"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran dukungan rekan kerja dan dukungan keluarga terhadap kepuasan hidup ibu bekerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Hierarchical Multiple Regression. Variabel ukur dalam penelitian ini adalah Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), subskala keluarga untuk mengukur dukungan keluarga, Co-worker Support untuk mengukur coworker support, dan Satisfaction with Life Scale (SLWS) untuk mengukur kepuasan hidup secara keseluruhan. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 554 ibu bekerja berusia 20-40 tahun yang memiliki suami yang bekerja, memiliki anak usia 0-36 bulan, dan telah bekerja lebih dari 12 bulan pada perusahaan saat ini. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga (β = 0,321, p <0,01) merupakan prediktor yang lebih kuat daripada dukungan teman sebaya (β = 0,251, p <0,01).

This study aims to see the role of coworker support and family support in life satisfaction of working mothers. This research is a quantitative study using the Hierarchical Multiple Regression method. Measuring variables in this study are the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), the family subscale to measure family support, Co-worker Support to measure coworker support, and the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SLWS) to measure overall life satisfaction. Participants in this study were 554 working mothers aged 20-40 years who have working husbands, have children aged 0-36 months, and have worked for more than 12 months at the current company. The analysis showed that family support (β = 0.321, p <0.01) was a stronger predictor than peer support (β = 0.251, p <0.01)."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui peran psychological capital sebagai moderator hubungan antara work-family conflict dan kepuasan kerja. Pengukuran work-family conflict dilakukan dengan melihat kedua arahnya work interference with family dan family interference with work, menggunakan alat ukur WFCS work-family conflict scale. Kepuasan kerja diukur menggunakan alat ukur MSQ Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire. Psychological Capital diukur menggunakan alat ukur PCQ Psychological Capital Questionnaire. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 205 ibu bekerja di daerah Jakarta dan sekitarnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara work interference with family dan kepuasan kerja r=-0,32, p0,05.

This research was conducted to know moderating role of psychological capital on relationship between work family conflict and job satisfaction. Each directions of Work family conflict work interference with family dan family interference with work was measured using WFCS work family conflict scale. Job satisfaction was measured using MSQ Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire. Psychological Capital was measured using PCQ 24 Psychological Capital Questionnaire 24. "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah work-family conflict work interfering with family/ WIF maupun family interfering with work/ FIW dan kepuasan kerja berhubungan secara negatif dan apakah family supportive supervisor behavior dapat berperan sebagai moderator untuk melemahkan hubungan negatif di antara work-family conflict WIF maupun FIW dan kepuasan kerja.
Tipe penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 205 ibu bekerja dengan menyebarkan kuesioner offline dan kuesioner online. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur tiga variabel penelitian, yaitu Work-Family Conflict Scale WFCS untuk mengukur work-family conflict, Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire MSQ short-form untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja, dan Family Supportive Supervisor Behavior Scale untuk mengukur family supportive supervisor behavior.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-family conflict berhubungan secara negatif dan signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja work interfering with family, ? = -0.32, p < 0.05 dan family interfering with work, ? = -0.29, p < 0.05 . Akan tetapi, penelitian ini belum berhasil membuktikan peran moderasi family supportive supervisor behavior untuk melemahkan hubungan negatif antara work interfering with family maupun family interfering dan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan.

The aim of this study were to prove whether work family conflict work interfering with family WIF and family interfering with work FIW negatively related to job satisfaction and whether family supportive supervisor behavior as a moderator, could weaken negative relationship between work family conflict WIF and FIW and job satisfaction.
Type of this research was quantitative research with cross sectional design and conducted on 205 working mothers via offline and online questionnaire. There were three instruments to measure three variables, such as WFCS to measure work family conflict, MSQ SF to measure job satisfaction, and FSSB Scale to measure Family Supportive Supervisor Behavior.
This research has proven successfully that work family conflict WIF and FIW related negatively and significantly with job satisfaction work interfering with family 0.32, p 0.05 and family interfering with work 0.29, p 0.05. However, this research has not proven moderating role of family supportive supervisor behavior significantly to weaken negative relationship between work interfering with family nor family interfering with work and job satisfaction.

Profil demografi tenaga kerja telah banyak berubah. Perempuan banyak memasuki dunia kerja dan hampir mencapai 50% dari angkatan kerja. Ibu bekerja memiliki peran ganda dalam keluarga dan pekerjaan. Dibanding laki-laki, perempuan lebih terkena dampak pada persoalan terkait dengan gender di tempat kerja. Telah banyak penelitian dilakukan mengenai konflik pekerjaan-keluarga, sehingga fokus penelitian ini pada area kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kehidupan rumah, dukungan pasangan dan self-esteem pada ibu bekerja di sektor kesehatan. Analisis kuantitatif data dengan jumlah sampel 234, menemukan bahwa dukungan pasangan memiliki korelasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kehidupan rumah dan self-esteem mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Temuan lain menujukkan bahwa ibu bekerja di Kementerian Kesehatan yang berlokasi di kota Jakarta memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan pada kepuasan kehidupan rumah dan kepuasan kerja, yang lebih rendah dari pada ibu bekerja di luar Jakarta.

Using quantitative data analysis and with the total participants of 234, this study found that partner supportiveness positively correlate to job satisfaction. Home life satisfaction and self esteem have significant effect on job satisfaction. This study also found that there are some differences in home life and job satisfaction between working mothers who work in Ministry of Health in Jakarta and mothers who work outside Jakarta. "Partisipasi perempuan di pasar tenaga kerja Indonesia mencapai 48,65% pada tahun 2022, menunjukkan peningkatan selama satu dekade terakhir. Partisipasi perempuan di pasar tenaga kerja, terutama ibu yang bekerja, menimbulkan tantangan baru, seperti jam kerja yang panjang, karena mereka bertanggung jawab mengurus pekerjaan rumah tangga dan kantor yang membuat mereka berisiko mengalami burnout. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyelidiki peran moderasi dukungan sosial dalam hubungan antara tuntutan kuantitatif dan burnout pada Ibu bekerja. Penelitian menggunakan sampel sebanyak 148 partisipan di Indonesia dengan karakteristik karyawan wanita yang sudah atau pernah menikah, berusia 21-55 tahun, memiliki anak dan bekerja minimal enam bulan di perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI) sebagai alat ukur burnout, Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) sebagai alat ukur dukungan tempat kerja dan tuntutan tenaga kerja kuantitatif, dan Family Support Scale sebagai alat ukur dukungan keluarga. Analisis data dengan menggunakan macro process Hayes model 1 regresi moderasi pada program SPSS menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial keluarga memiliki efek moderasi terhadap hubungan antara tuntutan kerja kuantitatif dan ketidakterlibatan, sedangkan dukungan sosial tempat kerja memiliki efek moderasi terhadap hubungan antara tuntutan kerja kuantitatif dan kelelahan pada Ibu bekerja hybrid atau WFH. Ibu hybrid/WFH memiliki risiko kelelahan yang lebih rendah saat mendapatkan dukungan sosial tempat kerja yang lebih tinggi, dan Ibu hybrid/WFH memiliki risiko ketidakterlibatan yang lebih rendah saat mendapatkan dukungan sosial keluarga yang lebih tinggi . Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mendapat dukungan dari tempat kerja, baik dari atasan dan rekan kerja maupun dari keluarga dan kerabat dekat.

Women's participation in the Indonesian labor market reached 48.65% by 2022, indicating an increase over the last decade. Women's participation in the labor market, especially working mothers, raises new challenges, such as long working hours, as they are responsible for caring for household and office work that puts them at risk of burnout. Therefore, the study investigates the role of moderation of social support in the relationship between quantitative demands and burnout among working mothers. The study used a sample of 148 participants in Indonesia with the characteristics of married women employees aged 21-55 who had children and worked at least six months at the company. The work background and company background are not limited to the participant sample. This study used the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI) as a burnout measurement tool, the Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (COPSOQ) as a workplace support and quantitative labor demands measuring tool, and the Family Support Scale as a family support measure. Data analysis using the macro process Hayes model 1 moderation regression in the SPSS program showed that family social support has a moderating effect on the relationship between quantitative demands and disengagement, while workplace social support had a moderate impact on the relationship between quantitative demands and exhaustion on hybrid or WFH mothers. Hybrid/WFH mothers have a lower risk of exhaustion when obtaining higher workplace social support, and hybrid /WFH mothers have a smaller risk of disengagement when getting higher family social support. Therefore, it is important to get support from the workplace, both from your superior and colleagues as well as from family and close relatives."

"Hustle culture pada mahasiswa dapat memengarui tingkat kesejahteraan mereka. Secara khusus, mahasiswa berkewajiban menyelesaikan studi dengan baik dan membutuhkan ketersediaan dukungan sosial yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat peran persepsi dukungan sosial dan prestasi akademis terhadap kepuasan hidup mahasiswa. Keseluruhan partisipan berjumlah 130 orang yang berusia 18–25 tahun (M = 21,03, SD = 1,034) dan merupakan mahasiswa aktif Universitas Indonesia. Variabel pada penelitian ini diukur menggunakan Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), dan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan sosial dan prestasi akademis secara bersama-sama berperan signifikan terhadap kepuasan hidup (R2 = 0,288, F(2, 127) = 25,624, p = 0,000). Perguruan tinggi diharapkan dapat membuat program yang memfasilitasi dukungan sosial sekaligus meningkatkan prestasi akademis mahasiswa.

Hustle culture among college students can influence their level of well-being. Specifically, college students must complete their studies well and they need adequate social support. This study aims to examine the role of perceived social support and academic achievement on students' life satisfaction. There are a total of 130 participants aged 18–25 (M = 21,03, SD = 1,034) who are active students at the University of Indonesia. Variables in this study were measured using Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), and Grade Point Average (GPA). The results of the study indicate that perceived social support and academic achievement simultaneously contribute to life satisfaction (R2 = 0.288, F(2, 127) = 25.624, p = 0.000). Universities are encouraged to develop programs that facilitate students' social support while also enhancing their academic achievement."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis work-family balance sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara dukungan sosial dari multiple domain dan kepuasan kerja pekerja offshore. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui pengisian kuesioner secara self administered survey. Sebanyak 230 responden telah mengisi kuesioner penelitian ini secara online dan offline. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-family balance memiliki peran mediasi terhadap dua sumber dukungan sosial, yaitu dukungan atasan dan pasangan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa meningkatnya work-family balance dikarenakan dukungan sosial yang diterima oleh pekerja offshore yang berdampak pada kepuasan kerja. Work-family balance tidak memberikan nilai yang signifikan pada relasi dukungan rekan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, akan tetapi terdapat korelasi yang positif.

 


This research analyzes work-family balance as a mediator of the relationship between social support from multiple domain and job satisfaction on offshore workers. This research used quantitative methods employing self-administered survey. A total of 230 respondents filled out the questionnaire, both online and offline. The analysis involved the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The finding showed that work-family balance had a mediating role in two sources of social supports (supervisor support and partner support). This result indicated that increasing work family balance was due to social support received by offshore workers that affects job satisfaction. Work family balance did not provide significant effect on the relationship of co-worker support and job satisfaction; however, there was a positive correlation.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi yang mendalam tentang peran pengelola tempat kerja dalam mendukung pemberian ASI eksklusif pada ibu bekerja di Kabupaten Bekasi tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan Rapid Assesment Procedures. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 65 orang. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa peran pengelola tempat kerja dapat mendukung keberhasilan menyusui eksklusif pada ibu bekerja. Pemberian kelonggaran waktu serta pemberian sarana ruang khsusus laktasi cukup mendukung para ibu bekerja dalam upayanya menyediakan stok ASI untuk bayinya di rumah. Hampir semua informan mengetahui dengan baik tentang ASI eksklusif serta arah kebijakan pemerintah terkait pemberian ASI eksklusif di tempat kerja, hanya masih ada kendala yang membuat pengelola tempat kerja belum mengimplementasikan kebijakan tersebut secara keseluruhan, diantaranya terbentur masalah prioritas pengaturan ruangan yang dikhususkan untuk laktasi. Institusi dalam penelitan ini sudah memanfaatkan kerja sama lintas sektor dengan puskesmas setempat dalam hal pemberian informasi terkait ASI dan dengan CSR terkait penyediaan sarana ruang laktasi.

The aim of this study was to obtain in-depth information about the role of workplace gatekeeper to support exclusive breastfeeding in working mothers in the District Bekasi, 2014. Research using qualitative methods with Rapid Assessment Procedures. The number of informants in this study is 65 people. The results showed that the role of workplace gatekeeper can support the success of exclusive breastfeeding on the mother worked. Provision of spare time and means giving enough space to lactation support working mothers in their efforts to provide breast milk for her baby stock at home. Almost all informants know all too well about exclusive breastfeeding and the direction of government policies related to exclusive breastfeeding in the workplace, there are still obstacles that only makes managing workplace policies have not been implemented in its entirety, including setting priorities hit the space devoted to lactation. Most nonhealth institutions already utilize cross-sector cooperation with the local health center in terms of providing information related to breastfeeding and the provision of related CSR for lactation room."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai gambaran work-family conflict yang dialami ibu bekerja di PT. X sumber serta bentuk dukungan sosial yang mereka peroleh dalam mengatasi work-family conflict. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa ibu bekerja di PT. X menghadapi work-family conflict berbasis waktu seperti banyaknya waktu yang dihabiskan dalam pekerjaan mengurangi waktu ibu bekerja dengan keluarganya dan berbasis tekanan seperti tuntutan pekerjaan dari atasan yang membuat ibu bekerja merasa tertekan maupun konflik dalam keluarga yang memberikan tekanan dan stres kepada ibu bekerja yang berdampak pada dirinya sendiri, keluarga, dan pekerjaannya. Dalam mengatasi konflik tersebut, ibu bekerja melakukan upaya yang bersumber dari dirinya sendiri, mendapatkan dukungan sosial baik dari keluarga seperti orang tua, suami, kerabat, asisten rumah tangga, teman dan perusahaan. Dukungan sosial yang diterima ibu bekerja yaitu dalam bentuk dukungan emosional berupa kata-kata positif, dukungan informasi terkait anak, dukungan persahabatan berupa ketersediaan teman yang menghabiskan waktu bersama, dan dukungan berwujud berupa bantuan mengasuh anak, finansial, mengerjakan pekerjaan, fasilitas perusahaan, serta fleksibilitas waktu bekerja. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar ibu bekerja meningkatkan komunikasi dan waktu berkualitas dengan keluarganya serta saling menerapkan active listening antar anggota keluarga. Selain itu, perusahaan terutama atasan juga dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan fasilitas untuk membantu permasalahan ibu bekerja.

This study discusses the description of work-family conflict experienced along with the sources and forms of social support received by working mothers at Company X in overcoming work-family conflicts. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The results of this study explain that working mothers at PT. X face time-based work-family conflict, such as the amount of time spent in work reduces the time to spend with with her family and time-based conflict, such as work demands by managers that make working mothers feel depressed or conflicts in the family that give pressure and stress to working mothers which have an impact to herself, her family, and her work. In overcoming this conflict, working mothers make several efforts to overcome them, namely those that come from themselves, get social support from families such as parents, husbands, relatives, household assistants, friends, and companies. The social support received by working mothers is in the form of emotional support such as positive words and motivation, informational support related to children, companionship support in the form of friends to spend time together, and tangible support in the form of childcare assistance, financial assistance, doing work, company facilities, as well as flexibility in working time."

"Manusia sebagai makhluk sosial yang ada dalam suatu organisasi akan selalu berinteraksi satu sama lain dan menjaga hubungan kelompok sosialnya dengan cara apapun, termasuk melalui humor atau lelucon. Setiap individu memiliki gaya humor yang berbeda dalam berinteraksi. Gaya humor tersebut terdiri dari affiliative humor, self-enhancing humor, aggressive humor, dan self-defeating humor. Masing-masing gaya humor yang digunakan oleh seorang individu mempunyai pengaruh berbeda terhadap hasil organisasi, beberapa diantaranya yaitu stres, kepuasan terhadap rekan kerja, kerjasama tim, dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya humor terhadap stres, kepuasan dengan rekan kerja, kerjasama tim, dan komitmen organisasi. Sebanyak 277 responden yang bekerja secara tim di Wilayah DKI Jakarta dengan minimal masa kerja 1 tahun terlibat di dalam penelitian ini. Data yang telah diperoleh diolah menggunakan metode Multiple Linier Regression dengan software SPSS 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat jenis humor yang berpengaruh terhadap hasil organisasi. Affiliative humor memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan terhadap rekan kerja, kerjasama tim, dan komitmen organisasi. Self-enhancing humor memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Self-defeating humor memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap stres dan pengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap kerjasama tim. Kemudian aggressive humor tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil organisasi.

Humans as social beings in an organization will always interact with eachother and maintain social group relations in any way, including through humor or jokes. Each individual has a different style of humor in interacting. The humor styles consists of affiliative humor, self-enhancing humor, aggressive humor, and self-defeating humor. Each humor style used by an individual and has different influences on organizational outcomes, which are stress, satisfaction with coworkers, team coopeartion, and organizational commitment. This quantitative research aims to analyze the impact of humor styles on stress, satisfaction with coworkers, team cooperation, and organizational commitment. A total of 277 respondents who worked in teamwork in the DKI Jakarta Region with a minimum working period of 1 year were involved in this study. The data that has been obtained is processed using the Multiple Linear Regression method with SPSS 23 software. The results of the study indicate that there is a type of humor that impact organizational outcomes. Affiliative humor has a significant positive effect on satisfaction with colleagues, teamwork, and organizational commitment. Self-enhancing humor has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Self-defeating humor has a significant positive effect on stress and a significant negative effect on team cooperation. Then aggressive humor has no impact on organizational outcomes.
