"Green perceived value, green satisfaction, dan green trust diterapkan dengan maksud agar tercapainya green loyalty dari pelanggan, sehingga pelanggan terus berkeinginan untuk melakukan pembelian ulang suatu produk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh green perceived value, green satisfaction, dan green trust terhadap green loyalty pada konsumen The Body Shop di Jakarta. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden yang diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan AMOS. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan green perceived value, green satisfaction, dan green trust memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap green loyalty. Hasil lain menunjukkan green perceived value memiliki pengaruh langsung baik terhadap green satisfaction dan green trust. Dalam penelitian ini green satisfaction tidak memiliki pengaruh dengan green trust. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap green loyalty adalah variabel green trust.

Green perceived value, green satisfaction, and green trust are applied in order to achieve green loyalty from customers, so that customers continue to wish to repurchase a product. The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of green perceived value, green satisfaction, and green trust on green loyalty to consumers of The Body Shop in Jakarta. The sample of this study amounted to 150 respondents taken using purposive sampling. Data analysis is done using AMOS. The results of this research show that green perceived value, green satisfaction, and green trust have a direct influence on green loyalty. Other results show that green perceived value has a direct effect on green satisfaction and green trust. In this research green satisfaction has no influence with green trust. The most influential variable on green loyalty is the green trust variable."

"Di tengah perkembangan industri kosmetik di Indonesia, hal tersebut juga berdampak pada lingkungan di mana beberapa pelaku industri bisnis kosmetik menggunakan bahan dan kemasan yang dapat mencemari lingkungan. Menyiasati hal tersebut, beberapa brand kosmetik asal Indonesia mengusung konsep sustainability dan menerapkan green marketing. Tidak hanya itu, konsumen juga kini mulai beralih pada pembelian ramah lingkungan atau green purchasing behavior. Green purchasing behavior sendiri penting karena perilaku tersebut dapat meminimalisir dampak buruk pada lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh green brand knowledge, green trust, dan green perceived value terhadap green purchasing behavior pada konsumen salah satu merek kosmetik yang telah menerapkan konsep green yakni Sensatia Botanicals di Jabodetabek. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada responden. Penarikan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik non-probability purposive sampling kepada 155 responden yang memenuhi kriteria. Kemudian data diolah menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 25 dan SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green brand knowledge berpengaruh signifikan terhadap green purchasing behavior. Selain itu, green trust dan green perceived value memediasi pengaruh green brand knowledge terhadap green purchasing behavior. Penelitian di masa depan dapat meneliti variabel serupa pada merek di industri lain seperti produk elektronik, home-appliances, fashion, dan fast-moving consumer goods.

Hence the development of the cosmetics industry in Indonesia, this also has an impact on the environment where several cosmetic business industry players use materials and packaging that can pollute the environment. To get around this, several cosmetic brands from Indonesia are promoting the concept of sustainability and implementing green marketing. Not only that, consumers are also starting to switch to environmentally friendly product as in shifting to green purchasing behavior. Green purchasing behavior itself is important because this behavior can minimize negative impacts on the environment. Therefore, this research examine the influence of green brand knowledge, green trust, and green perceived value on green purchasing behavior among consumers of one of the cosmetic brands that have implemented the green concept, namely Sensatia Botanicals that are located in Jabodetabek. The research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Sampling was carried out using a non-probability purposive sampling technique for 155 respondents who met the criteria. Then the data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 and SmartPLS 3.2.9. The research results show that green brand knowledge has a significant effect on green purchasing behavior. Apart from that, green trust and green perceived value mediate the influence of green brand knowledge on green purchasing behavior. Future research could examine similar variables across brands in other industries such as electronics, home appliances, fashion, and fast-moving consumer goods."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh strategi green marketing mix, green image, green satisfaction, dan green trust pada green customer loyalty di pasar green cosmetics lokal Indonesia. Model pengukuran dibuat berdasarkan tanggapan valid dan reliabel dari kuesioner online pelanggan produk green cosmetics terkait green marketing mix, green image, green satisfaction, green trust, dan green customer loyalty menggunakan 6-poin Skala Likert dengan bantuan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa green product memiliki pengaruh positif pada green image dan green satisfaction. Green price memiliki pengaruh positif pada green image, green satisfaction, dan green customer loyalty. Green place memiliki pengaruh positif pada green image, green satisfaction, dan green trust. Green promotion memiliki pengaruh positif pada seluruh dimensi green brand equity dimana green public relation menunjukkan peran besar dalam penentuan hubungan antar keduanya. Green image memiliki pengaruh positif pada green satisfaction dan green trust. Green satisfaction memiliki pengaruh positif pada green trust dan green customer loyalty. Green trust memiliki pengaruh positif pada green customer loyalty.

This study aims to examine the impact of green marketing mix, green image, green satisfaction, and green trust on green customer loyalty in Indonesia’s local green cosmetics market. A measurement model created based on valid and reliable responses from online questionnaire from sustainable cosmetics product’s customer for green marketing mix, green image, green satisfaction, green trust, and green customer loyalty using 6-point Likert Scale with the help of PLS-SEM. The results of this study indicate that green product has a positive effect on green image and green satisfaction. Green price has a positive influence on green image, green satisfaction, and green customer loyalty. Green place has a positive influence on green image, green satisfaction, and green trust. Green promotion has a positive influence on all dimensions of green brand equity where the green public relations show a large role in determining the relationship between the two. Green image has a positive influence on green satisfaction and green trust. Green satisfaction has a positive effect on green trust and green customer loyalty. Green trust has a positive influence on green customer loyalty."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh green perceived quality terhadap green trust melalui green satisfaction sebagai variabel perantara pada skincare organic Sariayu solusi organic di Jabodetabek. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 200 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa green perceived quality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap green trust yang diperantarai oleh green satisfaction.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of green perceived quality towards green trust with green satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research used 200 samples as a basic criteria sample for SEM, all the respondents were collected by purposive sampling methods. This research was analyzed with Structural Equation Modelling SEM with AMOS software. The result of this research presented that green perceived quality positively influenced towards green trust with green satisfaction as an intervening variable.

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sikap responden terhadap Starbucks sebagai suatu green brand yang berujung kepada perilaku loyalitas. Starbucks dijadikan studi kasus utama penelitian ini dengan alasan karena Starbucks merupakan salah satu brand coffeeshop yang paling gencar melakukan green movement. Penelitian ini menargetkan konsumen Starbucks yang tergolong loyal dan berdomisili di daerah Jabodetabek, dengan jumlah responden mencapai 391 orang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan berbagai macam variabel untuk diteliti, seperti utilitarian environmental benefits, warm glow benefits, dan green transparency sebagai tiga variabel independen utama yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap green perceived value konsumen, yang kemudian berdampak pada self-brand connection dan berujung pada brand loyalty.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation modeling agar dapat mengukur pengaruh hubungan variabel penelitian secara simultan. Setelah penelitian dilakukan, hasil menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen utama mempengaruhi green perceived value yang juga berperan sebagai mediasi antara ketiga variabel independen dengan brand loyalty melalui variabel self-brand connection.

The purpose of this study is to observe how respondent rsquo s attitude towards Starbucks as a green brand, and how it later influences their loyalty behaviors. This study focuses on Starbucks because it is one of the leading coffeeshop in terms of green movement and initiatives. This study targets Starbucks consumers who are considered loyal to the brand and who reside in Jabodetabek, with the total number of respondents up to 391.
There are various variables that are used in this study, such as utilitarian environmental benefits, warm glow benefits, and green transparency as the main independent variables which are considered to have an effect on green perceived value, which later on also influences self brand connection of Starbucks consumers , and ultimately affects the brand loyalty of their consumers.
This study uses structural equation modeling as its main methodology, as it is able to calculate the significance of every relationship simultaneously. This study results in the first three independent variables significantly affected green perceived value, in which it is also found to affect brand loyalty through self brand connection.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas keterkaitan values orientation yang terdiri dari egoistic, altruistic, dan
biospheric dengan green functional benefit, green monetary cost, dan green satisfaction
sehingga terbentuklah green commitment dan green loyalty. Non-probability sampling dan
metode purposive sampling digunakan dengan kriteria tertentu, di mana konsumen adalah
mereka yang membeli dan menggunakan produk green brand. Terdapat 402 konsumen sebagai
sampel penelitian yang terkumpul dan dianalisa menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling.
Hasil menunjukkan bahwa data mendukung hipotesis pengaruh egoistic dan biospheric values
terhadap green functional benefit dan green monetary cost. Hipotesis terdukung juga
ditunjukkan pada pengaruh green functional benefit dan green monetary cost terhadap green
satisfaction, pengaruh green satisfaction terhadap green commitment, dan pengaruh green
commitment terhadap green loyalty. Sedangkan hipotesis lainnya tidak terbukti. Penelitian ini
menunjukkan bahwa green loyalty ditentukan oleh egoistic dan biospheric values, serta green
commitment sebagai mediasi penting dalam hubungan green satisfaction dan green loyalty.
Implikasi manajerial dari hasil penelitian ini menyarankan agar strategi marketing menekankan
pada pembentukan nilai egoistic dan biospheric, baik melalui promosi maupun penyampaian
pesan marketing.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of egoistic, altruistic and biospheric value
on green functional benefit, green monetary cost, green satisfaction and green loyalty. The
study also analyze the effect of green functional benefit and green monetary cost on green
satisfaction and green loyalty, as well as green satisfaction on green loyalty. The research use
quantitative method with customers who has green brand purchase experience as the
population in Indonesia. Non-probability sampling then conducted using purposive sampling
method based on predetermined criterias, which are customers who has already purchase and
use green brand products. There are 402 sample of customers that were gathered and analyzed
using Structural Equation Modeling. The result shows that the data support hyphotheses on
egoistic and biospheric value to green functional benefit and green cost monetary. The
supported hyphotheses also show on green functional beneft and green cost monetary to green
satisfaction. This study found there is positive on green satisfaction to green commitment, as
well as green commitment to green loyalty. The other hyphotheses are not supported by data. As
a conclusion, it is egoistic and biospheric values that has positive effect on green loyalty, while
green functional benefit, green monetary cost, green satisfaction, and green commitment act as
mediation between the value orientation and green loyalty. For managerial implication, green
brand marketing strategy should incorporate egoistic and biospheric values in messages in
advertising and promotion."

"ABSTRAK
Meningkatnya kepedulian konsumen terhadap lingkungan dapat dijadikan peluang bagi perusahaan untuk mengembangkan suatu strategi guna memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen yang terkait dengan lingkungan. Terkait dengan hal tersebut salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk dapat meningkatkan citra dari produk atau merek yang dihasilkan perusahaan adalah melalui penerapan strategi green marketing, yang merupakan wujud dari kepedulian perusahaan atas dampak yang dapat terjadi dari produk yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh dari green brand image terhadap green satisfaction, green trust, dan green brand equity pada merek Tupperware. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada kelompok responden yang memiliki pengetahuan terhadap program kepedulian lingkungan merek Tupperware, variabel green brand image memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap green satisfaction dan green trust. Sedangkan antara green brand image dengan green brand equity, green satisfaction dengan green brand equity, dan green trust dengan green brand equity menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh. Untuk kelompok responden yang tidak mengetahui program kepedulian lingkungan merek Tupperware hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa green brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap green satisfaction dan green trust sedangkan terhadap green brand equity menunjukkan pengaruh negatif. Kemudian antara green satisfaction dengan green brand equity menujukkan pengaruh positif dan antara green trust dengan green brand equity menunjukkan tidak terdapat pengaruh.

ABSTRACT
Increased consumer concern for the environment can be used as an opportunity for companies to develop a strategy to meet the needs and desires of consumers related to the environment. Related to this is one way that can be done to improve the image of the product or the brand that the company is through the implementation of green marketing strategy, which is a manifestation of the company's concern over the impact that may occur from products produced by the company. This research discusses the effect of green brand image toward green satisfaction, green trust, and green brand equity in the Tupperware brand. The results of this study showed that the group of respondents who have knowledge of the environmental program of Tupperware, green brand image has positive influence on green satisfaction and green trust. While between green brand image with green brand equity, green satisfaction with green brand equity and green trust with green brand equity showed there is no effect. For the group of respondents who have not knowledge of the environmental program of Tupperware, the result showed that green brand image has positive influence on green satisfaction and green trust while the green brand equity showed a negative effect. Then between green satisfaction with green brand equity showed a positive influence and green trust to green brand equity showed there is no effect"

"Indonesia memiliki industri kosmetik yang terus mengalami perkembangan pesat tiap tahunnya tetapi perkembangan ini diiringi dengan permasalahan baru yaitu meningkatnya jumlah sampah kemasan produk kecantikan. Dengan kesadaran akan permasalahan lingkungan mendorong merek kosmetik, termasuk Raine Beauty untuk mengadopsi konsep green branding sebagai upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana pengaruh green brand image, green brand attitude, green brand trust terhadap green brand love pada konsumen Raine Beauty di DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei kepada konsumen yang pernah membeli dan menggunakan Raine Beauty dengan jumlah sampel 115 responden. Peneliti menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model atau SEM, dan data yang didapatkan diolah melalui perangkat lunak SPSS 25 serta SmartPLS 4. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukannya hubungan yang positif antara green brand image terhadap green brand attitude, green brand image terhadap green brand trust, green brand image terhadap green brand love, green brand attitude terhadap green brand love, green brand trust terhadap green brand love.

Indonesia has a cosmetics industry that continues to experience rapid development each year, but this progress is accompanied by a new issue, namely the increasing amount of beauty product packaging waste. With awareness of environmental issues driving cosmetic brands, including Raine Beauty, to adopt the concept of green branding as an effort to address these problems. The aim of this research is to examine how the influence of green brand image, green brand attitude, and green brand trust affects green brand love among Raine Beauty consumers in DKI Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method to consumers who have purchased and used Raine Beauty, with a sample size of 115 respondents. The researcher employs the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method, and the data obtained are processed using SPSS 25 and SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study indicate a positive relationship between green brand image and green brand attitude, green brand image and green brand trust, green brand image and green brand love, green brand attitude and green brand love, and green brand trust and green brand love."

Sehingga mulai banyak perusahaan yang berlomba-lomba untuk menarik perhatian konsumen dengan mangangkat hal-hal yang terkait dengan lingkungan. Dengan demikian dalam penelitian ini peneliti membahas pengaruh dari strategi green marketing yang digunakan oleh The Body Shop dalam mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggannya dengan menggunakan metode survey. Peneliti berusaha untuk melihat persepsi pelanggan terhadap nilai-nilai yang dianut oleh The Body Shop . dengan hasil penelitian yaitu strategi green marketing mempengaruhi loyalitas dari pelanggan, terutama pada nilai protect our planet. Dengan demikian peneliti menyarankan untuk melakukan promosi dan penanaman kepada pelanggan terutama mahasiswa tentang kebijakan dan kegiatan yang telah dilakukan oleh The Body Shop. Sehingga akan tertanam pada mahasiswa pentingnya penggunaan produk yang berbasis lingkungan.

The concept of green marketing growing with the demands of society is increasingly aware of environmental protection. So, began many companies are vying to attract consumers? attention by raising matters related to the environment. Thus researchers strategies used by The Body Shop in influencing customer loyalty by using the survey method. Researchers attempted to see the customer's perception of the values espoused by The Body Shop. With the results of green marketing strategies affect the loyalty of customers, especially on the value of protect our planet. Thus researches suggest to do the promotion and cultivation to the customers mainly students about policies and activities that have been done by The Body Shop. So, that will be embedded in the students the importance of using environmentally-based product."

"Tesis ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh dari green brand image, green trust, dan green satisfaction terhadap repurchase intention pada produk IKEA. Data berasal dari 165 responden yang sebelumnya sudah membeli produk IKEA yang dianalisis menggunakan structural equation modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitan ini menunjukkan bahwa green brand image berpengaruh terhadap green trust dan green satisfaction. Green trust memiliki pengaruh terhadap repurchase intention sedangkan green satisfaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap repurchase intention pada produk IKEA.
Dari hasil penelitian, peneliti menyarankan IKEA untuk tetap mempertahankan usahanya dalam membentuk green brand image, mengedukasi konsumen untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hingga merubah perilaku mereka dalam menggunakan produk-produk ramah lingkungan, melakukan kegiatan corporate social responsibility atau community development, dan meningkatkan faktorfaktor lain yang menjadi pendorong adanya repurchase intention pada konsumen terutama di Indonesia.

This thesis aims to investigate the influence of the green brand image, green trust and satisfaction towards repurchase intention green on IKEAproducts. Data were taken from 165 respondents who had previously been purchasing IKEA products and were analyzed with structural equation modeling (SEM). The results of this research showed that green brand image influence on green trust and green satisfaction. Green trust has an influence on repurchase intention, while green satisfaction has no effect on repurchase intention in IKEAproducts.
From the results of this study, the researchers suggest IKEA to maintain its efforts in forming green brand image, to educate consumers to raise awareness to change their behavior in using the products that are environmentally friendly, conducting corporate social responsibility or community development, and improve other factors that may be driving consumer?s repurchase intention, especially in Indonesia.
