"Integrasi rantai suplai delivery mobil di Indonesia dan kontribusinya dalam menunjang keunggulan kompetitif rantai suplai belum banyak di teliti oleh peneliti kontenporer di indonesia. Permodelan rantai suplai dengan sistem dinamis ditujukan untuk memahami perilaku dari  sistem sehingga dapat menunjang aktivitas analisa problem, dan menunjang proses perbaikan rantai suplai agar tercipta rantai delivery mobil yang efektif dan efisien di Indonesia. Dengan membangun model dan menganalis hasil simulasi di dapatkan sebuah konseptual model yang menunjukan peranan Integrasi sistem informasi, dan integrasi penggunaan fasilitas bersama di antara pabrik, distributor, pelabuhan, gudang mobil, dan outlet penjualan mobil terhadap penurunan waktu tempuh dan penurunan stok dalam rantai suplai. Hasil simulasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dukungan ilmiah dalam proses pengambilan keputusan  maupun proses desain strategi rantai suplai deliveri mobil  yang efektif dan effisien di Indonesia.

Cars supply chain Integration in Indonesia and its contribution to supporting supply chain competitive advantage has not been widely studied by contemporary researchers in Indonesia. Supply chain modeling with a dynamic sistem aims to understand the behavior of the sistem. With understanding sistem behavior will support problem analysis activities, and support the supply chain improvement process in order to create an effective and efficient vehicle supply chain in Indonesia. By building a model and analyzing simulation results, a conceptual model produced to shows the role of information sistem integration, and the integration of shared facilities between factories, distributors, ports, car warehouses, and car sales outlets in order to reduce delivery time and decrease stock in the supply chain. This study produces a casual loop diagram model for explaining the structure of the sistem so that it can support the supply chain company in the decision making process and supply chain strategy design process in Indonesia.

"Potensi besar pasar halal diperkirakan mencapai 3,081 miliar secara global pada tahun 2022. Pengembangan pasar halal harus didukung oleh industri halal dan rantai pasokan halal di dalamnya. Dalam sebuah laporan tentang Skor Indikator Ekonomi Islam Global 2017/18, Indonesia menempati urutan ke 11 di antara 15 negara. Secara umum, sertifikasi halal di Indonesia terbatas pada proses pembuatan dan tidak untuk seluruh rantai pasokan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan strategi-strategi adopsi rantai pasokan halal di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode AHP-TOPSIS, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang strategi-strategi adopsi rantai pasokan halal di Indonesia. Strategi prioritas adalah penguatan sektor logistik halal melalui pelaksanaan pelatihan dan sertifikasi professional di bidang logistik halal.

The large potential of the halal market is estimated to reach 3.081 billion globally in 2022. The development of the halal market must be supported by the halal industry and halal supply chain in it. In a report on 2017/18 Global Islamic Economic Indicator Scores, Indonesia ranks 11th among 15 countries. In general, halal certification in Indonesia is limited to the manufacturing process and not to the entire supply chain.
This research aims to determine halal supply chain adoption strategies in Indonesia. Using the AHP-TOPSIS method, this study provides an overview of halal supply chain adoption strategies in Indonesia. The priority strategy is strengthening the halal logistics sector through the implementation of training and certification of professionals in the field of halal logistics.

"Food loss telah menjadi isu terkini yang menjadi tantangan bagi berbagai sektor industri di Indonesia, khususnya industri udang ekspor di Provinsi Lampung dimana pada proses rantai pasoknya memerlukan penanganan khusus dikarenakan temperatur yang harus selalu dijaga agar kualitas udang tidak berubah. Pemerintah yang menyadari isu ini kemudian mengutarakan keinginan untuk membentuk Perpres yang di dalamnya berisi regulasi terhadap penanganan limbah makanan di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan alternatif kebijakan yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengurangi tingkat food loss yang terjadi pada rantai pasok ekspor udang di Provinsi Lampung. Melalui pendekatan sistem dinamis, penulis mengkonstruksi model untuk menguji tiga alternatif strategi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan Good Manufacturing Practices merupakan kebijakan yang dapat memberikan dampak terbesar dalam mengurangi food loss serta memberikan peningkatan keuntungan dengan konsistensi yang tinggi. Pada alternatif strategi ini, tingkat food loss pada keseluruhan rantai pasok berkurang sebesar 38,8% yang apabila dikonversi, menghasilkan penurunan tingkat food loss sebesar 186.154,64 ton.

Food loss has become the latest issue which is a challenge for various industrial sectors in Indonesia, especially the export shrimp industry in Lampung Province where the supply chain process requires special handling because the temperature must always be maintained so that the quality of the shrimp can be maintained. The government who was aware of this issue then expressed a desire to form a Presidential Regulation which contained regulations for tackling food loss issue in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find alternative policies that can be applied to reduce the level of food loss that occurs in the shrimp export supply chain in Lampung Province. Through a dynamic system approach, the authors construct a model to test three alternative strategies. The results showed that the Good Manufacturing Practices policy is a policy that can provide the greatest impact in reducing food loss and provide increased profits with high consistency. In this alternative strategy, the level of food loss in the entire supply chain is reduced by 38.8% which, if converted, results in a reduction in the level of food loss of 186,154.64 tons."

"Competition in the future is not company to company, but among supply chain to supply chain.
This study based on the fenomena that production process has result very much goods, the
problem about how to deliver goods or services to end customer with optimal and on time
delivery. Company, especially on small businesses must identify their intregration with supplier
and customer. The integration concern can be based on customer, supplier, or both. This
first study is to identify the type of integration among the small business. The second study
is to investigat the relationship between integration concern and corporate performance, and
finally the study is designed to understand differences among integration concern. Population
in this study is small businesses Semarang Municipality. Sample for this study are 59 small
businesses. Companies were selected by cluster sampling technique. Method of data is
collected by questioner given directly to company and deep interview with the owners. Analyze
used by descriptive analysis and Kruskal Wallis test. The result indicate that almost all the small
business have periphery facing integration. It means that small businesses have integration to
supplier and to customer. The other result of this study indicate that integrate the supply chain
have positive and significant effect on company performance"

"Perusahaan yang bergerak di industri pergudangan, sebagai salah satu industri dengan kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, perlu mempertahankan performanya agar tetap baik melalui pengukuran kinerja prosesnya, salah satunya proses rantai pasok. Maka dari itu, penelitian terkait pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok Perusahaan dilakukan menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR), dibantu dengan metode MCDM Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), dan Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mendapatkan indikator rantai pasok, kinerja rantai pasok Perusahaan, dan perancangan strategi untuk perbaikan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner pairwise comparison, interview dengan para expert, serta data historis Perusahaan sepanjang tahun 2023. Perancangan strategi difokuskan terhadap enam indikator yang menjadi prioritas, yaitu yang memiliki kepentingan tinggi, namun performanya masih rendah. Strategi yang bisa diterapkan perusahaan untuk memperbaiki kinerja rantai pasok yaitu menerapkan mekanisme real-time vehicle routing, menggunakan Autonomous Guided Vehicle (AGV), menerapkan metode Lean Manufacturing, mengadakan pelatihan karyawan, menerapkan konsep ABC Analysis, dan menerapkan Just-In-Time Logistics (JIT-L) Management

"Penelitian ini membahas peningkatan ketahanan atau resiliensi rantai pasokan dalam industri pelumas, dengan fokus pada pengembangan dan implementasi langkah-langkah mitigasi gangguan strategis. Memastikan kinerja yang kuat terhadap gangguan adalah hal yang terpenting bagi perusahaan untuk menjaga kontinuitas bisnis dan meminimalkan kerugian selama masa krisis. Studi ini menggunakan model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), sebuah kerangka kerja yang komprehensif untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan efektivitas rantai pasokan melalui metrik proses yang terstandardisasi dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk memetakan indikator kerja yang dipriotitaskan untuk diperbaiki. Data penelitian diambil saat pandemi COVID-19 bertujuan untuk mengukur kerentanan dalam rantai pasokan pelumas dan mengusulkan usulan strategi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan ketahanan dan kemampuan beradaptasi selama gangguan/disrupsi. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan nilai kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan pada saat terjadinya disrupsi sebesar 49,37% dimana difokuskan pada masalah pemenuhan permintaan pelanggan tidak tepat waktu, kurang efisiensinya pengelolaan material dan mesin, serta kurang adaptif dalam menghadapi permintaan pasar yang fluktuatif. Usulan strategi perbaikan diantara lain dengan implementasi advanced manufacturing seperti Asset Management Software (AMS) dan Manufacturing Execution System (MES), memakai metode peramalan dengan model TISM-MICMAC dan Machine Learning, serta penggabungan seluruh proses rantai pasok di dalam satu portal yang terintegrasi.

This research addresses improving supply chain resilience in the lubricants industry, focusing on the development and implementation of strategic disruption mitigation measures. Ensuring robust performance against disruptions is paramount for companies to maintain business continuity and minimize losses during times of crisis. This study uses the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model, a comprehensive framework for evaluating and improving supply chain effectiveness through standardized process metrics and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to map work indicators that are prioritized for improvement. The research data was collected during the COVID-19 pandemic to measure vulnerabilities in the lubricant supply chain and propose appropriate strategies to improve resilience and adaptability during disruptions. The results of this study obtained a value of the company's supply chain performance at the time of disruption of 49.37% which focused on the problem of fulfilling customer requests not on time, less efficient management of materials and machinery, and less adaptive in dealing with fluctuating market demand. Proposed improvement strategies include the implementation of advanced manufacturing such as Asset Management Software (AMS) and Manufacturing Execution System (MES), using forecasting methods with TISM-MICMAC and Machine Learning models, and combining all supply chain processes in one integrated portal."

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur efisiensi rantai pasok industri suku cadang otomotif. Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok ini dilakukan untuk memahami kondisi perusahaan dalam hal rantai pasok. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), yang digunakan sebagai kerangka pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Penelitian ini fokus pada perbaikan masalah yang terjadi dalam rantai pasok. Untuk menentukan tingkat kepentingan atribut kinerja, para ahli menggunakan kuesioner perbandingan berpasangan dan pembobotan. Terdapat 27 indikator kinerja yang diukur, yang terbagi menjadi atribut dalam model SCOR. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan pada tahun 2022 mencapai 60,07%, berada dalam kategori rata-rata dengan warna kuning dalam Traffic Light System Monitoring. Selanjutnya, setiap indikator dipetakan dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) untuk mengidentifikasi indikator dengan kinerja yang belum baik namun memiliki tingkat kepentingan yang cukup besar untuk diperbaiki atau ditingkatkan. Berdasarkan analisis IPA, terdapat 6 indikator dalam rantai pasok perusahaan yang perlu ditingkatkan kinerjanya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja ini.


This research was conducted to measure the performance of the supply chain network of a spareparts automotive industry. Performance measurement of the supply chain is necessary to assess the condition of a company's supply chain. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR), which serves as a framework for measuring the performance of the company's supply chain. The improvement carried out in this research is related to the issues that occur within the supply chain network. The importance level of performance attributes is measured based on weighting using a pairwise comparison questionnaire by several experts. There are 27 performance indicators measured, divided into SCOR model attributes. From the measurement results, the company's supply chain performance in 2021 was found to be 60.07%, indicating an average performance categorized by a yellow color in the Traffic Light System Monitoring. Subsequently, each indicator is mapped into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant to identify indicators that have a performance that needs improvement and have a significant importance level to be enhanced. By using the IPA quadrant, six indicators in the company's supply chain were identified as needing improvement in their performance. Therefore, a strategy is needed to improve these performance areas.
