"ABSTRAKPraktik kerja profesi di Distributor PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari PT APL pada bulan Mei 2018 bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman peran, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Distributor/Pedagang Besar Farmasi PBF , memberikan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Distributor Farmasi, memberikan gambaran penerapan penerapan Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik CDOB , serta memberikan gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Distributor Farmasi. Praktik kerja profesi dilakukan di PT APL Cabang Tangerang selama dua minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu ldquo;Gap Analysis antara Penyalur Alat Kesehatan dengan Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik rdquo;. Tujuan dari tugas khusus tersebut adalah untuk menentukan kesesuaian dan ketidaksesuaian kondisi aktual Penyalur Alat Kesehatan dengan Pedoman Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik serta mengusulkan tindakan perbaikan yang tepat.

ABSTRACTApothecary internship at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Distributor PT APL in May 2018 aims to provide an understanding of the role, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in Pharmaceutical Distributors, provide insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in Pharmaceutical Distributors, provide an overview of the application of Good Storage and Distribution Practice GSDP , and also provide a clear picture of pharmaceutical work problems in Pharmaceutical Distributors. This internship was done in PT APL Tangerang Branch for two weeks with special assignment that is Gap Analysis between Distributor of Medical Device with Good Storage and Distribution of Medical Device Practice . The purpose of this particular assignment is to determine the conformity and non-conformity of the actual condition of Medical Devices Distributor with the Good Storage and Distribution of Medical Devices Practice Guidelines and to propose appropriate corrective actions. "

"ABSTRAKPraktik kerja profesi di PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Periode Bulan Mei Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di distributor farmasi, mendapatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian, memahami penerapan Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik CDOB , dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di distributor farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan selama pelaksanaan praktik kerja profesi berjudul gap analysis antara kegiatan aktual pada cabang Tangerang dengan CDOB. Tujuan penyusunan tugas khusus ini adalah membandingkan kondisi aktual dengan CDOB dan memberikan usulan tindakan perbaikan.

ABSTRACTInternship at PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Period May 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical distributor, to obtain the insight, skills, knowledge, and practical experience as a pharmacist, to understand the implementation of Good Storage and Distribution Practice GSDP , and to understand actual problems in the pharmaceutical distributor. The internship had an individual assignment about making report of gap analyisis between actual condition in Tangerang branch and GSDP. The purpose of the individual assignment is to compare actual condition and GSDP and give advices for improvement. "

"Distribusi merupakan salah satu kegiatan penting untuk menjamin ketersediaan produk farmasi di Indonesia. Proses distribusi memfasilitasi pergerakan produk mulai dari industri farmasi yang memproduksi hingga sampai ke konsumen. Proses distribusi obat harus memenuhi ketentuan Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik (CDOB). Selain itu, apabila Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) bertindak sebagai penyalur alat kesehatan maka harus memenuhi Cara Distribusi Alat Kesehatan yang Baik (CDAKB). Apoteker perlu untuk terus meningkatkan kompetensinya sehingga dapat melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian dalam bidang distribusi yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan. Mahasiswa calon apoteker mengikuti Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) yang bertujuan agar mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di PBF dan PAK, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di PBF dan PAK, memahami penerapan CDOB di PBF dan CDAKB di PAK, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di PBF dan PAK. PKPA dilaksanakan di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari mulai tanggal 29 Oktober hingga 9 November 2018. Berdasarkan hasil Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, dapat disimpulkan peran apoteker di PBF dan PAK adalah sebagai penanggung jawab teknis yang memiliki tugas menyusun, memastikan dan mempertahankan penerapan sistem manajemen mutu di fasilitas distribusi.

Distribution is one of the important activities to ensure the availability of pharmaceutical products in Indonesia. The distribution process facilitates the movement of products from the pharmaceutical industry up to consumers. The drug distribution process must implement the Good Distribution Practices (GDP). In addition, if a Pharmaceutical Wholesaler (PBF) acts as a distributor of medical devices, it must implement the Good Distribution Practices for Medical Devices. Pharmacists need to continue to improve their competencies so that they can carry out pharmaceutical work in the distribution field in accordance with the laws and regulations. Pharmacist students follow the Apothecary Profession Internship (PKPA) which aims to be able to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in Pharmaceutical Wholesaler, have insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to do pharmaceutical work at Pharmaceutical Wholesaler, and understanding application of GDP in Pharmaceutical Wholesaler. PKPA is held at PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari from 29 October to 9 November 2018. Based on the results of the Apothecary Profession Internship (PKPA) at PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari, it can be concluded that the role of pharmacists in Pharmaceutical Wholesaler is in charge of having the task of creating, ensuring and maintaining the implementation of a quality management system in distribution facilities."

Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari Periode Bulan Oktober Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di PBF dan memahami proses distribusi di PBF. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di PBF, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di PBF. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul Validasi Metode Pengiriman Cold Chain Product Menggunakan Styrofoam di Bogor Branch. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari adalah untuk mengetahui suhu produk CCP selama proses pengiriman produk dikarenakan produk-produk CCP dapat rusak apabila disimpan diluar suhu 2-8ᵒC.
