directorate General of Oil and Gas. The characteristic of this research is descriptive. Type of method used is survey and population in this research is all employees who had bachelor degree, as many as 64 employees. Technique used to pick the sample is purposive sampling, from data collected the sample is 49 employees.
Data collection method used is-questionaire. Knowledge test based on the job in each division and question about attitudes is to measure competence, and to measure job satisfaction is used question concerning with it. In addition to measure performance is used performance appraisal which spread out to all managers to evaluate their subordinates directly. Theories used in this research are theory on the topic of performance, competence, job satisfaction and individual characteristic.
Research result showing that there is positive and significant relationship between competence and performance at 0.606, significance at 0.000 and determinant coefficient 0.3772. There is positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and performance at 0.694, significance at 0.000 and determinant coefficient 0.4816. ln general, there are positive and significant relationship among variables, those are competence and job satisfaction with perfomtance at 0.7691 significance at 0.000 and determinant coefficient 0.5913, regression equation Y = 17.130 + 0.361X1+ 0.411X2."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat korelasi antara job insecurity dan komitmen organisasi secara keseluruhan maupun pada tingkat dimensi, serta melihat peran moderasi grit terhadap hubungan antara job insecurity dengan komitmen organisasi, khususnya dalam menghadapi masa pandemic yang berdampak pada banyaknya kasus pemutusan hubungan kerja. Partisipan Penelitian ini berjumlah 200 karyawan yang diperoleh secara online dengan menggunakan convenience sampling. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif, dan alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (1990), Job Insecurity Measurement (2013), dan The Grit Scale (2009). Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji korelasi dan uji moderasi terhadap variabel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa job insecurity tidak berkorelasi dengan komitmen organisasi, dimensi marginalization insecurity berkorelasi secara negatif signifikan dengan dimensi komitmen kontinuan, dan grit tidak memoderasi hubungan antara job insecurity dan komitmen organisasi. Dalam situasi pandemik saat ini tinggi rendahnya komitmen organisasi tidak berhubungan dengan job insecurity. Meskipun karyawan memiliki job insecurity tinggi, namun dengan tidak tersedianya alternatif lainnya seperti pekerjaan baru, maka setiap karyawan akan berusaha untuk menunjukkan komitmennya terhadap organisasi dengan harapan akan dipertahankan oleh organisasi, dan grit dari masing-masing karyawan tidak memiliki peran karena karyawan berusaha untuk menujukkan perilaku bertahan dalam menghadapi situasi krisis.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this study is to look at the correlation between job insecurity and organizational commitment as a whole and the dimension level, as well as see the role of grit moderation on the relationship between job insecurity with organizational commitment, especially in dealing with a pandemic that affects the number of cases of layoffs. Participants in this research are 200 employees obtained online using convenience sampling. This research is quantitative, and the measuring instruments used are Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (1990), Job Insecurity Measurement (2013), and The Grit Scale (2009). Data processing was performed using correlation tests and moderation tests on the research variables. The results of the study concluded that job insecurity did not correlate with organizational commitment, the dimension of marginalization insecurity was significantly negatively correlated with the dimensions of commitment continuance, and grit did not moderate the relationship between job insecurity and organizational commitment. In the current pandemic situation, high or low organizational commitment is not related to job insecurity. Even though employees have high job insecurity, but with the absence of other alternatives such as new jobs, each employee will try to show their commitment to the organization in the hope that it will be maintained by the organization, and the grit of each employee has no role because employees are trying to show behavior survive in the face of a crisis situation."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat konflik pekerjaan-keluarga sebagai moderator pada hubungan antara grit dan kepuasan kerja. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 183 orang yang merupakan karyawan organisasi yang telah menikah dan sudah bekerja minimal selama dua tahun. Pengukuran grit menggunakan. The Grit Scale, kepuasan kerja menggunakan. The Generic Job Satisfaction Scale dan konflik pekerjaan-keluarga menggunakan Work-Family Conflict Scale. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa grit memiliki hubungan yang positif signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja dan konflik pekerjaan-keluarga berhubungan negatif dengan kepuasan kerja. Akan tetapi, konflik pekerjaan-keluarga tidak memoderasi hubungan antara grit dan kepuasan kerja.

ABSTRACT
This research is aimed to see the work family conflict as a moderator in relationship between grit and job satisfaction. The participant of this research is 183 people who are marriage employees of organization. The employees have worked at least two years. The measurement of grit uses The Grit Scale, job satisfaction uses The Generic Job Satisfaction Scale and work family conflict uses the Work Family Conflict Scale. The results of the research found that grit has as positive relationship and significant with job satisfaction and work family conflict has negative relationship with job satisfaction. However, work family conflict does not moderate the relationship between grit and job satisfaction.

"Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) berperan penting dalam memastikan stabilitas dan pengendalian perekonomian Indonesia, terutama sebelum dan sesudah pandemi COVID-19. Pandemi COVID-19 telah mempercepat digitalisasi kegiatan sektor publik dan swasta di Indonesia dan negara lain. Untuk beradaptasi dengan percepatan digitalisasi akibat pandemi, BUMN harus terus tumbuh dan berkembang untuk mencapai target dan tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Technostress, Perceived Organizational Support (POS), Total Reward Systems (TRS), dan Work-Life Balance (WLB) terhadap Job Performance, dimediasi oleh Employee Wellbeing (studi pada karyawan BUMN). Pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan jumlah sampel 263 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Employee Wellbeing sepenuhnya memediasi hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti dan Job Performance. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi perusahaan dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Employee Wellbeing dan kinerja pekerjaan, menyoroti Perceived Organizational Support yang dirasakan sebagai pendorong utama dengan dimediasi Employee Wellbeing. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya melibatkan semua generasi secara efektif, terutama Generasi Y dan Generasi Z, di dalam BUMN untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja dan mencapai kesuksesan organisasi.

State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) play a crucial role in ensuring stability and control in Indonesia's economy, especially before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the digitization of public and private sector activities in Indonesia and other countries. To adapt to the accelerated digitization caused by the pandemic, SOEs must continue to grow and develop to achieve their targets and goals. This study aims to investigate the impact of Technostress, Perceived Organizational Support (POS), Total Reward Systems (TRS), and Work-Life Balance (WLB) on Job Performance, mediated by employee well-being (studies of SOEs employee). A quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed with a sample size of 263 respondents. The results show that employee well-being fully mediates the relationship between the variables studied and Job Performance. This research provides valuable insights for companies in understanding the factors that affect employee well-being and Job Performance, highlighting the role of Perceived Organizational Support as a key driver through its impact on employee well-being. The findings emphasize the significance of effectively engaging all generations, particularly Generation Y and Generation Z, within SOEs to optimize Job Performance and achieve organizational success."

"Selama ini, hubungan kepuasan kerja dan unjuk kerja dijelaskan dengan kepuasan kerja menimbulkan unjuk kerja yaitu belief pertama. Namun, bila ditelaah kembali dalam beberapa literatur seperti yang disebut oleh Robbins(2003) hubungan tersebut dapat dijelaskan dengan unjuk kerja yang baik membuat seseorang merasa puas yaitu belief kedua. Penjelasan Robbins tidaklah sepopuler belief pertama. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menjajaki kemungkinan adanya kebenaran dalam penjelasan Robbins. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelompok pekerja usia 25-30 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan terhadap 45 responden yang sesuai dengan karakteristik yang ditentukan peneliti. Karakteristik tersebut adalah berusia 25-30 tahun, berpendidikan minimal D3, dan telah bekerja di perusahaan tersebut minimal satu tahun. Alat ukur yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah kuesioner kepuasan kerja, kuesioner untuk identifikasi belief dan kuesioner unjuk kerja. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dalam penelitian ini hubungan kepuasan kerja dan unjuk kerja hanya dapat dijelaskan dengan belief pertama, tidak ada perbedaan korelasi signifikan dalam hubungan kepuasan kerja dan unjuk kerja antara responden dengan belief pertama dan belief kedua, serta pengukuran kepuasan kerja dengan faset diragukan memiliki hubungan dengan unjuk kerja.

Up till now, the relations between job satisfaction and performance were explained with job satisfaction caused performance; in this research it is called the first belief. But, if we take a look once again in a few literature such as by Robbins (2003) the relations can be explained with a good performance caused someone to feel satisfied, in this research it is called the second belief. Robbins`s explanations are not as popular as the traditional belief. The purpose of this research is to explore the possibilities that the second belief could be true of exist. The samples in this research are the 25-30 years old workers. The data were taken from 45 respondents that are suitable according to the characteristics that the researcher has determined before. The characteristics are ages 25-30 years old, minimum a diploma holder, and have worked in the company for minimum 1 year. The instruments used in this research are the job satisfaction questionnaire, the belief identification questionnaire and the performance appraisal questionnaire. This research concluded that in this research the relations between job satisfaction and performance can only be explained by the first belief, there is no significant difference in the relations between job satisfaction and performance between the first belief and the second belief, and the last conclusion of this research is that the job satisfaction measurement by facets is doubtful have a relation with performance."
