"ABSTRAKPedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) adalah perusahaan berbentuk badan hukum yang memiliki izin untuk pengadaan, penyimpanan, penyaluran obat dan/atau bahan obat dalam jumlah besar sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) selama 2 (dua) minggu bertujuan untuk membekali calon apoteker agar memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, gambaran nyata dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan farmasi di bidang distribusi farmasi. Selama praktik kerja berlangsung, Apoteker mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip Good Distribution Practices(GDP)dan penerapan nyata dalam distribusi farmasi dan mengerjakan tugas khusus yaitu melakukan pelaporan obat golongan psikotropika dan prekursor melalui E-NAPZA. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ini adalah agar mahasiswa mengetahui proses pelaporan psikotropika dan prekursor melalui E-NAPZA yang dilakukan setiap bulannya oleh distributor.

ABSTRACTPedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) is a corporation which obtains permission to supply, store, and distribute drugs and/or the materials in a huge number according to what regulated by law. During the Praktik Kerja Apoteker (PKPA) in duration of 2 weeks, the pharmacists had the opportunities to know the applications of principals of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and the real-time applications of pharmacy distribution while completing the special task that is to report the psychotropic drugs and precursor through E-NAPZA. The goal of the special task is that the students know the monthly process of reporting psychotropic drugs and precursors report done by the distributors."

ABSTRACTApothecary Profession Internship at the Bogor branch of Kimia Farma Trade and Distribution aims to enable students to understand the role, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in PBF, namely as the responsibility of distributing facilities (compiling, ensuring and overseeing the implementation of quality management systems in distribution facilities). CDOB dan CDAKB mengatur berbagai aspek penting yang berperan dalam menjamin mutu obat di sepanjang jalur distribusi. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Cabang Bandung provide opportunities for prospective pharmacists to carry out professional work practices in order to gain the knowledge, skills, and practical experience in the pharmaceutical distributors and medical device distributors."

"Praktik kerja profesi Apoteker di PT Landson Pertiwi Agung Periode Bulan Juli - Agustus Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu, calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul “Pembuatan Dokumen Pengkajian Mutu Produk Tablet Tahun 2017”. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Landson Pertiwi Agung adalah agar calon apoteker memahami pengkajian mutu dan penilaian produk di industri farmasi, khususnya di PT Landson Pertiwi Agung dan mengetahui mutu suatu produk pada tahun tersebut dan kesesuaianya dengan CPOB

Internship at PT Landson Pertiwi Agung Plant Period July – August 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the prospective pharmacist can also have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is “Product Quality Review Document of Tablet in 2017”. The objective of this special assignment is so that prospective pharmacist is able to understand the quality of product on that year and its suitability with GMP."

"Seorang apoteker memegang peranan penting di rumah sakit, puskesmas, dan apotek. Apoteker harus memenuhi standar kompetensi sebagai persyaratan untuk memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi. Standar kompetensi profesi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi.Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 375, Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama, dan Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati periode bulan Juli-Oktober 2018. A pharmacist plays an important role in hospital, health center, and pharmacy. Pharmacists must have competency standards as a requirement for entering the workforce and undergoing professional practice. Indonesian pharmacist professional competency standards consist of ten competency standards as the capabilities expected by pharmacists when they graduate and enter professionals work practices. As a preparation and experiences of prospective pharmacists to be able to understand the role of pharmacists and improve competence, the Pharmacists Professional Work Practice are implemented at Apotek Kimia Farma No. 375, Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebayoran Lama, and Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Fatmawati period July-October 2018. In addition to PKPA, it is expected that pharmacist candidates can broaden their horizons, understanding and experiences to do pharmacy work in professional workplaces."

Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di PT. Abbott Indonesia ini adalah agar memahami peran, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Industri Farmasi serta memahami penerapan CPOB di Industri Farmasi. Dalam rangkaian praktik kerja, mahasiswa juga mengerjakan tugas khusus berupa Analisis RFT (Right On First Time) pada Prosedur Pengajuan CR (Change Request). Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini diantaranya adalah untuk mengetahui rasio RFT (Right on First Time) CR dalam rangka melakukan evaluasi pada sistem kontrol perubahan di PT. Abbott Indonesia.

To make sure the availability of high quality drugs for society, the pharmacy industry has an important role in producing good quality drugs and quality control so that the drugs can work well. The purpose of Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) at PT. Abbott Indonesia is for the students to understand the role and responsibilities of pharmacists in Pharmacy Industry and comprehend the application of CPOB in Pharmacy Industry. During the practices, the students were also assigned to a special task that is Right On First Time (RFT) Analysis on Change Request (CR) Application Procedure. One of the goals of this special task is to evaluate the change control system in PT. Abbott Indonesia."

"ABSTRAKApotek sebagai sarana penunjang kesehatan harus memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian yang tepat dan bermutu. Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan suatu pelayanan langsung kepada pasien untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien atau mencapai hasil terapi yang pasti melalui kegiatan pekerjaan kefarmasian oleh apoteker. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pembekalan, pengetahuan, pemahaman dan gambaran singkat mengenai peran Apoteker dalam penyelenggaraan kesehatan kepada calon Apoteker sebelum mengabdi pada masyarakat. Selama praktik kerja berlangsung, calon Apoteker mengerjakan tugas khusus yaitu Rancangan Klinik Pratama yang Memperoleh Jatah Pengobatan Rujuk Balik Dari BPJS yang Berlokasi di Jalan Raya Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. Tugas khusus ini diberikan dengan tujuan agar calon Apoteker dapat membuat rancangan Klinik Pratama yang bekerjasama dengan BPJS sehingga nantinya dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik dan benar dalam dunia kerja.

ABSTRACTPharmacy as a stake holder in health service has to deliver high quality pharmacy service. The pharmacy service is one of the direct services to improve the life quality of patients or to achieve the desirable therapy result through pharmacy works of the pharmacists. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) is aimed to equip the pharmacists with the knowledge and understanding of the role of pharmacist in providing health before they begin their service. During their PKPA, pharmacists did a special task that was Rancangan Klinik Pratama yang Memperoleh Jatah Pengobatan Rujuk Balik Dari BPJS yang Berlokasi di Jalan Raya Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. This special task was given so that the pharmacists could design Klinik Pratama which works hand in hand with BPJS and hopefully the experience will help the pharmacists in their future service."
