"Material pendukung seperti kemasan produk merupakan persediaan yang diperlukan dalam suatu proses produksi untuk menghasilkan barang jadi. Tingkat persediaan material ini harus dijaga agar tidak terjadi kekurangan yang dapat menghambat proses produksi. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam pengendalian persediaan adalah continuous review system untuk mendapatkan kuantitas pemesanan, titik pemesanan kembali, safety stock, dan menghasilkan total biaya persediaan yang rendah. Kebutuhan material pendukung akan ditentukan berdasarkan permintaan produk tepung. Permintaan produk berdasarkan peramalan permintaan yang dilakukan menggunakan metode terbaik untuk masing-masing jenis produk yaitu metode Winter’s method multiplicative model dan Winter’s method additive model. Tingkat persediaan yang optimal akan ditentukan dengan continuous review system. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan total biaya persediaan dengan metode continuous review system mencapai 30% lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan metode yang digunakan oleh perusahaan.

Supporting material such as product packaging is a necessary inventory as it is used in the production process to produce finished goods. The level of inventory must be maintained to avoid shortage which can hinder the production process. One of the methods used in inventory control is the continuous review system to obtain optimal order quantity, reorder point, safety stock, and produce minimal total inventory costs. The requirements of supporting material such as packaging will be calculated from the demand of flour product. The demand of the product is based on the forecasted demand using the best forecasting method for each products which are Winter’s method multiplicative model and Winter’s method additive model. The optimal level of inventory will be calculated using the continuous review system. The result shows that the total inventory cost by using continuous review system is 30% lower than using the method implemented by the company."

"Material MRO merupakan material persediaan yang diperlukan untuk menunjang kegiatan pemeliharaan, perbaikan dan operasi dalam kegiatan operasional sebuah Kontraktor Migas. Pengelolaan persediaan MRO pada Kontraktor Migas dimaksudkan untuk dapat merencanakan dan mengendalikan permintaan pengadaan yang senantiasa berubah dari tahap pengadaan sampai dengan penggunanya, sehingga dapat membantu dalam menekan biaya operasi yang dikeluarkan. Pengendalian material persediaan dapat dilakukan dengan pengaturan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan penyimpanan material persediaan seperti jumlah pemesanan, level stock atau biaya yang dinvestasikan.Permintaan dan lead time material persediaan yang tidak menentu pada Kontraktor Migas merupakan tantangan yang harus dihadapi. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan material persediaan adalah continuous review system. Metode ini digunakan untuk memperoleh jumlah pemesanan, titik pemesanan kembali (ROP), safety stock, dan total biaya material MRO. Simulasi Monte Carlo digunakan untuk memperoleh range terhadap jumlah pemesanan, titik pemesanan kembali, safety stock, dan total biaya material MRO.Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kebijakan pengendalian persediaan MRO dengan continuous review system yaitu jumlah pemesanan sebanyak 565 unit, safety stock mencapai 900 unit, dan titik pemesanan kembali (ROP) mencapai 1467 unit untuk 15 jenis material persediaan. Selain itu pula, kebijakan continuous review system menurunkan total biaya persediaan sebesar 31% dari kebijakan pengendalian persediaan perusahaan.

MRO is necessary inventory to support maintenance, repair and operation in operational activity for Oil Company. MRO inventory control has purpose to plan and control uncertain demand during procurement process until its usage, so as to it can help to reduce operational cost in Oil Company. Inventory management is used to control inventory policy, such as order size quantity, stock level or cost investment.Uncertain demand and lead time is the challenge that oil company has to encounter. Continuous review system is method in inventory management to determine inventory policy. This method is used to result order size quantity, reorder point, safety stock, and total cost. Then, those results is simulated by using Monte Carlo Simulation to obtain values range of order size quantity, reorder point, safety stock, dan MRO?s total cost.The results of continuous review system inventory policy show 565 units order size quantity, 900 units safety stock, and 1467 units safety stock for 15 MRO materials. Moreover, continuous review system is lowering inventory total cost 31% from existing inventory policy."

"Manajemen persediaan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan suatu bisnis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan manajemen persediaan yang teratur sangat dibutuhkan agar perusahaan dapat mengatur ketersediaan produknya, sehingga produksi dan penjualan produknya dapat dilakukan dengan lancar dan tidak terhambat oleh kekurangan persediaan. Penerapan sistem kebijakan continuous review dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mengatur persediaanya melalui ukuran lot pemesanan barang dan titik pemesanan kembali. Sehingga pengadaan persediaan dapat berjalan dengan lancar. LMM merupakan jaringan retail dengan konsep wholesale yang menjual berbagai bahan makanan, pakaian, dan barang lainnya. LMM tidak memiliki data historis penjualan. Sehingga peramalan dan pemesanan barang masih berdasarkan expert judgement dan intuisi dari manajemen mereka. Hal tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya kekurangan dan kelebihan pada inventori yang menyebabkan besarnya total biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan oleh toko. Dari permasalahan tersebut, kebijakan persediaan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan sistem continuous review (s,S) untuk kategori produk A dan sistem continuous review (s,Q) untuk kategori produk B dan C. Hasil dari penelitiaan ini akan didaptkan ukuran lot pemesanan, reorder point, dan safety stock. Dengan menggunakan metode continuous review review (s,S) didapatkan penghematan total biaya persediaan sebesar 66% dan dengan metode continuous reivew (s,Q) didapatkan penghematan total biaya persediaan sebesar 53%.

So that the inventory procurement can run smoothly. LMM is a retail network with a wholesale concept that sells a variety of food ingredients, clothing, and other goods. LMM currently does not have historical sales data. So forecasting and ordering of goods is still based on expert judgment and intuition from their management. This causes the shortage and excess inventory which causes the total inventory cost incurred by the store. From these problems, an inventory policy was developed using a continuous review system (s, S) for product category A and a continuous review system (s, Q) for product categories B and C. The results of this research will get the order lot size, reorder point, and safety stock. By using the continuous review (s, S) method, a total inventory cost savings of 66% is obtained and with the continuous review (s,Q) method, a total inventory cost savings of 53% is obtained."

Uncertain demand and lead time become challenges to be faced by company. This research aimed to obtain the inventory control policy in multi product with a probabilistic model using continuous review system.

The result of this research in terms of order size quantity and point of replenishment order with concern to the amount of ordered, buffer stock, and the total cost of product in every month. Persediaan merupakan aset yang memiliki nilai paling besar dibandingkan aset lainnya pada Laporan Posisi Keuangan Perum BULOG. Sistem pengendalian internal pada siklus persediaan diperlukan untuk meningkatkan keandalan akun persediaan pada laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantatif dengan studi kasus pada Perum BULOG Subdivre ?X?. Pengumpulan data dan informasi diperoleh melalui observasi, pengumpulan prosedur terkait siklus persediaan dan pengendalian internal yang sudah ada, wawancara dan melalui survey dengan menggunakan kuesioner kepada para pegawai di Perum BULOG Subdivre ?X?. Dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Efektifitas Sistem Pengendalian Internal Siklus Persediaan pada Perum BULOG Subdivre ?X? cukup baik untuk meningkatkan keandalan akun persediaan pada laporan keuangan. Seluruh komponen pengendalian internal siklus persediaan telah dilaksanakan dengan cukup efektif, namun masih harus ditingkatkan agar efektivitasnya meningkat.

"Product packaging is not only used as a product container, but also used as a means of marketing by companies, particularly by those involved in consumer goods. Yogurt products are predicted to experience expansion in the Indonesian market. In this study, the authors analyzed the implementation of cognitive-based design in developing yogurt product packaging to increase consumers’ willingness to buy the product. This study was divided into two phases: initial research and primary research. Initial research pursued six levels of color scheme and font factors and then narrowed down the results into the two best options that would later be combined with the primary research that analysed the shape factors. Research methods used in the initial study were the Eye-Tracking method and the ‘Retrospective-Think-Aloud’ (RTA) method. Preliminary results showed that ‘Fineliner’ and ‘Bodoni’ font type along with ‘Analogue’ and ‘Tetradic’ color schemes are judged to be the best combination and thus, these results would be combined in the main study with the shape factor. Conjoint Analysis methods were used in the main study. The main results of the research study showed a preference from Indonesian consumers for yogurt product packaging with the ‘Fineline’ font type with its rounded shape and an ‘Analogue’ color scheme."

products is to do the Assessment Product Quality / Product Quality Review (PQR). Product Quality Review is conducted to all drugs to prove process consistency, suitability of raw material specifications, packaging materials and finished products, as well as to view trends and identify necessary repairs the work on this report was carried out at PT Mahakam Beta Farma which is located on Jalan Pulokambing Raya No.9, RW.11 Jatinegara, Kec. Cakung, East Jakarta City. The results of the special task of making Product Quality Review (PQR) for XXXX injection products in the pharmaceutical industry are carried out by collecting some digital data and documents from various departments which will then be made data trend and evaluated by the QA Supervisor and approved by the Head of Manufacturer. From the results of the review conducted, there were no product deviations."

Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan dan perbandingan antara metode yang diusulkan dan yang diterapkan. Berdasarkan perhitungan metode ini dapat menghemat total biaya persediaan 62.7%.

This research aims to reduce inventory costs by determining the number of orders and reorder points that are optimal and responsive to changes. The research was carried out on expandable materials, which are sin, which is single-use materials; the Boeing 737-NG aircraft type research, a continuous review method for inventory control. Starting b, using ABC analysis, and focusing on category A materials with the highest fund absorption value. Next, calculations and comparisons between the proposed and applied methods are carried out. Based on calculations, it is found that this method can save total inventory costs by 62.7%."
