Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Bekasi bertujuan agar mahasiswa program profesi apoteker Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Indonesia mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Distributor atau Pedagang Besar Farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di distributor farmasi, memahami penerapan Good Distribution Practice (GDP) atau Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) di distributo farmasi dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian di distributor farmasi.

The Pharmacist Professional Work Practice at Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Bekasi aims that the professional pharmacist program students at the University of Indonesia Faculty of Pharmacy are able to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in Pharmaceutical Wholesalers or Distributors, have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to practice pharmacy in pharmaceutical distributors, understand the application of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) or the Way of Distribution of Good Drugs (CDOB) in pharmaceutical distributors and have a real picture of the problems of pharmaceutical practices in pharmaceutical distributors.

Praktik Kerja Profesi di PT. Kimia Farma Trading And Distribution Cabang Serang

Periode Bulan Oktober Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Distributor/Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF), memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Distributor Farmasi, memahami penerapan GDP/CDOB di Distributor Farmasi serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Distibutor Farmasi. Kegiatan praktik kerja profesi apoteker dilaksanakan selama dua minggu dengan tugas khusus “Validasi Pengemasan dan Pengiriman terhadap Cool Box yang digunakan untuk pengiriman produk rantai dingin di PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Cabang Serang”. Tujuan dari tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah untuk mengetahui rentang suhu penyimpanan pada cool box dan memastikan pengiriman obat produk rantai dingin dapat dilakuan sesuai dengan persyaratan sehingga kualitas produk rantai dingin dapat dijaga.

Internship at at PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Cabang Serang Periode

Oktober 2018 was aimed to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacist. Pharmaceutical Wholesalers / Distributors (PBF), have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work at Pharmaceutical Distributors, understand the application of GDP / CDOB in Pharmaceutical Distributors. Pharmacist profession work practice activities carried out for two weeks with a special assignment "Validation of Packaging and Delivery of Cool Boxes used for shipping cold chain products at PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Cabang Serang ". The purpose of the specific task given is to determine the range of storage temperatures in the cool box and ensure the delivery of cold chain products can be carried out in accordance with the requirements so that the quality of cold chain products can be maintained

"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di KFTD Cabang Bogor bertujuan untuk memahami dan menilai bagaimana penerapan aspek-aspek Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB) dalam suatu Pedagang Besar Farmasi serta memahami tugas dan peran profesi apoteker di Pedagang Besar Farmasi. Tugas khusus bertujuan untuk menganalisis inspeksi diri terkait dengan bangunan, fasilitas, dan peralatan di KFTD Cabang Bogor serta upaya perbaikan dan pencegahan yang perlu dilakukan untuk terjadinya ketidaksesuaian kondisi lapangan dengan CDOB.

"ABSTRAKPedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) adalah perusahaan berbentuk badan hukum yang memiliki izin untuk pengadaan, penyimpanan, penyaluran obat dan/atau bahan obat dalam jumlah besar sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) selama 2 (dua) minggu bertujuan untuk membekali calon apoteker agar memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, gambaran nyata dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan farmasi di bidang distribusi farmasi. Selama praktik kerja berlangsung, Apoteker mendapatkan kesempatan untuk mengetahui penerapan prinsip Good Distribution Practices(GDP)dan penerapan nyata dalam distribusi farmasi dan mengerjakan tugas khusus yaitu melakukan pelaporan obat golongan psikotropika dan prekursor melalui E-NAPZA. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ini adalah agar mahasiswa mengetahui proses pelaporan psikotropika dan prekursor melalui E-NAPZA yang dilakukan setiap bulannya oleh distributor.

ABSTRACTPedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) is a corporation which obtains permission to supply, store, and distribute drugs and/or the materials in a huge number according to what regulated by law. During the Praktik Kerja Apoteker (PKPA) in duration of 2 weeks, the pharmacists had the opportunities to know the applications of principals of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and the real-time applications of pharmacy distribution while completing the special task that is to report the psychotropic drugs and precursor through E-NAPZA. The goal of the special task is that the students know the monthly process of reporting psychotropic drugs and precursors report done by the distributors."

"Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) dan Penyalur Alat Kesehatan (PAK) wajib menerapkan Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik dan Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CDAKB). CDOB dan CDAKB mengatur berbagai aspek penting yang berperan dalam menjamin mutu obat di sepanjang jalur distribusi. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution  Komplek Ruko Kalimas C/12 Bekasi Periode 8 Oktober – 22 Oktober Tahun 2018 dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Distributor/Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF), memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, ketrampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Distributor Farmasi, memahami penerapan CDOB di Distributor Farmasi, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Industri Farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi dilaksanakan selama dua minggu. Selama praktik kerja profesi diberikan tugas khusus mengenai “ Pembuatan Trend Analisis Terhadap Keluhan Pelanggan PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Komplek Ruko Kalimas C/12 Bekasi Periode 8 Oktober – 22 Oktober Tahun 2018”. Tujuan Penugasan adalah untuk mengetahui jenis keluhan yang sering terjadi dan juga tingkat frekuensinya sehingga dapat dideteksi dan dilakukan tindakan pemecahan permasalahan keluhan yang terjadi kedepannya.

Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Ruko Kalimas Complex C/12 Bekasi Period 8 October – 22 October 2018 aims to understands the role, duty, and responsibility of pharmacists in the Distributory Pharmacy Industry, own the insight, knowledge, skill, and practical experiences to do pharmacy practices in the Distributory Pharmacy Industry, understand the application of GDP in the Distributory Pharmacy Industry, and understand every problem that appear in the Pharmaceutical Industry.The internship is carried out for two weeks. During the internship, the student was given a special assignment about “ The Making of Trend Analysis About Customer Complain of PT. Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution Ruko Kalimas Complex C/12 Bekasi Period 8 October – 22 October 2018”. The aims of the assignment is to understand every type of complain that often happens and the level of frequent so that we could make the solution of the problems that would happen in the future.

"Praktik kerja profesi Apoteker di PT Landson Pertiwi Agung Periode Bulan Juli - Agustus Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB) di Industi Farmasi. Selain itu, calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul “Pembuatan Dokumen Pengkajian Mutu Produk Tablet Tahun 2017”. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT Landson Pertiwi Agung adalah agar calon apoteker memahami pengkajian mutu dan penilaian produk di industri farmasi, khususnya di PT Landson Pertiwi Agung dan mengetahui mutu suatu produk pada tahun tersebut dan kesesuaianya dengan CPOB

Internship at PT Landson Pertiwi Agung Plant Period July – August 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry and the understanding of the application of good manufacturing practice (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry. In addition, the prospective pharmacist can also have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in the pharmaceutical industry. The special assignment given is “Product Quality Review Document of Tablet in 2017”. The objective of this special assignment is so that prospective pharmacist is able to understand the quality of product on that year and its suitability with GMP."
