"Selaras dengan kebutuhan dan perkembangan industri digital dalam era globalisasi ini, aspek teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dinilai banyak manfaat di berbagai bidang, perkembangan ini tidak terlepas dari peran kepemimpinan entrepreneurial . Model kepemimpinan entrepreneurial (entrepreunerial leadership) sering diabaikan oleh perusahaan terutama petahana, karena efek inersia. Seiring perusahaan tumbuh besar, mereka cenderung berhadapan dengan kekuatan inertia (Tornatzky dan Fleischer 1990). Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia yang merupakan perusahaan telekomunikasi milik pemerintah dan sebagai incumbent pada industri telekomunikasi telah banyak melakukan inovasi, namun kemampuan untuk mengembangkan inovasi tersebut masih rendah. Faktor yang mempengaruhi antara lain kepemimpinan entrepreneurial  merupakan kemampuan untuk memerankan sumber daya pengelolaan lainnya untuk mencari peluang dan mencari keuntungan (Ireland, 2003), kapabilitas inovasi dan pada gilirannya kinerja inovasi itu sendiri. Untuk memperoleh kinerja inovasi yang baik, perusahaan memerlukan kepemimpinan entrepreneurial  yang didukung oleh kapabilitas inovasi. Temuan utama penelitian ini menunjukkan kepemimpinan entrepreneurial berpengaruh dalam pembentukan kapabilitas inovasi dan pada performa inovasi perusahaan, terutama perusahaan petahana. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini berkontribusi memperkaya konsep kepemimpinan entrepreneurial dan secara manajerial memberikan arah kepada manajer dalam menerapkan kepemimpinan entrepreneurial. Dengan demikian tingkat manajerial dapat menstimulasi terciptanya kapabilitas inovasi dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja inovasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menguji hipotesisnya dengan menggunakan SEM PLS.

In line with the needs and developments of the digital industry in this era of globalization, information and communication technology aspects are valued for many benefits in various fields, this development is inseparable from the role of entrepreneurial leadership. The entrepreneurial leadership model (entrepreneurial leadership) is often overlooked by companies especially incumbent, as it focuses on mining old business. One industry that is expected to have competitiveness is the telecommunications industry. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, which is a state-owned telecommunications company and as an incumbent in the telecommunication industry has made many innovations, but the ability to develop innovation is still low. Factors that influence, among others, entreurpreneurial leadership are the ability to portray other management resources to seek opportunities and seek profit (Ireland, 2003), innovation capabilities and in turn innovation performance itself. To achieve good innovation performance, companies need innovative capabilities supported by business strategy and organizational capability in strategically managing human resources and knowledge. The main purpose of this research is to explain the link between entrepreneurial leadership, innovation capacity, and innovation performance. It is expected that this research has theoretical and managerial contribution, to know the entreurpreneurial leadership relationship through innovation capability to innovation performance."

"Usaha Kecil Menengah merupakan salah satu sektor usaha yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian nasional. Beberapa Usaha Kecil Menengah berhasil berkembang tetapi tidak sedikit pula yang gagal, misalkan akibat krisis ekonomi. Kebertahanan dan perkembangan Usaha Kecil Menengah dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Faktor yang ingin dilihat dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh dari Strategic Agility, Entrepreneurial Leadership, dan Kapabilitas Inovasi dalam mengembangkan kinerja Usaha Kecil Menengah. Objek penelitian ini adalah UKM dengan pendapatan lebih besar dari 2 miliar rupiah yang berlokasi disekitar Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi (Jabodetabek) dengan target responden adalah Pemilik dan Manajemen dari UKM. Jumlah UKM yang berhasil dikumpulkan dan dianalisis sebanyak 97 responden, dan menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk menganalisis ketiga konsep tersebut terhadap kinerja Usaha Kecil Menengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh dari Strategic Agility dan Entrepreneurial Leadership terhadap Kinerja UKM.

Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the sectors which have the most impact on the growth of the national economy. Some SMEs have succeded ini growth but a few have failed or gone out of business, for example due to the economic crisis. The survival and development of SMEs can be influenced by several factors. The objective of this research is to analyzed the role of Strategic Agility, Entrepreneurial Leadership, and Innovation Capability in improving the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises. The object of this research is SMEs with revenue greater than 2 billion rupiah and located around Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Tangerang-Bekasi (Jabodetabek), and the target respondents are Owners and the Managemen teams. The survey data were collected from 97 respondents, and SEM-PLS was used to analyze data. The result of this study indicate that Strategic Agility and Entrepreneurial Leadership have influences on SME’s Performance. The research can be used by SMEs to improve their performance"

"Industri manufaktur berperan besar terhadap ekonomi Indonesia. Namun, pertumbuhan industri manufaktur tidak terlepas dari efek negatif yang muncul. Sektor industri mendapatkan tekanan untuk menurunkan emisi dan sampah produksi dengan bertransformasi ke arah lebih hijau. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional hijau dan berorientasi pengetahuan, serta kewirausahaan hijau pada kinerja keberlanjutan melalui peran mediasi inovasi hijau dan manajemen pengetahuan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif terhadap 133 perusahaan di Indonesia dengan analisis SEM-PLS untuk menguji hipotesisnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan peran mediasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keberlanjutan perusahaan khususnya proses manajemen pengetahuan yang mampu menjadi mediator antara variabel independen dengan kinerja keberlanjutan.

The manufacturing industry plays a major role in the Indonesian economy. However, growth of manufacturing industry cannot be separated from the negative effects that arise. The industrial sector is under pressure to reduce emissions and production waste by transforming in a greener direction. This research will examine the influence of green transformational and knowledge-oriented leadership, as well as green entrepreneurship on sustainability performance through the mediating role of green innovation and knowledge management. The research was conducted using quantitative methods on 133 companies in Indonesia with SEM-PLS analysis to test the hypothesis. The research results show that the role of mediation has a positive influence on the company's sustainability performance, especially the knowledge management process which is able to act as a mediator between independent variables and sustainability performance."

Industri perbankan dipilih karena mereka sedang diambang revolusi yang didorong oleh perkembangan teknologi yang telah mengubah perilaku manusia hingga tingkatan aktivitas kesehariannya. Fenomena ini dapat mengancam model bisnis klasik di industri perbankan. Untuk mengetahui apakah industri perbankan berada pada posisi incumbent, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah perusahaan perbankan saat ini memiliki karakteristik inovasi yang berkelanjutan. ABSTRACT<>br>This study aims to analyze entrepreneurial leadership, innovation ability, and innovation performance in business units in the banking industry. The banking industry is chosen because they are on the verge of a revolution driven by technological developments that have transformed human behavior. This phenomenon can threaten the classic business model in the banking industry. To find out whether the banking industry is in an incumbent position, this study also aims to find out whether banking companies now have sustainable innovation characteristics. The samples in this study are BNI Small Credit Center SKC and BTPN Genius, with their employees as an observation unit. The results confirmed positive relationship and full mediation. Banking managers need to be aware of potential disruptive competitor. Current traditional business model is open to be disrupted, and the technology needed to disrupt is already exist."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual, dan entrepreneurship terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan perusahaan industri properti, dan pengaruh kepemimpinan spiritual, dan entrepreneurship, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan perusahaan industri properti. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai sebuah penelitian kuantitatif dengan survei dengan menggunakan metode explanatori. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan karyawan pada industry property Ciputra Development, Sinarmas Development, Bakrieland Tbk, Agung Podomoro Land Tbk yang memiliki perluasan bisnis property di Kota Bekasi. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 210 responnden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Convenience Sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan saja. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner (angket penelitian). Analisis data penelitian meliputi analisis deskriptif dan analisa inferensial dengan teknik SEM Lisrel. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan; (2) Kepemimpinan spiritual berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) Kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan; (4) Kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan; dan (5) Motivasi kerja karyawan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan properti di Kota Bekasi.

This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of spiritual leadership, work motivation and entrepreneurship against industrial property, employees and the influence of spiritual leadership, and entrepreneurship, and motivation work on performance of employees of industrial property. The study was designed as a quantitative research with survey method using explanatori. The population in this research is all employees employees at Ciputra property Development industry, Sinarmas Bakrieland Development, Tbk, Agung Podomoro Land Tbk which has an expansion of business property in the town of Bekasi. Total sample research as much as 210 responnden. Sampling techniques in the study using the method of Convenience Sampling techniques, namely the determination of the sample based on coincidence only. The data source in this research is the primary data with research instrument in the form of a questionnaire (question form of research). Research data analysis covering descriptive analysis and analysis of shem lisrel inferential. The conclusion of the research is: (1) spiritual leadership significant and positive on employee motivation work; (2) spiritual leadership significant and positive on employee performance; (3) entrepreneurship significant and positive on employee motivation work; (4) entrepreneurship significant and positive on employee performance and (5)motivation employees significant and positive work on the performance of employees who worked at the listed property in Bekasi."

"Tesis ini akan mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dan gaya kepemimpinan yang terintegrasi pada Purna PSP3 dalam pembangunan ekonomi di pedesaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan case study dengan tehnik wawancara mendalam dan observasi. This thesis will describe the role of entrepreneurial leadership and leadership styles are integrated on PSP3 graduate in economic development in rural areas. The method used in this research is qualitative method with case study approach with in depth interviews and observation techniques. Analysis founded that the entrepreneurial leadership style are integrated in PSP3 graduate at Cempaka village with a Transformational leadership style, b Team oriented leadership style, and c Value based leadership style. Entrepreneurial leadership by PSP3 graduate at Cempaka village with aspects of risk taking, visionary, innovative, pro active and creative. Entrepreneurial leadership has an important role in managerial thriving business, especially in improving the rural economy in exploiting the natural resources it has to involve human resources in maintain stability and rural economic development."

"Saat ini, perekonomian Indonesia cukup diuntungkan dengan semakin berkembangnya perusahaan rintisan dari berbagai sektor usaha. Namun, perusahaan rintisan juga mengalami beberapa permasalahan, salah satunya tingginya tingkat turnover karyawan. Fenomena ini dapat berawal dari adanya intensi karyawan untuk berpindah pekerjaan dan keluar dari perusahaan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat memengaruhi tingkat intensi turnover karyawan yaitu kepemimpinan kewirausahaan serta tingkat komitmen afektif yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran hubungan antara kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dengan intensi turnover yang dimediasi oleh faktor komitmen afektif yang dimiliki oleh karyawan generasi Z. Jumlah partisipan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 137 karyawan generasi Z yang bekerja di perusahaan rintisan, Instrumen yang digunakan adalah ELQ, Turnover Intention Scale, dan Skala Komitmen Afektif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis mediasi sederhana model 4 dengan software program PROCESS Hayess SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan tidak langsung (indirect effect) yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kewirausahaan, komitmen afektif, dan intensi turnover (c = -0.122, p < 0.01) dan hubungan langsung (direct effect) yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kewirausahaan dan intensi turnover (c’ =-0.131, p < 0.01). Oleh karena itu, komitmen afektif dapat berperan sebagai mediator secara parsial pada pengaruh kepemimpinan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi turnover.

At present, the Indonesian economy is quite benefiting from the growing development of startups from various business sectors. However, start-up companies also experience several problems, one of which is high turnover rates employees. This phenomenon can originate from the intention of employees to change jobs and leave the company. There are several factors that can affect the level of turnover intention employees, namely entrepreneurial leadership and the level of affective commitment possessed by employees. This study aims to describe the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and turnover intention which is mediated by affective commitment factors owned by generation Z employees. The number of participants in this study were 137 generation Z employees who worked in startup companies. The instrument used was ELQ, Turnover Intention Scale, and the Affective Commitment Scale. The analysis technique used in this study is a simple mediation analysis technique model 4 with software the PROCESS Hayess SPSS program. The results showed that there was an indirect relationship (indirect effect) significant relationship between entrepreneurial leadership, affective commitment, and turnover intention (c = -0.122, p < 0.01) and a direct relationship (direct effect) significant relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and turnover intention (c’ = -0.131, p < 0.01). Therefore, affective commitment can act as a mediator partially on the effect of entrepreneurial leadership on turnover intention."

Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa dari tiga perguruan tinggi tersebut dengan total sampel sebanyak 165 responden. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda hierarkis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari entrepreneurial learning dan social support terhadap entrepreneurial intention dan dimediasi oleh theory of planned behavior yang terdiri dari attitude towards entrepreneurship,subjective norms, dan perceived behavioral control.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial learning and social support on entrepreneurial intention in students who have studied entrepreneurship courses at Bogor Agricultural University, Bandung Institute of Technology, and University of Indonesia. The data collection technique used was a survey by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 165 respondents. Hypothesis testing is done by using hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of entrepreneurial learning and social support on entrepreneurial intention and is mediated by the theory of planned behavior consisting of attitude towards entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control.
